This study aimed to identify the pricing model in the wholesale channel of a supermarket company because of the variables that make up the marketing mix, the price is that most affects competitiveness, sales volume, margins and profitability of companies. The retail industry is very competitive and demanding, the search for supermarket chains to offer the best products at a fair price and get a desirable profit margin represents a major challenge. The wholesale format appears as a selling opportunity in the self-service system that operates with a wide variety of products and stores for customers to carry their purchases at the lowest price and in large quantities, even with the wholesale distributor that works with sales teams running door to door deliveries. With a qualitative approach, this exploratory study were interviewed managers of commercial department in the categories of drinks and commodities, as these categories are generating higher sales and profit, therefore, essential for the business. The survey results show that there is a certain pricing model for the company but for the categories studied, managers believe that the Brazilian market does not meet these expectations due to the level of speculation prices, especially for customers who shop large volumes, so to achieve the result of certain profit, managers must negotiate high volumes to make the investment needed to achieve your goals.

This work looks for solutions for the Judiciary Court working performance. The analyze of its contentious and adversative system will verify the difficulties in the service rendered to society that must be more efficient, explores the possibility of a paradigmatic change in conflictive human interactions, trying to aggregate interdisciplinary instrumental, suggesting management and solutions to structured conflicts that will become access to justice, not only using the conventional Judiciary Court structure but also using preventive adequate strategies and techniques to solve interpersonal conflicts, stimulating solutions and interpersonal agreements as an instrument of democracy and civil rights. We propose the use and practice of abilities and interdisciplinary comprehension as a tool for the ethic sense of professionalism and the understanding of the juridical phenomenon.

Este trabalho teve como objetivo apresentar o feminismo dentro do Islam no Brasil segundo muçulmanas feministas. Compreendê-lo dentro da religião se faz necessário para entender a luta dessas mulheres, quebrar estereótipos e romper com o pensamento que liga, constantemente, o Islam com terrorismo, violência e submissão feminina. Os procedimentos metodológicos consistiram na realização de entrevistas com cinco professantes brasileiras da fé islâmica e o Sheik Mohamad Bukai para compreender por meio de suas respectivas vivências o feminismo dentro desse universo. Além disso, obras de Fatima Mernissi, Nawal El Saadawi foram lidas para a compreensão do tema. Já para definição de abordagem e estilo, os livros de Edvaldo Pereira Lima e Andréia Terzariol serviram como base. Assim, foi visto que apesar da palavra feminismo ter sido criada na França, o movimento já existia muito antes na parte oriental do globo e nesse hemisfério tinha suas razões e lutas particulares. A sociedade e a cultura patriarcal ao decorrer do tempo foram quem retiraram direitos e impuseram limites aos corpos femininos, não a religião. Desde o início, o Islam estabeleceu direitos para ambos os gêneros e os colocou em posição igualitária. O feminismo se estende além da ótica ocidental e deve ser assimilado como a busca de direito de todas as mulheres e levar em consideração o que cada uma particularmente julga como liberdade. A divulgação e publicação de tal assunto é essencial para que o jornalismo cumpra seu papel a serviço da esfera pública.

This paper has objective to show the possibility and limitations to private participation in the brazilian railroad. To do its make a literature review that, iniciality, show the mains problems in the Brazil railroad and present the fault of public resourses invest in infraestrucuture, inclusive the railroad. Once to show the limitations to public invest in the roadrail sector, the job show us the differ modals possible to incorporate the private participation in the sector. After that, this job show the model that was adopted in the Brasil, after the desestatization process sector ́s, in the middle of 90`s years, during Fernando Henrique Cardoso government, included the Federal Roadrail and after FEPASA S.A. The job, its debrief over the regulatory market adopted and the obted avances. It show, again, shortcut that identificate and the direction that it for Lula ́s and Dilma ́s government, when it was created the new regulatory market to railroads concessionaries atuation, then the creation the earth transport nacional agency(ANTT) and new stadual agency, the Valec. Assessment the obted results and with this responsibilities for a policies reversion to the sector, during the Temer ́s government,who basically restart the original model of 90 ́s years. That job shows that have important advances in terms of roadrail production, accident reduction and media velocity. However, the roadrail a little advance in the period. The mainly obstacles found it was institucional character , involve differ government spheres, juridic insecurity and difficult to environment licency obtation

This study proposes the production and characterization of blends of ABS/PC through reuse of discarded PC in the automotive panel production process. The developed alloy ratios are (ABS/PC) 30/70, 50/50 and 70/30, in addition to the neat materials. For comparative purposes the mixtures were developed for both materials recycled PC (PCr) and neat PC (PCn). The blends were processed in a twin screw extruder under controled heating temperature.

This work is composed of three essays dealing with the themes of exchange rate and competitiveness for the Brazilian, North American and European economy. The first part aims to verify empirically the validity of the theory of purchasing power parity and the Balassa-Samuelson effect for the Brazilian and North American economy, from 1948 to 2016. The second part seeks to analyze the relationship between exchange rate and wages for the brazilian economy in the post-trade liberalization period, from 1999 and 2015. The third part analyzes the influence of intellectual capital and its components on the national wealth of European Union countries. Thus, theories about the topics are presented an, econometric techniques of time series and analysis panel data has been used to analyze the data collected. The results of the first essay showed that there is no causal relationship between PPP and the Balassa-Samuelson effect, in addition the tests revealed a long-term causality between the variables. The results of the second part did not show evidence of cointegration between the exchange rate and wages, suggesting that, in the period analyzed, it is not possible to conclude that there is any relationship between the exchange rate and wages for the Brazilian economy. However, Granger's causality tests suggest that over time wages cause changes in the exchange rate. The results of the third research fail to find evidence of the influence of structural capital on national wealth, on the other hand, relational capital was positive and significant in all estimated models. Finally, despite finding evidence of a positive moderating effect between innovation and sophistication in the relationship between human capital and national wealth, it is not possible to validate that there is a moderating effect on the relationship between intellectual capital and national wealth.

Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is one of the conditions that causes most damage to a child’s neurodevelopment. When caregivers are not provided with strategies of intervention/amelioration/prevention of behavior problems, the task of taking care becomes an overload. The general objective of this study was to verify empirical evidences of the efficiency of a psychoeducational program for parents to manage behavioral difficulties of children with ASD. The sample was composed of 8 boys with ASD, aged from 5 to 11 years (mean 8 years; standard deviation 1,93), and their respective caretakers, aged from 22 to 63 years old (mean 38,4; standard deviation 15, 95). The parents data collection instruments were: a) Form to assess demographic and socioeconomic data; b) Adult Self-Report for Ages 18-59 and Older Adult Self-Report for Ages 60 and Above (ASR/18-59 and OASR/60-90+); c) Parental Style Inventory (PSI); d) World Health Organization Quality of Life WHOQOL-bref; e) Questionnaire on the main difficulties parents/caretakers have; f) Checklist for control of program orientations; g) Questionnaire on caretakers satisfaction with the program; h) Diary record monitoring; i) Psychoeducational program for parents, which had the objective of orienting parents on the characteristics of the disorder, educating them on the use of strategies to manage behavior problems and informing on empirically tested behavior intervention strategies. Data collection instruments of children behavior were a) Child Behavior Checklist for Ages 1½-5 and for Ages 6-18 (CBCL/1½5 and CBCL/6-18); b) Behavior Problems Inventory (BPI-01); c) Aberrant Behavior Checklist (ABC); d) Questionnaire on use of mental health services. The program consisted of eight meetings, held once a week, with duration of 3 hours each (total 24 hours). Participants were assessed before, during and after the intervention. The main results indicate high adherence and satisfaction with the program, as well as a positive assessment of the possibility of employing in their routine the orientations received in the program. Positive empiric evidences were found in the behavioral and mental health patterns of the children and caregivers, as well as in their quality of life.

Cellular automata are discrete complex systems and also fully distributed computational systems, with arbitrarily simple local processing. One of computations that can be made with cellular automata is sorting of numerical sequences. Sorting is a quite relevant topic and widely used in computing, as one of its fundamental processes. This research aimed at the development of sorting algorithms based on one-dimensional cellular automata. Two new versions with range 1 and 3 have been proposed, inspired by the characteristics of existing studies in the literature. In the analysis carried out, the proposed cellular automata have advantages over the approaches that originated them.
