Esta pesquisa pretende entender como se dava o ensino jurídico na primeira Faculdade de Direito do Brasil, em São Paulo, também conhecida por Arcadas de São Francisco, em busca de compreender quais eram os embates sobre teorias e metodologias para o ensino do direito, mediante os grandes planos sociais e políticos de tal faculdade, quais sejam, constituir um corpo de elite social e política para a administração do país, compor um ideário que organizasse o Estado Nacional republicano. A pesquisa é conduzida por meio de uma pergunta norteadora: Como era o ensino jurídico na primeira faculdade de Direito do Brasil no período do Império ao início da República? Qual seu impacto na tradição jurídica no país? Procura-se captar, pelos documentos coletados, quais eram os objetivos de tal ensino, a forma como ele é apresentado no aspecto curricular e o que se esperava do jovem formado na construção de uma nova ideia de nação.

Fraud is a phenomenal that is studied by many researchers with a desire to understand this occurrence and the necessary methods to avoid it manly due to the economic and moral damage that is caused to the entities and the society. Researches show that fraud is practiced against public and private companies in general from any country. Due to the impact on economies and the damage they cause to citizens, frauds involving public and / or private publicly traded companies are what most concerns regulatory authorities, self regulators, class entities and stakeholders in general. Despite the laws, rules and principles emanating from parts of entities that struggle to contain fraud, they occur and surprise authorities, investors and other users of accounting information, often due to their recurrence and magnitude. So it was with the accounting fraud practiced against Banco Pananericano made public in 2010. It is considered the biggest fraud committed against a Brazilian financial institution in the last decade, despite the culture and principles of existing internal controls and governance and the clear designation of the responsibilities of external and internal entities in order to prevent this type of occurrence. That said, the present study aimed to identify the facts contained in the lawsuits filed in the judicial and extrajudicial spheres against the agents involved in the Banco Panamericano fraud and to analyze the determinant causes for the occurrence of the phenomenon. As a result of this study, it is possible to add that the fraud perpetrated with recurrence for consecutive years, reaching an amount equivalent to 3.3 times the entity's net worth, had in its favor the lack of effectiveness in complying with the rules and principles of the current controls internal controls, governance and supervision.

In July 2014 was published the amendment of IAS 41 – Agriculture, in which the accounting treatment for the measurement of biological assets, and more specifically of the bearer plants was changed. Such measurement used to be made at fair value and for periods beginning on January 1, 2016 onwards, it was recognized in accordance with IAS 16, that means, at cost less depreciation, leading to a change in policy of companies. Considering this fact, the object of the present study is to verify if the stock price of the companies was impacted by the change in the measurement of the bearer plants, from fair value to cost, using the Ohlson Model. The data base was composed by financial statements, from 2012 to 2017, of Latin America companies that have adopted the standards issued by International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This research studied 9 sugar cane producer companies from Brazil, Chile and Peru. The analysis was done through panel-data. At the end of the investigation, it was concluded that fair value impacted on the share price of companies considering the amendment of IAS 41.

The present research has as object the investigation of the work of the Italian Marxist Galvano Della Volpe, in order to reconstruct his concept of law and his legalist s critic. In this construction, it was aimed at to study the author s works as a whole, in reading of his diverse texts. Still, it was looked to contrast the thought of Galvano Della Volpe ideas of other philosophers and lawyers, consulting with the works of the same ones.

This dissertation aims to identify obstacles to the construction and articulation of the national and regional development planning in the context of the Union tasks, as a key in the cooperative federalism building. It starts from the investigation of the distinction of the terms growth and development, to understand the concept of national development, as one of the foundations of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Outlines the concept of planning, the economic plan and its relationship with the right post. Shows that the planning done in the economies of the market aims to promote the State's intervention in economic and social field, without giving rise to conflict with democracy, free enterprise and the federation. The government, seen through the prism essentially technical, decoupled planning, proves the absurdity in the public sector and the inability to face the demands of development. Deals with regionalization as a means of political decentralization, and presents the European experiences with emphasis on regional autonomy in Spain and Italy, to identify the position of the region and its function in their structures, European state. Analyzes the Brazilian model of federal regional development authority. Presents the solution to the art. 43 of the Federal Constitution to provide for the Region in the administrative structure of the Union, for help in promoting development and reducing regional inequalities. Concludes with a critical focus on the resurgence of SUDENE while contextualizes it with the public policies of the federal government, to verify whether the resumption of the project for regional development.

O projeto realizado com base na pesquisa é descrito a partir do local onde foi inserido e da estrutura que contexto urbano onde a comunidade se insere possuí, seguido do partido arquitetônico desenvolvido e qual a concepção da proposta com base nestas premissas. Em uma análise final, o projeto foi relacionado ao estudo realizado e surge como um levantamento de discussão no campo da arquitetura sobre o tema geral da população em situação de rua, que de forma mais ampla, reflete o posicionamento da disciplina sobre o problema da pobreza nas cidades atuais.

The student, who decades ago was formed on a traditional education process is the current teacher facing a rampant technological change. It's essential for this professional, therefore, to appropriate methodologies and technological tools, turning them into part of the educational process in which the student learns and practices and, with these, investigates and decodes the surrounding environment. In order to achieve it, it was necessary to examine how the use of digital learning resources allows the student to conduct the dialogue between theory and prac-tice, mediated by the educator. This research, of qualitative nature, is relevant by offering the-orical-scientific support to the science teacher about using digital resources in practical lab clas-ses, in order to promote the dialogue with the theory. The use of these tools allows the student to deeply interact with the objects. Education needs to happen on a democratic and progressive way, with the participation of technology, facilitating the development of the students. Data collection occurred from the processual and gradative assessment of the use, by students of the sixth year of primary school, of digital resources and virtual learning environments during the second half of 2014. The document, as systematized register of data, was all the text production (digital - Wiki and handwritten - reports) resulting from the theoric-practical dialogue over the semester which allowed the analysis. In the process of results discussion, as much as in the theorical rescue through the practical processes, the use of virtual learning platforms has pro-moted positively, on a meaningful and satisfying way, the dialogue between students and brought, in the light of it, the theoric content that embased the productions started with lab research.

Architecture in higher education institutions is part of the support needed to promote and develop new knowledge. Because of the growth and constant updating of the academic curriculum, universities need to expand or restructure their physical facilities. To consider in these architectural interventions the social transformations and valorization of the local culture, promotes the academic development and dissemination of knowledge. The analysis of the growth of campuses and contemporary architectural interventions at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile aims to evoke the values and priorities considered by the projects, taking into account the pre-existing buildings of recognized cultural and historical value. The new relationships established in the spaces, the circulations, the finishes, and the way contemporary architecture responds to the needs of the university and prioritize the identity of the place, are the bases of the analysis proposed in this research.

O trabalho tem como base o homem e sua relação com a cidade e arquitetura. Os conceitos apresentados são suportes ao entendimento e desenvolvido dos projetos localizados no Vale do Anhangabaú. O olhar sobre o tema varia conforme sua escala, extraindo interpretações do que o Vale foi, é e poderia ser. Entende-se que escala não é dimensão, mas sim a proporção que toma aos nosso olhos. (CULLEN,2017).

This research was carried out to make a contribution to push through the recasting of Public Assisted Housing Policies in Presidente Prudente, a town in São Paulo State, taking into account the analysis of the relationship between housing building accomplished by the My House My Life Program, from 2009 to 2017 and the expansion of the town grid, reproducing and deepening social inequalities resulted from its inadequate location, lack of access and public facilities, service rendering and urban mobility. By focusing on the case of Presidente Prudente, the research analyzes the way how our towns and cities have been built and the consequence of that issue on their urban structure, resulted from various agents and actors, among them the State and the construction market, focusing on processes which took place after 2009, with the implementation of various social housing developments and also popular condominiums, built in the town grid and linked to the Federal Program My house My Life which had just been released. Such implementations resulted in a hot real estate market of the town, mainly in areas around the implemented condominiums and houses, with de-allocations of urban enhancement and installations of new enterprises and subdivisions. One took into account the public initiative enterprises, as well as those of private initiative in order to understand the logic of the MHMLP implementation, whose discussion was based on a theoretical study of the land property and urban location issues , the processes which establish the structure of our towns and cities and the attempt to understand the action of the State, of estate agents and of construction companies in their economical and spatial logic meant for housing construction enterprises. The compilation of the studied data resulted in the drawing of maps and tables which help demonstrate how, by means of social housing programs, Presidente Prudente reproduces a process of social inequality, and based on the issues we have raised, the presentation of a proposal meant for pushing through the recasting of the County Assisted Housing Public Policies.

The present study examines the approaches of concepts of package and image, and considering the impact technology that enable the reproduction of images in series packs-pointing the "use" or "ephemeral use" disposable images. Portrays a history of consumer packages in Brazil along with researchers dealing with concepts of design, communication and image search and the interrelationship of selected features. Highlights: "The world is coded" Flusser's (2007) as main support. Explains the human dependence front on manufacturing and use of packages. The issue is to identify aspects of communicative and intersubjective, and analyze it from the point of view of the perishable. It addresses the act of packing before the consumer society, in dialogue with Baudrillard and de Certeau studies that investigate the behavior of society towards the use of these types of images and representations. Recognizes the package as an image, given the saturation of current imagery. Faced with the term "imago" which was the second Debray mask molded from the face of a corpse and comes to Flusser and his theory on the codification of the world in which our attention the fact that we live in age of imagery and saturation arise two complex fields: the image and communication.
