The contractual infringement and damages to Municipal Public Administration
The purpose of this article is to analyze the problem of contractual management and the damage that contractual interference brings to the municipal public administration. The perfect management of public administration contracts minimizes problems and eventual failures in performance and delivery. This perfection of management essentially involves a firm contract for performance and a delegation of responsibility to other public agents, which means that the chosen one has a particular responsibility, namely the absolute verification of the contract's performance. In order for such issues to be spared, it is admirable that the contractual management takes place in a prudent and responsible manner. It can also be said that probity must govern the entire life cycle of the contract. The article also deals with the responsibility of the public manager, since he has the right to delegate an administrative act, he continues to be bound by the responsibility for that which has been delegated. The manager has the obligation to make a good choice when appointing the contract inspector, in the sense that by delegating unprepared employees, the public manager will be assuming the risks that may arise from a bad choice. In addition to responsibly appointing the manager, the public agent must offer training so that the management, if any, can be done in an improved manner. Furthermore, the contract manager/fiscal must be aware that, due to his legal attributions, he has the competence to manage and decide, which makes him responsible for that administered object, so he must manage it properly so that the consequences of the Law do not fall upon him.

Teacher training for the construction of Digital Educational Games: a systematic literature review
Considering the changes that have occurred in the school over the years, caused by the insertion of digital technologies in the educational context, our teachers have increasingly demanded new skills and competences to work with current 21st century learners. Among all the technologies that we can find each day even more present in the school environment, one that has been standing out in the context of education is the use of digital games, especially those produced for educational purposes. However, as digital games show themselves as a new proposal for teachers to work with students, the question arises regarding the offer of a specific teacher training that aims to prepare these teachers not only for use as also for the construction of these new digital educational resources, considering that these are the professionals who know the pedagogical contents and practices, as well as the reality of the school and students. Therefore, this work seeks to present a Systematic Literature Review that sought to investigate the existence of scientific papers, published between January 2015 and April 2021, about the provision of training for educators for the construction of digital educational games. For the construction of the review, we adopted the steps of planning, conducting and reporting presented in the article's methodology. Thus, it is emphasized that the studies found throughout the review were carefully analyzed and the results found were synthesized throughout this work.

Impacts of intensive care patients' oral hygiene on nosocomial and ventilator-associated pneumonia: integrative literature review
Hospital Dentistry has been gaining field, since several successful experiences, associated with scientific evidence have shown that dental care at the hospital level can contribute to the reduction of cases of nosocomial pneumonia associated with mechanical ventilation, thus reducing the length of hospital stay and consequently the costs of this process. The objective of this study was to verify the efficacy of oral hygiene protocols in ICU patients in the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia or nosocomial pneumonia. An integrative literature review was carried out with searches in the Pubmed/MEDLINE and Scielo databases, in which 23 articles were selected for qualitative analysis after application of the eligibility criteria guided by the PRISMA strategy. We noticed that the use of chlorhexidine seems to be the most recurrent protocol in the studies, with better results when associated with the mechanical adequacy provided by brushing, in reducing the cases of nosocomial pneumonia. Other methods such as the use of povidone-iodine and supraglottic aspiration were mentioned, although their effects are still controversial. Thus, we conclude that although there is not a well-defined protocol for the control of oral biofilm and consequent reduction in the prevalence of pneumonia, chlorhexidine associated with brushing seems to be the most promising method. More studies with robust methodology are needed for the understanding and proposal of protocols based on scientific evidence for oral hygiene of patients in intensive care, focused on reducing morbidity and mortality from nosocomial pneumonia.

Physiological potential of soybean seeds produced in southern Brazil
Soy is the most economically important agricultural crop in the world. Achieving higher productivity has been a challenge in today's agriculture. Making the seed, surely, the most important input for agricultural development, because, as a living organism, it is depositary, directly or indirectly, of a large part of the technological advances developed by researchers over decades. Therefore, the successful implantation of a crop is in the use of seeds of high physiological quality, with a high percentage of germination and vigor. Thirty cultivars and 29 cities were used, totaling 131 samples from the three southern Brazilian states. Being evaluated the physiological quality, as well as its components, germination, accelerated aging at 41ºC for 48 hours, tetrazolium test, and mass of a thousand seeds. For the macronutrient tests, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), potassium (K), Calcium (Ca) and Molybdenum (Mo) were analyzed. At the end of this work, it can be concluded that the three states in the south of Brazil did not present differences regarding the physiological quality of the tested cultivars. However, the physiological potential comprises the set of skills that allows estimating the capacity of a batch of seeds to properly manifest their vital functions after sowing.

The importance of microbiological and parasitological safety and quality in vegetables
The aim of this study was a literature review of the current status and recent years of fresh foods such as vegetables, mostly lettuce and kale consumed in natura, emphasizing studies from journals published in the last 20 years considering the presence of microorganisms such as coliforms at 45 ºC, Salmonella ssp, and various fungi. The consumption of fresh foods in recent decades has increased considerably, due to the search for knowledge of the origin of the foods consumed, mainly in vegetables. In small towns, the cultivation and sale of vegetables and vegetables is mostly carried out by families in their small gardens, often outdoors and in the urban area itself, where there may be various risks for the production of these natural foods, such as septic tanks, open sewers and stray animals, for this reason, these plants are subject to contamination by opportunistic microorganisms, such as coliforms at 45 ºC, Salmonella ssp and fungi. Foodborne infections are common and termed foodborne illnesses. These diseases that can lead to death. It is concluded that food quality control is directly linked to health, that is, a product with quality and safety ensures that fewer outbreaks of foodborne diseases occur, substantially avoiding the burden on public health systems.

Ethnopharmacology as a complementary therapy in primary care: an integrative review
Ethnopharmacology deals with popular knowledge concerning traditional systems of medicine; it consists of information acquired throughout life by the population using medicinal flora as pharmacological study. The aim is to analyze the scientific evidence of health professionals' knowledge of the use of ethnopharmacology as a complementary therapy in primary care. An integrative literature review was conducted using the online search platforms Us National Library of Medicine (PUBMED) and Virtual Health Library (VHL) in the databases LILACS, MEDLINE and BDENF. To construct the research question of the integrative review, the Pico strategy was used, essential for increasing the specificity and conceptual clarity of the situation to be studied, providing results of greater quality and uniqueness. Articles indexed in national and international journals were selected, provided in full, and studies found in the last 5 years in Portuguese, English and Spanish. The results suggest that although phytotherapy is a beneficial practice for many, there are still factors that act as barriers to the consolidation of this therapy within health services. Therefore, it becomes extremely important to mobilize strategies that can pave the way for the effective implementation of ethnopharmacological practices as an integral part of the users' health management.

Adsorption study of Nylosan blue N-BLN textile dye on passion fruit residues
The textile industry has developed and grown more and more, with this it has been using more dyes, so a large volume of highly colored and contaminated effluents is generated, these effluents, if discarded without prior treatment in water bodies, can generate environmental problems bass. A simple, efficient and cheap way to carry out the removal of these dyes is using the adsorption technique. With that, the present work intends to demonstrate if passion fruit residues, the seeds, which have low added value, can be used as alternative adsorbents for the treatment of textile effluents. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the passion fruit seeds as an alternative adsorbent for the Nylosan blue N-BLN textile dye, in addition to evaluating the effect of the ionic strength and pH of the solution on the adsorption efficiency and to evaluate the viability of the desorption process. The adsorption studies were carried out in a fixed bed column using in natura passion fruit residues and subjected to chemical treatments with HCl. The acid treatment increased the biomass adsorption efficiency. The ionic strength had little influence on the adsorption process. The pH influenced the adsorption process, and the best pH value was equal to two. The desorption process was possible to happen, using sodium hydroxide NaOH as an extracting solution. The adsorptive capacity for seeds was 10.2 and 20.2 mg g-1 for biomass in natura and treated with HCl.

The importance of interview in psychological evaluation in the transit context
This article aims to verify the importance of the interview in the process of psychological assessment in the context of traffic. Therefore, a qualitative study was performed with a narrative literature review of articles found in the electronic databases BVS-Psi, Scielo and Google Scholar, and normative resolutions of the Federal Council of Psychology that addressed the theme of Traffic Psychology and Psychological Assessment. Traffic Psychology in Brazil emerged from the need to understand and assess the behavior of drivers in order to contribute to safer traffic. In this sense, psychological assessment became mandatory in the drivers license process and, as a historical consequence, it became the priority activity of traffic psychologists. There is, however, a confusion on the part of many people, including psychologists, between psychological assessment and psychological testing, as many professionals use only psychological tests in the assessment process. It was found that conducting the interview provides more efficiency to the process and greater security of results, supporting the professional's decision-making and making the work ethical, which contributes to transit in the country. It is through the interview that there is the possibility of a broader assessment and greater reliability in the data obtained of the candidate or driver. Thus, it is necessary to constantly update and train the psychologist with regard to the technique and procedures of psychological assessment, so as not to reduce the assessment in testing, so as not to cause harm to the people evaluated or to society.
