Title: Platform for Certification and Auditing in Companies: Strategies for the Development of an Innovative Business Keywords: certification, business development, strategy, innovation, marketplace. Introduction: This text describes the project carried out with the aim of developing the business model for a transaction platform for services related to certification, especially auditing services, in a marketplace model. Methodology used: With the concern of giving scientific character to the work, the method of solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities proposed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017) was followed. Researched context: The certification market involves auditors, certifiers, legislative agents and evaluators and, mainly, companies interested in acquiring certifications so that it is possible to expand business, ensure quality, reduce costs, provide credibility, comply with current legislation and achieve international acceptance. Given the complexity determined by the quantity and diversity of agents involved, bringing the different agents together on a single platform to reduce the search time for specialized professionals, certifying companies and auditors, would be an opportunity to provide added value to all parties involved. Situation Diagnosis: In order to better adapt the structural aspects of the model designed, the analysis of macro-environmental scenarios and trends in the competitive environment were started, such as the current size and potential market, as well as the gaps existing due to needs and desires not yet satisfactorily met. Then, we sought to define internal aspects, starting with the determination of what would be the value proposal that would meet the expectations of the clients and the technological solution applied to the transaction of audit services in certification, proceeding with the analysis of financial viability of the project. Proposed intervention: The diagnosis carried out led to the design of a business model for the creation of a new company with an innovative proposal to offer value, embraced by entrepreneurs who bring their knowledge of the certification market, information technology, marketplace and investment capacity. The idea considers the trends of the technological scenario and the concepts of shared economy and networked business orchestration, in which the market is currently developing. Achieved Results: Given the data considered, the analysis presented, the value proposal tested and validated by agents working in the target market and the current stage of implementation, the proposal proved to be feasible, with an effective capacity to constitute a business that involves a favorable situation of return on investment required from partners, who will use their own resources to enable the best use of the opportunity and, in a subsequent phase, will implement the business model developed in this project. Technological, Economic and Social Impact: In addition to the impact resulting from the creation of an innovative business model for the sector, it is expected that the sharing of experience provides the potential for replication in equivalent situations. Therefore, it is expected to contribute to the development of management technology and providing expansion of security and turnover in the market, in order to have a favorable impact on the evolutionary dynamics of the economic environment and the development of society's quality of life.

Este trabalho é um estudo da doutrina do direito do filósofo Immanuel Kant, e versa especificamente sobre a parte dos direitos reais desta doutrina. Para esse fim, é feita uma introdução em que são explicados os princípios fundamentais da filosofia de Kant. Na introdução, busca-se localizar o direito dentro do sistema filosófico kantiano, razão pela qual são abordados temas como como a moral e sua divisão entre Ética e direito. Também é feita, ainda que brevemente, uma consideração sobre o estado liberal, como o concebeu Kant. Percorrido este caminho, chega-se ao direito, e nele também são consideradas suas divisões entre o público e o privado, além de ser feita a explicação dos importantes conceitos de meu e teu externos. No direito privado, encontram-se os direitos reais, que nada mais são do que uma das três possibilidades do meu e do teu externo; as outras duas são os direitos pessoais e os direitos pessoais na modalidade real. Quanto ao direito privado, é considerado o conceito de posse em Kant e é feito um cotejo entre a teoria kantiana da posse e as teorias modernas. Por fim, são feitos comentários sobre o direito de propriedade e abordados seus fundamentos filosóficos.

This work aims to investigate the military chaplain s work in the Brazilian Army. This ministry has been seen since the Portuguese arrival to Brazil and as the time pass it ripens and became a well developed structure. It is obvious that it has a conspicuous work in the men s hands who have the interest in giving spiritual and emotional support to the militaries as well as to their families. The religious work has a vital importance in military life since the soldier will have the chance to have a more balanced life. We can also realize through this work that besides the job carried out by the Catholic Roman Church, a great job has been done by the Evangelical chaplains. According to the statistics, the number of evangelical soldiers has been growing in an outstanding way. This research is based on parts of interviews with two Brazilian Army chaplains, a priest and a pastor who will mention the gigantic work done in this Army. The chaplain is vital in the consolidation of Brazilian Army.

This work tests using series of price data and dividends of the stocks that composed the theoretical portfolio of the IBOVESPA for the period between 1986 and 2016 with the objective of evaluating the market rationality through Present Value models. The methodology used is the analysis of cointegrated vectors of prices and dividends and the use of the VAR and cointegration approach. The influence of dividends on stock prices in 30 years and the hypothesis of efficient markets were evaluated. We conclude that the Brazilian market does not fit the proposed model. Two methodologies were used, one to evaluate the relationship between prices and dividends, and another to evaluate the efficiency of the market.

The fundamentals of this research lies on the fact the theoretical frame upon which Social and Environmental Projects Control needs further empirical studies, have seen few jobs available in the academic literature and a subject of importance to the business environment and academy.Thus what was done in this study was: (i) systematize knowledge about Project Control in a conceptual theoretical frame called Basic Conceptual Structure Control of Projects and (ii) to investigate the reality of the typical activities and functions of the responsible organizational unit, within 4 (four) plants to generate electricity surveyed, for control of environmental projects. It was found that as the elements that make up this conceptual framework to reflect the practices of the Socio-Environmental Control Projects in the companies studied. The study is empirical in nature and exploratory, and how to address the problem, the research is qualitative. Because it is a proposal to validate a framework, the method of analysis of the information obtained was the literal transcription of data. The ideal framework was raised in the academic literature, that companies must have, for the control of environmental projects and have successfully achieving the desired results. And finally to analyze the plants investigated, it was realized that all met the standards set in accordance with the theoretical frame mentioned to control their environmental projects.

O presente trabalho consiste na dissertação e discussão dos conflitos entre sócios em sociedades limitadas, suas consequências com relação aos seus integrantes e a responsabilidade dos administradores perante terceiros e os efeitos dos seus atos perante seu patrimônio e o da sociedade. O debate principal concentrase na dissolução da sociedade parcial ou total, mais precisamente sobre os direitos dos minoritários com relação a decisão da maioria do capital social sob circunstâncias favoráveis aos sócios minoritários que não detém a maioria relativa do capital social.

This thesis studies the State’s actuation, aiming to investigate and analyze how Law influences the economic development. Law is focused as a social phenomenon and development is based on the fundamental objectives set forth in the Federal Constitution of 1988. It’s undeniable that technological innovation is essential in the new development matrix and in the new cycles. In this way, it underpins the economic development, being essential for the advancement of humanity, using Joseph Schumpeter’s economic theory: the creative destruction. In this sense, it presents itself as the structuring axis of the guarantee of economic development, which includes the construction of a free, just and solidary society, reducing social inequalities, promoting the benefit of all, based on the dignity of the human person, sovereignty, citizenship and social values of work, achieving an economic development built on free competition, consumer protection and the pursuit of full employment, and rescuing development in countries of late modernity.

Investiga-se os limites do acesso igualitário a educação superior no Brasil, sob a ótica do coletivo de jovens mães e estudantes grávidas que por falta de proteção legal e promoção de políticas públicas por parte das Instituições de Ensino e do Estado podem ter o sonho da profissionalização prejudicado. Utiliza-se para tal fim um aporte interseccional que configura as estudantes grávidas como um grupo desprivilegiado no ambiente universitário, sujeito a uma forma específica de opressão. A partir dessa perspectiva, levantam-se hipóteses das razões pelas quais se manifesta um estereotipo de mulher acadêmica, criando um estigma para as mulheres que vivenciam a experiência da maternidade durante a graduação. Para compreender o alcance desse perfil excludente na universidade brasileira, analisa-se a proteção conferida pela Lei 6.202/75, o Decreto-Lei 1.044/69, a Lei do Estágio e o PL 7109/10, afim de investigar quais são direitos atualmente concedidos a estudante gestante. Na conclusão, indaga-se se esse coletivo está sujeito a uma forma continuada de violência institucional perpetrada pelo Estado e pelas Instituições de Ensino.

A obra em questão visa a compreensão dos processos de transformações da cidades de Rio de Janeiro no final do século XIX, com a instalação da República até a era do rádio e do início da São Paulo século XX, principalmente nos anos de 1920. Essas análises se darão por conta da investigação de personagens mistos de ficcionais como Macunaíma e Policarpo Quaresma, quanto da figuras reais como seus respectivos escritores, Mário de Andrade e Lima Barreto ou, ainda, quanto de personagens que moldaram por si um símbolo cultural, como o malandro Madame Satã.
