This present work brings for discussion the results of a survey carried out with faculty that has significant experience in superior teaching in learning environments in the physical presence teaching mode and distance teaching through videoconference media. The survey seeks to learn how these professors perceive, among other aspects: the difference between real physical presence classes and those conducted by videoconference, what led them to this media, the difficulties found for accomplishing this work, and, according to their experiences, what are the capabilities that a professor needs to develop to work with videoconferencing. Aspects related to the material used in videoconferencing, both in relation to its preparation as well as its use, are approached, as well as the perception, their feeling, progress and difficulties. It is sought to extract from their perceptions the characteristics and competences required to act in a virtual learning environment of videoconferencing. The context of the videoconference was that of course attendants students and professors with teaching experience, and the videoconference was conducted as of a broadcasting studio with multipoint connection, i.e., the class was given simultaneously to four or five classes located in geographically dispersed places.

The Brazilian Consumer Protection and Defense Code rules the principles for shift of evidence burden. This paper broaches the relation between citizenship, legal process and consumer rights besides bringing to a focus the shift of evidence burden. It goals to develop the idea that the application of shift of evidence burden must consider the principles of easing access to the justice for the consumer, and putting into effect his rights. It also explores the functioning of shift of evidence burden in consumer area.

João Amos Comenius was one of the greatest Educators and Pedagogues of the 17th century and also of our time. He considered Pedagogy as a conjunction of religious and realistic ideas. The religious part is the purpose of education and the realistic part is the way. The purposes of education are the salvation and the eternal happiness with God. This research intends to present Comenius from the beginning of humanity education childhood that it abridges. The potentiality to learn with rules of graduation, method, rationalism, had contributed to the process of growth. In Comenius, teaching / learning becomes easy and efficacious because it trusts the method, ruled by the order, uniformity of orders, synchronicity of times and graduation of scholar skills the goals will be reached. It s educator s responsibility to teach the youth by his own life experiences, based on several phases and degrees of scholar experience, from the harmony of things and its relation with totality with simplicity, spontaneity and teaching everything to everyone. Education, based on Comenian thought, involves familiar and scholar education and an articulation between both institutions, producing an alliance that involves them with different duties to each one and the way they are presented to children.

The present work aims to analyse the antitrust law, pointing it as an instrument for public policies implementation to economic development. The association between atitrust law and economic development, instrument and posible effect, is based on the antitrust multiple function, which performs it both as public policy and systemic maintaining. Also, it takes into account the relevant impacts of competition in the most diverse spheres of social and economic life, as full employment, consumer relations, and especially in development. To achieve the intent, were analyzed as the traditional conceptions of antitrust law applied to economic power and regulation, in approach that also includes the study of the concept of power, economic, and antitrust law in Brazil. The development issue, was analyzed under conceptual and historical aspects. The work also nalyses have the antitrust law as a tool for implementation of public policies for economic development, following an approach that includes the verification of certain competitive practices applied to development adopted by some countries, under a critical perspective, not flouting the international context, and globalisation, differences and conflicts which lay between hegemonic and developing nations within the global economy.

This paper aims to expose and discuss one of the many forms of marginal expression existing in cities, seeking a possible intersection between such forms of artistic expression and the emergence of other or new territorialities in the public space. Starting from the marginal expressions born in the American hip-hop movement of the 70's and in Brazil in the 80's, also inspiration in other diverse manifestations and international and national artistic movements, such as installations, happenings and performances, it is sought apprehend and reflect on another urban ethos brought about by an art that combines lyrical and revolt by manifesting itself in some squares and buildings of the city treated here as "intermediate spaces". In this work, this other territoriality (or an intermediate space between the extensive public space and the private space) will be considered a fertile place for freedom of expression, suggesting the appropriation and free creation of its users, impelling the emergence of small "others spaces "that happen from the use, a" spontaneous architecture "of the space generated from the understanding of these processes of appropriation of the cities by the marginal and contestatory languages present in the collective Slams where poets read or recite a poetry of their own in a performative way, in form of battle - in the city of São Paulo. It starts from a discussion for the construction of a cartography of the contestatory action of the subject in the city, its expression and that other space produced as input for a reflection on the public space in the contemporaneity. It is hoped that at the end of the work, it is possible to qualify even as a concept, what would be an architecture sensitive to such urban ethos.

The seminal study of Meese & Rogoff on exchange rate forecastability had a great impact on international finance literature. The authors show that exchange rate forecasts based on structural models are worse than a naive random walk. This results is known as the Meese and Rogoff puzzle. Although the validity of this results has been checked for many currencies, the studies for Brazilian currency are not so common. Brazil is one of the most emerging market economies but only after 1999 the country has adopted the dirty floating exchange rate regime. Rossi runs an extensive study on MR puzzle but she didn't analyze Brazilian data. Our goal is to run a pseudo real time experiment to investigate whether or not forecasts based on econometric models that uses the fundamentals suggested by the exchange rate monetary theory of the 80's can beat the random model for Brazilian case and for a set of countries. Our work has three main differences to Rossi. We use bias correction technique and forecast combination in attempt to improve the forecast accuracy of our projections. We also combine the random walk projections with the projections of the structural models to investigate if it is possible to improve the random walk forecasts accuracy even further. However our results are quite in line with Rossi. We show that it is not difficult to beat the forecasts generated by the random walk with drift to Brazilian data but it is quite hard to beat random without drift. For the other cases were found models that outperform the passeio aleatório without drift, but are not generalizable models. Our results suggest that it is mandatory to have the random walk without drift as a benchmark and not only the random walk with drift in exercises that claims the MR result is not valid.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo reunir os estudos realizados sobre tipologia e modulação, com o intuito de compreender seu funcionamento e necessidades, afim de propor um objeto que contemple suas características com qualidade. Tem como base uma análise sobre a necessidade de abrangência do tema e de assuntos correlacionados. A partir disto, são realizados estudos de caso para a compreensão de como se dá a aplicação da modularidade na arquitetura, levando em consideração diferentes épocas, contextos e situações. Torna-se, por bem, necessário explicar sobre a pré-fabricação e a reprodução em massa. É, portanto, tido como exercício projetual, uma proposta de painel modular estrutural que possibilita a experimentação dos assuntos aqui tratados, de maneira a ser detalhado e tendo seu estudo reprodutivo e compositivo como forma de exemplificar sua aplicação.

This thesis revolved around four concepts in the literature of competitive advantage: capabilities, organizational ambidexterity, strategy types and organizational performance. Its main objective was to identify the relationship between organizational performance – as the result of the mediation among four types of capabilities – and the organizational ambidexterity, moderated by the type of strategy according to Miles and Snow’s (1978) typology. In order to reach the chosen objective a quantitative survey was carried out with 119 companies of the three sectors of economy: industry, commerce and services. A structured and closed questionnaire was applied following Likerts scales for each one of its items. Data was processed and evaluated through the technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with estimates in the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS), and using a SmartPLS 2.0 software. The analysis was done involving six models: three without the involvement of the capabilities and three involving the capability as mediator. The three main models were: the complete sample, the companies that were classified as Prospector/Analytical and companies classified as Defender/Reactive. The results identified a difference in the assessment of the indicators for the variables of ambidexterity and capability when comparing both groups of companies, as well as the existence of a representative index between ambidexterity and organizational performance, regardless of the group related to the type of strategic orientation. As a conclusion, the data shows that the variable capability has a mediating effect between organizational ambidexterity and performance, and the effect varies from total to partial, depending on the type of strategic orientation adopted by the companies, according to the model created by Miles and Snow (1978).

El estudio presentado tiene como foco el profesor de la contemporaneidad colocado ante un gran desafío, el de trabajar en medio de un universo marcado no sólo por el libro o por el lenguaje verbal meramente instruccional y funcional, sino por los lenguajes complejos e híbridos. El desafío del profesor, comprometido con el aprendizaje y la formación profesional de sus alumnos, que necesitan desarrollar habilidades ligadas también al uso de dispositivos y recursos digitales que forman parte del contexto cultural de los alumnos y el mundo del trabajo. Para justificar la importancia de la investigación vuelvo a la contemporaneidad, la sociedad del conocimiento y el contexto de cómo vivimos, ritmo de vida acelerado, exceso de información, cambios constantes y desafíos diarios. Los jóvenes alumnos del curso técnico en administración forman parte de esa sociedad y nacieron en plena revolución tecnológica. En el caso de que el aula se haya transformado en un espacio cruzado por mensajes, signos y códigos que no se ajustan o se limitan a la tradición de los contenidos que rige y educación formal tradicional, pero que muchos profesores todavía están presos, exigiendo de éstos, el uso de Lenguajes complejos e híbridos en el aula, junto con la tecnología. Ante esta paradoja, sociedad del conocimiento y escuela, para el desarrollo de esta disertación, analizé cómo el conocimiento del profesional del área de administración, que se convirtió en profesor, aplica en su didáctica de aula, que contempla el uso de recursos y dispositivos digitales Para el desarrollo de competencias profesionales de los alumnos del curso técnico en administración de WX, unidad operacional AB (WXAB). Este punto motivó la investigación de profesores sin formación pedagógica y cómo el profesional de mercado utiliza la tecnología en el aula en el curso técnico en administración. Por medio de estos objetivos, utilizo como procedimiento la metodología de cuño cualitativo para entender cómo los profesores de los cursos técnicos en administración utilizan los dispositivos y recursos digitales en el aula teniendo como principales bases teóricas, Vigotski y Pozo. Por último, se aplicaron entrevistas para conocer y analizar cómo utilizan los dispositivos y recursos digitales en el aula.

Esta monografia trata da questão da relação do edifício com a cidade, mais especificamente seus pavimentos térreos, onde há uma comunicação direta com a rua. A partir disso, dessa vontade de discutir sobre este assunto da permeabilidade urbana, e de como os edifícios de uso misto podem ser muito interessantes para a dinâmica urbana, sendo uma opção para a construção dos espaços públicos na cidade, fez-se um recorte no tempo, na história de São Paulo, analisando e percorrendo os exemplares da produção da arquitetura moderna, edifícios galerias construídos entre 1930 e 1960, que estão ligados ao processo de expansão do centro histórico, industrialização, comércio varejista, verticalização da cidade, ao Plano de Avenidas e legislação atuante na época. Estes edifícios ajudaram a construir a paisagem urbana e criar novas funções ao térreo, garantindo relação intensa entre interior e exterior. A pesquisa parte de uma contextualização desta tipologia, as galerias, na Europa, da relação comércio e cidade, para então introduzir a relação do comércio com a cidade de São Paulo, que foi muito importante para sua expansão e surgimento dos edifícios galerias, e a partir do estudo feito de um período de grande relevância para a formação da metrópole, analisar como muitos edifícios, que vem sendo construídos de maneira a negar o entorno, criando barreiras, poderiam trabalhar esta relação interno e externo e ser mais generosos com o espaço que lhe abriga. Assim, através do entendimento dos processos da cidade, seus desdobramentos, o trabalho busca propor uma arquitetura de uso misto que resgate a memória do local e crie um espaço de dinâmica urbana e um motivo para se permanecer, em uma região que já foi palco de atividades culturais na cidade.

The aim of this study is to analyze the constitution of identity in Ugly, autobiography of the British writer Constance Briscoe and the establishment with the reader of the autobiographical pact, as theorized by Philippe Lejeune. This study examined the use of rhetorical resources, through theorists such as Aristoteles and Heinrich Lausberg, and the question of identity, from the theories of Mikhail Bakhtin and Anthony Giddens. After analysis was verified that the character's identity is fluid, balancing between the past suffering by constant verbal abuses and its overcoming in the present.
