This thesis has as an object the study and deepening of the entire legal framework regarding the extinction of public service concession contracts and, also, the possibility of prorogation of these agreements. The goal is to identify the forms of termination, the mechanisms established by law to do so, as well as the consequences that present themselves right after the extinction of the contract. It also intends to present and organize all the possibilities that are available to the Public Administration at the conclusion of a concession pact, in order to maintain the provision of an adequate public service, as defined by constitutional force. Therefore, first it s necessary to verify all the details of the concession contract, defining its purpose and its fundamental clauses, without which it s inconceivable to have complete comprehension of the subject. Afterwards, aware of the contractual assumptions, it s feasible to discriminate the ways that the contract can be extinct and its causes, with the respective reflection in the rights of the service provider, as well as the granting authority. Finally, knowing the forms of contract termination, it´s mandatory to analyze how the provision of public services might continue; from the possibility of extending the same contract already in place, to the transfer of this obligation to agencies or government entities or, even, the event of a new process of selection of a concessionaire, through bidding, which is the instrument able to provide the specific choice of best proposal and best bidder.

Pervasive Developmental Disorders (PDD) is an enduring and persistent behavior disorder, in which its individuals present a diminished quality in communication and social interaction, restricted behavior patterns as well as presence of stereotypes and mannerisms (WHO, 1993; APA, 1995). For a good future development of an individual with PDD, early intervention is needed. Such is many times impaired by Brazil s lack of information and difficulty in a precocious diagnosis. This project s goal was to search via internet what kind of information is found in the main Brazilian privet and public institutions and analyze the quality of this data for posterior elaboration of a web site map containing valid information that can elucidate patients, family members and professionals making use of this source. A complete research on public and privet web sites of PDD specialists indicated institutions and subsequent analyzes of their content took place in order to trace how the matter was treated in each web site. The information found on public institution web sites presented reduced information on PDD. Privet institution web sites displayed more appropriate information in the elucidation of questions regarding the matter, specially those of institutions who exclusively work with PDD patients. With this in mind, one can conclude that public institution web sites require an upgrade of content. An alternative for such would be the establishment of partnerships with universities and PDD specialized institutions. Privet institutions, specially those working with a greater number of deficiencies, do not detain specific information on PDD, however detained information clarifies doubts about the deficiency. All of this information contributed for the creation of a web site map allowing enlightment of non attended doubts in the investigated web sites.

Subject: This work aims to present the use of an opportunity that boils down to the creation of an online platform that aims to train people in Big Data technologies being this platform created by a company with an office located in São Bernardo do Campo. Application: The result was the creation of an online training company in the Big Data segment focused on the training of data engineer and related areas that was identified through quantitative and qualitative research. This research guided, and assisted, the company in the creation of training and its contents as the importance of always having new training available to the company's target audience. Impact: The analysis of the research data supported the company in directing the next training to its target audience bringing a new vision and supporting the management of the company in its present and future decision making. The proposed action plan brought a short- and mediumterm vision focusing on the quality of training and the growth of the company's student numbers. Innovation: The solution adopted suggests innovation in processes incrementally. The innovation proposal, to the company's client, will be made available with mentoring directed so that the student has individual support with a specialized professional having its implementation already mapped in the company's action plan. Complexity: Acting in a market where few, but consolidated, online educational institutions brings an additional challenge to the company. Given this scenario, the company understands that it should, in addition to tranquility and parsimony to achieve its objectives, invest in marketing and advertising to achieve its objectives, because the company, founded at the end of 2019, was created during the execution of this work. Applied Methodology: This work followed the methodology for practical and applied work (PSPE/AO) of Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), with the use of interviews, VRIO model, value chain analysis, threat analysis, Ansoff Matrix and the SWOT Matrix.

O crescimento desordenado de São Paulo gerou uma cidade que se expande de forma setorizada e com baixas densidades, o que reflete diretamente na exclusão social e qualidade ambiental do município. Consequente de uma política de planejamento urbano que se focou no uso e ocupação do solo a partir da perspectiva do automóvel, a capital paulista procura atualmente alternativas de estratégias de planejamento e desenho urbano para reverter esse quadro e favorecer a interação social. Adotando a região do centro de São Paulo como pano de fundo, este trabalho se desenvolve a partir do direito de acesso a cidade, com recorte em grupo específico da população (estudantes universitários) que se desloca ativamente pelo território. Além da pesquisa histórica da expansão horizontal do município e seus impactos nas distâncias percorridas por certos grupos de habitantes, serão abordados os diferentes planos de mobilidade propostos durante diferentes governos municipais até a implantação e expansão de uma rede de transporte metroviário, e analisado o impacto que esse sistema teve e pode ter na orientação do crescimento da cidade.

The target of the present research work is to analyse the artistic aspect of still digital image art. Still images are the most antique form of human art, and their origin is pre-historical. To evidence principals, development and importance of painting and gravure techniques, and to trace parallels with the most recent technologies of still digital image, was the fundamental base to point out and discuss the ontology of this new form of art, which is expressed through human need to create images and through the desire of getting them stilled in time and space. Its peculiar poetics resulting from its semioptical interrelations, i.e., the creative procedures and artistic language were also analysed in order to prove the value of this contemporaneous art. Finally, were presented the work and the artistic creations of Roman Verostko, exponent of the still digital image art. Concluded were the artistic and universal value of such art whose expression and search for knowledge, common to every art are found in this special form of art, which is in deep harmony with the technological society of our time.

This study aims to investigate the criteria used by teachers in higher education in work groups. Understanding that the role of teaching is the search and mastery of knowledge and the teacher is the mediator between the student and the knowledge transformation, the research sought to understand how the teacher puts at the disposal of its students means to organize, systematize, enrich and broaden learning experiences, focusing on work groups as a learning strategy. The research was carried out with university professors who work in the course of Licenciatura in Pedagogy of a private college in the city of São Paulo in one of its units located in the East Zone. The qualitative research was structured in four stages: bibliographical study, field research with the application of questionnaires and interviews with higher education professors, data and information processing, and the final considerations were based on the theoretical basis. The research allowed identifying who are the professors - profile, academic background, teaching time - if they make use of the group work and how they use this methodology as a learning strategy. The research results confirmed the hypothesis that work groups may offer a concrete opportunity to build knowledge in a cooperative way and with potential for the student to relate in a variety of ways to knowledge, but to meet the proposed learning objectives, the student necessarily needs active participation and willingness to cooperate, and the teacher must systematically follow-up the groups.

Objective of the Paper: This paper aimed to identify which nudges can be used by organizations to institutionalize fraud risk prevention in compliance programs, implemented in accordance to the Law 12.846 / 2013. In terms of theories, the research was based on the concepts of fraud, institutional theory, compliance program and nudges. Design / methodology / approach: Methodologically, this study is classified as qualitative, using a non-experimental, transversal, exploratory and descriptive research model. Data collection was done through interviews, in which a questionnaire of open questions was applied, to eight professionals who are responsible for the implementation of compliance programs (compliance officers), professionals responsible for internal auditing, professionals who act as external auditors and professionals who work in the area of consulting for compliance purposes (investigation, testing on controls). All interviews were recorded and transcribed and the data were examined using Content Analysis. Results: As a result of this paper, it is worth mentioning the transformation of the organizational culture to the legitimacy of compliance programs in organizations. This legitimization process must start at the top (tone at the top) to inspire people to adopt internal controls effectively and efficiently. The opportunities for fraud occur through failures in the system and through the existence of people who have the motivation and rationalize a fraud, therefore, as a result of this work, a list of the important characteristics that the professionals who act in the management of compliance programs should present in their profiles was provided. In addition, the results of this research have presented the key controls to mitigate the risk of fraud correlated with the legitimation mechanisms of compliance programs. Finally, the results point to the benefits of implementing integrity programs, correlating the nudges that must be used in these programs to avoid frauds. Nudges, once they are behavioral mechanisms, should support relevantly in this process of cultural transformation and legitimation of compliance programs. Practical implications: This work has practical implications for Brazilian organizations that have implemented or plan to implement compliance programs, a topic in national studies, especially since the enactment of Law 12.846 / 2013 and Decree No. 8,420 / 15, as well as the notoriety given to the topic after the outbreak of operations of corruption investigations, starting in 2014, such as Operation Lava Jato. Originality and contributions: This study aimed to contribute to the process of legitimizing compliance programs to be adopted or already adopted by organizations, through the use of nudges, bringing a concept of behavioral economics to the field of the internal control environment, whose objective, among others, is to prevent and detect fraud in organizations. The issues explored in this study support the institutionalization of compliance programs in a mimetic way, that is, based on best market practices to the detriment of coercive and / or normative forms. In addressing the mimetic form of institutionalization, we also addressed the engagement of the executives responsible for both Governance and the activities of organizations in line with the compliance programs, in order to support the legitimation of a new organizational culture that sees the benefits of implementing these programs qualitatively.

The present study seeks to investigate the regulation of the National Education System (SNE) - as determined by the law which established the National Education Plan (PNE) from 2014 to 2024 and the current wording of Article 214 of the Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil 1988 (CF / 88) - may contribute to the institutionalization of a collaborative and federative cooperation without violating the constitutional autonomy of federal entities. Therefore, they are studied some historical factors that marked out the paths that led to the institutional disarticulation of national educational policies, as well as it appears as the political and administrative decentralization in educational matters led to the need to establish able to articulate and coordinate education policies national. Moreover, it is a study of the legal contours of the Brazilian educational federalism, from the perspective of CF / 88 and Law of Directives and Bases of National Education in force (LDB / 1996), to investigate whether the current constitutional order and legal admits that the national education receive systematic treatment. After presents ways to institutionalize the SNE, from what was determined by the PNE 2014-2024, the Second National Conference on Education (CONAE) and the initial proposal of the Ministry of Education (MEC) - published in July 2015. In Finally, points debates about the possibility of institutionalizing the SNE, based on authors perform a connection between the field of public policy and the law.
