O presente relatório embasa a produção do livro-reportagem fotográfico Aupaba: Raízes da gastronomia indígena na cidade de São Paulo. A principal finalidade deste livro é mostrar como a culinária indígena foi necessária para o surgimento da gastronomia da capital paulista. Além de um primeiro capítulo resumindo a história dos indígenas no Brasil após a chegada dos portugueses, o livro apresenta a cozinha indígena com seus principais ingredientes e técnicas utilizadas. Por fim, é mostrado esses ingredientes e técnicas inseridos na cidade de São Paulo.

Este relatório oferece embasamento teórico para o livro-reportagem “Mulheres em luta: o olhar feminino na batalha pelo direito à moradia digna”, produzido como Trabalho de Conclusão do Curso de Jornalismo. A obra, que traz perfis de líderes e moradoras de três ocupações do centro de São Paulo — a Ocupação Rio Branco, a Ocupação Mauá e a Ocupação José Bonifácio, propõe a reflexão sobre o protagonismo feminino na batalha pela moradia digna, detalhando as jornadas das perfiladas, desde a entrada no movimento social até diferentes situações enfrentadas no dia a dia, como o preconceito. A cidade de São Paulo conta com mais de 200 ocupações, e as mulheres desempenham um papel importante nesses prédios, atuando para fazer valer o direito constitucional à moradia. Para o estudo sobre o tema e construção deste relatório, foram utilizadas as pesquisas bibliográfica e documental.

O presente trabalho é fruto de pesquisas, análises e comparações, adentrando profundamente em um universo de difícil acesso para aqueles que estão do lado de cá das grades. Uma discussão que trata a respeito do processo prisional feminino, desde seus antecedentes até se tornar uma ex-detenta, passando por toda a realidade penitenciária durante o cumprimento da pena. Foi desenvolvido um raciocínio acerca da importância da ressocialização nesse caminho e de como a arquitetura pode influenciar positivamente no mesmo através da sua linguagem sensorial, chegando finalmente ao projeto do Centro de Apoio a ex-Detentas, com usos focados na regeneração pela qual elas não passam durante o processo de detenção.

This work runs upon the relationship between rivers and cities. Rivers, which were once attractive geographic elements, impaired by an intense urbanization process, have been falling into degradation, mainly from the mid-20th century on. Recently, under the sustainability paradigm, as worldwide environmental issues evolve, urban rivers become targets of recovering and valorization processes The goal of this thesis is, after analyzing a set of national and international recovering stream plans, to examine the principles that led this contemporary approach. It is intended to define a comparative pattern among selected cases with the purpose of drawing out from these experiences considerable references to be applied into similar plans and projects.

O ensaio Sobre Andaimes pretendeu trazer uma visão reflexiva sobre a arquitetura contemporânea, pensada a partir de suas necessidades de transformação, num contexto em que o sentido de permanência dos e nos edifícios tem sido revisto. O objetivo do presente trabalho foi analisar a arquitetura adaptável como resposta à essa necessidade atual de que os espaços sejam mais flexíveis e tenham variabilidade. Para isso, foi feita uma investigação histórica das técnicas adaptativas e do processo de formulação teórico deste termo. No desenvolvimento deste ensaio, chega-se a um projeto que discute um aspecto importante da cultura contemporânea: a transitoriedade. Ainda, para exemplificar a discussão, foi desenvolvido um levantamento referencial de projetos de arquitetura que apresentam esses aspectos. Nesse contexto, avalia-se o andaime com uma nova função, que rompe com o padrão de uso tradicional e possibilita além do protagonismo na construção, o diálogo e a percepção através do tempo.

The dynamics, the antagonisms and contradictions inside the capitalist mode of production impact the capitalist form of sociability due to the crisis arising from the capitalist economic laws, especially in concerning of the tendency of falling rate of profit law. From a rereading of the theory critic of value, the debate proposed in this dissertation seeks to discusse and meditate about the mediations in which, directly or indirectly, consciously or unconsciously, affect the legal form and political form that is embodied in the Modern State, providing important elements for further discussion of current marixist´s theories of regulation and derivation of political form and legal form.

The high level of competitiveness and requirements in the demands that organizations face today, form a scenario, in which, the actions of intrapreneurs may represent a competitive advantage for the organization. Therefore, this study aims at identifying what competencies characterize the intrapreneurs, from the perspective of executives and intrapreneurs themselves, in the context of two large organizations whose performances are recognized in their segments. The theoretical contribution is supported by quoting authors in national and international scientific literature. This is an exploratory research of qualitative methodology. Ten people took part in the research, with eight intrapreneurs and two executives, through interviews following a semi-structured script. It is part of this data collection a spreadsheet with concepts and action profiles of intrapreneurs and two forms, with scales, to emit values in a list with entrepreneurial behavior. The results were processed through content analysis and then, analyzed based on the six areas of entrepreneur competencies, which are: opportunity, conceptual, social, organizing, strategic and commitment, according to Man and Lau (2000). Besides, it was necessary to create the area of behavioral competencies aiming at analyzing the data arisen from this study. The findings indicate that the areas of social competencies, organizing, strategic and behavioral, are the most challenging for intrapreneurial performance, which required, or better still require, investments in training. It was also observed that, even being out of the scope of the research, there is a concern with technical competencies. The domestic politics in organizations, in the meaning of "game of interests" or informal alliances between individuals or groups, arises as factors that may inhibit the intrapreneurial behavior. As these data were not found in the researched literature, it is believed that these attitudes may be veiled in organizational context. The most appealing aspects that drive the intrapreneurs for work are challenge, the dynamics and opportunity for learning, and these aspects are consolidated in a way in which intrapreneurs use their characteristics and competencies for the organization and for themselves.

The main objective of this dissertation is to understand which elements inherent to physical distribution can lead manufacturers of fast consumer goods, specifically in the segment related to cleaning products, gain competitive advantage. The survey was conducted considering the perceptions of manufacturers and retailers about the physical distribution services. As a theoretical foundation it was used the resource-based view (RBV) including concepts of value, competitive advantage and competitive strategies, as well, the concepts of physical distribution and logistics. The exploratory research type and a descriptive qualitative methodology were used. Through a semi-structured script, eight executives, being three from the retail sector and five from industry manufacturers, were interviewed. The data was treated and analyzed considering the content analysis technician. It was noted that there are evidences that the combination of tangible and intangible resources are elements that can generate competitive advantage for manufacturers. It was noted the high importance given by the retailers on the stock availability and service level compliance by manufacturers. From the manufacturer s perspective, the establishment of "go to market" strategy in order to meet the retailers needs, as well, the cost management with the aim of generating economic value higher than the competitors are the basis of their perception about how the competitive advantage can be created. In light of the RBV, the conjunction of resources like warehouse and transportation networks, systems and personnel can create value for the retailers, but can not be considered strategic since they are imitable and not rare. In the other hand, culture of services and intellectual capital resources has characteristics of strategic resources. When the physical distribution services are related to the three biggest retailers of the market, it was noted that the manufactures have been using strategies of differentiation and cost leadership to gain competitive advantage. From the practical standpoint, it was noted that the manufacturers still have difficulty make use of strategic partners more effectively to improve services for physical distribution. Finally, retailers believe that the value is still in to delivery the basics in terms of physical distribution services and, in this way, there is still a long way to be covered by the manufacturers.

This research deals with social housing production, with an approach concerning its thermal performance. An architectural design that integrates from the beginning, Bioclimatic techniques with energy efficiency and building performance, determines a lower cost over the useful life of the building and the quality of the internal environment. Housing Project, located in Guarulhos, São Paulo, Brazil, where the climat is subtropical and humid with annual temperatures ranging from 17ºC a 21ºC2 . The aim of this analysis is to demonstrate the concepts applied by the architects who designed the buildings, moreover their concern with the performance of the enterprise environmental performance. The evaluation criteria is based mainly in the following standards and certifications ABNT NBR 15575: 2013 "Building Housing - Performance," NBR 15220: 2005 "Thermal performance of buildings" and the Brazilian Certification Selo Casa Azul CAIXA" Good practices for more sustainable housing." The obtained results demonstrate the control over the technique and the applied architectural quality as well as the evaluation of the social housing project s venture, being of great importance for the collaboration and the development of the environmental performance, applied to buildings. The research will demonstrate the importance of standards and certifications on quality and building performance.

Despite their many advantages for use in applications such as packaging, garbage bags, personal items, automotive components, appliance, marine, aviation, among others, plastics have a disadvantage at the time of disposal: harm the environment. For this reason, the recycling of plastic has been used frequently by their economic, social and ecological viability. To optimize the properties of plastics often recycled, natural or synthetic fibers are blended to the materials forming the composites. The polymeric composite materials are increasingly used in various applications for their outstanding mechanical, physical and chemical properties. In this study, we characterized the mechanical and morphological properties of recycled polypropylene with coconut fiber. Compounds were obtained by means of mechanical processing, with concentrations of 25%, 20%, 15% and 10% of fibrous reinforcement with and without addition of coupling agent (functionalized polypropylene with maleic anidride). The results showed that the addition of coconut fiber to recycled polypropylene, in the studied concentrations, causes an increase in thermal and mechanical properties such as tensile strength and impact, and a decrease in hardness, and there was almost no change in processing conditions (Melt Index).

L'istruzione è parte della lista dei diritti fondamentali, ma è efficace solo se il servizio educazionale è fatto con qualità. La vera educazione ha per finalità trasformare la realtà sociale e l'emancipazione della persona e deve prestarsi a garantire gli obiettivi e guardare i fondamenti dello stato Sociale e Democratido di Diritto assunto per la Costituzione data dal 1988. In questo contesto, questo studio prende in esame la funzione dell educazione, in particolare dell'istruzione superiore, il trattamento giuridico che ha indicato il costituzionalismo in Brasile e l'attuale sistema giuridico per, in seguito, discutere il ruolo dell università e il suo status di istituzione sociale, dotato di autonomia costituzionale, che garantisce la libertà di insegnamento, di ricerca e di esprimere il pensiero. La valutazione delle università, a sua volta, si presta ad analisi della qualità del insegnamento attraverso del governo (Ministero dell'Istruzione, INEP, CAPES), in cui lo stato si assume nella sua funzione di valutazione e dimostra quindi la correlazione logica tra l'università, l autonomia universitaria e la valutazione per garantire la realizzazione del diritto all'istruzione.

A escolha do tema de pesquisa, que embasa o objeto projetual deste trabalho, traz à tona a arte como um importante papel na recuperação e reorganização do espaço urbano. O trabalho se inicia apresentando a origem histórica da Mooca – bairro localizado na zona leste de São Paulo – e seu desenvolvimento a partir do período industrial. Posteriormente apresenta uma reflexão sobre as grandes áreas ociosas ou subutilizadas presentes no bairro e como requalificar esses vazios urbanos – que foram estudados para escolher a área para a implantação do projeto. Uma análise sobre arte e movimento é abordada no próximo capítulo, enfatizando os conceitos que transitam e dialogam com o corpo e a arte, a dança e a pintura e a arquitetura e o movimento. Discorre sobre a interligação da arte com o espaço e como esta possui grande importância na transformação do local. Para fomentar as decisões tomadas no projeto, são retomadas referências utilizadas como estudos de caso: a Praça das Artes e o Centro de Artes de Águeda, exemplos de materialidade, partido e soluções construtivas. Por fim, após a análise de todos os pontos que o tema estabeleceu, o desenvolvimento e a conclusão do exercício projetual.
