Entre-lugares e entre-tempos : cartografias de um acompanhamento terapêutico
This research is a mapping or cartography motivated by a therapeutic accompaniment and a question that emerged during the meetings, namely, what passes between accompanied and accompanying person? The therapeutic accompaniment can be considered as a clinical street, with walks and outputs that constitute a production process of new ways of existence for accompanied. The accompanied is a person that at some time in its life withdrew or was withdrawn from circulation spaces, both physical and emotional. Taking as references the thoughts of Deleuze and Guattari, we mapped the meetings with Pedro, from therapeutic accompaniment indicated by CAPS-ad to which he has bound, but did not want to be attended anymore, in addition to being seclude in his house, according to family report. In that meetings accompanied and accompanying person weave together a network of relationships with neighbors, shops, trade, family and unusual joints with a computer, which produces new ways of life and subjectivity. Such events and productions surprised us and took us to questions, doubts, hesitations that displaced our way of understanding the clinical of therapeutic accompaniment, their places and times. These are experimentations, agencements, events and becomings in therapeutic accompaniment passing between accompanied and accompanying person, which drag them, producing news ways of seeing, thinking, feeling and being in the word.

Se parece com Nelson é vida ou A Psicanálise como ela é...: narrativas de uma investigação psicanalítica
This text is an investigative study that, under the interpretative lens of psychoanalysis method, puts in question the concepts of psychoanalytic interpretation and psychic reality, which is made from an analogy established between the creation movements in Nelson Rodrigues Literature and those from the psychoanalytic productions. The reading of A vida como ela é..., series of tales written by Nelson Rodrigues to Última Hora newspaper, between 1951 and 1961, turned out to be a strong theoretical and affective experience. When he produces, Nelson creates realities and a particular form of man the Brazilian. He presents tragedies and dramas, to which, untangles the ululant obvious which sustain them. In this sense, I deducted that he would fulfill, with methodological rigour, the interpretative method demands by disrupting the course, as proposed by Fabio Herrman, which means the creation of a meaning that goes beyond the established routinely. Shocked by the possibility of a writer/artist fulfilling the demands of the psychoanalytic method, I presumed if Nelson Rodrigues was not an exemplary psychoanalyst. In the face of this agony and the position taken to see/read Nelson Rodrigues production as psychoanalytic, I needed dialogues with Science, Arts, in a deeper way with Literature, to illuminate the field and place of Psychoanalysis in my universe, and answer the nodal points which were imposed to the investigation: what Nelson Rodrigues produces of knowledge about the human condition can be equivalent to the knowledge coming from the psychoanalytic lens?; what is the difference between the analytical process and the creative writers process, considering the fictional character which unfold from them?; and Would Nelson Rodrigues be a psychoanalyst to be followed on the basis of his creation way and the disruption promoted by his action? More than an exercise of theoretical construction, this investigation, organized in narratives which store the seal of processed search way, which is, questioner and interpretative or as I call investicrativa, brings the movement of particular reinvention to Psychoanalysis. Looking to the keyhole, I encountered the character of mistake and uncertainness which constitutes life and also the psychoanalytic art. Facing the uncertain, it was necessary to be tragic and artist to dare a draft of my invention as a psychoanalyst and, from this place, produce a man and reality, in the transferencial dialogue with Nelson Rodrigues in A Carta, in the theories articulated in O Texto, or yet, in the appropriation of a clinical case through the tale A Deprimida, path which made it possible for me the suspension and expression of desire. In this way, two points are apprehended in this investigation, which ratify the analogy between Psychoanalysis and Literature, as suggested in Theory of the analogous, once both create meanings, not real, but possibilities of meanings, and the place that writing assumes in both fields.

Crescimento pós-traumático em mulheres acometidas por câncer de mama: revisão sistemática da literatura
The concept of posttraumatic growth essentially refers to positive psychological transformations triggered by an attempt to adapt to new circumstances accruing from a traumatic event. It is a process that involves the interaction of various elements since these transformations are observed in different domains. This study s general objective was to develop a systematic review of scientific publications addressing posttraumatic growth among women afflicted with breast cancer. Data were collected from five distinct electronic databases PsycINFO, MedLine, LILACS, SciELO-Brasil and PePsic through cross-referring the terms posttraumatic growth and breast cancer and based on specific inclusion criteria. The full texts of the identified scientific publications were assessed based on a set of dimensions for analysis. Only 31, out of the 74 publications found, were selected. In general, there was a predominance of the cross-sectional design and the quantitative approach among the publications selected. The Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI) was the most frequently used instrument and mainly women with breast cancer composed convenience samples, while some studies included subgroups to enable comparisons with other populations. There was also hegemony of publications with multiple authorship, published in journals addressing papers that lie in the interface of Psychology and Health. Additionally, the University of Coimbra and McGill University stood out as the most significant centers of studies focused on the investigation of posttraumatic growth among women with breast cancer. The conclusion, considering the specific themes and results of the studies selected, is that important aspects of posttraumatic growth are satisfactorily understood while other aspects should be further explored. The fact that younger patients are more prone to posttraumatic growth is welldocumented. On the other hand, how posttraumatic growth evolves over time among women with breast cancer, especially whether and up to when positive changes covered by each of this concept s domains are maintained after the treatment is concluded, remain uncertain. Therefore, this study enabled mapping the knowledge already produced on the topic and supports its application into practice to deepen theoretical knowledge, providing elements for future research.

The general objective of this study was investigating the best of model thatexplain of the job performance between telemarketing operator and customer care operator. This study use micro and macro organizational variables, specifically, Organizational Climate, Affective and Calculative Commitment and the Five Global Factors of Personality (Big Five) surveyed by the test of personality 16PF. The research consist an a case study, using a sample of in callcenter company. This company works with 6000 employees no exactly. This sample was 660 employees. Four months after job performance data has been collected using company processes. This job performance separate up four forms: General Performance Note, Produce Note, Quality Assurance, Behavior Note e Number of Sales. The sample is separate up of Telemarketing operator and customer care agents for verify possible difference. The variable was submit at Stepwise Regression Model for verify what is better model that predict Dependents variables. The results appointment for Absence, partners support and rigidness thinks explain 6,19% of Job Performance Note with customer care agents sample. Absence and reward explaining 12,8% of Quality Assurance with telemarketing operator sample. Reward explain 2,5% of Quality Assurance with telemarketing operator sample. Experience and reward explain 2,2% of Quality Assurance with Customer Care Agents. This finds, whit Customer Care Agents, point Absence, Experience, Support of Supervisor and 12 Organization and Control of Climate Explaining 15,3% of Produce Note and with Telemarketing Operator sample, Absence and reward explaining 12,2 % of Productive Note. In Sales Number, Absence and Reward explained 16,6% of this variable. The Reward factor and Absence explain a job performance in Telemarketing Operator sample, maybe because operators have a bonus of Sales and behavior. Among Customer Care Agents, Job Performance has a committed with Supervisor Support, partners support and Absence. This results can be explain because operator need a supervisor support and software support for have a good job performance, and need use information about there job with partners. The absence can be produce with dissatisfaction and other factors, then has to study others models.

Transferência de aprendizagem, impacto do treinamento no trabalho, suporte à transferência de treinamento e produção acadêmica: estudo em uma universidade pública brasileira
This study aimed to identify the impact transfer of learning, impact of training at work and transference support of training on job performance of graduates of doctoral programs that act as teachers in a Brazilian public university. However, as it was not achieved the minimum number of participants required to test this model, there were only statistical analyzes corresponding to the other objectives of this study. The sample consisted of 74 teachers, whose titer was obtained between the years 2006 and 2009. Most acts exclusively on undergraduate (68%), while others work in undergraduate and graduate programs (32%). Data were obtained through three psychometric scales. All instruments showed satisfactory psychometric. Work performance was measured as the academic logged in Lattes (amount of articles, full papers, chapters and books), considering the three years following the year of defense from the doctoral course of each teacher. The results indicated that for teachers who work in this university, graduate school resulted in learning specific and general skills. They seem to possess a high degree of mastery in relation to skills, although they have signaled they do not use so often. In general, contrary to what the literature indicates, for this sample the correlations between variables support the transfer of training and performance at work were not significant. Participants also responded to two open questions, whose answers were analyzed by content analysis of Bardin (2011). This analysis revealed the importance of other types of support received by teachers, such as financial aid, support for entry into graduate and human resources support. The records about the types of support received not related to, primarily, the location and resources for research, financial aid and time to devote to research activities. We attempted to identify whether there were significant differences between groups of teachers divided by area of knowledge (humanities, hard sciences and biomedical) and by level of activity (work exclusively on undergraduate or simultaneous activities at undergraduate and postgraduate). The results, contributions and limitations of the study are discussed.

No cotidiano da escola (pública): algumas contribuições da psicologia escolar para a prática de professoras das séries iniciais do ensino fundamental
This work based on the historical-cultural theory, is a report of a study performed with teachers who teach children in the initial grades at a public state elementary school located in the city of Uberlândia, MG, Brasil. As a great number of students who are beginning schooling are referred to psychologists, it was sought to investigate what teachers think and say that lacks in their daily work to better deal with students and also what they expect from a school psychologist. Semi-structured interviews were used to perform this task. It is believed, by the author of this study, that the majority of difficulties that teachers face is due to their initial and continued training, to the school atmosphere, to precarious work conditions, to questions that emerge in the specific context of the classroom and to the relationships between teacher and students, without of course putting aside subjective aspects of the teacher and the students and the families of the students. The teachers interviewed complained of disinterest of pupils, indiscipline and lack of family support, great number of students per class, shortage of material and inadequate space and students who present learning difficulties. According to the teachers, these factors make it hard to perform their work with quality. What they say reveals a predominant belief that the lack of social-cultural background and family support of the pupils is responsible for their learning difficulties. This study verified that the expectation of the teachers is that students with difficulties should be individually assisted by psychologists so that they can reach a satisfactory level of learning and be able to keep up with their same aged classmates. For the teachers, through clinical psychological work at the school (or out of it), it is possible to solve the difficulties presented by the students. The author of this study considers that the knowledge of the teachers upon the work of the school psychologist may be related to the lack of contact with this professional as well as the actual performance of the psychologist in the school which frequently only consists in clinical assistance. Besides this, the expectations of the teachers in regards to this professional represent a request for help in facing obstacles which they do not know how to deal with. Only with practice directed to the institutional context and continued training for teachers, in which these complaints can be heard and that breaks up the instituted and promotes resignificances of day-to-day may the psychologist provide elements that modify the concept teachers have on school difficulties and the work of the psychologist in the school, aiding them in a more effective daily practice and a more promoting manner of development and learning.

Efeitos do tipo de item e do monitoramento da fonte na criação e persistência de falsas memórias
False memories (FM´s) occur when we remember the events that never happened in reality, situations at which we were not present, and places where we never been to or when we remember some event differently from what really happened. The main purpose of this work was to check the durability of individual s memory after a time span of one week and to check the influence of the source monitoring on the creation of FM´s. For this, it was used the Deese-Roediger-McDermott (DRM) paradigm, which consists of the presentation of twelve lists of fifteen associated words (targets) to an undisclosed one which is called the critical distractor or critical nonpresented word. The individuals were picked among 80 UFU Psychology undergraduates who volunteer to participate. They were divided in two groups: auditory and visual ones. This separation was due to the difference in the modality of lists presentation at study. All participants were asked to pay attention to the words and half of them were asked to do the source monitoring of the words, whether it is auditory or visually form. Following the presentation of the twelve lists, they solved simple arithmetic problems. At last, it was done an immediate recognition memory test which has seventy words: thirty six studied itens (targets), twelve related lures (critical distractors) and twenty two unrelated lures (new words which were not semantically associated to any of the ten lists previously presented to them). One week later, they came back to do the delayed recognition memory test. The test and the procedure were the same as for the immediate recognition memory test. In these recognition tests they had to choose between Yes or No for each word, whether they did or did not recognize the words from one of the lists and they were asked to identify the word s source: Auditory or Visually form. The results showed that false memories are created and can be kept until one week later, more than real memories. Visual modality was better to the correct recognition (targets) and further more, it was responsible for the smaller rate of false recognition. Instructions to the individuals improved the source monitoring for targets, but it did not cut down on the misattribution for the critical distractor.

Tertúlia a constituição de sujeitos no processo de construção de sentidos sobre a arte
Considering that art can collaborate in the formation of the person, this dissertation aimed to understand how subjects are constituted from the construction and sharing of meanings about art in a group setting. Inspired by the method proposed by Historical Dialectic Materialism, this research took as its starting point the construction of a group called Tertúlia , composed of ten students of psychology undergraduate of the Federal University of Uberlândia, and researcher in question, in order to appreciate art in its different manifestations, and discuss the meanings constructed from this experience. So, to make up the research corpus of this investigation, the group meetings were recorded by a camcorder and then transcribed as written text narrative; and in addition, the analyzed material was also composed by two letters made by tertuliano and a portfolio to bring, in a creative and authorial way, the personal record of the most significant experiences they lived in group. To understand of this phenomenon, I dedicated myself to the theoretical study of the constitution of the subject in cultural-historical perspective of semiotic mediation, the attribution of meaning in the process of signification, the concept of Imminent Development Zone and art as a product of social life. Later, trying to relate the reality investigated and the fundamental concepts in this work, four categories explanatory were delimited, which I have called clustered senses. These categories grouped the senses expressed by participants that related art to personal experiences; the art of the general aspects of life; art, culture and society; and finally, art and other human productions. The analysis of the excerpts that evidenced the transformations experienced by the participants pointed to the importance of a collective space to enjoy art in the process of constitution of the person, besides enabling reflections on the importance of sharing the senses with the other, in the process of transformation of the subject; the place of art in the university and the current model of education, considering the capitalist way of life; the possibility of developing new ways of organizing thought from the exchange of meanings about art; the contributions of the enjoyment of art in the process of reframing and establishing new ways of acting in the world and, finally, about the social role of art and its role as a mediator in the process of autonomy the subject.

A queda e suas consequências para o idoso : aspectos psicológicos e emocionais
The falls among the elderly constitute an important clinical and public health problem due to its high incidence with consequent elevated mortality and morbidity on this population, causing a great impact on their life, on their relatives lives and on the public health system, due to the high costs of assistance. This study aimed at investigating the fall and its consequences for the elderly people, considering the psychological and emotional aspects. Thirty two people were interviewed, 25 women and seven men, aging 60 to 98 years-old, all residents in the city of Uberaba - MG, selected at four different places: two rehabilitation centers, physiotherapy clinic, aquatic academy and two long permanence institutions. Most of the group was retired, single, with low education level and lived predominantly in multigeneration families. The participants were interviewed about their personal data and health habits. The questionnaire was composed by 20 questions about the fall event under several aspects. The data received statistical treatment and they were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. In the results, it was verified that the average of falls by person was 3,21; women presented a bigger relative value than men. The falls occurred mostly in the external areas of the homes, and during the day. Most of the elders had a positive conduct in front to the event, adopting preventive measures. The psychological and emotional consequences most related were the fear (of falling, of leaving alone and other fears), the increase of the attention and care. The results suggest there is an enormous need to produce information about some risk factors for falls which the elderly people are exposed daily; health professionals should provide more orientation concerning posture; and there is a need of developing significant, but low costs practices in the primary level of attention to the elder's health.

Absenteísmo em contact center: estudo de caso com preditores micro e macroorganizacionais
The general objective of this study was to investigate the capacity of explanation of Absenteeism among call center operators, through a set of micro and macro organizational variables, specifically, Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Climate, Affective and Calculative Commitment and the Five Global Factors of Personality (Big Five) surveyed by the 16PF personality questionnaire. In order to investigate these relationships, a case study in a great contact center company was carried through, from a sample of 360 participants answered consistent and validated scales of perception about the measures under investigation (of Organizational Support, Organizational Climate, Affective and Calculative Commitment and the personality test). Four months after this procedure, the Absenteeism data (total of lost days) has been collected. Descriptive and correlate analyses and multiple regression stepwise have been, then, carried through, considering the measure of Absenteeism as a dependent variable. These procedures have been carried through for the complete sample and, later, for two groups of the same sample, of receptive and active call center operators. The results had indicated, essentially, that Absenteeism in the general sample (7,1%) and among receptive operators (6,8%) is slightly predicted by the model, including perception of Support (-) and the personality factor Self-control (+),a correlate of Conscientiousness (a personality factor of the Big Five model that has a recognized impact on the general performance). The model did not significantly explain variance in the active operators sample. The relationship between Perceived Organizational Support and Absenteeism is coherent with the model and international reports; otherwise, the relationship found between Self-control and the dependent variable is surprising, since it contests most of the literature. Amongst the results, the major predictive capacity of the macro-organizational variable over the only microorganizational variable that remained in the model must be pinpointed. This allows inferring that the environment has a greater control over the counter-productive behavior than the individual variable does. The results are discussed based on the literature, detaching the role of Perceived Organizational Support on the workers behavior. The conclusions of the study refute great part of the proposed model, but the limitations of the study are recognized and several perspectives for new research studies are offered. Contributions for the studied organization are also raised, as well as for practice among human resources professionals.

A poética do desenho em terapia de casal
Couple therapy, influenced by the discourse of social constructionism in its theorethical multiplicity, emphasizes the use of language as the builder of reality. However, it typically restricts its interest to the resources of verbal language, devoting little attention to other linguistic forms. Considering the possibility of contributing to this knowledge, we propose the inclusion of drawings as a language resource for therapeutic practices, increasing the understanding of the use of the language in a responsive-relational joint action for construction of meanings. Thus, this study aims at understanding the relational processes of meaning co-construction through the creation of drawings, in the context of Couple Therapy, seeking, in a special way, to analyze the implications of the use of drawings in the construction of change narratives of oneself and the marriage relationship. The study was carried out by way of video recordings of the therapy sessions of three couples, in 10 weekly sessions in a social clinic context. The analysis of the data, based on the constructionist version of social poetics, included transcripts of all sessions, followed by readings that allowed for the identification of different uses of the drawings. From the analysis of the drawings produced by the three couples, we identified drawing as a creative resource to: (a) facilitate conversation hampered by tension, (b) signal focus and selection of oscillatory conversation, (c) explore what has not yet been said in conversation, (d) strengthen the descriptions and narratives created in conversation and (e) summarize the assessment process. The detailed analysis of the therapeutic process of one of the couples, which presented a greater variation of elements referring to individual and marital aspects, showed that the practice of drawing in marital therapy creates participatory contexts in which spouses could feel safe to engage in the creative process, with inventive possibilities of one coming to be desirable and satisfying. In this way, the drawings became a propitiatory resource in bringing life to the use of the word, as well as promoting other forms of speech, freed from the captivity of the usual modes, normalized within human relationships. In couple therapy, drawings are possible as a new part of our language which incorporated with the usual and within the same, allows for the learning of new gestures and the production of new meanings.

Tarefas experimentais e teste de atenção concentrada (AC): implicações para o trânsito
Several authors investigate the processes of attention considering just a multifaceted character according to its operationalization (Lima, 2005), although some aspects may be shared. This study was aimed at investigating possible correlations between Concentrated Attention Test (CA) and three experimental tasks classical in research processes of attention. The first consisted of an inhibitory control task using a Continuous Development Test (CDT). The second task investigated the process of orienting of the focus (Posner, Snyder& Davidson, 1980), while a third task manipulated the perceptual load on a visual selection task (Lavie, 1995). Separate analyzes were conducted to measure the Performance in two dependent variables, the Speed of Processing, which was assessed by the reaction time (RT) and the accuracy, which was analyzed on two levels: number of errors of commission and the number of errors of omission. The study included 97 volunteers, who showed as a participation criteria, non clinical complains, total or corrected visual acuity, and aged between 18 and 64 years. The sample was divided into two age groups: aged between 18 and 30 years old, with 26 female participants (mean = 22.3 years old) and 37 male participants (mean = 22 years old) and aged between 31 and 64 years old, with 11 female participants (mean = 43.1 years old) and 23 male participants (mean = 45.6 years old). The correlations between the results of the AC Test and the three experimental tasks indicates a positive correlation between the AC with the task of perceptual load in both age groups, suggesting that the effect of perceptual load affects the information processing of visual space directly proportional to the individual\'s ability to focus attention on a task under time pressure. The correlation between the test Concentrated Attention AC and experimental task shifting attention was also positive, as evidenced in the age group of 31 to 64 years old, or on the correlation among the participants\' performance in general. This data points to the fact that the faster the individual can disengage the attention, turn it moving the focus, and re-engage it in next target, the greater their ability to concentrate and their efficiency in tasks performed in time will be. Finally, there was a positive correlation between the perceptual load task and the displacement of attention on the visual field suggesting that the displacement of the focus of attention occurs more efficiently at low perceptual load situations enabling the processing of distracters stimuli or of irrelevant information out of the served area.

Os significantes da escuta psicanalítica na clínica comtemporânea
The objective of this work is to circumscribe the destinies of the psychoanalytical listening in the contemporary clinic. When giving heard to hysterical, Freud breaks up with the medical model of treatment and inaugurates a differentiated clinical practice, in the which the patient leaves of being examined and he is invited to narrate his suffering, becoming subject in his cure process. Thus, psychoanalytical listening opens new horizons for the understanding of the man and the world where we live. However, today we came across with symptoms such as syndrome of the panic, depressions, psychosomatic diseases, compulsions, and school failure, that differ of the presented by Freud's patients. So, we started to question our clinical practice: How do the social and cultural changes interfere in the human subjectivity? What is there in common in the contemporary pathologies? Which are the contributions of the psychoanalysis to understand the world where we live? Which is the destiny of the psychoanalytical listening due to so many transformations? Departing from these questionings, we analyze how the psychoanalytical listening appeared and in which social and cultural context Freud was inserted. We compared the Freudian age with the contemporary clinic. We verify together with Lipovetsky and Forbes that there was a change from the industrialized age that Forbes calls "father-guided to the globalized one. For Lipovetsky, the progress of the individuality and the decline of the organizing power, that the collectivity had on the individual, weakened the personalities. The contemporary individual is more autonomous, because he has greater freedom of choices. However, he finishes for becoming more fragile in function of the amount of demands and obligations that our world imposes on him. In agreement with Costa, in modernity, the man looked for the ideal of perfection through the feelings. Nowadays, our society gives a great emphasis to the corporal image. The man looks for a perfect image of himself and he suffers of a fascination for the possibilities of physical transformation offered by the prostheses, plastic surgeries, medicines and physical exercises. The self-valorization of the world of the images and of the individualism, allied to the excessive volume of information, substitutes the exchange of experiences causing the impoverishment of the interior life. The individual cannot express his feelings, attributing all his evils to a causality inscribed in the body. The narrative becomes substituted by the action. In this context, the analyst must recognize that the patients' sufferings are related to his corporal image. Besides, the analyst have to understand the transformations of our world and to enlarge his/her psychoanalytical listening, creating deeper and wide forms of intervention, with a bigger flexibility and diversity, allowing that psychoanalysis supports a larger number of practices, important to others, and different, settings beyond the private clinic.

Sofrimento psíquico em psicólogos que atuam no contexto organizacional: um estudo na cidade de Uberlândia
This paper investigates on the job pleasure and suffering experienced by psychologists who work in organizations. The purpose is to analyze the strategies, used by organizational psychologists in psychic suffering, to deal with this situation and be able to keep at its work. The theoretical perspective adopted is that the work is both a source of pleasant experiences as well as suffering and that each individual finds specific ways to deal with the reality that he/she goes through, and meanwhile also uses confrontation strategies that are common in the organizational field. Both the suffering and the pleasure, as psychic experiences, can happen in different ways, and two indicators of suffering, grief and anxiety were adopted. Also, two indicators of pleasure, value and acknowledgement, were adopted. It was used the qualitative method and two individuals as identification objects for the measurement in the On The Job Pleasure and Suffering Scale. Based on the results found, individual semiguided interviews were conducted with two psychologists who went through significant suffering on the job. According to the results, both psychologists found sources of pleasure and suffering on the job, and used confrontation strategies to keep their psychic health. These finds show that even individuals who have a significant activity and with a certain autonomy and choice possibilities, also suffer the impact of the work organization. Moreover, the work in a company can be perceived by the psychologist as distant from his/her education and he/she cannot show totally all his/her knowledge and skills acquired in the under graduate course.
