The environmental comfort is one of the important features in construction and the research concerning to architectural projects is calling attention and importance due to environment concerns, which the project strategies are direct related to optimal ambience, not only regarding to a comfort place for those who will use it , but also reducing the costs, resulting in energy efficiency. Confort in edification means in this piece of work, project suitable conditions taking into consideration the local climate and resulting in the human welfare. Being related to several factors is characterized by approaching cross-disciplinary aspects. This project aims to analyze different combinations of percent building opening with unconventional shapes as twisted geometries to understand the performance of natural light in the room's interior and the solar incidence in the facade. The objective of solar protection analyzes is to identify spaces with better performance since conception stage.The evolution of this project will occur through building parametric modeling and solar protection, geometric digital printing and evaluation by computer simulations. The study is focused on São Paulo's location and climate conditions, using the software Rhinoceros and its plug-ins Grasshopper, Ladybug e Honeybee to simulate the solar radiation and the natural light in the building. The use of parametric modeling contributes to the shape process, parameter variations, resulting into the creation of not only one element, but also series of solutions to the study investigation. And the simulations assist in the decision-making processes, facilitating to giving alternatives to the project. Through these procedures and result analyze simulations, the less twisted the edification, better is the natural light results in the room's interior. The results related to the solar radiation incidence in the facade, show us that the higher twisted, the higher exposure to solar radiation in specific points of the facade and it is higher the auto shading in another places. As to the opening scaling, it was observed better results in windows with bigger height compared to their width. The building evaluation related to the items mentioned above give us higher assertiveness with regard to the layout disposition in the room's interior, as well as, solutions of facade using photovoltaic plates working to a better position of the parts, resulting in comfort gains to the users and energetic efficiency in the edification.

O objetivo do presente artigo é analisar como os advogados e escritórios de advocacia podem utilizar as ferramentas de publicidade tradicional e digital – neste caso com auxílio do marketing jurídico - dentro dos limites da ética de modo que não haja configuração de mercantilização da profissão. O Marketing Jurídico sempre existiu, mas hoje se discute como os profissionais da área de Direito podem divulgar seus trabalhos em diferentes espaços sem que isso impacte a natureza da profissão. Tratar-se-ão aqui de maneira breve os conceitos gerais de publicidade, marketing jurídico e sua aplicação dentro do Direito. Além disso, será apresentado como a tecnologia digital pode ser uma aliada dos profissionais da área, pois a partir desta nova era de inovação, os advogados passam a poder compartilhar conteúdo relevante através da internet e principalmente pelas redes sociais. Tal possibilidade auxilia na prospecção e conquista de novos clientes. Nesse trabalho, por meio da pesquisa bibliográfica serão documentas e analisadas se tais práticas ferem as normas éticas e procedimentais do Estatuto da Advocacia, Código de Ética e Disciplina da OAB e Código de Ética e do Provimento nº 94/2000 do Conselho Federal da OAB, que são os termos normativos que formam a base de conteúdo necessária. Conclui-se que esses instrumentos empresariais permitem aos profissionais ampliar seu escopo de trabalho para através de estratégias legais, aumentarem suas carteiras de clientes ou seu reconhecimento no meio forense.

This research aimed to verify the feasibility of relaunching a line of one-liter ice cream pots, optimizing the cost structure in an ice cream company, using as methodology the target costing technique as a strategic cost management tool. To that end, the company surveyed focused on the elimination process or, if necessary, increase the estimated cost. The results, regarding the optimization of the cost structure for the feasibility of relaunching this product line, pointed out that the use of the target costing technique was effective and contributed to the approval of the relaunching, however the verification was only in materials applied directly such as raw material and packaging. In this sense, the optimization method analyzed presented satisfactory cost management information regarding the relaunch of the product line, without altering the quality and respecting the margin required by the partners and the market positioning of the researched company.

It is a dissertation that deals with the issue of Constitutional Change in order to analyze the integration of Law and Economics and; the divergence which has emerged from this kind of integration explained by the different times of evolution between Law and Economics. Bringing a review about the Constitutional changes since the appearance of the problems involving disparity between social reality and the Law, established by Ferdinand Lassalle, until the integrative theories of the Constitution, those bring into themselves the social divergence accepting by that a constant mutability, so they are, necessarily, political stuff. Finally, it proposes the existence of an active Constitutional Change, different of the others classic cases of Constitutional changes, manipulated according to the wishes of the Economic Power.

The objective of this research was to verify the disclosure level of the financial instruments (IRFS 7/CPC 40) of Brazilian public companies during the period of 2014. For that, qualitative and quantitative methods were used, descriptive as to its objectives, and documental - content analysis. The population is composed by the 172 largest non financial companies registered at CVM, which resulted in a sample of 70 companies. The data was obtained at the CVM website and in the Economatica’s data base. A disclosure index based on regulatory CPC 40’s requiriments was used to determine the disclosure levels. To analyse the influence of each characteristic in the level of disclosure, the sample was divided in two groups, the average of disclosure for each group and its pattern deviation were calculated, and tests of averages were applied to verify the certainty of the results. The main results suggest that characteristics relating to the size and ADR influence the level of disclosure of the companies. The characteristics related to regulated industries, indebtedness, performance and profitability are not relevant to the level of disclosure. Considering the obligatority of the standard, it would be expected the full disclosure - disclosure levels of 100% - but in reality it does not occur once the overall average of disclosure is 70.45%. This fact may infer lack of investment in staff competence and operational of most companies - only 3 of the analised companies reached the level of disclosure of 100% - and, on the other hand, complacency of the audit firms to accept this situation without clarifying the explanatory notes.

This project presents the steps developed by Metalquip to analyze, plan, develop and application an innovative solution for preventive / predictive maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as the process of creating a corporate spin-off to take advantage of the identified opportunity. The work follows the technological report protocol proposed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), starting from the generation of the idea, pre-validation of the solution with clients, followed by procedures for internal approval with the board, approval of the budget for the pilot project development, patenting of the solution: as a utility model - BR 10 2018 010513 2, creation of the spin-off company and an action plan (in execution) for project implementation. The project's contributions include the development and application of an innovative technological solution for the Brazilian market, providing productivity gains for sugar and alcohol plants, with potential for expansion in other sectors of industry such as mining, construction, oil and gas and aviation. The solution encompasses not only results in terms of technology and business development, but also brings environmental benefits, by reducing oil leaks in the field. It is also understood that the project portrays a peculiar but potentially replicable reality for other industries of industrial components, adding important learning that can serve as a reference for entrepreneurs and academics.

Cellular automata are discrete dynamic systems that by local action rules, even very simple, can present arbitrarily complex global processing. The reversibility is a property that a few rules have and guarantees the existence of an inverse rule capable of reversing the temporal evolution of the original rule. For a rule be reversible all possible configurations of lattices must have only one predecessor, i.e., only one pre-image. In this context, it had been proposed in the literature the concept of rules may be characterized by its relative partial reversibility, that is, rules can be more or less reversible than others. This notion is represented by the rule pre-image pattern, which is composed of the quantities ordered pre-images of all the possible configurations of lattices up to a maximum size. To sort the rules of the reversible for less reversible, or group them if they had the same reversibility was made lexicographical ordering patterns of pre-images. This paper reviewed the original definition, based on elementary cellular automata, although the results are applicable to any other one-dimensional family rules. Thus, proposed it was a measure of the reversibility level of a rule, also based on its default pre-image, but now from the probability of correctly reverse each possible configurations of lattices up to a given maximum size. This measure allows us to analyze the degree of reversibility of a rule in absolute terms and not relative to other rules. Thus, it becomes possible to individually analyze the reversibility levels of rules, making it possible to infer the degree of rules reversible for lattices arbitrarily larger than calculated, in particular, identifying rules that tend to be reversible when the size of the lattices tends to infinity. It was also possible to define an operation that, from their own state transitions rule, allows to obtain partially rules that have the same level of reversibility without the need of standard calculating preview image, which is extremely expensive computationally.

O presente trabalho desenvolve uma reflexão crítica acerca da relação entre o sistema capitalista e as violações de Direitos Humanos das mulheres, culminando em sua mercantilização máxima que se materializa no tráfico internacional de mulheres A partir de uma análise da sistematização interna do processo produtivo capitalista na opressão de gênero, procurou-se determinar as opressões e desigualdades que contribuem como instrumento de perpetuação desse sistema. Foi realizada análise da mercantilização do corpo e da vida das mulheres por três ângulos diferentes, estes sendo as publicidades, a prostituição e o tráfico de pessoas. Por meio do estudo do desenvolvimento do tráfico de pessoas e de sua legislação internacional, assim como da evolução do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro acerca do tema procurou-se identificar as causas e formas de enfrentamento ao tráfico de seres humanos. A partir da análise da jurisprudência com matérias reiteradas no Judiciário, mostra-se a concretização dos dados e perfis estabelecidos acerca do tráfico de pessoas, assim como as limitações do enfrentamento ao tráfico até aquele momento. Por fim, é feita uma análise da recente Lei 13.344 de outubro de 2016, que altera consideravelmente a legislação nacional até então existente acerca do tema.

Este relatório descreve o processo de realização de um documentário que investiga o que significa ser ator no Brasil, país com elevado grau de desvalorização da arte e da cultura. Tem como objetivo entender como este contexto se traduz no dia a dia do artista, ainda mais potencializado por uma sociedade pautada em altas demandas e expectativas. Através da produção de um documentário participativo e poético, acompanha o processo artístico de quatro atores e sua diretora/atriz em busca da compreensão de suas motivações na profissão. Com a utilização de quatro fontes, de origens e personalidades diferentes, expõe de forma subjetiva as distintas visões e reações de cada personagem, proporcionando como resultado um panorama amplo das dificuldades e também atrativos da profissão. Alguns autores essenciais para o embasamento deste projeto foram: Byung-Chul Han e Catherine Love para desenvolvimento do tema; Patricio Guzmán e Bill Nichols para desenvolvimento da peça. Os documentários Elena (2012) e Moscou (2009) também foram de crucial importância. A profissão do ator é cercada de dualidades. Ao mesmo tempo que acolhe, também é ambiente catalisador de frustrações e ansiedade. Está diretamente relacionada com o ego do indivíduo e com o sentimento de inconformismo e deslocamento, fazendo-o buscar refúgio no caótico mundo artístico. O resultado deste projeto é um documentário criativo e inovador, que permite percebermos o pulsar das ansiedades das personagens e suas expectativas quanto aos enfrentamentos de sua profissão.

The primary function of the on-screen study is to evaluate the performance of political power understood as the cause of the existence of a state and consequently responsible for the main positive and negative effects that the components of this state may suffer. The scenario of institutional crisis in Brazilian society may turn out to be a result of resistance to the inherent and necessary changes in the cultural scene of national politics while it suffers the most diverse side effects of a power struggle and utopian autonomy of those who represent us. Aware of the perplexed system introduced, the content of the political reform currently discussed can be seen as an advance in the sense of restraining - or at least attempting - nebulous articulations that are of no benefit to the well-being of the Brazilian citizen, while, on the other hand, absolute frankness, its real intentions, and may be an instrument of maneuver, which will enable a greater concentration of political power, rooted in economic power, expressly disregarding the democratic regime already so mitigated in our present society. Believing that the political scenario has undergone considerable changes and that the immediate effects will be drastically felt by the society that submits to it is concluded by the study on screen that will be directed in the intention to evaluate the content approved for electoral reform considering all time the evaluation of some basic and indispensable concepts that revolve around the theme addressed, stating when possible the possible positive and negative effects generated by the imposition of a new systematic policy, always seeking the preservation of social welfare and maintenance of effective representativeness of the minority, protecting the democratic State of law.
