Espaço para a convivência intergeracional: piscina da represa Guarapiranga

O trabalho discorre entre a relação entre os segmentos sociais é fundamental para o convívio em sociedade. Estamos o tempo todo nos relacionando com diferentes gerações, seja na família, no transporte público, na escola, entre outros espaços físicos. Através da relação intergeracional, muitos benefícios são gerados para ambas as pessoas, tanto os mais velhos quanto os mais jovens. Entre estes benefícios estão o exercício da generosidade, respeito, aprendizado, entre outros muito importantes para o relacionamento nos espaços comuns da cidade. Sendo assim, essa pesquisa tem como objetivo propor um espaço projetado para a convivência entre gerações, através de uma arquitetura inclusiva, visando incentivar o encontro entre as pessoas. Promovendo assim, o respeito entre crianças e idosos, bem como a consciência da vivência em sociedade na busca de uma qualidade de vida melhor...

A distância e a violação dos direitos humanos: uma análise da dignidade no despedir-se da vida

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade analisar os procedimentos da ortotanásia, eutanásia, e em especial, a distanásia diante do ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Apesar do tema carecer de regulamentação legislativa, pois boa parte se resolve através da relação médico-paciente, vem apresentar reflexões legais sobre o término da vida, bem como a utilização de procedimentos os quais visam o bem-estar do paciente. Para o alcance deste estudo, foi utilizado pesquisa bibliográfica através de revistas, livros, artigos científicos, doutrinas, legislações e jurisprudência. No primeiro capítulo foi abordado o surgimento e o conceito da bioética, bem como seus princípios norteadores e a relação entre a bioética e Biodireito. No segundo capítulo trata-se acerca da terminalidade da vida, abordando as definições e prática que consistem a (i) eutanásia, (ii) distanásia, (iii) ortotanásia e o (iv) testamento vital. Por fim, o terceiro e último capítulo enfatizou pela busca de direitos constitucionais, o posicionamento perante o Conselho Federal de Medicina sobre o tema e interpretação da responsabilidade médica referente as decisões tomadas referente ao paciente. Este mesmo capítulo traz ainda decisões dos tribunais, bem como aborda tratados internacionais que visam a proteção da dignidade humana e da liberdade. Assim, conclui-se a importância do estudo destas práticas em caso concreto tendo em vista que estão diretamente ligados ao direito à vida cujo objeto padece de amparo jurídico.

Análise existencial e a logoterapia de Viktor Emil Frankl como ferramentas para o aconselhamento bíblico e as contribuições da visão integracionista de Gary R. Collins

This work starts with the presupposition that the psychological methods, though they are prepared from a vision centered in the man and, in most of the cases, reject completely the idea of God, they cannot be disregarded in their totality, because, anyway, they provide elements that can and must be used in the context of the biblical counseling. Even some more radical subdivisions, which even deny the existence or the necessity of any spirituality for the human being, contain elements that point out searches that are common to the counseling. The inter-relation psychology-counseling remains, to a certain extent, nowadays, isolated, due to the resistance of part of the Biblical Counseling proponents that insist in rejecting any use of the secular systems. However, there are some moments, that it is shown with more or less understanding and making efforts to list and to check the applicability of these points of contact is necessary. For that, it is needed to reconsider the cooperation occurred in the end of the nineteenth (19th) century and to develop this study to the slopes appeared during the twentieth (20th) century. In this sense, it can be considered, in this work, the applicability of the Logotherapy system, defended by the existentialist psychologist Viktor Emil Frankl as a useful tool to the pastoral care,considering the contributions of the counseling model and Gary R. Collins integrationist point of view.

O letramento de crianças: da linguagem falada à escrita

The goal of this dissertation was explore the relation between speech and writing in the literacy process of children from basic education teacher s perspective. Three teachers who work on infant Language code teaching were subject on this research. They have on average 30 years of professional life and work on the same middle class school in Sao Paulo city. Their theoretical grounding were compounded by the following authors. The educator Magda Soares regarding literacy: it is over of code learning; it exceed the instrumental character of language knowledge for a more significant knowledge of reading and writing, and providing functionality for that. The linguist Marcuschi s proposal shown a distinctiveness between spoken and written language featuring the orality and literacy as social practices, and the speaking and writing as a language uses modality; knowledge that encourages the reflection on issues which investigate the work with oral language of this research. Câmara Cascudo s oral literature concerning the use of playful and cultural pedagogical strategy for intentional and speculative mode of orality development while enrich the student cultural repertory. The research had a qualitative approach following Ludke and André guidelines (2008) to do a data collection through interviews and an effort gathered in research aims to compose solutions that can be hereafter proposed for referrals to new situations. The data collection happened by individual interviews made from motivator´s questions about teaching and literacy. The teachers exposed their thoughts regarding appreciation of oral language in the classroom and describing the used strategies to reach this purpose. The analysis of data showed: similarities and differences in the pedagogical practices of each one of them; different modes as the teachers organized the oral and written language of their students; the use of pedagogical tools, which strengthened the oral development on classroom. This study sought to leave a reflection on the importance of pedagogical work which aims at intentional oral development, from children s speech recognition and upgrading for a success literacy.

Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima e suas dualidades

The busy Brigadeiro Faria Lima Avenue was not always like this. It had its origin from the calm Iguatemi Street, that was beyond the suburban limits of the city. Throughout its process of transformation, dualities emerged that are noticeable in today's Faria Lima. What was beyond the suburban boundaries of the city is now one of the largest tertiary poles in the city. The street that housed chambers now has office buildings. The buildings with the office configuration gave room for the corporate configuration. The ground floor of the buildings with shops and galleries, so alive in the old Faria Lima, have become more monotonous and now only allow entrance of their condominiums. This thesis investigates the transformations undergone by the Faria Lima Avenue over time and compares not only the old Iguatemi with the current Faria Lima, but also the dynamic between its 'old' stretch and its 'new' stretches.

The use of the mobile technology has caused several changes in all segments of society. Due to their being inserted in people s lives, the digital mobile devices cause changes in the way people communicate, interact, work, purchase, entertain and learn. In search for greater flexibility, convenience and mobility, society has increasingly taken control of the digital language and sets new characteristics on the sender-receiver, consumer-supplier, employee-employer, media-reader and even State citizen relationships. The so-called digital generation is born, grows, learns and lives being connected to a digital world full of ―rotating and mutant‖ pieces of information, available through mobile digital devices, like cell phones, net books, tablets, etc. Unlike past generations, today s one shows skills to browse through various web channels, all at the same time and on the go. In this context, education is not immune to the effects of the mobile technology as well. How does the appropriation of this technology occur in schools? How does the traditional education system perceive and cope with cell phones inside the classroom? What are the challenges? This research starts up an interdisciplinary reflection, which involves information technology, communication and education, in search for answers to these questions. Keeping focus on the mobile device, we seek to learn whether and how the school environment incorporates the mobile technology in its educational process. This research presents the exploratory study accomplished in a public school in the city of Mogi das Cruzes, located in the metropolitan area of Sao Paulo, concerning students of the 9th year of the elementary school and 1st year of high school levels, using the mobile device as an aid in the pedagogical activities punctually and intermittently accomplished by the history teacher. The study shows and encourages thinking on how the mobile device is being incorporated as an apparatus to assist the pedagogical practice in the formal education environment

Gestão de web rádios: uma proposta de sistema com indicadores estratégicos

In over a hundred years, Brazilian media companies have built a segment capable of producing economic and financial results by entertainment production and information, associated with the learning obtained in the way of managing resources, monetize investments and produce new marketing models. Along the way, the radio market (part of media market) was pioneered in many practices that allowed the segment companies achieve profitability in their operations. The Internet and its advent, however, present themselves as a technological change agent in the form of consuming the radio. Is In this new possibility of radio consumption that arise webradios: new companies in order to produce and broadcast radio content exclusively for the Web. As entrants in the media market, the managers of webradios formulate their strategies for dealing with challenges such as: advertising market, labor costs, investments, financial soundness and audience. The purpose of this work is, from case studies and interviews with experts, understand the strategies of webradios and propose a management system with critical indicators that support this business.
