The English Language learning, mainly for the ones who are interested in being active part of this more and more internationalized and connected society, besides indispensable, brings benefits that may follow the whole life of an individual. Such learning adds information and abilities which are and will be useful for the living and interaction in the globalized world we live in, world that has the English Language as the main mediatory in its speeches. The English Language teaching, specifically in the Brazilian Elementary and High schools, has been changing and adjusting to transformations through the centuries and, for the last twenty years at least, has been facing the digital inclusion. Our students today, engaged in the digital and technological world, bring on a reaction to the teachers, who should update strategies for a better teaching-learning process. So far, we have seen several individual and collective attempts to adapt schools to the technological world, also bringing this technological world to the schools. Reflecting about all those needs and trying to lead to a more significant learning to our students, this paper reports an English Language teaching proposal with the help of the musical language together with mobile technology and the creation of a video clip. Our aim, besides motivating our students, is to provide room for the development of their creativity, in order to seek their own learning process. We proposed ourselves a challenge to demonstrate that the use of technology inside the classrooms is more available than we may think, once the students can use their own mobiles as supporting means in this teaching-learning process.

The research is the consequence of seeking for the understanding of art and design in Brazil. This work met (found) in the experience and the creations of the architect Lina Bo Bardi, a possible way to an answer. Coming from Italy to Brazil in 1946, the architect used her foreign look to analyze the popular art of Bahia s sertão (north-east of Brazil) with an anthropologic method and, having absorbed the information she transformed it in exhibitions, architecture and products, which are one of the possibilities to understand the evolution (story) of the design product in Brazil.

The present work is about the politics and the affirmative action programs adopted by the Federal Government, with larger focus on graduation programs. Tracing a parallel among favorable and unfavorable arguments towards the adoption of such actions, the goal also is to investigate the state these actions have of being in accordance with the Brazilian Constitution, while facing the equality principle printed on the caput of the 1988 Federal Constitution 5th article.

Sendo um espaço principalmente voltado para o ensino formal, a escola é um dos principais agentes socializadores, é responsável não apenas por ministrar conhecimentos, mas também por repassar valores pessoais e sociais, formando cidadãos. As crianças constroem o conhecimento a partir de interações que estabelecem com outras pessoas e com o meio em que vivem, ou seja, vivências, da criação e ressignificação diárias. Dessa forma, a partir das releituras de Paulo Freire, entende-se o conceito de Cidade Educadora. Este termo se relaciona com o método educacional da Escola Parque, elaborado por Anísio Teixeira em 1947, que compartilhava das mesmas ideias, aplicando de forma prática o conceito neste projeto pedagógico integral para realização dessas práticas educacionais não-formais complementares, além de mostrar a importância da integração entre comunidade e escola, disponibilizando seus espaços comunitários para uso livre da população. Essa proposta revolucionária, serviu de inspiração para outros projetos mais atuais, como é o caso dos CIEPs (Centros Integrados de Educação Pública) em 1985, e dos CEUs (Centros Educacionais Unificados) em 2003, sendo equipamentos estruturadores em periferias, funcionando como grandes espaços comunitários. Com isso, é de extrema importância investigar e entender mais afundo sobre a comunidade e o território vulnerável, analisando suas relações e características, para demonstrar o papel e importância que as escolas e estes Centros públicos citados, bem como os espaços livres e pátios escolares, têm nessas regiões segregadas carentes. Então, notou-se a influência territorial que as instituições podem sofrer pelas suas características negativas, que é a hipótese do efeito-território na educação. Outra característica estudada e relevante relacionada aos temas abordados, é a relação favela–encosta e sua lógica de ocupação, explicitando a necessidade de criar conexões espaciais de nível local e urbano. Por fim, aprofundando-se numa questão mais projetual de como são tratados os pátios escolares e espaços livres, então, mostrando que o ensino não deve se limitar à escala da sala de aula, junto a importância de se criar espaços afeto-criativos.

In the past, the business environment was stable and managers navigated the challenges and focused their strategies on cost savings. Today, as digitalization progresses in business, it enables the supply chain to generate more valuable and affordable services to consumers. In this perspective, cloud computing can impact strategic procurement management by allowing data resources and analytics functions to become more effective for competitive advantage. Thus, in the context of transaction cost theory, this study aimed to evaluate the mediating effect of cloud computing on the relationship between strategic purchasing management and operational performance. In order to do so, an exploratory research of the qualitative-quantitative type was carried out and data collection was done through a structured questionnaire and applied to a sample of 117 respondents, composed of managers of companies that use cloud computing in the process of management. The data collected were treated by structured equation modeling, supported by SmartPLS software. As a result, it has been found that the use of the digital tool, cloud computing, partially mediates the relationship between strategic purchasing management and operational purchasing performance. This result has led to implications for theory and for administrative practices.

This paper studies the effects in a copper (Cu) alloy with the addition of Nickel (Ni), Silver (Ag) and Yttria (Y2O3), the metal-ceramic (cermet) alloy was manufactured by Powder Metallurgy (PM), this technique was chosen because it is advantageous when working with alloy elements with large difference in melting point, vapor pressure and density. It was used with the intention of creating a composite with good mechanical and electrical strength, capable to be measured by analyzing samples (including fractography) besides the usual experimental procedures of hardness and current tests. The results aim to explore some characteristics of this alloy as well as investigate and pursue such physical properties to meet current technology needs principally related as an option to anode of solid fuels or electrical contact in low temperatures. In general the study was satisfactory as it presents significant data especially in regard to the interaction of some physical characteristics on microscopic level of the components studied in this cermet that is still unknown and requires continued research. A fact that can be highlighted is the apparent lack of diffusion of Yttria particles that, as noted in the electronic mapping, were lodged between copper particles causing a not very homogeneous dispersion of the components in the alloy. This factor was most likely caused by low effectiveness compression and sintering of the samples, also impacting significantly on the hardness values and the conductivity values of about 29% IACS which measured in ambient temperature for metal alloys would be low, but for this metal-ceramic alloy is reasonable, as they have some inverse physical properties when exposed to cold temperatures resulting in lower resistivity values and higher critical temperatures making it suitable for low temperature electrical contacts. Y3 (Cu 90%/ Ni5%/ Ag3%/ Y2O32%) and Y6 (Cu 90%/ Ni7%/ Ag0%/ Y2O33%) samples with high concentration of Ni and low concentrations of Y2O3 had higher hardness values, and Y7 (Cu 95%/ Ni0%/ Ag0%/ Y2O35%) sample with high Cu concentration presented higher conductivity between all the samples.

No presente trabalho, analisamos a atuação do Estado na aplicação da pena privativa de liberdade, bem como os princípios e leis que delimitam o poder de punir. Ato contínuo, a pesquisa se propôs a averiguar a atuação do Direito Penal sobre os bens jurídicos tutelados nos crimes contra a ordem tributária. Por fim, o ponto crucial foi a visão constitucional sobre a pena privativa de liberdade para esses tipos de crimes.

O presente trabalho visa o estudo aprofundado de todas as imunidades tributárias previstas na Constituição Brasileira. Cada uma das imunidades tributárias será abordada no aspecto doutrinário, diferenciando a imunidade da isenção, demonstrando a extensão da imunidade, seu sentido, bem como elucidar e discorrer sobre todas as existentes em nossa Constituição; desde a imunidade recíproca (artigo 150, VI, “a” da Constituição Federal de 1988), passando pelos templos de qualquer culto, pelos partidos políticos e suas fundações, pelas entidades sindicais dos trabalhadores, pelas instituições de educação e de assistência social, pelos livros, jornais, periódicos e papel destinado à sua impressão, pelos fonogramas e videofonogramas musicais, bem como as demais imunidades relativas a impostos, posteriormente pela imunidade de contribuição, por fim, as imunidades das taxas. Através do estudo bibliográfico e jurisprudencial, ressaltando a importância e a definição de cada imunidade; mostrando temas modernos ou já pacificados em nossa doutrina, chegando ao resultado atual e extenso de nossas imunidades, visto que seu estudo tem, ao longo dos anos, provocado um intenso debate na doutrina sobre sua natureza, efeitos e interpretações.

O trabalho tem como objetivo analisar e interpretar as diferentes relações estabelecidas pelo usuário e os espaços livres, que adquirem uso público na periferia, abordando questões referentes à conceituação e morfologia de tais espaços. Busca-se questionar a quais estruturas atuais que esta população periférica está submetida, visando entender o cenário atual de segregação socioespacial. Por fim, após análise do território e suas relações com a população local, propõe-se uma intervenção arquitetônica. Entende-se o conceito de periferia, como um espaço não somente distante do centro, mas aquele que também se caracteriza pela sua deficiência em qualidade de vida e, consequentemente, em infraestrutura urbana. A periferia de São Paulo, origina-se no século XX devido ao surto industrial, ocasionando o crescimento da cidade e grande migração população. Com as modificações legislativas e elitização das áreas até então urbanizadas, como o Centro Histórico da cidade, a população mais pobre passa a buscar alternativas de moradia em locais mais distantes e baratos. Juntamente com este fato, pode-se destacar o papel do capital privado e o Estado na expansão horizontal da cidade, com os loteamentos irregulares e a habitação social, respectivamente. A periferia da cidade, tal como se apresenta hoje, é um reflexo das atitudes ou falta delas, tomadas no século passado. Nota-se que atualmente a falta de equipamentos públicos e infraestrutura urbana, voltada para esta população de menor renda, ainda está presente. A maior segregação pode ser percebida na quantidade de deslocamentos diários que são realizados em busca destes serviços. A periferia torna-se dormitório. Busca-se analisar a estrutura dos espaços públicos ao longo tempo para compreender melhor o espaço público de hoje: A rua como o lugar da luta e manifestação cultural e política. É observado que nestas regiões, pela falta de equipamentos, a população local reinventa-se ao apropriar-se das ruas, em busca do lazer, de diferentes formas. Já que, os poucos espaços planejados para este fim ou são inexistentes ou mau cuidados. Como objeto de estudo, foram analisados os espaços formados pelos vazios deixados pelo projeto da Cohab José Bonifácio. Por fim, propõe-se o projeto do Centro de Atividades Educacionais Raul Seixas, que tem como objetivo amenizar as necessidades da população local, por meio da criação de um espaço pensado no encontro e no convívio

The Constitution of 1988 gave a new coverage to the right to health, since it was previously a right guaranteed only to workers and dependents of the social security system, in the new Constitution became the right of everyone and the duty of the State, effected through social and economic policies. In this perspective, the demands related to the realization of social rights, especially the right to health, have been accentuated, which has been taken to the analysis of the Judiciary by many times, transforming it into a great agent of public policies. This practice passed to the members of the Judiciary, when the judicialization of social rights, the duty to analyze certain constraints of public policies that, until then, were restricted to public administrators. In this sense, the present dissertation will address the issue of excessive judicialization regarding the right to health and its economic impact on the cost of rights, analyzing its details and proposing solutions based on expert opinion.

A presente monografia propõe-se a analisar os impactos causados pela incidência do imposto sobre serviços (ISS) sobre as atividades realizadas pelas plataformas de streaming, conforme definição constante no item 1.09 da Lista Anexa à Lei Complementar nº 157/2016. Em razão disso, buscou-se traçar, primeiramente, as mudanças ocasionadas pela Era Digital em relação à economia tradicional, pautada na materialidade dos bens e serviços, o que fez com que o Direito promovesse balizas em seu ordenamento para se adequar à nova realidade social. Além disso, foram expostos alguns desafios decorrentes da tributação do streaming pelo ISS, tendo em vista a ampliação do conceito civilista de serviço, bem como as dificuldades em se identificar o local do estabelecimento prestador, que figura como sujeito ativo da relação tributária, responsável pela arrecadação e fiscalização do tributo, demonstrando, por fim, as alternativas dadas ao problema pelas legislações e propostas estrangeiras.

Investors have different levels of risk tolerance; have different amounts of monetary values available for investments, lifestyles, preferences and varying terms. With the sharp de-cline in the interest rate and increased investor interest in increasingly sophisticated investment products, there is a need to unite investors and financial market analysts because, on the one hand, have demanded more information and analysis on the financial market and on the other hand we have the offer of trained, trained and certified professionals to meet this demand. In-formation on financial products is dispersed, creating a way for the investor to initiate invest-ments consistently and because there are several levels of knowledge and consequently differ-ent types of needs, thus providing the opportunity to idealize an application, by which analysts financial institutions can send information on market behavior and forecasting, economic pro-spects, stock advice and respond to and support investors in their inquiries. In order to make it feasible, it is proposed, as innovation, the development of a distributed application, with a set of intelligent contracts that store the data in records within the blockchain. With this, the inves-tor does not need to register in several plataforms, since each one that he registers has to pay a monetary value or to receive a profile analysis or to obtain exclusive content on investments.

Os espaços da cidade são suscetíveis a alterações territoriais, da paisagem, na dinâmica cotidiana e nas relações sociais, sendo a Gentrificação um fenômeno que ocorre em meio à essas diversas mudanças, e na maioria das vezes é um processo controverso, pois em geral tem um reflexo na vida cotidiana da população. Busca-se neste trabalho compreender o fenômeno denominado Gentrificação, quais são os processos que envolvem a instalação de maneira geral, seus aspectos positivos e negativos e onde é possível reconhecer o fenômeno na cidade de São Paulo, por meio da fala de alguns autores de referência.
