O Alienista : eco de vozes sociais
Based on the Line of Research, discursive process and textual production , the present work focuses on the relation between the ethos and the discourse. The ethos is revealed through the discourse, in the same way, the discourse is supported by a body and a voice . We followed the Discourse Analysis of French way, backed to the social historic lingüistic process, in the work O Alienista by Machado de Assis. In this corpus (text) we used the Maingueneau s perspective, that each ethos express a different discourse; considering the Aristotle s principle of verisimility who affirms that to the poet is not necessary to tell what happened exactly; but what could have happened. For this perspective, we analysed many fictional ethé in interaction, that results in a dialogue between many ideologies that argument with each other, promoting the text development. In this fictional world, criated by Machado de Assis, we worked with the concepts of poliphony and interdiscursivity. The presence of many voices has a functional purpose, because they are articuled strategically, to visualize the dialogue between many discourses; and, as a result, the conflit between many ideologies. If we look with attention, we will see that O Alienista projects the structure of a fictional world, reported by the narrator s ironical ethos, that denounces the society of his time, or, apart from this, the society that exists in the eternal present.

The right to health has a new outline under the Constitution of 1988. A right formerly guaranteed only to insured parties and dependents of the social security system, became right to all people and a duty of the State, effected through social and economic policies. In this context, the demands related to the realization of social rights, especially the right to health, are each day more taken to the analysis of legal scholars, who became real agents participating in the implementation of public policies. This phenomenon has transferred to legal scholars, upon justiciability of social rights, the burden of examining certain conditions of public policies that had previously been restricted to public administrators. Thus, this thesis will analyze the positioning of the chief judges of the Federal Circuit Court of the 3rd Circuit in relation to certain economic arguments that impact on the achievement, by the judiciary, of social rights, notably, in this dissertation, the supply of medicines.

Dignidade e valores organizacionais percebidos pelo cliente
This study aimed to establish the influence of Organizational Values on Practices of Organizational Dignity, by using two scales: the scale of Organizational Dignity Practices, developed by Teixeira et al. (2010) for use by stakeholders of companies and created from research conducted with employees; and the scale of Organizational Values, developed by Guardani (2008), and dedicated exclusively to customers. The descriptive research, quantitative, was developed from a non-probability sample and used the Principal Components Analysis (PCA), Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) and Structural Equation Analysis. The results confirmed the influence of Organizational Values factors on the Dignity of Organizational factors, especially values for Respect for stakeholders and Well-being of employees, but it was found that values related to Authority and Power do not show significant relationship with Organizational Dignity. The results achieved reinforce the need of organizations to establish, together with their employees and customers, practices based on moral and ethical values, which may benchmark their actions and allow advantageous business both for companies and for customers.

Da desconstrução da escola como espaço do fazer científico em crônicas de Rubem Alves: uma análise semiótica
The objective of this research is to analyse the theme of the deconstruction of the school as space science in the making of chronic Rubem Alves. The interest in the subject arose of our observation, in our context of job, that the author, so convergent and / or divergent, exerts great influence in the Brazilian educational scenario in addressing school education as a theme for its chronic. As a starting point of work, selected three texts of the author cited most often constituting the corpus of search: Pinoquio às avessas, Gaiolas ou asas? e As lições dos moluscos. In these texts, we have seen that in the speech Alves, it is certain tendency to disregard the school as a place to make scientific and present it, however, as the area of "ideal" (not true) to do so playful - empirical, translated in "learning with pleasure." Although they object to the design of fatalistic formal system of education, such speeches, based on a romantic vision of the world, collaborate, in our view, to divert us the action of the school in the cultivation of values and carrying out functions essential for the formation citizen facing the demands of real life. To demonstrate that the chronicles of Rubem Alves desconstructing the school as an area of scientific and propose how to make that space a playful-empirical, support us an analysis based on the principles of theoretical and methodological Greimasiana semiotic discourse. In this sense, assume that the speech of Alves, with the design of school that argues, has a narrative structure different from that which maintains the speeches in favor of a school whose goal is to promote understanding through rational make-cognitive. And in being true, as semiotics, that distinct narratives involve fundamental structures and discursive specific achievements, we can identify the chronic Rubem Alves, a concept of promoting school education second a vision of a romantic ideal of life in which the affection and pleasure prevail as teaching strategies.

As relações entre as descrições gramaticais do present perfect e o seu uso: estudo de uma amostra
This work is a study of correspondence in the area of English and Portuguese verb tenses, and takes as focus the Present Perfect verb tense. In this study it is used as corpus the occurrences of this English verb tense in North American articles of the National Geographic magazine, and its statements and sense effects compared with the translations of the respective Brazilian articles. With the purpose of reflecting on this correspondence, this work is based on the description of the Present Perfect presented by grammars of different theoretical orientations, on the analysis of the grammatical categories of aspect and tense in both English and Portuguese languages, and, also, on theoretical aspects related to the problem of foreign language acquisition.
As figuras de linguagem no processo de constituição do texto em o sermão do monte
Many studies have been undertaken in order to develop theories in the field of text analysis. For the diversity of study methods and the great variety of meanings that may result from such studies, it is necessary to apply these procedures to assess its effectiveness in practice. This work is studied, based on theories of discourse analysis and text linguistics, the effect of a sense of figurative language in the translated text in three versions that aim to reach different audiences. The text chosen is The Sermon on the Mount, in the Bible, the passage of the Gospel of Matthew, chapters 5-7. The examination of the text include the identification of the terms of the figurative meaning and its relation to other elements of phrasal construction, followed by application of the theories of the discursive possibilities for finding meaning and purpose as a form of rhetoric.

This work is based on research conducted by the group that studied the preferred orientation of crystallographic planes of polycrystalline materials by a systematic carefull analysis of the mathematical equations envolved. It aims to continue the X rays diffraction study on the crystallographic texture in polycrystalline metallic materials by a systematic carefull analysis of the mathematical equations envolved. For this purpose we used the GSAS (General Structural Analysis System) a package free software, created by scientists Allen C. Larson and Robert B. Von Dreele in 1991, which uses the Rietveld method to analyze data collected by neutrons or X rays diffraction, text repeated in the footnote. The equations used in this work were established in the study of crystallography and are provided in the GSAS manual.

Atuação de profissionais da educação na inclusão escolar do aluno com deficiência intelectual
The object of this research was to investigate the behavior of regular teachers as well as school-unit supervisors in relation to students with intellectual deficiencies, having in view the presence of an assistant in the classroom. The theoretical fundaments were based both on specialized literature as well as documented research regarding the Brazilian legislation and official publications on Special Education. The field research followed the qualitative approach, and had as subjects 10 school supervisors and 16 regular teachers from the first years in Elementary School at the Public Municipal Network from the town União da Vitória -Paraná State. For the data collection individual questionnaires answered by the supervisors and teachers were used, and semi-structured interviews were performed with 30% of the supervisors and 31.25% of the teachers. The answers were analyzed and arranged into four categories: meaning of school inclusion, concept of intellectual deficiency, and educational aims in relation to the intellectually deficient student, facilities and difficulties involving the inclusion of such students in the regular schools and conditions for the support to the inclusion. The collected data was analyzed in accordance with the theoretical referential enabling a better understanding of the theme which was object of this study. It was verified that the assistant teachers are requested the Municipal Board of Education by the schools; 88.46% of the subjects in this research give directions to the assistants. 69.23% feel partially prepared and 23.07% feel prepared for such a position. Teachers consider that students with intellectual deficiency present a greater necessity of support in the academic area. Both, supervisors and teachers consider that the support of an assistant teacher in the classroom reflects positively in the academic and social development of the students, evidencing safeguards in relation to the development of the autonomy. The subjects questioned the profile and educational background of the assistants and suggested continuing education for such professionals as well as for themselves.

Atendimento a pessoas com deficiência no ensino superior: estudo do Centro Universitário Senac
The universe of the attendance to the people with deficiency in Superior Education through the experiences of a private ISE is the focus of the present study. The objective is to analyze and to argue of that it forms occurs the attendance the people with deficiency in the scope of the University Center Senac. The employees of the technician-administrative body of the private ISE whose function is of attendance to the public had been the participants of the research. The procedure of collection of data was constituted by the following phases: 1) application of questionnaire in 42 employees to investigate the situation of the University Center Senac in relation to the frequency and the attendance the people with deficiency and to select the sample for participation in the following one; 2) interviews with five employees who had expressed attendance difficulties the people with deficiency in phase 1. The results indicate that the attendance the people with deficiency, whose frequency is raised (88.1%) in the private ISE, presents more difficulties (lack of information on the organization, unfamiliarity of the types of deficiencies, among others) of what the easiness (physical structure of the ISE and personal characteristics). The stories of the participants consider, still, that specific training would inside contribute for the improvement in the attendance the people with deficiency of the private ISE. The analysis of the results sample that the participants are available for the development in order to fulfill its task main that is the attendance, of more efficient form. It is treated, therefore, of a chance so that the private IES can give a jump in quality in relation to the reception of these people providing, thus, possibilities of educational inclusion of this segment of the population.

Substituição tributária progressiva no ICMS: uma análise acerca de pretensão restituitória nos casos de pagamento antecipado a maior
O presente estudo versa sobre o direito de restituição de valores de ICMS recolhidos por antecipação em virtude da aplicação da técnica de arrecadação por substituição tributária progressiva. O instituto da substituição tributária progressiva consiste em um importante instrumento utilizado pelos Estados para proporcionar uma simplificação da arrecadação do ICMS, tornando sua cobrança mais célere e eficiente. No entanto, apesar das vantagens proporcionadas, tal sistemática tem sido alvo de críticas, por resultar em uma antecipação da exigência tributária amparada em presunções, que, nem sempre, correspondem ao real valor das operações praticadas pelo contribuinte. A utilização de presunções para a fixação da base de cálculo acarreta, em determinados momentos, uma majoração indevida do ônus tributário, ocasionando cobrança de quantias de ICMS acima das bases de cálculos efetivamente devidas, em ofensa a diversos princípios constitucionais que regem a tributação, tais como legalidade, capacidade contributiva, isonomia, proibição do confisco e nãocumulatividade. Discute-se, diante disso, a possibilidade de reajustes entre a base de cálculo presumida e a base de cálculo manifestada pela ocorrência do fato gerador do ICMS, com consequente ressarcimento das quantias pagas em excesso. Cumpre verificar qual tem sido interpretação conferida pela doutrina e jurisprudência em relação à abrangência do direito de restituição assegurado pelo artigo 150, §7º, da Constituição Federal. A análise do tema se mostra oportuna, tendo em vista recente alteração do posicionamento Supremo Tribunal Federal em relação a essa garantia restituição, na ocasião do julgamento do Recurso Extraordinário nº 593.849/MG.
