A constituição do sujeito numa psicose desencadeada na infância: entre traumas, arremedos e remendos

The present research addresses the uniqueness of an individual who develops psychosis as a child. There are three interlocutors: Julia (a child who developed a psychotic disorder in childhood), Alice (a character from the Alice in Wonderland story) and Lacan‟s study of an individual and the individual‟s psychosis. Through Julia it is possible to understand how an individual, whose psychosis developed in childhood, is constituted. The time factor during the process is taken into account. The subject will be analyzed based on Freud and Lacan‟s theories. In addition to the topic of desire and language the concepts of drive, trauma and the pleasure principle are taken into account. Interacting with Lacan‟s theories the perspective that will be followed is that instead of psychosis constituting language, psychosis becomes a singular means of linking experiences. It will be argued that this inversion is fundamental in understanding how an individual is uniquely constituted. The individual is therefore understood Symbolically (through language), through Reality (the pleasure principle and drive) as well as through the Imaginary (the body-ego) and are consistent. Finally, when psychosis develops in childhood, it results in a fragile individual, sustained by a mended or patchwork ego. The individual is therefore confronted by traumatic pleasure principle thus finding her or himself in the situation of the character Alice, in Alice in Wonderland. In other words, the researcher loses self in the research process and reinvents the self as the subject-researcher.

Vivências Homoeróticas no Contemporâneo: a formação dos vínculos afetivos e o processo-desconstrução de uma identidade homossexual

In a scenario where the ideological political manifestations gain notoriety in her idealization of GLBTs, porpose in this research study, in effect of such hamiltonian idealizations, construction and formation of identities of subjects who, directly or indirectly, they are inserted. Thus, from the problematic "freedom of expression" alleged by such subject, both in public life and the private, also sought to question the legitimacy of such term as he dichotomized the subjective dimension of the scale of recognition of such ideals of freedom. The interpretive method for breach of field was elected to systematize the analysis, so that allowed me to establish an analytical between different fields that inhabit this phenomenon. In this way, write on how to get sexual difference building gave on modernity and about how medical-scientific ideologies have contributed to the belief in the existence of a single homosexual identity. From A philosophical perspective, I am referring to the issue of political representativeness, legitimization and recognition necessary for GLBTs demonstrations and, finally, whose focus is given in this paper, discorro on the formation of affective links from criticism in the contemporary socio-analytical Bauman makes the human relationships in the present day. The search was possible based on the analysis of four subjects so that the analysis covered as these subjects qualify on the relationships established by them along their life trajectories; How can they be described or qualified these subject in respect of their homoerotics partnerships and, finally, How is the management of these figures in the contemporary setting. Do a reflective analysis about how these bodies on a medium immersion where imagery competition is raised by the use of extracorporeal equipment increasingly subtle and that, in the eyes of the subject, they create a false illusion of identity. Finally, I an analysis about the competitiveness and, at the same time, the struggle for stability in the relationship with the other contributing to a framework of generalized anxiety, in which increasingly demand support the void to the extent that the liquidity of bodily transformations make up the scenario of human relations.

Sobre o Feminino: Uma Investigação Psicanalítica Com Vislumbres Mítico-Clínico e a Partir da Literatura de Hilda Hilst

This investigation begun with a discomfort with contemporary women situation when they come to a clinic, in particular from listening these women at the light of some theories that basically reduce them to two conditions: passivity or hysteria. During the research, however, done by the interpretative method, another urgent question comes to light, going beyond the woman. The core question then becomes the female, which, from the beginning, consists in the imaginary, enveloped in a spectrum of terror and fascination, more easily captured by arts than by science. The author used the literature of Hilda Hilst, the myth of Eco and Narcissus, and a clinic case to study the question. Listening and the analysis of these three elements conducted the investigation and allowed some discoveries/inventions in relation to the female, which are revealed in the entanglement with a process of constitution of the individual in its founding trace of helplessness. Pervaded by a subversive character, which suspends standards be they of genus or not the female points to a possibility of creation of itself in the middle of impossibilities and voids.

Falsas memórias em tarefas de curto prazo: efeitos do interva- lo de retenção e da emocionalidade

False Memories (FM\'s) are memory errors that occur when people remember situations that did not happen, events not witnessed, or when the memory of the facts are distorted. The aim of this study was to evaluate the occurrence of false memories in a short-term task using the Deese-Roediger-McDermott (DRM) procedure. We planned out two experiments: the first experiment is an adaptation based on the Coane, McBride, Raulerson and Jordan (2007) experiments and it was performed by 12 participants. Sets of memorized words (CPM) composed of 3, 5 or 7 items and type of test (target, critical distractor and distractor not related) were manipulated within subjects. The main dependent variable was the reaction time (RT). The variable type of test was statistically significant, while the interaction between CPM and CPM x type of test were not statistically significant. The second experiment was performed by two groups of 12 participants. In the group 1 the retention interval was 750ms, while in the group 2 the retention interval was 1500ms. We also manipulated the CPM, the type of test and the emotionality / valence (positive, neutral and negative) of the words. The retention interval was not statistically significant, while the type of test and the CPM were statistically significant. The variable emotionality / valence (positive, neutral and negative) was not statistically significant. In general, the data replicate the Coane et al\'s work, except in the experiment 1, in which the CPM was not significant. The presence of FMs in the two experiments shows the generality and robustness of this phenomenon, widely found in the literature. The results were discussed in terms of the main theories about the phenomenon of false memories.

Teoria do desenvolvimento cognitivo de Piaget e sua interface com a terapia cognitivo-comportamental familiar

This paper is a theoretical exercise, which focuses on the interface between Piagetian Theory and the Cognitive-Behavioral Family Therapy, with the proposal to extend the work of Piaget to the field of psychotherapy. To do so, we used the Piaget\'s developmental theoretical perspective, to establish relationships between notions of the cognitive approach and information processing. Besides, it was emphasized setbacks in cognitive stages, which some adults may have in the context of family conflict and were pointed to relations between maladaptive patterns of cognition and this retrogression of cognitive abilities. We also analyzed the cognitive processing that involves those concepts of balancing, accommodation and assimilation - that are mechanisms of regulation and adaptability that seem to underly a possible model of formation of beliefs and schemas. Also, we focused to the principles concerning the Piagetian stages of emotional and moral development, considering that the cognitive and affective aspects permeate the individual\'s moral development. Thus, the aim of this study was to provide to family therapists a theoretical apparatus (the Piagetian theory) to understand the psychopathology from the point of view the setbacks of cognitive abilities of family members when they are in conflict. Finally, we sought to further expand the knowledge which provides a more comprehensive and effective to consider the cognitive and affective course of all family members.

Características psicométricas do questionário de crenças dos transtornos de personalidade: forma reduzida

This study evaluated the psychometric properties of the Brazilian version of the Personality Belief Questionnaire - Short Form (PBQ-SF). The central idea of the questionnaire is based on the assumption that descriptive differences of Personality Disorders may be supported by different patterns of beliefs, as they are perceived in different clinical symptoms. A sample of 700 university students from various courses, of both sexes (52.1% female), aged between 18 and 55 years (mean = 21.6, SD = 4.7) responded to the Brazilian version PBQ-SF. The results showed enough to estimate the reliability (Cronbach\'s alpha) of the PBQ-SF scales: paranoid (.84), schizoid/schizotypal (.68), antisocial (.73), borderline (.75), histrionic (.78), Narcissistic (.72), avoidant (.64), dependent (.71), obsessive-Compulsive (.80), and passive-aggressive (.68), indicating a significant association between the beliefs of each scales. Factor analysis does not fully uphold the original structure of the PBQ-SF, but the results showed a very approximate model of its original structure, noting more similarities than contradictions between them. The factorial solution had a setting of 9 factors very close to the original structure of the 10 PBQ-SF scales. Of the 65 original items on the global scale, 8 items (ANT42, DEP62, DEP63, EQZ53, ESQ33, ESQ43, PAS04 and PAS07) were found nondiscriminatory because they had factor loadings less than 0.4 distributed among various factors and therefore excluded from the model, and 11 items (ANT23, ANT32, ANT38, ANT59, HIS08, NAR10, NAR60, ESQ31, ESQ39, BOR64, BOR65) were grouped in categories other than its original configuration. The present semantic proximity between some items of different scales seems to be one of the reasons for the different factor configuration from the original model. Additional factor analysis studies using clinical samples are suggested to expand these results. The factor analysis also provide the basis to proceed, in future studies, a review of the deleted items and those were grouped into different categories as provided by the original scales of the PBQ-SF, so that it can achieve greater specificity and better discrimination. In general, the findings provided subsidies for the evaluation of the requirements that demonstrate the existence of validity for the Brazilian version of the PBQSF, suggesting that it carries the promise of being a practical instrument for the measure of dysfunctional beliefs related to disorders personality.

Uso da acupuntura em crianças com excesso de peso e sintomatologia de ansiedade: um estudo exploratório

This study was justified by the possibility of contributing to the promotion of new ways of treating and preventing childhood anxiety and stress, hypothesized in this study as triggers of cases of overweight. It consists in evaluating the appropriateness of the use of acupuncture on symptomatology indicating anxiety / stress in overweight children. Eleven children took part in this research, six girls and five boys, aged between six and eight years old. Instruments for anthropometric assessment, psychological assessment and energy measuring instruments were used, such as questionnaires, Child Stress Scale and the Ryodoraku method. The intervention consisted of two weekly fifty-minute sessions, for six weeks, adding up to twelve sessions for each child in the sample. During each session, the general health condition of the child was checked, as well as how he had responded to the previous session, and afterwards the evaluation procedures and acupuncture treatment started. With regards to the result obtained in the Child Stress Scale, before and after the acupuncture intervention, it was discovered that three children had moved from stress resistance phase to the alert phase, six children had maintained their scale classification, and two children - who initially had no symptoms indicating stress - began to show symptoms indicative of the alert phase. Regarding the reports obtained from children and their parents, the treatment was able to mitigate the symptoms of anxiety and stress. The results of anthropometric measurements - obtained before and after the intervention showed that five children kept the classification of severe obesity; five children kept the classification of overweight; and one child, initially classified as overweight, happened to be classified as obese. The present study has shed some light on some aspects that come to exist when we face the complexity of operating variables on an epidemic involving inadequate food intake. How does a child get overweight and how does he face it? What factors are considered triggers of stress and anxiety in these children and, what symptoms, manifested by them, may lead to excessive intake of food? How does the child deal with anxiety and what is the role of the family? In what ways can acupuncture help? Answering these questions was one of the challenges of this study and guided the discussion of the data hereby exhibited. This research had as its greatest achievement the dissemination of new evaluation methods and acupuncture treatment, an interface for knowledge of psychological and nutritional nature, that must be considered jointly to face the problem properly. Finally, it is expected that this study has fulfilled its role of working towards the advancement of science and the perspective of improving the quality of life of children who suffer from anxiety / stress and overweight, so there is greater awareness and a greater search for effective actions to enable these children to be healthy and happy, able to live in a plural and harmonious society.

Mortes anunciadas: implicações para o luto dos cuidadores familiares

The epidemiological profile of population has been transformed in recent decades, promoting a progressive evolution of chronic degenerative diseases prevalence, which tend to trigger announced deaths. However, little is known about the bereavement process among relatives in such cases. The present study aims to understand the general course of bereavement process among family caregivers of patients who died by chronic diseases after home care. This is a qualitative study, based on the Dual Process Model. The saturation criterion was adopted to define the number of participants. Data collection involved the use of a semi-structured interview with the six participants. The material obtained was subjected to thematic content analysis. Thus, we organized two categories Women who spin: the connections that build the caregiver and Átropos and the weaver: the announced, the interdict and the art of wires consisting of a number of subcategories. In general, it was observed among the participants the predominance of typical loss-oriented coping strategies, a fact that tends to difficult the reorganization of life after the loss and the implementation of the oscillating movement that serves as a regulator of the bereavement process. However, new studies devoted to the subject are needed, especially to clarify the particularities of anticipatory bereavement on announced death.

Adolescência: subversão e trânsito na vida adulta

This research is a study on the psychoanalytic concept of adolescence and their relationship to adult life. Using a psychoanalytical metapsychology articulate the contemporary malaise through adolescence who presented a key concept in this investigation. The postmodern condition of existence adds to the psyche increasingly complex tasks and that this understanding, adulthood and adolescence have become interdependent. The teenager was \'embraced\' by the society and non-adolescent subjects, revealing that the concept has functions that go beyond the passage from adolescence to adulthood. Adult The ideal of integration, personal development and autonomy, proved fragile as the changes experienced in labor relations and family hit the social body. The research also presents discussions of modernity and its relationship with adolescence, the crisis of the ages of life, the phenomenon of extended adolescence and structural specificity of adolescence as a foundation operative for the design of the psyche. The discovery of research points to the phenomenon we call the place of Adult vacancy. We propose that the condition of the adult is more a modern ideal fallen, leaving it a new meaning as a place that is regarded as foul and changing. Once fallen and emptied, the modern ideal of Adult changes making way for new forms of subjectivity, the possibility of a ban adult life based in the founding of the teens meaning operates transit and subversion. Today the teenager with the world is grown as an ideal of cultural and psychic function, a game of subversion that undermines the places socially determined and its consequences in the constitution of the subject.

A produção de subjetividades pela arquitetura na contemporaneidade: o loft

This article discuss the human habitation in contemporary times, taking the loft as an object of analysis. Its objective is to dialogue, parting from critical perspectives about the implications that emerges of re-signification of the house s space, locus of the interpersonal contemporary relationships. Using theorical references that moves towards Psychoanalysis and Sociology, it is observed that the dynamics which develops on a transitional context, where the life patterns are in metamorphosis, as its shape and its essence, must be analyzed critically. In this context, the loft emerges as a symbol of postmodernity, in transposition of public spaces to the private ones, locals where everything is seeing and everything shows itself, space of liquid relationships and loneliness.

A (des)atenção aos usuários de álcool e outras drogas na Estratégia da Saúde da Família: concepções de enfermeiros, médicos e psicólogos

Abstract: The present public health care policies concerning the alcohol and other drugs theme value the strategies of harm reduction and the coordination of care to users within the basic attention to health network, in which the Family Health Strategy is inserted. However, it is known that the people s conception especially health professionals concerning psychoactive substances influence the effectiveness of public health care policies. The present study aims to analyze the conceptions of psysicians, psychologists and nurses acting in the Family Health Strategy in Uberlândia towards the health attention to alcohol and other drugs users. It is a clinical-qualitative study, in which data collection involved a semi-structured interview with 12 participants. The data obtained was submitted to thematic content analysis and organized in an interpretative synthesis in the light of theoretical psychoanalytic contributions. The results indicate, in general, that the participants have conceptions concerning the term drugs that do not depend on the lawfulness of the substances and recognize the multi-causality associated to the use of these substances. However, they have conceptions regarding users permeated by prejudice and stigma, which generates difficulty for the undertaking of care actions and leads the professionals, most of the times, to simply carry out medical routings. Besides, it has been noted that the public policies concerning the alcohol and other drugs theme are unknown to the participants. Such results were interpreted as the reflex of rationalizations and projections, which suggests the engaging of participants in a denegative pact, that is an unconscious alliance that results in professionals renouncing alcohol and other drugs users. New studies are necessary so that the conceptions of health professionals inserted in other levels of attention may be understood and, therefore, make it possible to identify eventual obstacles towards the enforcement of public health care policies.

Sentidos sobre ética em conversas profissionais: perspectivas discursivas

The questionings about the human action, the search for definitions of right and wrong, good and bad, and the investigation into the best behavior for specific situations of our everyday lives have been made for a long time by innumerous authors of various philosophies, history times and different social conditions. All these questionings are acknowledged as belonging to the Ethics field. As a result of this prolific area of studies, there are different theoretical and conceptual positions covering a broad spectrum of ideals of behavior. The present study, inspired by the post-modern perspectives expressed by the Social Constructionism in a general way, and more specifically by the Discursive Psychology, tried to describe the meanings of ethics that organize the conversations of professional psychologists that conduct group practices in order to contribute to the ethical reflection in the context of group practices in Psychology. Ten psychologists who coordinate groups in Uberlândia-MG, whose ages range between 23 and 49 years-old, took part in this study. The corpus constitution was made through the transcription of conversations of group meetings with psychologists who conduct these group practices in different areas. There were two groups of five participants; each group got together five times at every two weeks in a two-hour meeting. Their objective was to provide the psychologists with a space for exchange and reflection on the ethical issues of working in groups. The material analysis was made according to the proposals of the discourse analysis influenced by the perspective of Social Constructionism as it is understood and practiced by Discursive Psychology, especially using the analytic-theoretical feature of interpretative repertoires. The discursive analysis performed enabled the identification of five basic interpretative repertoires: Ethics: a result of individual deliberation , which is characterized by descriptions of the process and content of ethics centered at a specific time, located within the individual; \"Ethics: something given to us by Others\", which characterized the source of ethics as being outside the individuals, regardless of their will; \"Ethics: difficult subject\" in which descriptions are used to refer to the difficulty of reflecting about the ethical phenomenon;\"Ethics - critical event disturbing the order \", which consists of terms that describe specific situations in which the theme of ethics has the war metaphor as reference; Ethics frequent issue of absolute value\", which is marked by the metaphor of sameness, in which events are all similar and have the same theme_ Ethics_ and cannot be differentiated by intensity. This study enabled a reflection on the epistemological assumptions that guide the construction of these repertoires in a broader way, delineating the first three in the sphere of subject-object dualism and the last two tuned in the reflection on the social and historical situation of the definitions of the meanings of ethical actions. Thereby, this study tried to emphasize the importance of thinking about the project of conversations about professional Ethics focusing on ways of being together and producing meanings that are more sensitive to the issues of social and historical insertion of the professional agents, their own profession and the groups served by the health professionals.

Avaliação de crenças sobre epilepsia em adultos e crianças em grupos de universitários

The epilepsy is the world´s most common serious neurological disorder, affecting some 50 million individuals worlwide. Perhaps more than any other disorder, is associated with profound deletirous psychological and sociological consequences thar are not directly related to the real disease process. The population´s misconceptions about epilepsy and the it´s negative stereotypes still persist, and the people with epilepsy is still suffering from the lack of technical information, and from negative beliefs of people. Therefore, this work had the purpose of rising the beliefs about epileptic adults and children through a sample of 186 university students shared in 3 area/group of knowledge biomedical, exacts and human sciences. The data were colected using an adaptaded instrument from the Epilepsy Beliefs and Attitudes Scale, with itens about medical and non-medical beliefs. The data were compiled in the SPSS version 10, and the main analises were done by Kruskal Wallis test. The results indicated no significative differences among the groups (biomedical, excts and human sciences), but revealed differences in the judgement of affirmatives related to medical and nomedical beliefs, pointing that all the groups differ the kind of the beliefs, but don´t judge them differently because of their academic background, even with the beliefs about adults so as those about epileptic children. The main conclusions of this study were that universitary sample holds its evaluation based more on the tacit knowledge than the tecnic one about epilepsy. The beliefs related to children with epilepsy, comparatively to those related to epileptic adults, seem to be less based on tecnic informations about this neurological desorder. This study shows the importance and the necessity of more researchs that investigue deeply the social and psychological impact of epilepsy to promove cientific support for the development of new public educational programs for the population at all.

O processo de construção de sentidos sobre mudança em Terapia Familiar

Therapeutic change has been widely researched in Clinical Psychology, using a variety of research methods in the production of knowledge. However, there is little empirical research on change in family therapy underpinned by a social constructionist perspective, and especially by the social poetics. This perspective defines the therapeutic conversation as an dialogical activity, and the poetics leads us back to the \"inside\" of such conversations, highlighting its constructive effects. In this study, we seek this understanding of the process of production of meanings built on therapeutic change in the Family Therapy care context. We aim specifically to: a) identify outstanding moments of the therapeutic process; and b) articulate them to a narrative of family change. In this study, we analyzed the therapeutic process of two families based on the transcripts of audio-taped sessions. Participants were two family groups consisting of: a) mother and daughter; and b) three sisters. The steps of the analysis consisted of: a) exhaustive and curious reading of the sessions transcribed in order to apprehend the dynamism of conversational process; b) identification of remarkable moments in the therapeutic process, as defined by family members and/or the therapist; c) descriptive analysis of striking moments, introducing the context of its occurrence and the involvement of the family and therapist; and d) articulation of the interrelations between the prominent moments during sessions, indicating a narrative of therapeutic change. The analysis pointed out that the conversational construction of therapeutic change in the first family was marked by shifting the discourse from the initial work related health problem of the mother to a discourse of the agency with the care in life. Such construction was analyzed in relation to three key aspects: (a) The deconstruction of the meaning of work, (b) The redefinition of the mother-daughter relationship, and (c) Reconstruction of life. In the second family, the process of meaning construction was marked by the displacement of the discourse of an individual problem - the concern of one daughter for the illness of her mother to a description guided by relational responsibility, also analyzed from three aspects: (a) The course of illness, (b) Coconstructing care, and (c) Life care. The analysis allowed further comprehension of two underlying distinct processes, Agency and Relational Responsibility as ways to promote therapeutic change in family therapy. This study draws our attention to these discursive forms present in the construction of meaning and knowledge production.
