The objective of this work is the study of concepts and approaches present in an artistic process of building and maintaining a theater group, specifically that concern their creative processes and training or maintenance and development of their language and the art of its actors. Therefore, this work joined the organization and analysis of creative procedures, tests and actor training, from the artistic experience of the inserted researcher in the study object, the Sonhus Group Ritual Theatre. The study relies on approaches that integrate both the participant observation ethnological and phenomenological description, applied within a qualitative research methodology. The result of participant observation was later linked to other bibliographic references and experience reports from other actors participants active in the Group\'s history through semi-structured interviews prepared by the researcher, reflective training and surveys of some experiments, techniques and procedures performed in collective over eighteen group. The issue of research rests on two lines of force and motivating questions: what parameters indicate qualitative differences that define the uniqueness of a theater group in the organization and how the body technical preparation qualitatively interfere in artistic language of ritual significance of work.

DURATIONS - Construction of a body in performance through repetition and time is a research-Visual Poetry, in which I study my creative process in drawing up an artwork about performance. This study aims to emphasize possible states \"body-mind\", which allow me as an artist, to build a body in a state of performance using repetition and time duration as triggers and drivers of the process. Methodologically the research is focused on the creative process together with the study of theoretical and artistic references related to the subject and object of study in question: the process of creation in performance, repetition and duration as guiding the procedural dynamics. From the experiments carried out in the studio, I create a kind of cartography for my subject matter (the state of performance) consisting of path: resistant body, powerful body, body territorialized, body in transit and body at rest. This path is explored jointly to the four performances I ve built: DURAÇÃO 1 Resistência, DURAÇÃO 2 Potência, DURAÇÃO 3 Territórios e DURAÇÃO 4 Lentidão. For understanding the body in performance it contemplates another body condition than the everyday; so, I think there is a conscience formed from microperceptions and microspacialities, which allow me to immerge in another spatial dimension and not quantifiable time, space-time performance. By José Gil, Renato Ferracini, Gilles Deleuze, Roberto Machado, Peter Pál Pelbart, Alberto Tassinari, among others, I build a reflection on the body-space-time triad, with which I go through the repetition of concepts (as a producer of differences) and duration (as a way of being in time).

Fragmentos iconográficos de uma poética do abandono
The research shows an iconographic survey around some situations, which abandonment can be identified in art representations, firstly through paintings that represent homeless people images, beggars and wanderers, expanding itself later to other imagistic references and artistic languages. My own affective and poetry memory was highly significant for this research; both related to the childhood and beings. Abandonment poetry deals with body gestures, in its presences, absences and fragmentations, allowing us to think about the way the abandonment situations are presented into artistic production during all history, even among our contemporaneity, the context in which we must be aware about its invisibility processes and, above all, in the leftovers, the remains and traces that surround these characters existence.

The artistic work Plante na Praça is a relational urban and discursive artistic action that was performed in a collaborative way with a community of the Said Chacur squarte, Santa Mônica, Uberlândia - Minas Gerais, Brazil. The present dissertation was prepared in a particular way. Therefore, it was named Dissertação-praça-siteótica . The work was composed by a group of objects; an action and images box, a driver and a notebook of texts that together compose a site. All this things are used to compose a site, of reflections and actions both in the physical and virtual space (on the internet). So, the study works in three ways: i) textual that discusses the artistic theory regarding the field of the present work; ii) imagetics, that allows the reconstruction of the place of Plante na Praça (even though partially); and iii) sensory, suggesting to the reader to move out of the reading space and put himself in action . The text discusses the contemporary art concepts of Site-oriented of Kwon (2008), the Environmental Art of Oiticica (1986), Relational Art of Bourriaud (2009), Aesthetic of Emergency of Laddaga (2012), Contextual Art of Ardenne (2002), critics of Aesthetics Relational, of Bishop (2012) and Kester (2006). In the politics, keeping in mind that an artistic actions is also a social action that interferes with common experience, we discuss mainly the concepts of Action and Liberty, of Arendt (1987); Dissensus and Emancipation, of Rancière (2012); Becoming and Micropolitics, of Deleuze and Guattari (1980, 2004, 2012); The Practice of everyday Life and Anti-discipline, of Certeau (2011).

Marcados, de Claudia Andujar: do documento visual à imagem poética
This research deals with the photographic series titled Marked held by Swiss- Brazilian artist Claudia Andujar in the 1980s, portrays a group of Yanomami ethnic Indians in the period in which they lived the consequences of increasing contact with white society. Along with other works of Claudia Andujar, the Marked of images point to a singular creation process, which migrates from documentation to poetic dimension, allowing for reflection about the multiple relationships between aesthetics and politics, hence between art and life, including otherness processes present in the image building - key issues for theory and contemporary art history.

Biodiesel is a renewable fuel derived from vegetable oils or animal fats, which can be a total or partial substitute for diesel. Since 2005, this fuel was introduced in the Brazilian energy matrix through Law 11.097 that determines the percentage of biodiesel added to diesel oil as well as monitoring the insertion of this fuel in market. The National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) establish the obligation of adding 7% (v/v) of biodiesel to diesel commercialized in the country, making crucial the analytical control of this content. Therefore, in this study were developed and validated methodologies based on the use of Mid Infrared Spectroscopy (MIR) and Multivariate Calibration by Partial Least Squares (PLS) to quantify the methyl and ethyl biodiesels content of cotton and jatropha in binary blends with diesel at concentration range from 1.00 to 30.00% (v/v), since this is the range specified in standard ABNT NBR 15568. The biodiesels were produced from two routes, using ethanol or methanol, and evaluated according to the parameters: oxidative stability, water content, kinematic viscosity and density, presenting results according to ANP Resolution No. 45/2014. The built PLS models were validated on the basis of ASTM E1655-05 for Infrared Spectroscopy and Multivariate Calibration and ABNT NBR 15568, with satisfactory results due to RMSEP (Root Mean Square Error of Prediction) values below 0.08% (<0.1%), correlation coefficients (R) above 0.9997 and the absence of systematic error (bias). Therefore, the methodologies developed can be a promising alternative in the quality control of this fuel.

Trypanosoma cruzi is the etiologic agent of Chagas disease, which induces a pathological hypertrophy in the heart, esophagus and colon. This disease affects millions of peoples in Latin America. Recently our group characterized a 21 kDa T. cruzi recombinant protein (P21-His6) based on native form secreted by T. cruzi. P21-His6 is purified from insoluble inclusion bodies or soluble fraction from bacterial extract. The protein obtained from each protocol has identical secondary structure and was capable of inducing parasite phagocytosis and increased zymosan particles internalization by macrophages cell being that process PI3 kinase signaling pathway dependent. In addition the refolding protocol generates of high amounts of the recombinant protein. Also we investigated the signaling pathway involved in amastigotes and trypomastigotes (living, dead and opsonized) T. cruzi developmental stages invasion using macrophages treated or not with signaling pathway inhibitors drugs. Opsonized parasites are internalized a lot. Living amastigotes triggered PI3K and MAPK signaling pathways, dead amastigotes activated only MAPKs pathway. Living and dead trypomastigotes activated all the signaling pathways studied.

Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is the most common neoplasm of the oral cavity and each year more than 300.000 new cases are diagnosed worldwide. To understand the molecular alterations associated with its development as well as to identify diagnostic and prognostic markers for this tumor, lots of studies have used mouse model of oral carcinogenesis challenged with the carcinogen 4-Nitroquinoline-1-Oxide (4NQO). Galectin-3 (Gal-3) is a lectin that has the hability to modulate intracellular signaling pathways, such as the Wnt/β-catenin pathway. Furthermore, the Wnt/β-catenin- regulated protein GSK-3β is able to control cytoplasmic level of β-catenin and also inactivate effector proteins of the Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway including Gli proteins. The aim of this study was evaluate by immunohistochemistry Wnt-1 and Wnt-3A expression, both responsible to activate the Wnt/ β-catenin pathway, and Shh and Gli-3 expression, two proteins belonging to the Hh signaling pathway, in samples of dysplasia and carcinomas developed in tongue from wild-type (WT) and Gal-3-knockout (KO) mice challenged by the carcinogen 4NQO. To analyze the expression of these proteins, a semiquantitative method was employed. All samples of dysplasia and carcinoma were negative for Wnt-1 protein in both groups of mice. The average of positivity for Wnt-3A protein was higher in the WT group, but no difference was found between the two groups (p=0,04). Shh expression was always statistically significant in the WT group when compared to the KO group both in dysplasia as carcinoma (p<0.0001). Furthermore, Shh expression was associated with malignant transformation of tongue epithelium only in the WT group. With regard to Gli-3 protein, its expression decreased from dysplasia to carcinoma in the WT group, whereas in the KO group it was observed a slight increased, but no difference was achieved. In conclusion, the results suggest that absence of Gal-3 does not interfere in the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway activation. Also, the Hh signaling pathway plays an important role in the malignant transformation of tongue epithelium from WT mice, but not in KO mice.
