Impacto da satisfação no trabalho e da percepção de suporte organizacional sobre a Síndrome de Burnout em trabalhadores de enfermagem de um Hospital Universitário
The syndrome has been identified as a social problem of importance and has been investigated in several countries, since it is bound to organizational costs. Burnout is defined as a psychological syndrome from chronic emotional stress experienced at work that had resulted from the emotional exhaustion dimensions, cynicism, or dehumanization, and disappointment at work, also called decreased personal accomplishment or inefficacy. This study proposes to investigate a model in which the variables job satisfaction and organizational support perceived consist of predictors of Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals. The study sample consisted of 339 nursing staff of a university hospital (36,6% nursing technicians, 31,9% nurses and 31,6% nursing assistants), and 81,1% females, mean age of 38.7 years and average of 14.4 years of completion of course. The participants answered a questionnaire composed of social-demographic data and the validated scales of Job Satisfaction, Organizational Support Perceived (EPSO) and Characterization of Burnout Scale (ECB). The data were analyzed using SPSS software, version 12.0, through which were calculated statistics descriptive, Cronbach\'s alpha for the study sample and regression multiple analysis (stepwise method), and job satisfaction (five dimensions) and organizational support perceived the independent variables. The indices of reliability for the scales were satisfactory, ranging from 0.73 to 0.94. The results indicated that for emotional exhaustion dimension have three predictors, namely: satisfaction with the nature of work with the highest percentage of explained variance (29%), organizational support perceived (5%) and satisfaction with salary (1%). The size of dehumanization was just satisfaction background with the nature of work and 7% of explained variance and the organizational support perception that was explained by 2% of variance. In their turn, the disappointment work size, showed like predictors the satisfaction with the work nature (28%), organizational support perceived (7%) and satisfaction with promotion (1%). Therefore, the highest percentages of explanation for the three dimensions of Burnout syndrome were attributed to satisfaction with the nature of work and organizational support perceived, demonstrating the importance of health organizations to establish strategies for appreciation of nursing professionals, as well as support and management activities material undertaken by these workers. Future studies should be conducted to confirm the data on other organizations and health professional, because the prevention of this syndrome is essential to ensuring a quality to users of the health care services.

Esquizofrenia: cuidando de possibilidades
This research look to the care of schizophrenic patients, considering the peculiarity of his language, responding to an institutional demand for recovery of citizenship and to promote the clinic as a possible treatment for these patients. The relationship between practical psychoanalysis and its theory by means of a methodological strategy through the construction of clinical cases was designed, in this work, as a mode of care offered to these patients with schizophrenia in a public service. This work aims to expose, through the narrative of three cases, the construction of this clinical practice enabling the care of these patients. Specifically, the material of language production are discussed in the group \"Solta a Língua\", comprised of schizophrenic patients, followed for a public health institution in the city of Uberlândia - MG. Based on psychoanalytic listening, may hold the place in the transfer as a partnership with the patient in the construction of knowledge. For this, the work is backgrounded on representation theory articulated in Freud\'s contributions to contemporary psychoanalytic practice. Still, in the discussion of cases, it was an intermingling with mental health policy of the city of Uberlândia (MG). Following this logic, we sought points that need to be reviewed within this policy and also those points that are close to the psychoanalytic clinic, leaving a glimpse of the scope and limitations of this study. In this context of work, it was possible to recognize the importance of careful listening in the clinic of schizophrenia in relation to the transfer process, knowing the twist that these patients suffer in their language that concern by those who are in a position to listen to them.

Percepção dos modelos de tomada de decisão organizacional: construção e validação de um instrumento de medida
Studies on decision making analyze the characteristics of the decision at the individual and organizational aspects and influencing factors in various process and models developed in his chronology to investigate and explain the relevant points of the construct. The aim of this study was to develop and validate a measurement instrument on the perception of organizational decision making based on assumptions developed by Choo (2003). The method used for construction of the instrument followed was designed by Pasquali (1999). The theoretical procedures were erected in the search of the literature regarding the construct to develop constituent definitions and the items. The next step was to analyze the responses of judges specialized in the field of Organizational Psychology and Administration to verify the concordance rates obtained. In possession of the indices, the instrument was applied to 457 respondents located in the city of Uberlândia/MG who were formally employed in public or private companies to meet the validation process of the instrument. Was used the exploratory factor analysis because there isn t other instruments for comparison in this theme. The statistical procedure revealed that the instrument of perception models of organizational decision making is composed of two factors that explain 28.54% of the total variance. The reliability indices for the factor \"Rational Model\" were 0.89 and for the factor \"Anarchic Model\" of 0.88. The results indicate the existence of only two models among the various models in the literature in which the Rational model is grounded in rules and procedures while the Anarchic Model turns to the lack of rules for decision making, which implies a conceptual confusion about the construct and the need for more research in the area.

Características de desenvolvimento pessoal e critérios de desempenho em televendas
The present study aims to investigate relations between personal development characteristics and someone´s performance as a telesales representative, through psycosocial variables of Romero Garcia´s model (1991) and work performance indicators . The research conduced with agentes from an outsourced call center, where we collected a sample of 374 individuals. They answered a nine scales MOTISO made social motivation invertory questionnaire, as well a social-demografhic questionnaire, whereas the performance indicators wete obtained from company´s systems and records. The psycosocial variables of the model used were: Motivation for accomplishment dimension goals, motivation for affiliation (belonging), motivation for power benigne dimension, control locus internality dimension, control locus externality dimension, randominity, optimism, hope active, assertiveness, self-steem; the socio-demographic variables used were: age, gender, shooling, tenure with the company, tenure as an agent in the program (client); performance measures used were: productivity index and quality index. Then we made a descriptive analysis, difference tests among averages and multiple regression. Results show positive high and meaningful correlations between variables of the personal development model, with high scores in the sample of variable for Motivation for accomplishment dimension goals, self-steem, control locus internality dimension, assertiveness, optimism, motivation for power benigne dimension, hope active and smaller scores for control locus externality dimension randominity. However, the correlations between performance variables show little meaningful results which lead us to suppose that there was no linear correlation between motivational variables and performance measures; from this point on, we made an evaluation with only the extreme groups in the sample, as well with two groups we conducted t students tests, in order to compare averages in both the productivity and quality criteria. In the productivity variable we were able to find significant differences (p<0,05) for the active hope and tenure with the company variables. In comparing the quality criteria some significant differences became noticeable for the self-steem, assertiveness, active hope and tenure with the company variables. Results also show a difference in the performance criteria of the company being evaluated, so as to show that operation II have superior indicators in relation to operation I, with leads us to belive that operation II is closer to the cultura menor , even if all individuals belong to the same organization with one only characteristcs and culture. Regression analysis show little power of the variables studied in predicting results obtained by the telesales agents, based on the company they work for. The little explanation for performance can also be understtood as a result of the measuring criteria being external, when also client´s culture of each operation, ating directly on the performance presented, factores which deserve to be futher investigated.

Adesão e não adesão ao tratamento psiquiátrico para depressão
Considering the adhesion to the medical treatment as fundamental to the handling of depression, and stating that non-adhesion to this treatment can occur with an important frequency, this study aimed at understanding the phenomena related to the adhesion and nonadhesion to the psychiatric treatment for depression, under the perspective of users and former users of a Mental Health Public Service of Araguari MG, a city in Triângulo Mineiro. The sample consisted of 24 patients, 12 of them considered adherent to the treatment for depression and 12 considered non-adherent to it, according to the criterion of frequency to the medical appointment. Semi-directive interviews were conducted individually with each participant, and content analysis on theme analysis perspective was done from the transcribed reports. It was verified that adhesion and non-adhesion to the medical treatment for depression consists of multifactoral phenomena. It was identified threes big aspects or perspectives to be considered on the behavior of adhesion and non-adhesion to this type of treatment. On the perspective of Intrapersonal Aspects , it was conceived the participation of factors related to the patient that could facilitate and also make difficult the adhesion to the treatment, according to its polarity. On this way, the presence of factors as patient s motivation for the treatment, the positive interpretation in relation to the treatment results and the acknowledgment of depression as a disease, are considered as adhesion facilitators. Complementary, the negative form or absence of factors that composed the same aspect prejudice the adhesion behavior, in a way that the patient s lack of motivation to the treatment/improvement, the negative interpretation in relation to the treatment results, nonacknowledgment of depression as a disease, plus the depression s symptomatology, were associated to the intrapersonal aspects that favor non-adhesion. The second aspect identified to the behavior of adhesion/ non-adhesion denominated importance to the interpersonal relationship with the Mental Health team and the presence of familiar support constituted the facilitator pole of adhesion to the treatment on the perspective of Interpersonal Aspects . In opposition, when these relations are understood or lived negatively they can work as barriers to the treatments adhesion, associated to these two situations, it was present the social prejudice as interfering to this behavior. The Context of the Treatment was also considered as an important interfering on the adhesion/ non-adhesion to the therapeutic, as it revealed the importance to the accessibility and non-accessibility to the treatment on the evaluation of the adhesion to the treatment and also estimated the importance to the psychological treatment as a facilitator to the depressive patients adhesion to the therapeutical. The results suggest a reflection about the role of the mental health teams on the formulation of practices directed to the improvements of adhesion to the treatment considering: the individual and the relation that he/she makes with his/her disease and treatment; the family and the community, and their representations of depression, mental disease, treatment, and about the mental health unity; the capacity and qualification of mental health professionals; and also the influence to the construction of mental health policies that support the needy patient by subsidizing his/her treatment completely.

Aplicação do escalonamento multidimensional ao julgamento e classificação de conceitos emocionais
Emotions and sentiments are present in every situation of daily life. In Psychology the study of emotional aspects has a distinct place, even though they may present themselves as being complex and of difficult delimitation. The objective of this study has been to investigate the aspects relative to categorizing and the judgment of conceptual similarities using words referring to emotions and sentiments. The study was subdivided into two tasks. In the first one, 206 words were selected from the Portuguese language referring to emotions and sentiments. The same task consisted in categorizing these words into predefined emotional categories: happiness, fear disgust, anger, surprise, sadness as well as a category that did not describe an emotion. After the establishment of a minimum criteria for the inclusion of a word into a category, (70% accordance among the participants) the results showed that the participants distributed the words among the categories and those labeled as happiness and sadness were the ones which were chosen with the highest frequency. Taking into consideration the words that exceeded the criteria for inclusion into each category of the first task, in the second task , the objective was to study the similarity relationship among the words, using for this part, the Multidimensional Scaling. The application of this statistical technique gave a special configuration to the words, indicating possible grouping of words that constituted the categories of happiness and sadness. The results gave a graphic representation as to how the items are organized within each category and indicated characteristics of similarities and discrepancies among them, these characteristics not usually being the same ones when compared to the word meaning attributed to them in the dictionary. It was observed at the end of the project that the initial and main objective were reached and suggesting the realization of further studies that would add issues that were not investigated here.

Síndrome de Burnout : um estudo qualitativo sobre o trabalho docente e as possibilidades de adoecimento de três professoras das séries iniciais
This is a qualitative research and is based on the social psychological approach in which burnout syndrome is considered the most likely result from the physical, mental and emotional weakening caused by instability between the individual and his/her job. Its goals include: 1) identifying, based on teachers account, burnout syndrome dimensions (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and lack of personal accomplishment) in their daily professional activities according to the symptoms described in Maslach Burnout Inventory; 2) understanding factors that can contribute or not to the sickening process of these teachers, by relating the existence or non-existence of such dimensions to their personal, professional, and academic background. Three female teachers from a municipal elementary school in Uberlândia (MG) took part in this research. Data were collected through informal interviews in the school and also two semistructured audio-taped interviews with each teacher. The first interview was conducted following a list of topics made exclusively for this research and divided into five main points: 1) sociodemographic information such as age, sex, marital status, number of children, position in the school, professional education, and teaching experience; 2) teachers family and childhood; 3) school history; 4) first days as a teacher and current professional daily life; 5) everyday life out of school. The second list of topics to be covered in the interview was based on Maslach Burnout Inventory. The content analysis enabled us to verify emotional exhaustion symptoms in the three teachers, suggesting the presence of such burnout dimension in their daily professional activities and an imminent sickening process. We noted, however, that symptoms of this dimension appear more frequently in the account of two teachers. With regard to depersonalization dimension we consider that its symptoms do not appear frequently in the teachers account. That is why they were excluded from our data analysis. In relation to the lack of personal accomplishment dimension, we noted its symptoms in all teachers account. We are not allowed, however, to say these teachers have burnout syndrome because it implies high rates of emotional exhaustion and depersonalization and low rates of lack of personal accomplishment. Work precarious conditions, overwork, lack of leisure, low wages, work conflicts and conflicts between work and family cause the feeling of dissatisfaction, demotivation, and frustration. Also, it shows a school reality little stimulating to the teaching routine in a place where many people work. Such scenario lead us to the discussion on the importance of psychologist and other professionals who work in the educational setting directly or indirectly considering the teacher as a person. This means to invest in his/her emotional health, create a space where he/she may express themselves as human beings who are not completely developed and, so, prevent them of getting sick.

Motivação, valor instrumental e percepção de suporte: um modelo preditor de impacto do treinamento
The aim of this study was investigate the relationship between the Training Impact at Work, the dependent variable, and the set of individual variables, Motivation to Learn, Motivation and Value Transfer Instructional Training (divided into Relevance and Utility) and the contextual variable Perceived Organizational Support in 95 participants. |Results of Pearson\'s r indicated that the impact correlates with the Motivation to Learn, with Utility and Importance. Already a stepwise multiple regression analyzes indicated that the Importance and Motivation Learning together explain 14% of the variance of Impact, and the Motivation to Transfer, Utility and Perceived Organizational Support were not predictive. Two groups were divided based in Engagement Initiative in Training: 1) engaged by their own initiative, and 2) engaged by company\'s request. Comparing the averages of group‟s with t student, group 1 realized greater Utility, and lower Importance and Perceived Organizational Support than second group. Therefore planned trainings must be conducted considering predictor variables, providing specific support for training. New studies about the characteristic Engagement Initiative in Training are suggested because it seems to be an important explanation for the results of Importance and Usefulness of Training in this sample.

Abrigar... brincar: um estudo sobre as vivências lúdicas entre educadoras e crianças de um abrigo
In light of the innumerous possibilities in playing that permit a child to interact with other children: discovering, establishing relations, finding solutions, creating and recreating reality among others, much research has been done with the intension to investigate how games occur in child institutions. Thus, the present study has the objective to understand the manner in which games are presented in a foster care institution located in the city of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, Brazil. In addition, to evaluate how the educators use or don t use this resource in their interactions with the children. The research was delineated under the historical-cultural perspective represented by Vygotsky, which considers a game as a human social activity that creates a zone of proximal development. Eight foster children and seven educators, plus the coordinator of the foster care center participated in the study. The following methods were used: filmings of the game sessions, semi-structured interviews with educators and coordinator, reflexive interviews from the filmings, observations of the daily routines and available materials and toys, documented research and lab books. It was verified that the themes brought by the children refer to the representation of situations related to their daily ones in the institution, as well as situations lived in their family environment. It was observed that in make-believe situations the staff didn t explore the game to its fullest; in fact, they were a hindrance in the development of creative games. The reflexive interviews showed us an important instrument for the deepening of the theme researched likewise for the reflection about the experience on the part of the educator, especially regarding recreational activities. This study contributed to made clear the necessity of public politics to contemplate the quality of service in these institutions, furthermore, the urgency of training programs for professionals who work in this area.

Comprometimento e bases de poder como preditores de impacto de treinamento no trabalho em contact center
The aim of this study is to investigate explanation ability of Training Impact on the Work done by supervisors and by the Organization through a set of micro and media organizational variables, respectively, Commitment (three focus: career, work and organization) and Basis of Social Power (four basis: coercion, reward, expertise and legitimacy). In order to investigate these relations, a case study in a great contact center company was carried through with 194 participants, who answered consistent and validated scales of the three commitment focus and social power basis. Beyond these scales, a specific instrument was elaborated to evaluate the training impact on the work which the supervisors had been submitted to (Auto-evaluation of Impact of the Training in the Work, subdivided in three performance categories: Control of People and Processes; Management of People and It Has Reported the Immediate Superior) and was given on the Liquid Result of the organization (Rocking of the Investment) in two periods (before and after the training). Descriptive and correlate analyses and multiple regression stepwise have been done, then, carried through, considering the measure of Impact of Training as a dependent variable. The results had indicated that the organizational commitment and the basis of social power of coercion (negative relation with the dependent variable) and rewards explains 13% of the variable Control of People and Processes and 15% of the variable. It has reported the Immediate Superior. The commitment with the work and the basis of coercion (negative relation with the dependent variable) and rewards had explained 14% of the variable Management of People. The worse result were due to explanation of the variable Rocking of the Investment (5%), that included organizational commitment with negative relation and the basis of social power rewards. The relation between coercion, rewards, organizational commitment and performance is coherent with the studies of searched literature.

Autoscopia e desenho: a mediação em uma sala de educação infantil
Although the study of early handwriting in children arouse the interest of professionals from Psychology, Education and Art, it is noticed that the pedagogic practice of many teachers from children s education, related to draws of their students is still sustained in the conception of drawing as a hobby, out of any area of development, not only the visual-motor, not contextualized according to the social-cultural circle and pedagogic interaction and mediation. The current study, based on the historical-cultural theory, had as subject taking part on the research a teacher from Children s Education from a public school of Uberaba (MG), used a qualitative methodology and had as objectives to investigate if the utilization of autoscopy procedures could give conditions to the teacher of rethinking and reorganize her concepts and pedagogic actions referring to the children s draw. Firstly, her classes have been recorded by video in which children of five years old realized activities with drawing. Following this, the tapes were transcript and afterward the researcher realized sessions of autoscopy with the teacher. This procedure consisted in video recording of the subject in her daily pedagogic practice, with sessions after filming, in order to make commentaries about the images. In this research, during the autoscopy there was the researcher s mediation, which presented questions and observation in order to deepen the dialogue between the teacher and the recorded images, whose content consisted in the action with the students in their drawing activities. During the working, the autoscopy procedure revealed an interesting possibility of auto-evaluation of the practice of the teacher, by means of the analysis of the filmed images, of questioning the senses of images and the dialogues between the teacher and the researcher, which suggested in these anxieties about the early handwriting in children, reflecting about her educative practice and reorganization of her pedagogic activities.

Realização profissional, prazer e sofrimento no trabalho e valores:um estudo com profissionais de nível superior
The goal of this study was to describe professional accomplishment as part of the pleasure and suffering concept at work and to investigate the impact of the individual and organizational values in the professional accomplishment. The hypothesis was that the individual and organizational values impact favorably for workers' professional accomplishment with university degree. Studies about pleasure, welfare, and psychodynamic of work and theories of the human and organizational values supplied the theoretical foundations for this work. It was developed in two stages. In the first one, it was used Scales of Relative Values to Work, of Organizational Values, of Pleasure-Suffering at Work and records of sociodemographic variables. 178 workers of different companies and several segments got in this study. It demanded the individual s complete superior level and a year of graduation course conclusion. In the second phase 10 workers, which we selected among the first phase individuals, were interviewed individually. The goal in this stage was to describe empirically the phenomenon of the professional accomplishment, under workers' optics. The individuals were selected from the means in pleasure and suffering at work demonstrated in the first phase. Two cases of pleasure factor were chosen, and two of suffering factor, and also two with average results in these factors. The first phase the data were submitted to descriptive statistics, factorial analysis and linear regressions. The interviews were analyzed by content analysis. The group showed pleasure mean above the average point of the scale and mean of suffering down the average point. However, means moderated in Accomplishment and Waste denoted states not characterized as pleasing. High and significant correlations among values at work and organizational values showed equivalence between both. Because of this, only the values related to work entered the regression models to test the main hypothesis of this study. Accomplishment was evaluated as an attitude and not as a value. Eight regressions-standard were done, in which it can be verified that the relative value to the Social Relations in Work was significant predictor of the four pleasure-suffering factors, being directly related to the pleasure factors and inverse to the suffering factors. Of the sociodemographic variables, The Graduation Area was significant and inverse predictor Freedom ; Age predicted significantly Waste and Devaluation In the content analysis, four macro-categories were identified: Factors that interfere in the Professional Accomplishment , Factors that characterize Professional Accomplishment , Characteristics of the Work and Values at Work . The results of this study confirmed that professional accomplishment is at the same time a pleasure source, if it is present, and of suffering, if absent, and that suffered impact of the relative value towards the Social Relations in Work . Three aspects were detected in the search of professional accomplishment: 'Individual's interactions in the social environment and what he seeks in these interactions'; 'Resources to coping with situations which generate suffering at work' and 'dynamic established with organization, in which they are inserted. The results were discussed in the literature light of the area. There were suggested themes for posterior investigations.

Mãe e filha na família incestuosa: a composição de um estranho lugar afetivo
This dissertation aimed to understand the linkage mother and daughter in incestuous family from a cut-scene in family dynamics. The specific objective was to analyze the incest while psychic inheritance of family discussing it inserted in the Oedipal structure of the family. To this end, the arts mythology, literature and cinema served as the foundation reflective and analytical in partnership withPsychoanalysis and the interpretive exercise that the method to invoke. In this perspective, it was considered the story of an incestuous family (with incest perpetrated by the biological father and daughter), said through interviews with mother and daughter separately. Participants were asked to relate to their stories, guided by the family s theme and the relationship between mother and daughter. The interviews were audio taped with the permission of participants, and transcribed. The material was delivered to the interviewees to comment on his statement freely. Since then, the meetings with mother and daughter were studied and analyzed, leaving to emerge significant themes, which were condensed into four topics. Linking mother and daughter proved to be confrontational, based on mismatch and helplessness. Besides the issues of pre-oedipal and oedipal, the transgenerationality was present.

Os construtos religiosidade, espiritualidade e saúde mental sob a luz das terapias cognitivo-comportamentais
The connection among the constructs: religiosity, spirituality and mental health, occurs in various moments of the human history. When speaking about the notions concerning mental health (the promotion of well being, the prevention of mental disorders, the treatment and rehabilitation of those with mental illness), the concepts of religiosity and spirituality may be frequently related to them, due to the historical connection of these three concepts. Religiosity and spirituality refer to the human relation with the transcendental, involving specific beliefs, practices and symbols which mediate this relation, and despite the fact that these concepts may be sometimes considered the same, even in the academic field, they do present differences among themselves. Religiosity can be defined as an organized system of beliefs, practices, rituals and symbols, which helps man connect himself to sacred, in a formal and systematized way, on the other hand, although spirituality deals with an individual search for answers and some understanding about life, its meaning and relation with the sacred, it may or may not lead to some kind of religious ritual or any specific religious group. The intention of this research was, by reviewing national and international material, to describe how the concepts of religiosity and spirituality, and their link with mental health are treated in recent works which make use of the Cognitive-Behaviorist Therapy (CBT) point of view, by comparing articles with different focuses, found both in CBT specialized magazines and others. The bibliographical research was done in online magazines, found in six different data bases: PePSIC - Periódicos Eletrônicos em Psicologia, PubMed; MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online), SciELO Scientific Electronic Library Online, Science Direct; Elsevier; Springerlink. 34 articles, published in the last 15 years, were gathered and carefully analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. From the collected articles, 65% is international material and 35% is national material; 82% being theoretical researches and 18% relating religious cognition to mental health. It may be noticed that the selected articles discuss the association between religiosity, spirituality and mental health, pointing out their relation with some specific mental disorders (humor disorders and the overuse of alcohol), most of the times proving to have a beneficial overall preventive result. The articles also discuss the role of religion regarding clinical disorders and stressful events, again presenting most of the times to have beneficial results to the patient. There is no CBT specialized national material with this specific focus, and albeit international material is being more frequently published, there are still few references, showing a strong need for new studies on the topic, for a more profound understanding on those constructs, which are very commonly seen among the population in general and which seem to have a great importance to this very population.

Campo-relação na consulta ginecológica: considerações psicanalíticas a partir da teoria do campos
In this study regarding Field-Relation on gynaecological consultation, the purpose was to discover the underlying possible and countless implications behind doctor-patient relationship, in particular, the field of doctor-patient relationship in the gynaecological consultation. To reach this goal I will formulate an hypothesis that such field supports a stressful situation to the laden and loaded doctor of the contemporary world. The subject concernment was taken up from the author s experience between Medicine and Psychoanalysis. The theoretical point of reference adopted by the Field Theory which takes for granted field rupture psychoanalytic method, as unveil of off-stage sense by the routine, allowing the use of Psychoanalysis beyond analytical session and divan. First and foremost, five extract cases are presented, taken from gynecological consultations, as well as some feelings which has been apprehended from them. Some colleagues speeches have been collected at Gynaecological Congress which evoke some questions and they served as inspirations to be adopted by the Investigation Group in Therapeutics Function (GIFT) as an investigation model. Three GIFT groups will be followed now presented by their narrations and discussions done with the gynaecologists. It was found out that the doctor became a patient and their situation needed to be taken into account. Several apprehensions could be done about medical adverse condition submission and that adverse condition interferes negatively on the doctor-patient relationship as well as on the exercise of the therapeutic function. There are many obstacles on the doctor s life that leads to not experience their own emotional experimentation. In their professional formation, they learn to cut their personal life, even without anesthesia, remaining so little time to themselves of human warmth, friendly touch, leisure, delectation, and so on. Maybe, it would be necessary to content with some time of attention, with a charismatic look, a wide smile, a warming touch, with some comforting words and with a patient listening as well.

A presença de Kierkegaard na Luz de Inverno de Bergman
An examination of the fears and anxieties concerning the film Winter Light by filmmaker, Ingmar Bergman, has led to research in unexplored fields of the subjective universe. Kierkegaard was reviewed, not only because of his background in philosophy but essentially due to his existential peculiarities, his religious conflicts and mainly because of his great anxiety. Since Bergman s life is intrinsically related to Kierkegaard s the existential field of which anxiety is a human condition was considered interesting for analysis and attempts were made to describe its possible overcoming. Kierkegaard s concepts and thoughts can be found intertwined in every line and in every shooting of Winter Light\" by means of the rich dialogs constructed by Bergman. Kierkegaard s work promotes a meeting of the individual with his self in which despair is the key to overcoming anxiety. The silence of the world, of the self and of God are key factors in the individual s grasp of eternity.

Avaliação do desenvolvimento do controle inibitório em crianças de 6 a 8 anos
Empirical data observed in normative populations suggest that the inhibitory behavior, regulated by the executive functions, has specific maturational characteristics throughout the human development. The present study aimed to evaluate the inhibitory control of 130 children aged six to eight years old in two computerized tasks (Go/No-go and the Stroop sunmoon task). Reaction time (RT) and the average percentage of the number of errors committed (co-omissions and omissions) were analyzed by ANOVA for repeated measures. The empirical data of this research shows that children of six years had slower performance and made more errors when compared with children of eight years, and in the second experiment was also found difference between children of seven and eight years old. These findings corroborate other studies that also discuss differences between the ages investigated in the Go/No-go and the Stroop tasks. Overall, there were no significant differences to the gender factor in both experimental vidence. The data suggests a maturation of attentional and inhibitory control between the age groups studied and points to future researches analyze other stages of human development.

As percepções de comportamentos éticos e de justiça: seus impactos no elo afetivo indivíduo-organização
The study of the perceptions of justice and commitment has been taking place on the researchs of the organizacional behavior in the last decades. On the other hand literature on the perceptions of ethics related to these construtos is scarce and constitutes a great concern. The present study relates these three variables, searching correlations between them and detaching the contribution of the perception of organizacional ethical behaviors in the establishment of affective bonds with the organization. The sample was composed by 289, from different cities of the state of Minas Gerais and diverse branches of activity. The used instruments had been: The scale of perception of organizacional justice: justice of procedures, distributive and interacional; scale of perceptions of organizacional ethical behaviors and the reduced scale of affective organizacional commitment.
