Through this work, and according to the approach of Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), a problem solution was presented for a dubbing and subtitling company. The company sought greater efficiency in its production process and for that, it was necessary to reduce its rework and consequently to reduce operational and financial losses. The market in which it operates has undergone changes due to the growth of content in entertainment platforms. Due to market needs and the complexity of execution of the projects among the different types of products delivered to customers. To better understand the problems, interviewing and brainstorming techniques were applied, as well as SWOT analysis and process design to identify the main problems to be addressed. After checking the issues that impacted the organization's objectives, the focus on addressing the problems was focused on processes, people and technology. The proposals elaborated as solution were: the redesign of the process, the automation of systems and meritocracy by the performance of people. In this sense, proposals for solutions and their respective action plans were presented to the organization, with technological innovation within its segment and considering the redesign of the process and the automation of activities with applicability in its implementation. The front of people tried to implement a pilot program of performance evaluation and awards. The applications are present in the intervention performed in the company have brought relevant results in the process performance and a breakthrough with the technology applied. There was a reduction in the delivery times of products to customers and a decrease in the costs inherent in the production process. The amount of rework was better monitored and reduced significantly. The presentation of the result of the intervention of this work can be shared and replicated, serving as the basis for decisions of other companies of different segments.

The objective of the present study is to verify the telling tales as a strategy to language stimulation of children with brain paralysis and mental disabilities, in fonoaudiological practice. This study includes a review of the concepts of stories, tales, telling tales, types of narrative, language, brain paralysis and mental disabilities. It describes the telling tales attending process of 4 children, 2 male and 2 female, age from 4 to 5 years, with brain paralysis and mental disabilities, from the Fonoaudiological Mental Dificiency Outpatient of Casas Andre Luiz, during five months. These children were in the company of their mothers. The meetings were recorded and the data were analysed regarding the recorded meetings, the registered observations and the answers to the two questionaires applied to the mothers. The first one was applied in the begining of the study with questions about themselves and the second one was applied in the end of the study with questions about their children. The results showed that the stimulation of language in children with disabilities can be done using the telling tales, regarding the subjects needs. The results also show an improvement in social interactions, in attention, in memory and in vocalization.

Este trabalho tem por objetivo analisar as novidades trazidas pela Lei Anticorrupção Brasileira na sucessão da responsabilidade empresarial decorrente de operações societárias, bem como averiguar a responsabilidade solidária nas empresas controladoras, controladas, coligadas e consorciadas. O presente artigo expõe especificamente do impacto que o artigo 4º da Lei Anticorrupção trouxe. É também analisado as novidades estabelecidas pela Lei Anticorrupção nas hipóteses de alteração contratual, de transformação, de fusão, de incorporação e de cisão. Serão realizados comparativos com outros diplomas legais brasileiros, como a Lei das Sociedades por Ações e Lei de Licitações. No tocante a responsabilidade solidária das empresas do mesmo grupo econômico é estabelecida um paralelo com a Lei Anticorrupção dos Estados Unidos da América, o U.S Foreign Corrupt Practices Act de 1977. Por fim, são apontadas hipóteses de melhoria na Lei, visto que ainda haverá diversos conflitos e lacunas a serem preenchidos

O presente artigo tem por objetivo analisar os principais aspectos da frequente individualização ou “monocratização” das decisões do Supremo Tribunal Federal - STF no âmbito do controle abstrato/concentrado de constitucionalidade e, paralelamente, demonstrar de forma clara e objetiva os riscos à segurança jurídica decorrentes de tal prática.

This study examines the involvement of funds of Venture Capital and Private Equity and the widespread use of stock options in IPOs (Initial Public Offering) in Brazil. The Agency theory, developed by Jensen and Meckling (1976), argues that the tools of controlling and incentive can behave as a complement of one another. Several studies conducted abroad and in Brazil analyzed the impact of monitoring funds of PE / VC of the performance of IPOs, however the literature is still scarce aimed at analyzing the strategies of incentives through stock options (ISOs) as a strategy of reducing the agency conflict. This study seeks to fill the gap found in Brazilian literature, analyzing the involvement of funds of VC / PE and generalization of incentive plans via stock options (ISOs) interact to predict the performance of IPOs in Brazil. The results suggest that companies backed by venture capital funds and private equity are more likely to use the widespread use of stock options for all employees. The results also suggest that companies backed by funds from Venture Capital and Private Equity have a CAR (Cumulative Abnormal Return) higher than companies that aren´t backed for this type of fund.

O presente estudo tem por objetivo analisar a recuperação extrajudicial enquanto elemento de superação da crise econômica que acomete o Brasil na última década, consistindo este em um instrumento legal recuperativo da atividade empresarial insolvente, inserido em nosso ordenamento jurídico por intermédio da Lei Federal nº 11.101/2005. Embora tenha a mesma finalidade da recuperação judicial, que é garantir a reversibilidade da crise de modo efetivo, possibilitando a reinserção da empresa no mercado, a recuperação extrajudicial se destaca em virtude de seu principal atributo, que é a possibilidade de um acordo autônomo dos créditos devidos entre devedor, ora recuperando, e seus credores, limitando-se a uma negociação entre particulares com intervenção mínima do Poder Judiciário. Por meio do estudo da doutrina, bem como análise dos principais - e escassos - casos de recuperação extrajudicial, sobretudo o que envolve o Grupo Triunfo, o presente estudo busca dissecar a aplicação teórica e ressaltar, na prática, o quão efetiva pode ser a negociação por via particular e, quando necessária sua atuação para homologação do plano, destacar como o Poder Judiciário tem grande responsabilidade em sopesar os conflitos de interesses litigantes. O estudo conclui que a recuperação extrajudicial, além de propiciar o mesmo fim da modalidade judicial, pode até mesmo aliviar as já instâncias judiciárias de ações concursais em trâmite no país, resgatando e enaltecendo a boa relação entre as partes litigantes, ao entender que as mesmas, celebrantes em um negócio em lide, são plenamente capazes de garantir o retorno ao status originário.

What is the connection between the Christian Protestants humanists of the XVI century in Northern and Central Europe, and Comenius´ pedagogical-methodological thinking? Besides Humanism, what other social-historical and cultural factors were determinatives for the creation of the Didática Magna? This study aims to show the influence of the Christian Protestant humanist's thinking on the work of João Amós Comenius', Didática Magna approaching the historical questions of the Christian Humanism, distinguishing the personalities and events with focus on the XV and XVI century, in Central and Northern Europe, establishing a tie with the Reformation and identifying the difference between Christian and Secular humanism. Finally, this study carries through an approach on the pedagogical concepts Christian Protestant humanists assimilated by Comenius and how his work was kept true by these thinkers.

This research aims to study the alterity in the missiological practice of the American congregation theologian and philosopher Jonathan Edwards with the Mohicans (Mohicans), Housatonics, Mohawks, Onohquaugas and Oneidas between 1751 and 1758 in Stockbridge on the border of New England. As strategy was adopted a historical research having as theoretical reference the set of his writings in the village and primary texts of other authors like Samuel Hopkins, a personal friend and historian that analyzed the subject in itself and its actions that distinguished it with a theoretician-practical in the eighteenth century. Such research highlights the influences, motivations, guiding principles of its ministry, and its applicability at a time of known political, social, and economic difficulties of the brand-new American Nation. The expected results of this investigation point to a small increase in the understanding of edwardian alterity in missiological practices as a legacy to be reprobated in later times. Among other aspects, it is expected that its concepts, actions and results contribute to a development, growth and success in the management of the current and future missiological process.

The search was conducted in partnership with the municipal school system of the municipality of Embú das Artes of the São Paulo Metropolitan Region to compare and identify environmental factors in the perinatal occurrences of 115 students, in a total of 140, with the diagnosis of Disorder. Autistic Spectrum (TEA), characterizing the sample of the cases and 218 students, belonging to the same schools of the cases and without age difference between them. The methodological approach of the research is quantitative and qualitative, using basic clinical instruments to interview the parents or guardians of the students in the children's own schools. The method and procedures adopted allowed the fulfillment of the objectives of this work, providing the following conclusions: 1) the identification and age percentage is appropriate for the diagnosis of students with ASD; 2) in almost all cases the diagnosis is made by the municipal public health system; 3) the clinical profile of students with ASD showed that more than half are significantly compromised and deserving much support in daily life activities, at school and in society; 4) intellectual disability and language impairment reach more than half of the sample; 5) Regarding controls, students with ASD showed a higher number of perinatal complications, a greater number of events possibly damaging to the Central Nervous System and global development; 6) the effect of the parents' age was not evidenced in this sample; 7) comorbidities in the form of genetic syndromes and other conditions, such as epilepsy, were recorded in 21.7% of students with ASD; 8) Among the controls, there were several health and learning situations that deserve more adequate attention by the education / health system of the municipality.

The present dissertation aims at promoting an institutional debate between education and law, two powerful tools to social transformation, besides revealing the importance of public policies as helpers for an approximation between law and today s reality. Throughout this text, we will try to demonstrate how these two items actually possess a magic wand to change or maintain the order in force, currently based on the capitalist logic, which promotes social and economic segregation of modern society individuals. Thus, the first part of this work will focus on the analysis of this duality, this contradiction present in both elements, on the structure of social relations level. Next, we will try to depict a brief view of today s Education in Brazil, mixing theoretical and practical aspects of the definitions of Education. During the theoretical investigation, we will discuss the ideal performance of Education, as means to form individuals responsible for their own full citizenship. Thus, this Education quality is presented as the only way for the emancipation of individuals to the level of conscious social actors, disseminating values such as justice, brotherhood and democracy. As far as practical investigation goes, we will fragmentate, at first, the Brazilian educational system, focusing on basic education (which comprises kindergarten, elementary and high school), so as to facilitate the analysis of its laws, strategies and course of actions. On the same view, we will also investigate the role of organized civil society. At the end of the dissertation, we will concentrate our efforts on identifying the conquests and flows that have characterized and still characterize the principles consolidation process, rights and guarantees of the Federal Constitution of 1988, from the Child and Adolescent Statute, and of the Directions and Basis of National Education Law.

We present the results of a 2-year project to monitor the spectral and temporal variability of Sagittarius A, Centaurus A, OV236 and the Einstein s Ring PKS1830-211 from 2004 to 2006. The observational data were obtained from the Itapetinga Radio Telescope at 22 and 43GHz. The data at 4,8, 8,0 and 14,5GHz for OV236 and PKS1830-211 were taken from the Michigan Radio Observatory. We also obtained previous observations of OV236 and PKS1830-211 at 100 and 230GHz from the Swedish-ESO Sub Millimeter Telescope (SEST), and VLA 23 and 43GHz data for Sgr A*. We estimated parameters such as period, angular size and brightness temperature and applied the Shock Wave Model (MARSHER; GEAR 1985) for OV236. The work we present here results from an international cooperation among Brazil (Itapetinga at 22 and 43GHz), EUA (Michigan at 4,8, 8,0 and 14,5GHz, and the VLA at 23 and 43GHz) and Finland (Metsähovi at 90GHz).
