Um vínculo mãe-bebê sadio é importante tanto para desenvolvimento saudável do bebê quanto para saúde mental da mãe. Visto que durante a hospitalização em Unidade de Terapia Intensiva Neonatal configura-se momento de contato limitado entre mãe-bebê, acredita-se que o vínculo não se constituirá de forma adequada. Objetivo: Avaliar o vínculo entre mãe e bebê prematuro hospitalizado em UTI Neonatal. Método: Foram utilizados questionário sóciodemográfico e obstétrico e a Escala de Ligação Mãe-Bebê. Após a coleta dos dados, esses foram submetidos à análise descritiva. Resultados: Os níveis vínculo elevado, moderado e pobre apresentaram-se em escore semelhantes, destacando a ligação moderada com maior incidência. As mães apresentaram sentimentos ambivalentes, refletindo o conflito em que estão vivenciando, pois ao mesmo tempo em que se sentem tristes, conseguem sentir-se também afetuosas, alegres e protetoras emrelação a seus filhos. Conclusão: Diversos fatores podem estar relacionados à qualidade do vínculo entre mãe-bebê, como hospitalização, gravidade do caso, apoio psicológico e ações de humanização no contexto hospitalar.

Relato de experiência que objetivou descrever a implantação e a implementação do prontuário de moradores de uma Instituição de Longa Permanência para Idosos, utilizando a AvaliaçãoGlobal do Idoso como subsídio para o processo de cuidar em enfermagem. A instituição era denatureza filantrópica e abrigava moradores de ambos os sexos e de idades diversas, comdiferentes patologias. Após a confecção e o manuseio no dia a dia, verificou-se que o prontuáriofísico foi de extrema relevância, pois forneceu informações e possibilitou o acompanhamentoda saúde do idoso, além do convívio intergeracional entre estudantes de enfermagem e os moradores.

O luto perinatal é vivenciado como um momento de extremo sofrimento, pouco reconhecido pelo entorno e que acarreta efeitos diversos no psiquismo materno. Esse artigo apresenta um trabalho de intervenção psicológica desenvolvido em um grupo de mães enlutadas no Hospital e Maternidade Dona Íris, em Goiânia. Foram realizados seis encontros, conduzidos pelas estagiárias e supervisoras de psicologia, com duração de 1h30. Em cada sessão, foram trabalhadas as fases do luto, tal como proposto por Kübler-Ross: negação, raiva, depressão, barganha e aceitação. Os resultados mostraram o intenso trabalho psíquico de luto vivenciado pelas famílias, marcado por imenso sentimento de culpa. Destaca-se a importância do papel dapsicologia no processo de elaboração do luto e, a importância de um espaço de escuta, como o grupo, pois compartilhar a dor com outros pares tem sido uma forma eficaz de produzir meios que deem conta da dor da perda de um filho.

Compreende-se engajamento no trabalho como um estado mental de entusiasmo em que o trabalhador se envolve nas suas funções organizações. Na área da psicologia organizacional positiva esse tema tem sido uma abordagem teórica que tem em contribuindo para avaliação da qualidade de vida no trabalho com foco na potencialização do desenvolvimento humano do trabalhador. Neste estudo, pretendeu-se verificar a consistência da escala de engajamento no trabalho em trabalhadores brasileiros, bem como, avaliar as diferenças nos escores dos respondentes em função de variáveis sociodemográficas. Participaram 310 trabalhadores, de 19 a 51 anos, 62 % do sexo feminino e 68% com renda econômica acima de 2.000,00 reais.Através de um link enviado para o seu e-mail pessoal ou rede social eles responderam a escala de engajamento no trabalho e dados sociodemográficos. Indicadores psicométricos revelaram a permanência confiável da medida de engajamento para o contexto organizacional. Pode-se afirmar que esta escala, corrobora a capacidade de avaliação do construto, bem como, sustenta a perspectiva teórica abordada destinada a pesquisa com trabalhadores. Com isso, é possível utilizar esta escala para avaliar e intervir no desenvolvimento psicológico do trabalhador e sua auto-avaliação sobre o papel profissional e a função organizacional na gestão de pessoas.

Esse estudo teve como objetivos investigar as atitudes acerca da morte e do morrer de profissionais de saúde envolvidos nos cuidados paliativos de pacientes internados na UTIAdulto de um Hospital Universitário e correlacionar as atitudes em relação à morte/morrer com os dados profissionais/pessoais. Método: Participaram 20 profissionais de saúde (idade média 35 anos). Responderam aos instrumentos: a) ficha de dados sociodemográficos, b) questionário de dados profissionais e sobre o trabalho em cuidados paliativos, c) Escala de Avaliação do Perfil de Atitudes Acerca da Morte. Os Resultados indicaram que: os profissionais apresentaram atitude positiva de aceitação neutral, atitudes negativas em relação à aceitação da morte como escape, como evitamento, medo, como aceitação como aproximação. Houve correlação: quanto maior o medo da morte mais evitamento e menor a aceitação neutral. Quanto maior o evitamento, menor é a aceitação neutral. Quanto maior é aceitação neutral, menor é a aceitação como escape; menor a idade. As comparações indicaram diferença significativa para: estado civil (maior escore de aceitação de escape nos sem companheiro) e formação acadêmica (maior escore de evitamento nos com curso técnico). Os resultados obtidos podem ser reflexos da participação desses profissionais de saúde na criação do Serviço de Cuidados Paliativos no local em que atuam.

Esse estudo tem como objetivo verificar o que vem sendo publicado e pesquisado nos últimos dez anos sobre a depressão durante a adolescência, assim como, também dialogar e evidenciar sobre sintomas, fatores de risco e tratamentos pela perspectiva de diferentes autores que abordem essa temática. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, tipo descritiva, pautada na Teoria Fundamentada de Strauss e Corbin. De acordo com o método utilizado nesse estudo, foi possível listar, seguindo uma ordem cronológica de autores, o que vem sendo pesquisado sobre depressão na adolescência. Posteriormente, realizou-se uma análise qualitativa pautada em categorias para compreensão dos dados elencados. Pode-se verificar um número restrito de pesquisas que contemplam adolescência e depressão, carecendo de novos estudos que possam trazer essa correlação.

O racismo no Brasil esteve presente desde muito cedo. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste trabalho é abordar o tema hoje na sociedade. Como metodologia foram utilizadas bibliografias que discorrem sobre o assunto, e visitas à uma Comunidade Quilombola, remanescente dos escravos, onde através de conversas informais com os moradores, contribuiu para o entendimento pratico do tema, ampliando os conhecimentos sobre os costumes, vivências, sentimentos e necessidades dessa população. Como resultado tem-se que mesmo muitas pessoas afirmando que o racismo não existe, foi possível verificar que sim, ele está presente, mesmo que não de forma exposta, ainda são muitas as pessoas que sofrem em diversas ocasiões, algumas mais extremas, chegando até à morte causada pelo ódio. Assim, essa população marginalizada por todos esses anos, continua resistindo para que permaneça a identidade afrodescendente, através de manifestos em busca de seus direitos.

Starting from brief introductory considerations regarding the epistemological transition of thecartesian subject to the freudian suject, with emphasis on the rupture and subversion of thepsychoanalytic discourse as the production of a new knowledge at the beggining of the XXcentury, the present article intends to make an analysis of excertps of the song “Vivo”, recordedon the first album titled “In Cité” (2004) by Lenine a brazilian singer and songwriter that in aningenuity as poetic synthesis, throws himself in the forcing of a series of adjective words, in afirst time disjointed and unconnected, to in the end, compose the ontological picture of a subjectmarked by the fragmentation of himself and that despite this fragmentation and incompleteness,remains alive, strange, displaced and presente here.

Domestic violence affects more than the battered woman. The objective of the present feminist research was to understand if and how the domestic violence suffered by the mother, influences the life and health of the adolescent daughter(s). As the research methodology, the adolescents filled out a demographic questionnaire and answered semi-structured interviews. Their mothers were also interviewed. The hypothesis that an adolescent does, in fact, suffer multiple impacts by witnessing mothers in situations of violence, was confirmed. Violence suffered by mothers directly affects the lives of their teenage daughters, so it is not uncommon for adolescents to become direct victims of violence in this setting. Domestic  violence is a determining factor forthe sickness of the entire family nucleus.

The objective of this study is to present the main public policies for the LGBT (lesbian, gay,bisexual, transsexual, transvestite, and transgender) population in Brazil and the main obstaclesfor their effectiveness. With a systematic literature review, the scientific production availableat Portal de Periódicos da CAPES and Biblioteca Virtual em Saúde- published between 2008and 2018- was mapped, using the following combination of descriptors: “public policies” and“LGBT”. From a total of 83 studies, after analyzing inclusion criteria, 10 were selected for thepresent review. Results present the main public policies developed for the LGBT population,with the majority related to health. The main obstacles preventing public policies effectivenessinclude prejudice and lack of preparation coming from professionals to deal with thespecificities of the referred community.

The approach on the importance of music for the development of children in early childhood education implies analyzes about the way music is explored in school and how its use can aid in the development of  learning in different areas of knowledge. The objective was to analyze music as a social practice, as well as its importance in the cognitive development of the child. Subsequently, considerations are made about how teachers should deal with these situations in their daily lives and how they can improve their teaching methodologies with the use of music. This work is justified in the need to analyze the efficiency of music as part of a teaching methodology aimed at cognitive development in early childhood education. The methodology used for the accomplishment of this work was the bibliographical research on the thematic approach. Finally, it is verified through this study that music plays an important role in children's cognitive development, because it acts in a beneficial way with the child's sensory and motor systems, besides stimulating their forms of expression and social interaction.

The study of consumer behavior, within its various bias, seeks to analyze the behavior of food choice of children, as well as the present study, whose main objective is to investigate whether the past experience lived by children would influence their choices and preferences in consumption with juice or soda. The reinforcement histories evaluated in the experiment were indicated by responsible for the children participating in this study. These indicated the previous existence of behavioral patterns of the consumption of soda and juice. The results suggest that the learning history may influence the choice of food intake of the participants. There is also a need for further studies to evaluate the variables that influence or not child food consumption. 

The article presents an experience of internship practice, aiming to provide quality of life and dignity to the seniors in a long - term institution, based on interactive workshops. The work was developed from the method of psychosocial intervention of workshops in group dynamics. During the observations, many seniors showed apathetic and fragile, but as a result of the interventions, when being stimulated, denoted potentialities and desire to get out of the sedentary lifestyle and the label of the incapacitates attributed to them. It is possible to consider that the elderly of this institution, despite being well accompanied by amultiprofessional team, still need a more individualized attention, considering their subjectivity and particularity in the challenges that they encounter in the day to day.subjectivity and particularity in the challenges that they encounter in the day to day.

This study investigated the relationships and attachment behaviors that humans develop in the interaction with their pets through an individual and semi-structured interview with six participants from 23 to 56 years old. The information collected were analyzed through content analysis, and the results confirm previous research that points to strong bonds between humans and their pets, including features such as sense of responsibility, well-being and grieving process towards of animal loss. In this sense, this study points out that the interaction between humans and their animals presents evidences that support the importance of the continuity of research in this area, once the interspecies relation can promote well-being to humans, as well as practices in different modalities and therapeutic activities in the enlarged clinic field.

This study sought to present some considerations about the advent of the internet and social networks, as to the influence of these mechanisms in the construction of the identity of its users. Using the psychoanalytic framework, we sought to conceptualize the "self" and to understand the relation of selfie (self-portrait) in the construction of virtual individuals. However, aspects related to the loss of subjective identities and the cultural changes of human relationships, nowadays dependent on digital media, were evidenced.

This study aims to know the cases of returned adopted children and their behavior changes when they were returned to host institutions from the perspective of professionals from such places. For this, the qualitative research was done through a semi-structured interview composed of 12 questions, with six participants from two host institutions in two cities of Santa Catarina. A Psychologist, a Social Worker and a Social Educator in each institution were interviewed. The results indicated flaws in the process of preparing applicants for adoption, the tendency to blame children for their return, changes in the behavior of the children after the return, and parents' difficulties in adapting and coping with their expectations regarding adoption.

This article aimed to analyze the contribution of diverse psychotherapies to restore dysfunctional self-esteem. It was carried out a systematic review of studies in which the following points have been highlighted: the development of self-esteem depends on how much the individual has been impacted by his/her experiences and how he/she gives meaning to them; beliefs that individuals have about themselves will determine how they relates to themselves, to the other and to the world; we are all in constant transformations, so each individual can change the course of his/her life. Based on methods such as the reprogramming strategy of dysfunctional beliefs based on the cognitive thought and the verbal and affective interaction between therapist and client, it was evident the importance of psychotherapy  intervention in the reconstruction of self-esteem.

Familiar farming is characterized as a sector in increasing development in Brazil, due to its peculiarities brings some lacunar aspects, among these, the issues that relate to gender and successions. This study was given in order to understand how the succession processes is given in the family business, for women, in the field of familiar farming. A study of qualitative, descriptive and cross-sectional design was proceeded, whose three participants are female. A multiple case analysis was performed (Yin, 2005). The results show that, when encouraged by parents, daughters can opt for business succession, moreover, highlights the importance of integrating women as potential managers of the property.
