Cerebral Palsy is characterized by a clinical picture impactful to development, bringing delay in the acquisition of motor skills, which can be or not, associated with other functional difficulties, necessitating therapeutic assistance throughout the cycles of life. For this, different strategies and therapeutic resources have been studied in order to provide development opportunities. Objectives: Identify the effects of a riding simulator on balance and respiratory function in a group of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Materials and Methods: Seventeen COP-affected children between 3 and 12 years of age took part in this study. The participants were divided into two groups, G1 (classified as GMFCS I and II) and G2 (GMFCS III and IV). All were evaluated before and after an intervention program with a therapeutic riding simulator that counted with 10 sessions of thirty minutes, in weekly frequency. For the assessment of the balance was Loran Engineering® baropodometric platform was used to analyze pressure spots in seated positions, both with open and closed eyes, in a stable situation (with footrest) and unstable situation (no support). The measurements of respiratory muscle strength pressures were made by using an analog manometer with calibrated WIKA® model, with operating range between 0 and ± 300 cmH2O and equipped with an air exhaust valve, in order to measure MIP and MEP. For pulse oximetry, a Fingertip Pulse oximeter was used to measure SpO2. Functional classification system GMFCS was used to functionally classify each child 10 therapy sessions were done with the riding simulator, for thirty minutes as movements to the step. Results. After statistical analysis, the effectiveness of the use of the simulator was witnessed in all the analyzed variables, which demonstrated improvements in the results for the COP X context, both unstable and stable. Para o COP Y, in the unstable situation with open eyes, there was statistical significance for the G1. When G2 was evaluated, a statistically significant response was observed only for COP Y, in the situation with eyes open, unstable and stable, as well as in variables and oximetry respiratory pressures. A significant difference was observed between the initial and final SpO2 measurements, in the 5th and 10th sessions, with respective 0.002 and 0.005 p-values. Expressive results in respiratory pressures were also observed, PImax and PEmax being significantly different in the mean PEmax between the 5th and 10th riding sessions in G2. Analyzes demonstrate significant intra-group differences in the 5th G1 session and the 5th and 10th G2 sessions. Conclusion: The equitation simulator proved to be an efficient means of improving balance and respiratory function.

Although we can not see any compatibility between the police activity and an active and healthy religiosity, "the tip of the iceberg" appeared when we became aware of the "Jesus Police Group" (GPJ), a consortium of civilian police aimed at providing spiritual support not only to officials of its category but also to other public agents of the security forces. In this sense, we will do a research by the Sciences of the Religion, which we will try to interpret if the religious message that the leaders have proclaimed is relevant to the policemen who participate of him, to the point of changing his police view of crime, the criminal and his own modus operandi, or if it is just another whimsical institution. In order for us to reach this conclusion, we will take the group as an object of study and investigate whether the agents of the Paulista Judicial Police (Civil Police of the State of São Paulo) and other public security agents and who are part of the Police of Jesus Group GPJ) have their practice shaped by a religious ethic that set them apart from other police officers, with a more pacifist discourse, but without cooling down in their legal duty.

This thesis studies The Silmarillion, a work by J. R. R. Tolkien, in order to identify the mythic structure that underlies the fantasy literature. Myths reveal the sacred and the actions of the heroes and gods in illo tempore and, when taken to the literary work of J.R.R. Tolkien, they allow some thinking about the diferente aspects that are part of the fantasy literature. The Silmarillion can be understood both as a mythological compendium of myths and narratives, and as na expression of fantasy as a genre, what composes the foundation to the thought concerning the the creation of the Secondary World known, in the scope of Tolkien’s work, as Arda. The theoretical studies by Norhtrop Frye regarding the mythological structure presented in literature and the meaning and purport of myths, as well as the theoretical perspectives on fantasy literature as developed by Rosemary Jackson, Lucie Armitt and Farah Mendlesohn, provide the toolsto this study along with the essay by Tolkien known as On fairy stories, that delas with the functions of fairy stories, which can be harmonized with fantasy literature in this study. It is possible, thus, to verify that not only does Tolkien create a World which is the stage to the events in his Works, but also creates, even more specifically, a way to think and write myths in literature aiming to think about importante aspects of the Primary World, that is, the World understood as real. In order to understand the relationship established between the Primary and the Secondary Worlds, three categories which are based on the narrative are presented: the fall, the redemption, and the hope. When considered in the light of the mythological themes and the biblical narrative, they allow the understanding about the dianoia that underlies Tolkien’s narrative, mainly in The Silmarillion.

Este trabalho apresenta as definições de fundos públicos existentes na doutrina de direito financeiro, bem como apresenta o conceito de fundos ambientais e as inúmeras classificações possíveis sobre eles. É realizado um estudo de caso do Fundo Especial do Meio Ambiente e Desenvolvimento Sustentável (FEMA) do Município de São Paulo com escopo de analisar sua gestão à luz dos princípios da publicidade, previsto no caput do artigo 37 da Constituição da República, quanto à fonte e aplicabilidade dos recursos adquiridos e o cumprimento da finalidade estabelecido em seu marco legal. Foi constatada ausência de informações prestadas à sociedade quanto a discriminação dos valores que o fundo arrecadou durante seus dezessete anos de existência. Foi possível verificar os projetos desenvolvidos para a coletividade e no âmbito da Administração Pública que o FEMA financiou, os quais cumpriram os objetivos dispostos em seu marco legal, a Lei n. 14.887 de 15 de janeiro de 2009, e o Decreto nº 52.153, de 28 de fevereiro de 2011, bem como traçar considerações quanto à importância da relação entre o FEMA e a concretização dos planos de governo do Município de São Paulo. Além disso, evidencia a necessidade de uma boa gestão dos fundos ambientais no que se refere ao princípio do desenvolvimento sustentável previsto no caput do artigo 225 da Constituição Federal e no dever de transparência da Administração Pública.

This dissertation aims to adress the procedure adopted to ensure the piercing the corporate veil, in all its intricacies. In this manner, to get into the especific study of the procedure, inevitabily, the principle of subjectand and objetive autonomy existing between company and their partners was considered in this estudy, due to fact that company and the partners are distinct legal entities and the companies assets are separate from their owners, unless otherwise there is joint and several liability between both. The next step in the study involves the aplication of the disregard of the legal entity in In several fields of law study either in tis direct or indirect form. Having overcome the initial questions, the study turns to the procedure to be demand to piercing of the corporate veil inside the new civil procedure code being the pleading can be made booth in the declaration and by means of incidental process. This incident may be introduced in any phase of the process and in both cases the adversary system and legal defense, so that to verify the complience for requirements of admissibility and the legal assumptions to degree or not the piercing of corporate veil, where depending on the type of court decision and the procedure used in the legal process, to apply legal remedy to review the decision on merits. O presente texto apresenta os relatos de uma experiência que teve como objetivo analisar as implicações de uma intervenção voltada a compreender a busca pela autonomia do sujeito, junto a usuários de um Centro Temporário de Acolhimento da região central do município de São Paulo. Para tanto, escolhemos a cartografia como método. Foram realizadas estratégias de vinculação, rodas de conversa e ações de apropriação da cidade, acompanhadas de observação participante por, aproximadamente, um ano. A análise aponta que esse serviço, disposto a reinserir socialmente a partir da autonomia individual, acaba fabricando sujeitos desamparados, no sentido de pessoas dependentes da instituição e sem qualquer favorecimento para emancipação pessoal. Essa prática institucional favorece a passividade, a obediência, a dependência de forças extrínsecas que fogem ao controle, impossibilitando quaisquer condições do indivíduo enveredar por um processo de autonomia: gerir seu cotidiano com suas próprias ações e construir sua história. O trabalho evidencia a necessidade de se construir debates e proposições acerca do processo de desinstitucionalização para que essas pessoas possam, de fato, ter condições de se emanciparem.

The subject of this research has a title called "Community radio: the possibility for citizenship." The analysis show us the states in a real possibility of an individual to become a complete citizen include in his rights and duties, to help the programation in a communitarian radio. People can become a citizen when acquires knowledge at communitarian problems and can do use of this knowledge to to their lives and their communitys better and equallity. All communication takes somebody to some place. It happens because a bigger knowledge of individual and collective does part of the constitutional legal system, and privileged citizen´s less starts to improve their life style. In this study some of the parts are focused radio communitary question such as: judices sentences on these channels; administrative resolutions, meeting´s communities; conciliums and comunities meetings, and some other attributions still as the role of the social communication in these people lives and in the world,to solve the problems to radios as well to need an ppropriate installations, and others problems.

This research tries to understand the contributions of the work through projects in the professional development of teachers. This analysis was done using the visions of the environment technical course teachers of one of the SENAC units (serviço nacional de aprendizagem comercial), in the Jabaquara neighborhood, in SP. The theoretical reference used considered the characteristics of work through project and its contributions for students learning, and also studies focused on teacher learning, joining thinking techniques, teacher identity, teacher knowledge basis and teachers professional development. The education documents of the institution used as field work were also used in this work. This research analyzed how the work through projects is developed in SENAC SP, and how the teacher education is organized in the institution. Six teacher participated in this study. It was a qualitative approach, done in two separate stages: the first one using a question form as instrument sent by e-mail to the participants, and the second, for data refinement purpose, using a semi-structured individual interview. The teachers spoke about their formation and the choice of this career, made comments about the difficulties they found in the beginning of the career, told how does the work by projects is happens in SENAC SP, what are the educational advantages of this choice and the difficulties they still find in the work by project with the students. They also comments about their need for upgrade and how their professional evolution occurred. The results pointed to a greater need of best practice sharing between teachers as a learning and professional development process, not discarding institutional formation actions, but instead they should be integrated during the time the knowledge sharing happened or the need for new knowledge acquisition emerged, especially about projects of teacher formation in the institution.

This work aims to establish a theoretical and practical reflection between Anthropology and Art. Under the approach of the Anthropology of Performance, we delve into the experience of the huni kuin people, who inhabit Acre, in the Huwã Karu Yuxibu village. From the field research, materials were collected in the form of poetic writing, which was registered in a logbook to support the construction of an artistic process. Focusing on the memories of the journey and how they affect and permeate the artist-body, the research analyzes the Nixi Pae ritual to understand the relationship between ritual and performance. Based on these investigations, we develop the concept of a body as inscription of the experience in time. The concepts of memory, forgetfulness, territoriality and ethnic transfiguration permeate and weave theories on the indigenous culture and unfold into the artistic work. The space, figured in the poetics of the forest and the city, is traveled, revealing a performatic score and a practical process proposal of a moving body.
