Esfoliação eletroquímica de grafite natural com eletrólito multifuncional para obtenção de estruturas de grafeno
The graphite is an abundant and low-cost precursor for production of graphene materials that include single-layer, few-layer and multi-layers graphene sheets, graphene oxide and reduced graphene oxide. For graphene production from graphite, it is necessary to overcome the van der Waals forces which maintain the carbon nanosheets together in the graphite. Among the several methods used in liquid phase graphite exfoliation, the electrochemical exfoliation methods and, in particular, the anodic exfoliation offers diverse some attractive characteristics such as easy and safety operation, low cost, fast production (≤ 120 minutes), environmentally friendly and suitable for graphene mass production. A disadvantage concerning the anodic exfoliation is related to the oxidation of the carbon lattice which can insert defects or functional groups in the graphene sheets. In this work are described simple and fast procedures (≤ 60 min) for graphene production by using anodic electrochemical exfoliation of graphite electrodes under controlled current and a multifunctional electrolyte. The graphite flakes (area ~ 60 mm2) were exfoliated in two galvanostatic conditions: 10 and 50 mA in electrolytes containing sodium sulfate and phosphate buffer, pH 9.0 and with and without sodium sulfite, utilized to prevent oxidation processes at the graphite electrode. The material characterization by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Raman spectroscopy and UV-Vis indicated the production of graphene nanosheets with few layers (N ≤ 5) and lateral size ranging between 5 and 30 μm, typically. The graphene yield increases when increase the sodium sulfate concentration and the intercalation current, while the defect density of graphene does not change significantly among different exfoliated materials. With the addiction of sodium sulfite in the electrolyte, the defect density of graphene sheets increased significantly. The different materials produced with current of 50 mA were used to prepare three-dimensional graphene structures in order to evaluate the specific capacitance (SC) by cyclic voltammetry. The specific capacitance values were significantly elevated and ranged from 357.1 F g-1 in 1.0 mol L -1 Na2SO4 electrolyte to 2,913.2 F g-1 in 1.0 mol L-1 H2SO4 at 1.0 mV s-1 scan rate. The materials with higher values of SC were obtained in sulfite-containing electrolytes, indicating their potentialities for application in energy storage devices.
Processamento temporal: sua importância para aprendizagem da leitura
Despite extensive research seeking to understand the problems of reading and the causes underlying them, there are still some open aspects. Therefore, it was with this research examining the relationship between temporal processing and reading. For both were initially evaluated 184 children of 2, 3 and 4 grades of elementary school and, based on performance on a reading test, it was selected two groups with 26 children each, a group of good readers and a group of poor readers. These two groups were subjected to three tests to assess individual abilities of temporal processing, namely the rhythm (in terms of spontaneous motor production, reproduction of rhythmic structures and understanding of symbolic notation), the speed (readinf speed, picture naming speed and number naming speed) and sequencing (memory of verbal sounds and sequencing of daily activities). Analysis of variance was conducted to check possible differences between groups and school years. Overall, the group of poor readers showed lower performance on several tasks of temporal processing when compared with the group of good readers. This lower performance is more apparent in the tasks of reading speed and naming. There was also correlation between reading and various aspects of temporal processing. These results suggest that problems with reading are related to temporal deficits, especially on tasks involving verbal material, such as speed reading and naming.

Professor empreendedor competências para uma educação significativa
The purpose of this research was to study faculty actions in teachers' pedagogical work, seeking to identify the entrepreneurial attitude that leads these professionals to adapt themselves to a context of demands of a globalized and technological society, which imposes new forms of work organization. From this perspective, we discuss what is to entrepreneur in education, analyze the dimensions of teaching practice, the constitution of the teachers' knowledge and their professional development, trying to understand if entrepreneur is a constituent part of the faculty, which allows them to innovate in classroom, adding new informational technologies in the quest for meaningful and contextualized education for their students. In order to carry out this research, we opted for a qualitative descriptive approach, since we understand that this method is the most appropriate for the comprehension, analysis and description of the phenomenon. As for the research instrument, we selected the semistructured interview as a means to favor the description of social phenomena, their explanation and understanding. The research universe corresponded to university teachers who work in the e-learing, in a sample of eight teachers, as we believe that e-learing, based on digital technologies, demands even more innovative capacities and creativity from teachers, that is, entrepreneur to achieve efficiency and quality. The relevance of the research is to raise discussions about an subject poorly studied in the faculty, the entrepreneurial dimension, important for this professional to meet the current demands in business and society. The results of this research indicated that more than ever, entrepreneur has to be part of the dimension of the teaching action and its knowledges, and this capacity must be stimulated as a presupposition of the professional development of teachers, in face of the new demands of the society, that requests the formation of more proactive individuals, who have an attitude and are responsible for building their knowledge path, aiming at their personal and professional life project.

Aspectos gerais do acordo de acionistas e vinculação dos membros do conselho de administração
O presente estudo tem como objeto o entendimento e os limites à vinculação de membros do conselho de administração de sociedade anônima a acordo de acionistas. Diante disso, foram analisados os principais aspectos do acordo de acionistas na sociedade anônima, com base em doutrinas e na legislação brasileira vigente, bem como as competências e hierarquias dos órgãos sociais da sociedade anônima, os interesses sociais e deveres dos membros do conselho de administração e os entendimentos doutrinários a respeito da vinculação dos administradores ao acordo de acionistas. Após exposto todo o estudo, concluiu-se que não há um conceito exato sobre a vinculação dos membros do conselho de administração à acordo de acionistas, possuindo diversas doutrinas com ideias divergentes, no entanto, estimase que o melhor forma para tratar a vinculação é a limitação em determinadas hipóteses.
Cidade e educação: o itinerário formativo urbano do bairro de Heliópolis em São Paulo
To constitute a city that educates and to educate the subjects in, with and the city itself, is a complex task, nevertheless with several experiences already performed in Brazil and around the world. Seeking to present scientifically how this relationship occurs, this essay aims to present the possible ways for the constitution of a city that educates and is educated out of the analysis, through action research, of the urban formative route constituted in Heliópolis neighborhood - São Paulo. Throughout the evolution of the cities and of the urbanism as a field of knowledge and practices, the city is presented as the space of relationships, coexistence and civility, showing that the infrastructure, the neighborhood, the density and the public services contribute to the education of the subjects who live there. In the field of pedagogy, it is in the relationship between the subjects and the territory that Integral Education happens, contextualized, pertinent and capable of developing the subjects in their multiple dimensions: intellectual, cultural, emotional, physical and social. The binomial - City and Education - guides this research, motivated by 4 years of professional practice in territories, as project manager, in the Educating Cities Program of the Cidade Escola Aprendiz Association, a pioneer social organization of the Bairro-Escola methodology, that promotes integral development of the subjects, starting from questions of the territory.
Fashion law: desconstrução do direito da moda o Brasil
With the changes in the market and the consequent growth of the problems arising from the fashion industry, it is important to address this issue in the legal context, to understand better the issues and to apply better the laws. In this context, in the midst of several discussions, a new branch of the Law exsurges with the designation of Fashion Law, which is used repeatedly. A number of approaches are being pursued and a number of questions surround the theme, making it necessary to rehearse answers in more depth in terms of legal grounds. Despite the diversity of possible approaches, it is analyzed in the present study whether fashion and fashion design are objects of specific regulatory norms that can be concentrated. This is necessary in order to understand the relations and connections between fashion and law, as well as to identify the singularities of this thematic field that could determine it as an autonomous branch of law in Brazil or not.

In order to analyze the contributions of partnerships for learning and professional development of teachers of vocational education, this study investigated four cases happenedin Senac Sao Paulo network, based on the following problem: what contributions business-school partnerships create for learning and professional development teacher professional education? The design features cultural historical aspects of education, facts and information about the emergence of the need for teachers for teaching professions and manpower training, as well as methodological procedures, data analysis and conclusions that consolidate the investigation of cases of comparatively interpretation and argumentative. The research considers the opinion of authors as Mizukami (2005-2006) which highlights some points about learning processes and professional development of teaching and Moura (2014, p. 28), which addresses the mediating role and instigator of the teacher, necessitating initial and particularly continuing education, or, Perrenoud (1993), which discusses the practice in teaching and teacher education as being complex and susceptible to numerous variables. Completing the study that has the goals to explore the universe related to teaching in vocational education, the challenge of meeting new approaches to training and updating of these professionals, as well as the scope of business-school partnerships that foster discussions on methodologies, technologies and interdisciplinarity present in educational proposals, the study allowed us to observe that the relationship with companies in the market, through educational projects, may contribute to the completion of teaching knowledge and enrichment of the lesson plan.

Análise de um amplificador Raman distribuído nas bandas S+ e S utilizando a fibra óptica TrueWave® Reach Low Water Peak
The performance of a distributed Raman amplifier at S - Band using the TrueWave® Reach Low Water Peak fiber in a 100km span is analyzed through numerical simulations. The manufacturer, the OFS Fitel Denmark Ap, has experimentally characterized the physical parameters of the fiber, such as, attenuation, dispersion and Raman gain efficiency at Band - S. The low fiber attenuation around pump wavelength region, around 0,34dB/km at 1370nm, allow the achievement of approximately 10dB over 70nm in the S - Band − using 4 (four) pump lasers with pump power on the order of tenth of mWatts .
Democracia brasileira e hermenêutica concretizadora: ADI 4815 sob a ótica das teorias alemães de Konrad Hesse e Peter Häberle
Este trabalho versa sobre o impacto das teorias alemãs de Konrad Hesse e Peter Häberle no amadurecimento da Democracia brasileira. Essas teorias pertencem ao constitucionalismo contemporâneo. Para analisar este impacto, foi utilizado o notório hard case brasileiro sobre biografias não autorizadas. O caso tratou sobre a necessidade de autorização prévia do biografado (ou de sua família, se já for falecido) para a publicação de biografias. Para isso, foram estudadas técnicas hermenêuticas, assim como ideias sugeridas por especialistas durante uma audiência pública sobre o caso. Antes disso, entretanto, foi levantada ampla análise histórica para compreender a necessidade do surgimento de novos métodos para interpretar a Constituição alemã, assim como para comparar a Constituição alemã atual com a Constituição brasileira. Após breve retrospectiva da história constitucional do Brasil, constatou-se que ambas as constituições são semelhantes. As duas gostariam de instituir a social-democracia, por exemplo. A necessidade de amadurecer a Democracia brasileira foi levantada, assim como a adequação em seguir teorias alemãs. O motivo principal seria que a Alemanha atualmente se encontra em uma Democracia estável. No fim, este trabalho concluiu que as teorias de Konrad Hesse e Peter Häberle ajudaram, ajudam e poderão ajudar mais ainda neste processo de amadurecer a Democracia do Brasil.

Inovação e o papel da cooperação universidade-empresa na obtenção de vantagens competitivas
Technological innovation is perceived in the company as a strategy to achieve competitive advantage. Companies can adopt the innovative process as a strategy and internalize it in research and development areas. Another possibility is the external absorption of knowledge and inventions by universities, research centers, suppliers, strategic partners and other companies. In countries with high levels of competitiveness, mechanisms have been created to strengthen the ties of cooperation between research institutions and companies. In Brazil perceives an intensity of technology-based research in science and technology institutions, behavior that is not reflected in business organizations. Therefore, this thesis questioned whether the university-business cooperation exercises influence in the business competitive advantage. For this context, the objective was to verify the role of university-industry cooperation in generating competitive advantage of companies. Thus, this thesis verified the practices of university-business cooperation between the managers of innovation of science and technology institutions and companies, the competitive advantages that companies get this relationship through the PIP model (Product Innovation Performance), the types of innovation identified by managers of innovation and companies and the contributing factors and inhibit the process of university-industry cooperation. As methodological north, this research was descriptive guidance by use of mixed methods approach, with a qualitative search of categories linked to innovation, university-industry cooperation, competitive advantage and technology transfer. In sequence, realized the construction of the scales by categories identified in the literature and the qualitative phase, for further quantitative collection through a questionnaire applied in managers of innovation linked to FORTEC Forum and the companies associated with technology parks and incubators affiliated of ANPROTEC and ANPEI that demand technological innovation, with subsequent analysis of the data by means of structural equation modeling in the method of partial least squares. The results showed a positive correlation between university-industry cooperation and competitive advantage in product innovation in companies by means of interaction with the university for technology transfer. Were also identified fourteen categories drawn from interviews with managers of innovation and distributed in five metacategories related to structures, processes, interaction.

Modelo de computação cognitiva para suporte as atividades educacionais em interações com ambientes inteligentes
The evolution of models and systems that implement the concepts of Ubiquitous and Pervasive Computing, particularly in applications that integrates Context-Aware Computing and mobile computing for personal use, presents opportunities and challenges in the educational field. Parallel to this evolution and in a complementary way, the models of computational intelligence are established as important tools for Internet-based services (solutions that combine applications and services on demand) and support decision systems applying personification to access information in large volumes of data (Big Data platforms). From this scenario, this research proposes a computational model that combines different artificial intelligence methods to aid the personalization of the teaching process considering interaction in context sensitive computing environments. This computational model is, mainly, a proposal of computation with focus on the perspective of the student to participate of educational tasks in different places. As a central element to support the process of customization and adaptability of student interaction, this research presents a computational model that combines Artificial Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Multiagent Systems and Context-Aware Computing. During the investigation of the dynamics of the computational model, an integration of the central model, a set of rules of the Multiagent System and an implementation of the proposed Architecture for Context- Aware Computing were elaborated. The cognitive structure was observed while using by a group of users in different locations. The observed results reinforce the dynamics proposed in this research as a viable model for personalization of interactions with intelligent environments.
