A monografia desenvolvida para o trabalho final de graduação busca explorar como o espaço construído em habitações coletivas pode se tornar catalisador de possíveis dinâmicas sociais. Analisa a relevância do modelo de habitação coletiva no atual cenário econômico-social da cidade de São Paulo, identificando uma crescente demanda por moradias de pequena metragem em bairros centrais da capital por dois grupos distintos: estudantes universitários e idosos. Compara as necessidades desses públicos, enfatizando a mudança no perfil do idoso que cada vez mais se mantém ativo apesar do envelhecimento. Nesse sentido, propõe a elaboração de um edifício residencial para estudantes e idosos, destacando a importância de se criar espaços que possam vencer a barreira da idade e incentivar a interação social entre os moradores. Leva em consideração questões como ambiência, humanização do espaço arquitetônico e acessibilidade na concepção do projeto, ressaltando como contribuirão para um maior bem-estar de seus usuários. Além disso, discute alguns problemas em relação ao terreno escolhido para sua implantação. Localizado em um bairro central da cidade de São Paulo, possui a vantagem de estar próximo a importantes eixos comerciais e de serviços, além de estar rodeado por redes de transporte público de qualidade. Porém, o alto movimento do entorno, responsável por níveis elevados de ruído na área, é um obstáculo na garantia de conforto ambiental aos moradores. Há também limitações apresentadas pelo zoneamento da região e conflitos com edifícios vizinhos, todos obstáculos que a pesquisa ajudou a contornar. Por fim, descreve cada etapa de elaboração do projeto, apontando os problemas que foram sendo resolvidos ao longo do processo. Apresenta o resultado final junto a um experimento realizado para comprovar o bom desempenho acústico do edifício.

A utilização de ferramentas tecnológicas, seja na forma de aperfeiçoamento de processos e serviços jurídicos, seja na realização de pesquisas empíricas, é recente na área de Direito. Diante das diversas formas de uso dos instrumentos tecnológicos e das mais diversas esferas em que tais instrumentos podem atuar, o Direito Tributário, vem demonstrando ser uma das áreas em que surgem muitas discussões, principalmente ao que diz respeito às formas de se regulamentar os meios digitais e tecnológicos. Com o avanço da economia e dos negócios digitais, bem como o fato do mundo estar cada vez mais conectado e globalizado, o direito necessita oferecer soluções ágeis que acompanhem esse desenvolvimento, justamente para que o uso da tecnologia e de suas soluções transforme todas as atividades, inclusive a jurídica, em atividades cada vez mais rápidas e eficientes, e que, consequentemente, possam ter seus custos reduzidos, assim como a implementação de soluções tecnológicas podem tornar a pesquisa e o estudo do sistema tributário mais eficientes, o que é extremamente necessário para o entendimento.

Ideology runs the whole path of our society, including the right. As much as traditional doctrine tends to see law as an almost separate instance of society, it is not. The right is attached ideology riding our time, the capitalist ideology that is created and it is retro created, feeding and being fed by the same bases that build our society, so it is not neutral, is not only due to social peace and it cannot be seen outside the social scope that surrounds it. The present research seeks, through historical materialist analysis, to reposition the right question and the structure that surrounds it. In order to do so, the central questions of the classical Marxist reading will be analyzed and analyzed together with the new positioning of Marxism, as well as other authors that surround it, seeking to establish a dialogue between these lines that allows the repositioning of the law and the juridical dynamic

Epidemiological studies aim to understand and predict the spreading of contagious diseases. In many of these studies, SIR-type models are employed. In these models, each individual of the host population is, at each time step, in one of three states: susceptible (S), infected (I) or recovered (R). In this dissertation, a SIR model is implemented by using a probabilistic cellular automaton (PCA). The PCA parameters are identi ed by using a genetic algorithm and two data sets: ctitious data and realistic data of varicella cases in Germany prior to the vaccination era. This work shows that di erent sets of PCA parameters can lead to similar steady-state solutions. The limitations of the identi cation procedure are discussed, especially in the case of realistic data, in which the amount of infected individuals is too small.

O futebol é a grande paixão nacional, das partidas de rua às finais dos grandes campeonatos, o brasileiro respira e transpira futebol. No entanto, o futebol figura também como uma grande economia. Assim, para a mídia e profissionais envolvidos no futebol o esporte tornou-se um grande negócio. Nesse contexto, a imprensa esportiva participa ativamente da formação de opinião do público e, por isso, o que é veiculado por ela é capaz de influencias nas grandes negociações do futebol. Assim, além de atingir as expectativas do torcedor, equipe técnica e família, o jogador de futebol, principalmente os futebolistas profissionais, tem sobre ele a grande responsabilidade de não decepcionar a mídia, visto que ela poderá influenciar em sua carreira, de forma positiva e ou negativa de acordo com suas publicações. Dessa forma, além da grande hostilidade e pressão intrínsecas ao ambiente de competição, o jogador está constantemente sob os olhos da mídia e isso aumenta as exigências sobre seu desempenho que pode sofrer influência de seu estado emocional e psicológico. Portanto, esse trabalho te como objetivo discorrer sobre a psicologia do esporte, área que vem conquistando espaço junto a profissionais engajados com esportes de rendimento, ressaltando a influência do fator psicológico na performance do atleta. Não obstante, abordaremos também sobre o possível papel da mídia no distúrbio do equilíbrio psicológico e emocional dos futebolistas e sua influência no desempenho do atleta.

Este artigo tem como propósito realizar um estudo sobre a viabilidade do algoritmo de Inteligência Artificial denominado Filtragem Colaborativa Híbrida na recomendação de eventos, usando como base as características dos eventos assim como o histórico dos usuários. A aplicação foi construída usando a linguagem de programação Python, a biblioteca Turi Create para a criação do algoritmo e, para visualização, foi construída uma interface Web. A viabilidade do algoritmo de recomendação para os usuários foi comprovada através dos resultados da aplicação.

This research, regarding professor training, aimed to make the analysis of learning ways and professional development of higher education professors who has used information digital technologies in classroom. This theme has come from the current need, which sometimes is imposed to professors, to use digital technologies during their classes overcoming the technical aspects of it. However, it is not possible to ignore that the incorporation of digital technologies during teaching practice does not happen naturally. The use of these technologies is procedural and continuous. It is related to issues such as broad access to technological tools; higher education, which ensures to professors a knowledge base besides the technical aspect; and a professional development program which stimulates the use of digital technologies. From offering these tools to professors, there is a possibility to set a debate and a reflexion about the importance and the pedagogical contribution that the use of technologies can cause during classes and during teaching and learning processes. This research is qualitative, with an analytical descriptive approach. Ten experienced professors of higher education were interviewed about the usage of digital technologies in their classes. They answered a semi-structured questionnaire and helped to build the following idea: the integration process of digital technologies during classes is not an improving assurance on the quality of teaching practice. The effective integration process of digital technologies will only occur when professors assume themselves as protagonists of their practice, this means that professors have the responsibility and the permanent commitment to vocational training processes and when educational public policies consider teaching beyond plans’ performer and planned programs unrelated to their participation.

O presente trabalho tem por fim analisar a infração penal antecedente, modalidade de crime e prazo prescricional no contexto da lavagem de dinheiro, principalmente no quanto debatido na Ação penal nº 863/SP em trâmite no STF. Por meio da leitura de livros, pesquisas, artigos e leis, foi possível constatar que ainda não há uma posição definitiva sobre o tema. Desse modo há divisões de entendimento quanto ao momento de consumação da lavagem de dinheiro, qual modalidade de crime ela abarcaria, e qual seria o momento inicial para o marco prescricional. Tal questão é muito recente no Direito Penal Brasileiro, de modo que ainda poderá causar uma insegurança jurídica em alguns julgamentos e posições doutrinárias. Ademais, constatouse esbarrar nesse embate, qual, de fato, seria o bem jurídico tutelado, tendo muitos doutrinadores abdicado de um bem em específico e partido para um bem jurídico pluridimensional. Diante disso, trabalhou-se com o Código Penal, Lei de Lavagem de Capitais, Teoria do Delito, Julgamento do Supremo Tribunal Federal, a fim de verificar qual seria a maneira adequada de abordar tais conceitos no âmbito da lavagem de dinheiro.

Thr92Ala D2 it’s the polymorphism of a thyroid hormone enzyme responsible to convert T4 in its active form, T3. This polymorphism has been related to Schizophrenia, Depression and Alzheimer’s disease, and its been shown that in the presence of both polymorphic alleles there’s a difference in the expression of genes relates to neurodegenerative process and oxidative stress in Central Nervous System (CNS). Studies with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) patients has demonstrated that in this group, cells are more likely to present oxidative stress condition. The aim of this study was to evaluate whether ASD patients expressing Thr92Ala-D2 polymorphism would have poorer results at cognitive and behavioral tests when compared with patients without the polymorphism. Were assessed 132 ASD patients and the results of Autism Behavior Checklist (ABC), Vineland Scale of Adaptative Behavior, IQ and Autism Treatment Evaluation Checklist (ATEC). The analyses showed that patients expressing the polymorphism had better performances in Communication, Receptive Communication, Daily Living and Selfcare, although patients with wild genotyping and more critical ABC results had significative improvement of their social skills after interventions. Therefore, the existence of polymorphism improves adaptative performance in ASD patients, however the polymorphism seems to impair patient’s response to therapies. More researches are necessary in order to improve the comprehension of enzyme’s role and mechanisms underlying polymorphism’s CNS fingerprint.

This study reviewed the existence of a sustainable competitive advantage, by the Resource-Based View (RBV) perspective, based on knowledge management, precisely knowledge conversion methods defined under Nonaka and Takeuchi s SECI model (2004). Theoretical basis points SECI model as a vector for sustainable competitive advantage by RBV perspective, once companies obtain new knowledge applied on decision making process through the use thereof (CHOO, 2003). Therefore, through field research, this paper purpose aimed to identify the convergence between theoretical statements and managers vision concerning sustainable competitive advantages arising from the SECI model knowledge conversion. Based on statistical analysis of data gathered in 200 questionnaires, it has been concluded that the manager s vision is divergent from the conceptual indicators that qualify SECI model as vector for the sustainable competitive advantage under RBV perspective. Consequently, it has been identified that SECI model can, if so, be qualified as a source of competitive advantage, although not sustainable, thus characterizing a clear contradiction regarding the theories on such matter. The study represents an important finding that must be targeted for a deeper analysis in order to clarify such contradiction, and for better understanding its origins and implications.

The democratization of information transform a classroom in an environment where it s impossible for a teacher to establish each apprentice s domain of knowledge and to individualize the teaching learning process. The heterogeneity of the level of student s knowledge acquired level, is present and isn t anymore a condition of the initial classrooms of computer science s courses but a general condition. The background of individual s skills is based on the concepts acquired and assimilated, then a student may knows a lot, a little or nothing about some concept in each step of the teach-learning process. This work presents an environment modeled by the relations among concepts to be learned based on ontology and concept maps, with the objective of determinate student s knowledge acquired in a distinct period of time, the knowledge s acquisition level (NAC) of a student, using the methodology of continued evaluation of learning. The environment was built based on the ontology of the Computer Science undergraduate Course of the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, developed in the present work.

Esta dissertação analisa a vantagem competitiva das indústrias farmacêuticas, segmento saúde humana Brasil, que adotam a inovação aberta. É um estudo de caráter exploratório e abordagem qualitativa descritiva. Qual é a contribuição da inovação aberta para a vantagem competitiva da indústria farmacêutica foi a pergunta de pesquisa. Identificar a prática da inovação nas empresas selecionadas, verificar a adoção da inovação aberta e descrever a contribuição desta para a vantagem competitiva foram os objetivos específicos. O referencial teórico articula a literatura sobre inovação e vantagem competitiva para melhor entendimento das inter-relações entre os constructos. Dez organizações, duas associações e um representante da academia foram selecionados após análise de informações institucionais e registros documentais. Os principais executivos das empresas nacionais, multinacionais e associações de fabricantes responderam à pesquisa com perguntas semiestruturadas, roteiro padrão e perguntas abertas. O tratamento dos dados qualitativos seguiu a técnica de análise interpretativa. As metacategorias encontradas foram: inovação, pesquisa e desenvolvimento, inovação aberta e vantagem competitiva. Os resultados sinalizam que nestas empresas os produtos novos decorrem de inovações incrementais, radicais e disruptivas. Elas utilizam estratégias tecnológicas ofensivas, defensivas, imitativas e dependentes. No Brasil, a prática da inovação aberta entre as indústrias nacionais participantes acontece em diferentes estágios, conforme gestão interna e externa dos processos de inovação, propriedade intelectual, parcerias, pesquisa e desenvolvimento. Indústrias multinacionais que praticam a inovação aberta no exterior, não adotam no Brasil por razões que coincidem entre os entrevistados. Empresas que utilizam a inovação aberta relataram sua contribuição para recursos e capacidades valiosos, raros e inimitáveis. Dificuldades para adoção no país, também foram mencionadas. Espera-se que este estudo contribua para futuros trabalhos e pesquisas acadêmicas relacionadas à inovação aberta.

The understanding of museums as educational spaces is relatively new insight in the history of these institutions. Not until the second half of the twentieth century have museums been recognized formally as intrinsically educational institutions. Dialoguing with this question and thinking about the educational role of museums that this research has the proposal to investigate the formation and consolidation of the Educational Activity Service (EAS) of the Paulista Museum, a century-old institution inaugurated in 1895 as a Natural History museum and that today is configured as Museum of History and Material Culture. Thus, the objective in this dissertation is to elucidate the action proposed by EAS to the academic audience, which is the largest audience visiting the Museum. Although the museum has been closed since 2013 due to a renovation, educational activities have not ceased to happen. It is intended, that way, to contribute, integrating the produced theoretical knowledge, that deals with education in museums, with the proposed and presented practice by the Educational Activity Service of the Paulista Museum in these years of work.

This study aimed to describe the evolutive process of the identity in the organizational level from the categorization of the elements of the symbolic and formal order defined by the organizational members and external agents of the audience of the a cooperatives of the selective collection of the waste of electronics and electrical equipment. To obtain this objective, were reviewed the concepts: identity in the organizational level, audience, actors of the reverse chain and categorization. For the concepts identity in the organizational level and categorization, there was a preoccupation of the adequacy to the perspective of the processes. Anchored in these concepts, was developed a conceptual model, and, consequently, the operational that served, at first, as a guide for the development of case study Coopermiti, which tissue in narrative form made it possible to describe in chronological order the process of the collective construction of the Coopermiti identity, over time, constituted by events and their promoters. The data are longitudinal, encompassing a period of the gathering primary data of the 29 (twenty nine) months, starting in November 2012 and ending in April 2015. Were realized in total 11 (eleven) interviews between organizational members and external agents of the audience of the Coopermiti, being complemented with information arising from the non-participatory observation and secondary data. As a result, were observed the roles performed, either by organizational members, either by external agents, in the process of the inclusion, exclusion and alteration of the elements of the formal and symbolic order components of the identity in the organizational level, along the construction process. The period which comprise since the your birth at the end 2008 until the present time identified a evolution in the identity of Coopermiti, presenting a sequence of the seven identities over time, showing that, although its purpose of being remains the same, the identity of past and of present differ gradually, as was the inclusion, exclusion and alteration of the elements of the formal and symbolic order that constitute it. As theoretical contribution, highlights that adopt a process approach allows to view the identity in an evolutive perspective; as the empirical contribution, found that Coopermiti is a success story in Brazil of the cooperatives of selective collection of solid waste, were identified elements that prove its evolution and organizational development and the co-participation of organizational members and external agents of the audience for obtaining the social legitimacy.
