Mapping a quality model for homes for the aged
Population aging and the epidemiological transition have led to an increase in institutionalization as a lifestyle alternative for the elderly. It is necessary to discuss a model of LTCF quality, contextualized to the Brazilian reality to advance the process of evaluating their activities, in addition to the normative and regulatory aspects, seeking to maximize health and quality of life for residents. The objective of this qualitative study was to apprehend the meaning of quality of the LTCF from the point of view of the elderly residents, caregivers of the elderly and technical managers of some large and medium and small private and philanthropic ILPI located in Belo Horizonte, MG, Brazil. It is necessary to understand how this equipment works, looking for parameters that make it possible to offer solutions that are more favorable to life in institutional homes, transforming the current scenario where they are still compared to the old homes. The search for ambiences that make them desirable places may reduce the impact of the change in housing, characterizing them as worthy for the elderly at any level of dependency.

Day center for the elderly: elderly people with dependence and overburdened family caregivers
This study, descriptive-exploratory and cross-sectional, aimed to analyze data from medical records of users of a Day Center for the elderly; such as the sociodemographic profile of the elderly and their family caregivers, the degree of dependence of the elderly on the Katz Index, and the level of burden on caregivers in the Zarit Burden Interview. The survey showed that the majority of caregivers are women, daughters and spouses. The elderly, in 73%, are between 70 and 89 years old; and the prevalent diseases are hypertension, diabetes, cerebrovascular, neuropsychiatric and neurocognitive disorders. The Katz Index shows that 27% of the elderly are dependent and 73% semi-dependent; and the Zarit Burden Interview shows that 90% of caregivers have moderate to severe overload. Thus, psychoeducative intervention is urgent in this relationship between the caregiver and the elderly person permeated by tension and overload.

Multifactorial aspects of mobility and urban mobility of the elderly in the city of São Paulo
Freedom of movement is an essential human right that enables people to exercise social interaction and citizenship. Ensuring accessibility is still a challenge, specifically in urban areas and for people with reduced mobility. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the mobility of the elderly as pedestrians, motorcyclists, drivers, cyclists and public transport users. 100 elderly people were assessed using a questionnaire with questions related to mobility and urban mobility such as drivers, pedestrians, motorcyclists, cyclists and public transport users. Public transportation, followed by cars, is the most widely used means of transport. The ease and quality of these means of transport are mentioned as the main reasons for this. A small portion of the elderly presented motor, visual and cognitive difficulties. Most elderly do not recognize the changes resulting from aging in relation to motor, visual and cognitive abilities such as drivers, cyclists, motorcyclists, public transport users and pedestrians. However, they have perceptions, especially of the external environment, related to urban mobility, which cause them difficulties, these mobility changes make them change their behavior such as walking and driving slower, avoiding

Educational and social technologies to prevent violence against the elderly: an integrative literature Review
The present study aims to identify in the literature the use of educational and social technologies to prevent violence against the elderly. This is an integrative literature review, carried out in the databases BDENF, LILACS, MEDLINE and SCIELO, July-August 2020, in pairs, considering the ten-year time frame in Portuguese, English and Spanish. To formulate the search strategy, controlled and uncontrolled health descriptors were used, combined with each other through the Boolean operators AND and OR. 999 articles were found, and after applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, a sample of 11 was obtained. From the analysis of the studies, two thematic categories emerged: Revealed Technologies and Technology Prospecting. Principles of Wanda de Aguiar Horta's theory were adopted in the discussion. Of the technologies revealed, it was found that care technologies predominated with a focus on changes arising from senescence and senility. From prospecting, it was found that educational and social technologies are presented as instruments of information, education, the possibility of expanded care and behavioral changes. It was concluded that there is a shortage of educational and social technologies aimed at preventing violence against the elderly, which raises the need for the production of such technologies and the publication of studies with this theme.
