Identidade psicossocial, inserção social e saúde. O acesso de adolescentes à vida universitária visto por estagiários de psicologia
Access to university life can be characterized as a way integration and social mobility for many teenagers. However, this vital way is threatened in many cases by doubts and uncertainties that arise. The assumption that drives this work is that these doubts and uncertainties relate to identity issues of adolescence. Such thoughts and feelings that present themselves before entering the university are in the relationship of self and his relationship with their significant others (Mead, 1972) and, in general, with its community. The doubts and uncertainties are permeate by social determinations that act on their subjectivity (Mezan, 1997) through the personal implications, familial, cultural, political, environmental, etc. From the assumption cited above, was created in the course of Psychology UFSM, a internship called Psychosocial Identity Clinic to work with graduate students and students of elementary and middle school. Regarding the latter, groups were created: 1) in partnership with the Municipality of Jaguari and the municipal Schools of that city, and 2) with the Colégio Técnico Industrial de Santa Maria (CTISM), which were denominated workshops identity during adolescence. The research revolves around these workshops, and plan to extend the understanding of the problematic identity of the participants in the groups of students in elementary and middle school offered, through the reports and discussions with the trainees (drivers of the groups) for the supervision of field and academic, held weekly. The methodology of training is based on the principles of action research as originally formulated by Kurt Lewin (1948), expanded from the study of works of John Dewey (in: DE FRANCO Pogrebinschi, 2008), where are based the groups discussion (Callejo, 2000). The research project is inspired by the same principles, and has as background materials produced by the trainees and the researcher's field diary. The method of analysis of the material is to confront the theoretical categories emerged and with previously established categories originate from the empirical material (E FERREIRA MOURA, 2005, Selltiz, 1975). The results point to the following areas: occupational identity, social inclusion and ingress into university life, psychosocial and Adolescent Identity, Ideology and Identity in Adolescence, Health and Identity. They are general thematic units coming most of them from material given to theoretical approach. The smaller units, called sub categories, came directly from the research data and are where the analysis happens. The conclusions is about three aspects: the first relates to issues of identity in relation to the adolescent's future prospects. The other axis refers to the university as a means of integration and social advancement, and finally, the implication is discussed and mediation.

Paternidade e separação conjugal: a perspectiva do pai
This research had as an objective to understand how paternity constitute itself in the conjugal separation and children guard context, throughout the fatherly figure for understanding that separation historically represents to fathers a moment where they are separated of their children. The research has a qualitative character and seeked to know more about the theme and to do so it‟s been developed semi-structured interviews with seven fathers that were going through the separation process and that for such reason seeked counselling at two juridical practice places that attend the community, in Santa Maria city. After the interviews had been done, a Content Analysis of the same had been applied which made it possible to stablish the following categories: being a father; conjugality and parenthood; guard; loss and suffer; the arising of a new father. The results point out that the conjugal separation has constituted itself as a moment that modifies the paternity exercise, in which meaningful differences occur in before and after mainly in regards to proximity with children and issues involving a relationship with ex-wife. Aspects that point out to inherent conflicts to the end of Conjugality and the maintenance of Parenthood were also identified. Other aspect that had been shown was the expressed desire by the fathers to be present in different moments in the children daily life. In regards to children guard it‟s been noticed a movement of the interviewed fathers in the sense to enlarge their participation. The same way the recognition of the maternal figure was present as that whom is naturally assigned to occupy this place. It can also be mentioned that the interviewed fathers have been seeked to built and rebuilt paternity at all moments, which is characteristical in the contemporary paternity exercise that considers a participative and present father. It‟s understood that the comprehension of this family reality throughout the father‟s point of view allowed to enlarge a glimpse over the phenomenum and made it possible a large understanding of the family‟s relationships dynamics in a current context.
As in(ter)venções do analista frente às demandas institucionais dos CAPS.
The recent production regarding psychoanalytic literature points out advances and impasses about the expansion of the psychoanalytic clinic in public health care contexts. Thus, the following study has as its aim to investigate the clinical experience carried out by analysts in Psychosocial Health Care Centers (CAPS), taking into consideration the diversity of configurations involved on the analytic situation in such institution. Semistructured interviews were carried out and analyzed considering the establishment of some markers, which distinguished two groups that allowed approaching the theoretical and clinical articulation that substantiates such practice. From the analysis of narratives two markers stood out symptom and ethics which are seen as conceptual frameworks to endorse the invention character, as recommended concerning the analytical experience in such context.

Construções do cotidiano: mulheres convivendo com HIV/Aids
Sociocultural factors permeate the history of women before the AIDS epidemic and contributing to the spread of HIV transmission in this segment. Aiming to better understand this phenomenon, we sought to understand how HIV-positive women live their everyday lives after the diagnosis of HIV infection. In addition, check feelings, beliefs and ideas triggered by the revelation of HIV positive diagnosis: to elucidate whether there were changes in their daily life: to identify the health concerns, illness and treatment adherence. This work consisted of an empirical study, exploratory qualitative research design, with the application of semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed using thematic content analysis and supported by the Theory of Social Representations. Participants were women aged 25-50 years who were diagnosed HIV positive for more than six months, who were in attendance at a public health HIV/AIDS reference in a city in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Data collection occurred during January-August 2010. As a result of this search was built two articles. The first was entitled Women and HIV/AIDS: a clipping of the epidemic feminization', aimed to identify the feelings, beliefs and ideas about the diagnosis received, the sharing of the diagnosis, and the consequences generated by infection of motherhood and marital relationship. The second is called 'Daily life of women with HIV/AIDS: a reading in social representations' which investigated the social representations of women about the infection of HIV / AIDS and its consequences for living with the diagnosis. Processo de trabalho do supervisor clínico-institucional nos Centros de Atenção Psicossocial (CAPS) na percepção dos supervisores
This master‟s thesis had as its aim to describe and analyze the working process of the clinical-institutional supervisors of Psychosocial Health Care Centers (CAPS) in Rio Grande do Sul, from the perception of such workers, who are selected according to the Mental Health Care Coordination of the Health Ministry to perform as supervisors, which is supported by the government directive number 11174/GM of July 7, 2005. The method of such study was an exploratory and descriptive research, with a qualitative approach. Clinical-institutional supervisors of Rio Grande do Sul composed the population under study and were selected from the Clinical- Institutional Supervision of CAPS and Psychosocial Health Care Networks edict of the Health Ministry. Such population was composed by 10 participants, and were sorted out taking into consideration the professional field, enabling data to be proportional and wide in its range. Data collection consisted of semi-structured interviews and non-participant observations. Data collected was analyzed through thematic analysis, enabling the emergence of three thematic axis, that made possible to widen the understanding of such data. Axis 1: dynamics of the working process of the clinical-institutional supervisors, that contained aspects related to such process, including perceptions about the work, such as the task of the supervisor concerning the staff, and the devices/instruments that enabled his actions. Among them, the construction of spaces of listening and talking; the problematization of daily questions of the staff; the collective construction of clinical cases; reading of texts and the professional experience based on the transference at work were highlighted. Axis 2 contained facilitating factors and obstacles regarding the process of clinicalinstitutional supervision. Among facilitating factors, the working experience in collective health was highlighted, and among the obstacles, the precarization of the relationships at work was cited. Axis 3 approached challenges, perspectives and suggestions for the clinical-institutional supervision and the greatest challenges were perceived as related to the implantation and effectiveness of Public Policies. Concerning the perspectives, widening of such proposal to other institutions of the network was evidenced and as regards suggestions, the extension of the supervision period was pointed out. Thus, such study enabled to list some recommendations, and not prescriptions, to the accomplishment of this task.

Adolescência, ato infracional e processos de identificação: um estudo de caso com adolescentes privados de liberdade
This paper aimed to investigate how violence and the practice of infractional acts participate on the identification processes that result in the identity of adolescents in conflict with the law. A multiple case study was carried out to achieve the proposed aims. Data was collected through guided individual interviews with five male adolescents imprisoned for social and educational rehabilitation. Data analysis revealed a strong association between drug abuse and delinquency, the presence of violence in the life course of adolescents and fragilities in family relationships. Such results suggest the existence of difficulties in the process of identity construction of those adolescents that begin in early developmental times, according to the bibliography consulted. In conclusion, we suggest the need to develop new studies to clarify such issues. Finally, we present a discussion aiming to relate our results with some proposals of intervention, such as the concept of juvenile protagonism and the model of the Restorative Justice.

Estratégia de saúde da família e o atendimento aos adolescentes
The aim of this research was to know the demands identified by health care team professionals of Family Health Care Strategy, focusing on adolescence. Such study contemplates on its theoretical review a presentation of the Health System and the Family Health Care Strategy, as well as the public policies for adolescents proposed by the Health Ministry (PROSAD). There is a specific chapter about adolescence, in which changes experienced in such period of development are approached, including physical, psychic and social aspects, as well as the importance of the family relationships as regards the adolescents. Such study aimed to understand, through the Bioecological Theory of Human Development, the relation between the adolescent and his context, establishing interferences among microsystems and their effects on the adolescent‟s health. In order to reach the aim of the study, a qualitative approach was used. Data collection consisted of semi-structured interviews carried out with professionals of five teams of Family Health Care Strategy in Santa Maria/RS. Results were understood through the analysis of multiple cases and analyzed through content analysis. The reports of the professionals indicate the fragility of actions directed to the adolescent public, but also point out important problems presented in such group. Among them, the results highlight pregnancy in adolescence, violence, drugs and family problems. The professionals point out the absence of projects directed to the adolescent public, what could increase the risk concerning the problems previously described. The health care professionals have no knowledge of the existence of Adolescent Health Care Program (PROSAD), and such aspect enables understanding the difficulties referred concerning assistance of the adolescent public. Moreover, aspects regarding working instability related to the maintenance of the health care teams were pointed out by the professionals. Such aspects interfere on the bonds established with the community, as well as on the investment concerning new actions and/or projects. The final considerations highlight the importance of making improvements in the working process of the teams of Family Health Care Strategy, emphasizing the proposal to strengthen the implementation of ideas present in PROSAD, which includes the main questions highlighted by the professionals as part of their communities. Without the consolidation of specific actions for the adolescents, risks seem to increase within such group. Thus, health care promotion and prevention become increasingly urgent and necessary.

Lei Nacional de Adoção e o acolhimento institucional: o ponto de vista dos psicólogos e assistentes sociais
The dynamics of the youth shelters and the repercutions to children and adolescents after being in such institutions have been increasingly studied. In 2009, a new Law was created, proposing renewal of the existing practices in such places, which have already been changed since the Children and Adolescents Statute. From such starting point, the research which originates the following thesis aimed to know how psychologists and social workers, employees of technical teams of youth shelters, perceive some of the changes of the new National Adoption Law (Law 12010/2009). It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory study, carried out with eight professionals, four psychologists and four social workers, the total number of professionals of youth shelters in the city where the research was carried out. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with openended questions, which were analyzed through content analysis. Results are presented in three articles. In the first of them, the aim is to understand the changes that the new Law may bring to the relationship among families and youth shelters. The interviewed professionals show consistent knowledge about the new Law and highlight good initiatives concerning the work towards families of children and adolescents in such situation. However, some stigmatizing discourses related to the families are identified. The second article reflects about the understanding of the interviewed professionals about the changes in their work, after the new Law. Such study points out that youth shelters are understood by participants as places that combine the old and new features of the institutionalization history, which demonstrates that there are ambivalences and practices that need to be overcome. Yet, a movement generated by the new National Adoption Law regarding the practice of interviewed professionals is clear, demanding more agility and speed in the development of the work. The third article concerns family reinsertion, problematizing such practice that is encouraged by the new Law. Results evidence that professionals exhaust the possiblities of searching for the family, and only after, try to guarantee family and community living, counting on the extensive family, which presents peculiarities, according to the participants. In order to promote reinsertion, listening to the family has been valued, guiding the actions. Results also focus the facilities and the difficulties during the resinsertions process, the practices used to promote it and the farewell from the institution. The reality portrayed in such articles shows that it is not possible to infer general characteristics about the situation. However, there seems to be a movement of change happening, as concerns the total number of participants, showing the advance or the stagnation evidenced in their discourses do not refer to the lack of knowledge about the new law, but to the closeness or the distance of the prevailing practices throughout the years.
Qualidade de vida no trabalho sob a perspectiva de professores de ensino superior
Graduate end postgraduate Institutions have felt the transformations that have been happening all over the world, and this has influenced the quality of professors work life. Based on this fact, this work aimed to: (i) comprehend how the quality of work life is perceived by professors in graduate and postgraduate programs in the fields of Social and Human Sciences of a Federal University in a country town of the South Region of Brazil; (ii) understand how the new employment configurations can influence professors life quality; (iii) learn the meaning attributed by professors to the quality of work life and (iv) identify aspects of professors QWL and relate them to the conditions of their professional activity. This work consisted of an empirical, exploratory and descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained by means of a semi- structured interview, and the technique of content analysis was used for analyzing the data. Ten professors participated in the research: five taught undergraduates programs and the other 5 also worked in the postgraduate ones. All of them hold a Doctoral Degree and have an exclusive dedication work regime at the University. Data were collected in the months of April, May and June 2011. As a result of the study, two papers were written. In the first article entitled work life quality of professors in graduate and postgraduate programs , a non-systemic literature review of the comprehension of the life quality of professors who work in graduate and postgraduate programs was undertaken. The study aimed to present the main elements which are part of the notion of quality of work life emphasizing how professors dealt with this issue especially in graduate and postgraduate programs. In the second article, the empirical research called quality of working life from the perspective of professors of graduate end postgraduate programs of a Public University , three categories were described: new demands and greater requirements; meanings of the quality of working life, and aspects mentioned about professors QWL which were discussed based on related theories. The results of the first study made it clear that several elements are essential for the quality of work life of professionals in graduate and postgraduate programs such as the individual pathway, the organizational aspects of the institutions and the social environment in which these workers are incorporated. Therefore the set of these elements will influence the way the teachers perceive their professional activity and this will reflect into the quality of life at work as well as into the quality of their performance in the education process of future professionals. In the second article, it became evident that regardless of whether the teachers were working or not in postgraduate programs, they have the same perception about the increase of workload, which happens after the qualification process, a requirement they need to fulfill. The teachers feel they have to work harder to fulfill the requirements in the postgraduate programs, and this seems to unleash a negative reaction once they recognize that teaching is being directed to other purposes, that is, to fulfill the requirements of publications to achieve the score established by the Ministry of Education. Moreover, it is necessary a discussion about the aspects that comprehend the quality of work life, as a way of fostering an awareness on professors and Institutions about the care they should take with the health of their professors and provide a better work environment to them.
