Práticas educativas parentais e sua relação com o perfil comportamental e desempenho cognitivo de crianças com transtorno de déficit de atenção e hiperatividade
Parent-child interaction is the most intense relationship of the child in childhood and the parenting practices contribute to their emotional and cognitive development. These relational aspects become even more important when dealing with families of children with Attention Deficit Disorder and Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). This disorder is characterized by a persistent pattern of inattention and/ or hyperactivity and impulsivity that interferes with the functioning or development. Children with ADHD often show deficits in executive functions and can present problems in behavioral regulation, with both externalizing and internalizing problems, being more dependent on feedback and monitoring of their parents to regulate their behavior. Thus, the aim of this study was to investigate the associations between parenting practices of caregivers and cognitive profiles of children with ADHD and behavioral profiles of both children and their guardians. The sample comprised 26 children and their caregivers and teachers. The age of the children was between 6 and 16, all diagnosed with ADHD confirmed through an interdisciplinary protocol that provides a neuropsychological, behavioral and clinical assessment for children and adolescents referred with inattention and hyperactivity symptoms. The caregivers responded to Adult Self-Report (ASR), Parenting Style Inventory (IEP), Perception of Family Support Inventory (IPSF), World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL) - Bref and Child Behavior Checklist for ages 6-18 (CBCL/6-18). The children's teachers responded to the Teacher Report Form for ages 6 – 18 (TRF/6-18). To trace the cognitive profile in terms of children´s executive function performance, we analyzed the Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) and Conners’ Continuous Performance Test II (CPT-II). Finally, Spearman´s correlation analyses were run between scores of the different scales of the instruments. As a result, it was found that patterns characterized by negative parenting practices were associated with higher frequency of behavioral problems and less adaptive functioning indicators in both children and the caregivers. In contrast, positive parenting practices were associated with appropriate behaviors and adaptive functioning of both caregiver and child. The study also shows that the use of negative parenting practices is associated, in general, with the worst in executive functions abilities, and the reverse is also true. Moreover, it was also possible to demonstrate that negative parenting practices are more often chosen and used by caregivers with low social and family support indicators as well as quality of life, which shows that those responsible have high levels of family conflict. Finally, it was also seen that the caregiver behavior problems are associated with other behavioral problems in children. On the other hand, developed social abilities of caregivers, which characterize a good adaptive functioning, are related to the development of children's social abilities and a good school performance. Therefore, these results reinforce the importance of considering the family in the treatment of children with ADHD, as well as in preventing the worsening of symptoms.

Vinculação de administradores ao acordo de acionistas: possibilidades e limitações
Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os limites e as possibilidades de vinculação de administradores de sociedades anônimas a acordos de acionistas. O estudo toma como base a evolução histórica das sociedades anônimas, o momento de criação da lei 6.404/1976, o conceito de interesse social e a estrutura administrativa proposta pela lei. Após, é analisada a disciplina legal do acordo de acionistas, com especial ênfase às alterações trazidas pela lei 10.303/2001. A partir deste conjunto de temas, são expostas as principais vertentes quanto aos limites da vinculação dos administradores, a saber, a vinculação absoluta, a vinculação relativa e a impossibilidade de vinculação, demonstrando-se as consequências de se adotar qualquer destas posições. Ao final, conclui-se que as alterações feitas ao instituto do acordo de acionista não são suficientes para legitimar a vinculação, seja ela irrestrita ou parcial, que parte da doutrina defende, diante dos deveres atribuídos pela lei aos administradores, em especial o de independência.

This present research deals with the thought of Carl Gustav Jung, concerning the Protestantism as religion. Pronouncing himself protestant, Jung does pertinent considerations regarding the influences that the Protestantism suffered and carried out in the history of the Christianity, and the results that its followers achieve, for belonging to it, since the periods previous to the Reform of the century XVI, focusing its attention in the Enlightenment of the ends of the century XVII and the whole century XVIII, arriving at his days, in the century XX. The objective of this work is to present how Jung understood the Protestantism as " risk and religious possibility ", that is, its negative and positive aspects. For this, we report to somes cientific concepts elaborated by Jung, with the objective of understanding the basis of his observations about the Protestant faith, since his personal experiences is the main point of his scientific analyses , with regard to the Protestantism.

On this legal research the objective is to demonstrate as object of the study the taxation as an instrument of regulation in the search of the reduction of the regional inequalities. It recognizes as an objective of the Brazilian State the economical development. Through the hypothetical-deductive, bibliographical and argumentative methods the research bases on the relation between the economical law and the tax law. It considers important some techniques and information imported from economics and economical analysis of law - the Law and Economics. In the first chapter the study examines the State in face of the purposes of the Constitution and of the federalism. Analyses also the relation between legal system rules, market and competition. It establishes the power of economics as a structural base of the social system and emphasizes the socioeconomic function of the economical activities. After that, the research dedicates to taxation and it s regulatory function. It is demonstrated how may State regulate private activities in order to reach development and to reach the regional and social inequalities. It also studies the importance of tax expenditures. The last part is dedicated to the conclusive synthesis of the research.

Paulo Freire e Bakhtin:um diálogo possível
This thesis is a study of Freire´s approach on literacy, from the hypothesis of interface between his pre-assumptions and bakhtinians about philosophy of language, traced in our objective. For that, the books that Freire read, in order to organize his proposals were reread. In this sense, SOUZA´s (2001) sketch was essential, with the book Um convite à leitura de Paulo Freire. When reading Freire´s trajectory, some studies are vital: Vasconcelos e Brito (2006), um glossário dos Conceitos de educação em Paulo Freire, dealing with terms like antidialogicity, dialogue, dialogicity, dialogism. Rosas (2004) and Scocuglia (1999), intends to seize the experiences that led to the books which fundamented the conceptions in tempos fundantes . In this perspective, the path of bakhtinian philosophical concepts was maped, chronologically, according to biographers as Clark and Holquist (2003), Ponzio (2008). In treating the main concepts of Bakhtin, studies were taken on Brait (2005, 2006 and 2009) and others like Faraco and Tezza (2009); Faraco (2001), Tezza (2002); SOUZA (2002), Fiorin (2001), SOBRAL (2005, 2009), that point out that path of the main concepts which constitute his philosophy, such as language, word, consciousness, dialogue and dialogism. Not in a static perspective, but in the philosophical macro-project of this thinker that put the language in the centre of human interaction, from which results in valuing the world, reflected and refracted for words, the language tool. That project apparently came from the same place that Freire´s did, who created an educational approach, in which words could stop serving oppression. During that process, Freire systemized propositions for literacy, which, in this study, were named Pedagogy of Reading. The analisis of Bakhtin´s thought came from the text Para uma filosofia do ato, spotlighted as the philosophical matrix of everything that comes later; which confirms and explains the other texts (Amorin, 2009) ; synthesis of bakhtinian thought (SOBRAL, 2005). By Freire, it iniciates by A Importância do Ato de Ler, in the three articles that complete each other (2008), which demands the appreciation of the first study of Freire´s thought: Educação e Atualidade Brasileira (2001), passing by others , in which he builds his approach for reading. In a brief discussion, the motivating historical-sociological aspects for bakhtinian philosophy, the concepts sketched in the basis of his philosophical anthropology. By Freire, in the third chapter, there are philosophical-linguistic preassumptions for reading. In the next chapter, two ways: the analysis of Freire and bakhtinian paths space and time, implicit or explicit conceptions in their texts, divergences and convergences between their bibliographical influence. Then, a comparison of what is called, in this thesis, Freire´s Pedagogy of Reading and the bakhtinian philosophy of language, their theoretical lines. Approximation and-or distances between their conceptions of language, word, consciousness, dialog and dialogism, in the books they read. In conclusion, we present the (mis)matches between these two masters of Dialetic.

Escrita e reescrita: produção de textos no ensino médio sob a perspectiva dos rascunhos
Nowadays, the work with the written word in school follows a methodology and searches overshot conceptions of teaching-learning and, therefore, the results reached in composition classes seem to be different from the expected ones: that the student may organize a proficient, organized and united written text. Experience in classroom enhances the reflection that teacher must have according to teaching of student s texts production practice. Such reflexive action allows us, teachers, to improve native language and our interference in student s written process. One of these interferences concerns to the work this researcher makes with drafts written by students of 2nd and 3rd grades of High School level in a private school in Jundiaí SP. The drafts show the experience students get in their written learning. Moreover, drafts show worries about linguistics unquietness and the ways they choose in the rewriting of a text which must be coherent and concise. The methodology used provides both, teacher and student, an interactive work whose changing of texts / drafts among students in classroom is constant and followed by the teacher who explains such drafts until the final text. Some results can be deducted from this work. When we analyse the student s draft and final text, we notice that not always their immediate worry concerns to corrections of orthography and punctuation. Later, when the teacher interferes on the draft, with observations related specially to the text organization and cohesion, students show to be worried about the ideas and clauses chaining: final product evidences the choices the student makes to keep coherent his thinking organization by the writing.

Análise do custo-aluno como ferramenta para decisão gerencial em uma Instituição de Ensino Superior pública
The objective of the present study was to determine the cost-student in a higher education institution of the Brazilian public sector with the purpose of optimizing the processes of managerial decision making, elaborating a prototype of cost system, based on the Spanish costing model of Diaz et al. (2013). A research was carried out following the strategy of action research of constructivist approach, through an interventionist proposal, characterizing the research methodology as exploratory, descriptive, and interventionist with bibliographical, documentary data collection and through interviews and observation in the field. The results showed the real cost per student of the sample institution, both undergraduate and postgraduate. The calculation of the cost per student and cost analysis performed implied the institution sample access to information on costs and results relevant to its cost management, management decision-making processes, as well as provided a prototype costing system model. These results may contribute to the academic community of the accounting area, as it is based on the elaboration of the cost system model, the Spanish costing model of Diaz et al. (2013), developed specifically for universities and that until the present date, no other independent scientific works dedicated to the effective demonstration and implantation of the model have been found.
