The present research aims to trace some contributions of the theology proposed by the protestant reformer John Calvin (1509-1564) in the formulation of the Confession of Faith of Guanabara (17/1/1558), since its authors were members of the Church of Geneva, where Calvin was a pastor. As Calvin's listeners and students, how much of the theology of the Reformer is imprinted in the letters and teachings of that Confession? This is the question to be answered, from that of an item-by-item examine of Confession compared with Calvinist writings. This research, for a better analysis, will focus only on the chapter of the Guanabara Confession that deals with the Sacraments, because it understands that this was the central point of the conflict with Villegagnon, and believing that only this portion will suffice, supported by other information, to prove the initial hypothesis. Then identify Protestant traits from this undertaking; and finally, to cite the possible contributions of the relation of Calvinist theology and the Confession of Faith of Guanabara, as a historical document, pointing out its implications for Protestant theological thinking in the current Brazilian scenario. The research concludes that there is reliable evidence of the influence of Calvin's thought and theology on the Guanabara Confession of Faith. Calvin was the pastoral and theological mentor of the Fluminense Confession. Calvin's voice is heard in the content of the Confession.

Martensitic Stainless Steel hás always been used in the injection moulds because of their properties as high polishability and high corrosion resistence that alows it to inject some kind of polymers, such as PVC, because of its resistance to chlorinate gas that the process normally has, and in the injection of acrylic because of its high finishing surface state that the mould needs and, consequently, of the injected product, that are characteristics intrinsics to those materials. Beside the martensitic stainless steel, the stainless aged steel are very used, but, in such applications this steel are not able to suffer the nitriding process, what make its application not so good because there are no ways to increase its surface. In this paper will be studied about aged stainless steel that will pass through the shot peening process and without this process to see how will be the surface result. As there are no literatures about this subject, because besides it is about some old tecnologies, the study shall result in a new application of those techniques making a revolution in the utilization of those materials in some industrial applications as plastic moulds and mechanichal devices.

Better understand the learning processes of the profession, professional lifelong learning and knowledge construction of a trader who has not gone through a process of formal education required for certification, but even so, it is recognized by peers as a professional success in their endeavors. With these objectives, this study is characterized by a case study conducted from narratives of a successful trader based at interview related to the recovery the moments of their life history characterized by learning, dilemmas difficulties and overcoming them, from the perspective of himself. . As a theoretical basis, consistent with the problem investigated, we chose to adopt a social approach of the topic, focusing mainly theoretical concepts of Dubar about professional socialization and Schon about learning the profession. With respect to the structuring of the research report, chapters 1 and 2 refer to two theoretical orientations described above and that underlie this research: The postindustrial era and challenges for education and training of individual identity in the knowledge era. In chapter 3 are explained the nature of research, as well as data sources and the procedures adopted for the analysis. Chapter 4, entitled Learning and Professional Development presents descriptive and analytical results presented. Finally, in Chapter 5 presents the final considerations regarding this investigation which are not intended to be conclusive, but that elucidate aspects of learning and professional development, as well as sources that nourish these processes that are also present in literature studied on the subject. A Doença Inflamatória Intestinal (DII) é uma denominação genérica utilizada para descrever um conjunto de doenças que afetam o trato gastrointestinal através do desencadeamento de uma cascata de reações inflamatórias que culminam em uma resposta imunitária exacerbada. Os principais objetivos do tratamento da doença de Crohn (DC) e da retocolite ulcerativa idiopática (RCU) são o controle dos sintomas, o equilíbrio nutricional, a melhora da qualidade de vida e mais recentemente o conceito de remissão endoscópica com cicatrização da mucosa. Porém, a terapêutica da DII pode tornar-se complexa, principalmente com o surgimento das novas estratégias terapêuticas, por isso é imprescindível um maior acompanhamento destes pacientes de modo a garantir a eficácia e segurança do tratamento e uma otimização da adesão à terapêutica. Desta forma, este trabalho tem por objetivo realizar um levantamento bibliográfico com o intuito de informar sobre os mecanismos fisiopatológicos da doença, assim como os tratamentos indicados para correta orientação e acompanhamento farmacoterapêutico dos pacientes. De acordo com a análise dos artigos selecionados, observou-se que os medicamentos atuam no bloqueio ou ativação de diferentes células, receptores e mediadores participantes da cascata inflamatória visando à interrupção da inflamação e a remissão da doença. O tratamento convencional se baseia no acréscimo de drogas cada vez mais potentes, porém com mais possibilidades de eventos adversos, conforme a resposta insuficiente na etapa anterior. Os eventos adversos das medicações e a necessidade de um tratamento contínuo mesmo em indivíduos assintomáticos devem ser pontos bem esclarecidos para garantir a adesão adequada ao tratamento proposto. Deste modo, o farmacêutico adquire um papel principal no desempenho destas funções, tornando-se no profissional de saúde com mais habilidades para acompanhar, gerir e responsabilizar-se pela terapêutica dos pacientes com DII.

Este estudo aborda a razão áurea, relacionando-a com a nossa realidade, tendo como objetivo que alunos do ensino médio façam uma relação mais aderente ao entendimento da Matemática no cotidiano, incentivando e motivando o estudo do discente por essa disciplina. Nessa análise, será apresentado, de maneira simples, o surgimento da razão áurea e toda a sua história, passando assim por sua utilização na Grécia e no Egito, seu desenvolvimento durante o Renascimento e até sua utilização na Odontologia. Outro ponto abordado é a relação evidente com a sequência de Fibonacci, retângulo áureo e espiral logarítmica. Com isso, será demonstrado o quanto a Matemática está presente em nosso dia a dia e como sua prática pode ser mais instigante.

This dissertation aimed at exploring market orientation and customer loyalty in the Brazilian banking sector. The objective was to identify the association between them. A qualitative study with descriptive nature was made. The sample consisted of fifteen professionals in areas responsible for customer understanding, care and loyalty. The participating banks were Itaú, Bradesco, Caixa, Santander and Citibank. Data collection was conducted through interviews with a semi-structured guide and for the analyses, it was applied techniques of templates’ analyses. The results suggest that several points in the literature of market orientation were found in participants' reports, such as (1) the constant search for understanding and meeting the expressed needs of clients and (2) inter-functional coordination. On the other hand, some concepts were not constant, as (1) the search in the care of future needs and (2) the company's response, since banks do not react quickly assessed the competitive actions, due to bureaucracy, complexity and planning already determined. Regarding the identification of loyalty types, banks are in a constant structure to better meet the current customers needs. Thus, a large proportion of customers are actually loyal, proven by time of relation, number of services increase and recommendation. But there is still a large volume of customers that continues the relationship due to an inertial state, aggravated by the sight of commodity market. Thus, there are many opportunities for improvement, owing to needs expressed, whose solutions have not yet been reached. Moreover, banks are starting to develop processes that allow the detection of future needs. Mergers and acquisitions have impacted the industry in the loyalty of some customers groups, when there was a perceived drop in quality of services after the unification. Regarding the main objective, the analysis suggests that market orientation is associated with the loyalty, mainly in relation to structured processes for the company to have access to information, involving all areas to find solutions and take corrective actions. Despite the commodity market, some interviewees believe that the category is going through a maturing process in which the quest for customer loyalty will be even more important, since the inertia of the industry will not be as intense as today.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso possui o primordial objetivo de analisar as particularidades, características e utilização de uma única cláusula específica, habitualmente presente nas mais distintas espécies de contratos pactuados e áreas do Direito, a cláusula de não concorrência. A prática jurídica mostra que os requisitos e pressupostos desta cláusula não são de extrema constância, ficando estes a depender do próprio negócio jurídico, do entendimento jurisprudencial e doutrinário da área, e da própria relação entre as partes que enseje seu emprego na convenção estabelecida. Por conseguinte, estará o presente artigo visando expor e minuciar, primeiramente, de que maneira a cláusula de não concorrência é aplicada nas relações empresariais, e quais são as condições consideradas como aceitáveis pelo Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica, autarquia que zela pela livre concorrência no mercado, para a cláusula em estudo. Do mesmo modo, far-se-á análise da utilização desta cláusula nas relações trabalhistas, detentoras, naturalmente, de desníveis hierárquicos entre as partes que ali pactuam, principalmente em comparação à relação existente entre sócios, ficando tal diferença evidente no entendimento dado à cláusula pelos juízes das varas e tribunais do trabalho. Ainda, a título de curiosidade e aprendizado, será feito estudo e exposição de informações colhidas a respeito do emprego desta espécie de cláusula no estrangeiro, mais especificamente na prática jurídica contratual norte-americana, e como as diferentes unidades federativas locais a interpretam. Finalmente, será examinada hipótese na qual a utilização da cláusula de não concorrência poderia acabar por exceder o fim da boa-fé pós-contratual.

The present work discusses the learning process of free hand drawing and particularly of the human figure drawing and languages and methodologies of that form of expression, and design models aimed at visual arts students. The reading texts related to the design and its meaning, the cognitive aspect and philosophies applied to the study of the figure gives the basis for reading lines of human object, offering a contemporary look to this as a learning experience, coupled with possible references to understanding of general forms of learning design, as well as its pedagogy. Besides the introduction and endnotes, the dissertation has five parts, dealing with topics such as drawing lines and their historical and contemporary models coexisting, learning through the assimilation of these, and the possible place of technique and proportions of the design considerations with design pedagogy, the teacher as mediator and systematization of the development process of the author as a teacher of classes drawing freehand.

The main objective of this article is to present a proposal for performance improvement in project management of Engilab. Methodologically, the work follows the protocol of technological reporting, passing through the stages of analysis, diagnosis and solution proposal. After an initial analysis of scenarios and the performance of the company's projects, a qualitative research was applied to identify problems in the view of managers and project executives. Next, we analyzed the main models of evaluation of maturity of projects and the selection of the MMGP tool created by Darci Prado. After applying the MMGP questionnaire, the company was classified in level 3 of maturity, which is characterized by standardization of procedures and existence of methodology with use of basic tools, consistent planning and control processes and learning process in progress. The analysis of the data obtained allowed the identification of improvement points and the elaboration of an action plan that will increase the company's level of maturity in the next two years.

Subject: This paper reports the proposal to avail an opportunity for Digital Operation – company that provides services of intelligent monitoring and media purchase to agencies and advertisers on the digital advertising marketing – to expand its business in the digital advertising market. This avail occurs through the creation of a department capable of offering consultancy and advisory services, besides generating a business expansion, giving value creation to customers in the elaboration or the development of their media departments. Application: During the elaboration of the proposal, complex challenges were encountered for its application, regarding harmonizing of the data found in the research through the methods of the Professional Master's course with the expectations of Digital Operation, especially, of its board. Even though Digital Operation is in an extremely volatile business environment and subject to sudden changes in the market, the methodology used to build the proposal allows this study’s replication. Impact: The proposal to profit from the opportunity can generate social impacts, concerning the generation of jobs vacancies as well as generating economic impacts through the incentive of increasing the digital ads investment by advertisers. Innovation: This proposal also brings routine innovations, which means, an innovation that uses the capabilities and resources that Digital Operation already has, in order to create a new service and, thus, act in a new business model. Complexity: The complexity faced at work was high even with the internal environment favorable to changes. This is due to the difficulties in integrating the identified opportunity and the perspective of the Digital Operation board regarding the scenario presented. In addition, there was complexity in aligning the expectations of the board in relation to the expected results. The sudden changes in methodologies of the business environment and, especially, in the technologies involved in the digital advertising market, also contributed to the complexity of applying the proposal in order to profit from the projected opportunity. Methodology and methodological procedures: For the construction of this proposal, this paper describes the services of Digital Operation and the business environment in which the company is found, the market, the competitors and the legal issues surrounding the company. Next the qualitative research applied to employees of media departments of media agencies and advertisers is presented and the elaboration of the analyzes and matrices for diagnosis of the opportunity. Subsequently, the process of preparing the proposal to use is exposed, as well as the action plan for its application. Finally, the evolution of the proposal’s implementation process and the results evaluation indicators are reported.

The (un) investment process is related to the ability of a company to be able to make a correct assessment of the risks to which the asset is subject. The decision-making process is aided by indicators in which the rating categories and grades indicate, in a simplified way, the risks and assumptions of the issuer's and security´s quality. This simplification assists in the realization of investments by companies, since it facilitates their capture of third-party resources. Banks and debenture holders perceive the quality of the debt security through the credit rating of the entity, pointing to the future expectations of return, estimated cash flows and opportunity cost involved. In this way, changes in rating categories and grades influence the company's indebtedness levels and induce organizations to issue more or less debt. This ratio of rating to decision making in the capital structure is denominated Credit Rating - Capital Structure (CR-CS). Therefore, the main objective of this study is to analyze the influence of the credit rating on the companies' indebtedness. In addition, analyzes are made regarding the relationships between growth opportunities and their need for external funding and rating. For this purpose, a final sample is used with 74 non-financial companies from Brasil Bolsa Balcão (B3), whose 685 annual data are obtained during the period from 2000 to 2016, from the Capital IQ and Bloomberg database. The sample is analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and the hypotheses are tested through correlation analysis and regression with panel data. The results show sporadic significance with some categories and rating grades, and it is not possible to confirm CR-CS as a determinant of the capital structure of companies.
