Necessidades nutricionais de vacas leiteiras: criação de aplicativo para cálculos

ABSTRACT: The NRC system determines the nutritional needs of animals based on standardized calculations according to the purpose of rearing and other animal data. However, not all breeders and many technicians have difficulty using this pattern correctly. This course conclusion work was developed with the objective of founding and executing the elaboration of an application for android that has as main functionality the calculation of the nutritional needs for dairy cows. Methodologically, the work was developed through bibliographic research to determine the criteria to be used in calculating the dietary needs of the animals chosen for the study. Then, based on the choice of the NRC as the basis for such calculations, an application was developed that can be installed and run on devices that have an android system and from the provision of data on the animals to be fed, the application presents as a result the nutritional needs. The possibility for the breeder to have a system at hand that facilitates the feeding of his flock contributes to greater profitability and quality of the breeding. Avaliação do crescimento vegetativo de palma forrageira no Semiárido Alagoano

ABSTRACT: The forage palm is adapted to regions with a semi-arid climate, constituting an important source of food for herds in the dry season, especially in Northeast Brazil. The objective was to evaluate the growth of small palm (Opuntia cochenillifera) without an irrigation system due to organic fertilization in the municipality of Santana do Ipanema-AL. The project was carried out in the Serrote dos Braz community, located in the municipality of Santana do Ipanema, mesoregion of the Sertão Alagoano. The experimental design was in randomized blocks, with an arrangement of subdivided plots. The cladodes were planted in a domino shape, testing two types of organic fertilization (cattle and poultry manure). For the evaluation of the vegetative development of the forage palm, the morphometric aspects of the cladodes and plants were observed. The characteristics analyzed in the cladodes were width, length and perimeter, determined with the aid of a measuring tape. The data obtained were subjected to analysis of variance followed by the Tukey test. It was concluded that organic fertilization with poultry manure had a significant effect on all variables studied when compared to bovine manure. Regarding the soil temperature, there was a significant difference in the hours observed during work. KEYWORDS: cactus, manure, nutrition, Semiarid.

Estudo metanalítico da qualidade de águas residuárias da suinocultura

ABSTRACT: Pig farming is considered one of the activities of animal production with great potential for polluting the environment. And possible negative impacts directly related to soil and water, when waste management occurs inappropriately. Wastewater from animal husbandry can be used to increase the production of fodder, reducing the use of drinking water and production costs. The quality of swine wastewater is variable, however, there are still few studies in Brazil that portray the fertilizing potential of these waters. It is essential to know the positive and negative factors of the use of water from swine activities and, above all, the physical-chemical composition of these waters. Thus, the objective was to characterize the quality of wastewater from pig farming through a metanalytical study. KEYWORDS: animal production, environment, metanalytic.

Educação de Jovens Adultos e Idosos - sujeitos de direitos de uma educação político-pedagógica

ABSTRACT: This text is the result of preliminary studies on the education of young adults, in a context that perceives the existence and strong discourse in defense of the Common Base of National Curriculum - BNCC, for the various levels of basic education, prepared with a view to to the new educational demands. But it is worth questioning why Youth Education, Adults - EJA, is not being considered in this new curricular implementation and how is the situation of its issues? As a State public policy, we seek to strengthen the learning rights of Brazilian students, However, we do not see the rights of the EJA subjects contemplated according to their specificities, including the discussion on the presence of the elderly in the context of this teaching modality. The Education of Young Adults and Elders - EJAI is a guarantee of the right of access to public and quality education for those who could not study at the appropriate age, provided for in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and in the LDB (9394/96) and other public policies. ANPED GT 18 documents were also taken as a starting point for critical reflection, as well as the research already carried out with this type of criticality. In the reflection on the relationship of the EJA and Popular Education as its own policy, with its curriculum and its own philosophical and political references, as well as its foundations and pedagogical didactic strategies, which are based on the perspective of La Freiriana. Therefore, the descriptive qualitative type was investigated. As conclusive aspects, it presents proposals to broaden the debate on popular education in defense of the education for all proposal, highlighting the importance of considering and respecting EJA issues as rights issues as opposed to the processes of denial and exclusion that permeate this mode of basic education. Mortality rate of newly hatched larvae of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) submitted to different photoperiods

ABSTRACT: Fish farming is a growing area in the aquaculture industry. Brazil is among the five largest tilapia producers in the world, with a production of 283 thousand tons in 2017. Tilapia has been intensively cultivated and improved through more efficient cultivation techniques. In this sense, the objective was to evaluate the mortality rate of newly hatched larvae of Nile tilapia reared three photoperiods (12Light:12Dark, 18L:06D, and 24L:0D) during 9 days of cultivation. For this purpose, a recirculation system with 9 water tanks was set up, with 3 boxes per group containing 930L of freshwater. After the embryos hatched, the larvae were transferred to nurseries (2 trays per tank, n = 64 larvae/tray), with 384 larvae per photoperiod. Water quality parameters were monitored and remained in the ideal ranges between treatments. However, temperature (p=0.004) and pH values (p= 0.009) for the 18L:06D photoperiod were lower than those observed for the 24L:0D photoperiod. A high mortality rate was observed in the first days of culture, specifically on the second day, for all photoperiods. However, there was a decrease in mortality throughout the experiment, with little variation in the mortality rate for the remainder of the experiment. In this context, it appears that the influence of the photoperiod on the survival of the fish seems to be related to the age of the animal.   KEYWORDS: Tilapia farming, Survival, Light stimulation.

Evaluation of concentrations of nutrients and solids in the Igarapé Belmont watershed, Porto Velho / RO

Human activities alter the natural processes of water resources, generating changes in the quantity and quality of water, mainly in urban watersheds. In this context, the objective of this work was to assess water quality in an anthropized area and in an urban forest, by analyzing physical-chemical parameters in the Igarapé Belmont basin, located in the municipality of Porto Velho (RO), a tributary of the Madeira River. Monitoring was carried out at six points, one upstream, one downstream and none inside the conservation unit, Porto Velho Municipal Natural Park, with quarterly frequency, in the rainy and dry seasons, between March and December / 2019. The parameters analyzed were nitrogen (nitrite, nitrate and ammoniacal nitrogen), total phosphorus and total solid. Statistical data treatment was performed, descriptively and with the application of Pearson's correlation. There was a strong temporal and spatial influence on water quality, with higher concentrations in the drought period (ammoniacal nitrogen and total phosphorus), at the collection point inserted in anthropized area, were above what was established by CONAMA resolution 357/2005. It is also possible to determine, according to Pearson's coefficient, that there is a strong correlation between the total solid and the other parameters analyzed. Based on the analysis of the data presented in this research, some nutrients increased the concentration due to the area of urban influence contained in the hydrographic basin and due to the seasonal period.

Mudanças climáticas locais após instalação de parques eólicos no Semiárido brasileiro

ABSTRACT: Wind energy is a renewable source, cheap and requires little maintenance, so its implementation is being expanded, including in Brazil. Currently, there is a large investment in the deployment of wind power in Pernambuco, in 2016 two wind complexes were installed in the state. However, there is controversy regarding an environmentally friendly energy that can impact fauna and flora, noise, glove reduction, temperature change and local climate change over the years. Thus, the need for interviewing residents of wind farm areas, comparing reports with capture data on the APAC website, comparing NDVI images after wind turbines installation was visualized. Based on the capture results, NDVI images and resident reports, it can be observed that there was a reduction in rainfall rates, however, this period corresponds to a prolonged drought in the northeastern semiarid, thus, a towers installation and analysis. may have aggravated a situation in the region. Avaliação higiênico-sanitária da comercialização de peixes no Mercado Municipal de Icoaraci, Belém (PA)

ABSTRACT: Fish comprise one of the main foods consumed in the State of Pará, because, in addition to the abundance of species in the Amazon Region, they are part of the caboclo-riverain food culture. However, the poor hygiene conditions at points of sale in public markets and open markets can pose risks both to the quality of the fish sold and to the health of the consumer. Therefore, the objective of this article was to evaluate the structural conditions and hygienic-sanitary practices of the Icoaraci Municipal Market, in Belém (PA), in order to understand whether food security in the area is in line with the normative provisions. The field research took place between January 25 and February 1, 2021, through the application of two evaluation checklists, namely: 1) more general structural conditions of the market and 2) hygienic-sanitary practices of the handlers at the points of sales. It was observed that, due to the negligence of the public power and the behaviors and practices of the manipulators, the space is inappropriate for the commercialization of food, especially fish. In this way, the fish commercialized in this place can suffer from the precarious exposure and the propitious contamination in the environment. KEYWORDS: Fished, Foods, Food hygiene.

A insustentabilidade do desenvolvimento sustentável no âmbito da sociedade capitalista contemporânea

ABSTRACT: Bearing in mind that the capitalist system has a logic of expansion and accumulation totally without limitations, we propose with this article, from a bibliographic review, to answer the following question: is it possible to think about sustainable development within the scope of the capitalist society's logic ? To this end, the objective is to critically analyze the ideology of sustainable development, in order to expose the limits and contradictions of this concept in the context of contemporary capitalist society. It is believed that to solve the problems caused by the pattern of capitalist development, we need knowledge and experience from other rationality matrices. In this sense, we adopt decolonial thinking as a theoretical perspective, and, finally, we propose the policy of Good Living as a possible alternative to development.
