This research addresses the imaginary field and adolescence, with the objective to know: What place does the imagery in the reconfiguration of adolescence? We also intend to investigate, through psychoanalysis, which elements and complexes build the subject's imagination, and understand how adolescents recognize themselves when it does not conform to an image. Research is delimited by the analysis of the book by Italo Calvino (2008), entitled O Barão nas Árvores (The Baron in the trees), which presents the dilemmas of alienation-separation operation of some characters in order to perform a subjective link in the social. It also covered a focus on adolescence today. The method of approach was based on a literature search. The bibliographical research is constructed from the theoretical corpus of reference to Freudian-Lacanian. The research results are analyzed using procedures for data analysis and use the techniques of guided reading by listening and instrumental transfer. We conclude that imagination in adolescence works as an edge or subjective safety net for the experiences that make up the subject throughout life.

Data presented by the World Health Organization where about 20% of the children and adolescents present some health problem, such occurrence might cause negative consequence in a short or long term in the development of youngsters (WHO, 2003). And coupled this information, different forms of violence are growing in an effective and comprehensive (LUMA, FERREIRA, VIEIRA, 2010). From these two perspectives, the following study aimed to investigate the occurrence levels of psychiatric symptoms and stress levels and violence among adolescent users of CAPS in Santa Maria.The sample consisted of a total of 52 adolescents. It was conducted a cross-sectional, descriptive, correlational with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The instruments used were a demographic data form and the Self-Report Questionnaire- SRQ-20 (MARY E WILLIAMs, 1986), Adolescents Stress Scale (ASS) (LUCARELLI, LIPP, 2005), Child Stress Scale (CSS) (TRICOLLI, LIPP, 2006), and a verbal check of violence throughout the development, conducted by the research group. The results were obtained through statistical descriptive analysis, inferential and Person correlational, through the statistical Pack SPSS 19.0. The sample comprised 32 (64%) boys and 18 (36%) girls, with a mean age of 14 years old. Among the key findings, it was observed that all adolescents from 12 to 14 years presenting some level of stress reaction. As for the item psychiatric symptoms, it was observed that the girls were represented with 80% of symptoms. Moderate correlation was found positive and statistically significant in the item symptom of psychological stress and psychiatric symptoms (r2 = 0.57, p = 0.001). From these data, it reinforces the need for a deeper investigation of the symptoms CAPSi symptomatology in adolescents with a view to promoting the health of this population.

This work is an exploratory and descriptive qualitative research that had as its main goal to understand how workers of health in oncology develop their professional practice with patients according to their perspectives of pleasure, suffering and defensive strategies. Nine workers of a High Complexity Oncology Center health team participate in this study. A questionnaire for social demographic evaluation and semistructured interviews were applied for data collection. Data was processed using content analysis. Regarding the results, 90% of workers are females, married, around 35 years old, have no children, but hold a college degree and have been working in the field between one and five years. The majority, 77%, of the interviewed workers chose to work in this field. When asked about pleasure, they indicate that it is related to the patients wellbeing, the importance of their job, recognition and organization. Regarding the suffering, the interviewees pointed out the following: fear of becoming ill (related to the diseases issues), becoming contaminated, to make a mistake in their procedure, difficulty of working with children, teenagers and elder patients, not be able of fulfilling the patients expectations such as curing, saving or improving their clinical conditions, intensive working hours, work overload, patients with late diagnosis, no previous or continuous care in the patients cities, as well as economic and operational difficulties to have access to proper treatment in some cases. Among the defensive strategies used by the workers are individual actions and team work. For instance, individual preventive strategies are: time away from the work environment, not become involved affectively with the patients and to have recognition for their work. Team work strategies include: group meetings as well as support from friends and family. In this sense, to understand the health workers experiences, mainly in oncology, is important to make positive interventions while organizing the process and their work.

This work approaches the perception of coercion, on the part of the patient, n the process of informed consent which constitutes an important element in health. The perception of coercion may be associated with this practice so that the subject perceives that has not been able to express their will with respect to its treatment. One searched to evaluate if the patient perceived himself able to express his opinion in the authorization process for the realization of care procedures and understand the involved factors in this perception, according to these subjects. Also one used instruments of evaluation of the level of literacy and development psychological-moral in order to better understand the factors involved in decision making in healthcare. The present work consists in a transversal study, which was applied Expression Scale of Coercion in Care, the Instrument of Evaluation of the Development Psychological-moral and the instrument of Evaluation of Literacy in two samples: one consisting of 143 outpatients and another of 142 patients admitted to HUSM. The technique of half-structuralized interview was also used to understand the factors that had taken the patients to indicate discomfort in expressing themselves. These subjects constitute a sub-sample, consisting of six subjects who responded to the questionnaires mentioned above showing some degree of expression of coercion on the scale applied in order to evaluate this data. In the found results, the relative data to this measure are not differentiated between the samples, and indicate a low level of perception of coercion when expressing itself. It was observed that the research subjects, in its majority, meet in the concientious level of the development scale psychological-moral. In both the samples had prevalence of the rudimentary level of literacy. In sub-sample interviewed may be noted the identification by the patient, of whom did not have voice in the treatment seems linked to the supply of information, the experiences with the hospital, and also the elements as the time of attachment to the institution, the gratitude and the way as the experiences had been integrated psychically by the subject

The Health and Psychiatric Reform movements in Brazil triggered transformations in theoretical and practical model of mental health care. These changes enabled the expansion of the concept of health / disease process, the creation of public policies, the implementation of a network of services replacing psychiatric hospitals, including the CAPS and the development of new strategies for health intervention. Therefore, these changes suggest a series of challenges to the practice of workers in health services, especially with regard to care and care for people in psychological distress, using as a framework the assumptions of the fields of Public Health and Mental Health. So the overall goal of this research was to describe and analyze how health workers of a Psychosocial Alcohol and Drugs Care Center (CAPS ad), build, lead and propose therapeutic processes of users in that service. It interested us especially to understand how in this process the development of Singular Therapeutic Projects (STP) occurs. From this perspective, considering that the therapeutic process is conducted in a CAPS resulting from conceptions and modes of action of different workers who make up the staff of such services, justified the choice of the theme by the need to describe and analyze the actions of these health workers as a way to discuss their practice, pointing out the obstacles and difficulties in the construction and conduct of therapeutic processes, as well as point out possible solutions to these issues. Thus, an exploratory-descriptive survey was conducted, with qualitative approach. For data collection, interviews were conducted semi-structured with seven workers of different specialties working in CAPS ad. Data analysis was performed according to thematic analysis proposed by Minayo. The results demonstrate that the conceptions of workers in relation to the therapeutic process are consistent with the principles and guidelines of the Psychiatric Reform and the Current Mental Health Policy and the construction of the Singular Therapeutic Project (STP), generally occurs according to the proposal of the Ministry of Health. We believe that STP could be used in the searched service as a production strategy of health care.

This research aimed to draw in perspective dejourian, the demographic profile and professional teachers who work in the program of post-graduate studies in specific master; identify factors that generate pleasure and pain at work this faculty, as well as the reasons encourage and support the participation of teachers in graduate programs. This is an exploratory, descriptive, qualitative, conducted with 06 university professors, the permanent framework of post-graduate studies centers of Health Sciences and Social Sciences and Humanities of a public higher education institution, the state of Rio Grande do Sul For data collection instrument was developed in two parts, the first containing the survey questions for sociodemographic data and professional and the second part consists of an interview guide with semi-structured questions. Data were analyzed using content analysis of Bardin. The categories originating from the data analysis are described in three articles, which together comprise the essence of this study. Results showed reflective understandings about the role of teaching in a university setting capitalist productivity, which are affected by work pressure, which triggers pain. The recognition of suffering is not described explicitly. Identifies a dichotomous relationship between pleasure and pain at work and such conditions manifest themselves due to the tasks of a university teacher as well as the demands and poor working conditions. Moreover, the participation of teachers in graduate programs in the School in which they operate may confer national and international prominence in some situations. For this it is necessary to highlight meet the guidelines dictated by the funding agencies, in particular the Coordination of Improvement of Professional Level (Capes), in which the demands of production, publication and research are intense. Thus, there is emphasis on teaching grounded in tripod Teaching, Research and Extension. The management also appears as another important role of teachers in public higher education institutions. We find that teachers are put under strong pressure to achieve the required levels of productivity, as well as seek to advance the construction of knowledge and prestige, and situations that point to the experience of the dichotomous relationship between pleasure and pain in this context.

This is quantitative study, whose goal was to identify and measure the manifestations of pleasure-pain of outsourced workers of hygiene and cleanliness of a public hospital. Were used as data collection instruments, data collection of sociodemographic and labor indicators and scale of pleasure and pain at work (EIPST). Data were analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicate that the vast majority of these workers are women and in spare moments give priority to spend time with family, perform household chores, walking and traveling. Their main wishes for the future are to have a better job and health. Regarding measuring pleasure and suffering of these workers, it was found that the Professional Achievement and Recognition in this workplace are sources of pleasure and suffering that arises from the lack of Freedom of Expression and Emotional Exhaustion.

This study aims to discover and describe how are established friendly relations among adolescents imprisoned in Center of social and educational rehabilitation of Santa Maria. Will be investigated their experiences and perceptions about the relationships established with peers both inside and outside the institutional context. For that, was conducted a qualitative exploratory study, that used the resource autofotographic combined with semistructured interviews with teenagers in restrictive measure of freedom in times of external activity. The information analysis was performed using the technique of thematic content analysis.The presented results contribute to the understanding aspects related to the characteristics of the people with whom these young people establish friendly relations, in what context these interactions occur and how to organize and develop strategies to support each other. Moreover, it was possible to observe how are experienced relationships with friends and how these are influenced for relations with the enemies. The study showed the importance of thinking about relations in group and adolescence considering the numerous characteristics cultural, psychological, institutional, among others, since it is a multifaceted relationship.

Talking about death never has been an easy matter. Through historical analysis, one realizes that the fear of death was always present, but with different ways of dealing with it. Today we realize the institutionalization of the dying process, as well as the feelings manifestation. After the Psychiatric Reform, also emerged the Institutions of support in Mental Health, such as Outpatient Mental Health and Psychosocial Care Centers (CAPS), which aim to promote and expand health care to the population in general, in order to promoting wellness and avoid the emergence of chronicity of psychopathology. In these institutions, two specialties professionals stand out in joint action; psychologists and psychiatrists. This mutual action is interesting because it allows a comprehensive view of the subject, in their physical and psychological behavior aspects. Thus, the aim of this study is to understand the presence of death in the outpatient work through the perception of the professionals who work in these places. For this, a qualitative and exploratory study was conducted through semi-structured interviews with guiding principles. For data analysis, was employed content analysis, with emerging categories from the speeches. Among the results, was found several ways of encounter the issue at the clinic, they are: bereavement, complicated grief, preparation for an upcoming death through illness or old age, death and suicidal ideation in life, represented by loss of subjectivity. Among these ways, suicide presented special mention, being described as the most complex due to the large responsibility that the professional has in conducting such cases. Furthermore, was possible to explore the understanding of the professionals in this demand and what were the everyday practices of coping. The study findings are presented in three articles, divided by the subject to which they relate.
