O trabalho tratou sobre violência de gênero e a tipificação do feminicídio. O objetivo do estudo foi analisar as raízes da violência de gênero e do feminicídio na sociedade, bem como tecer críticas à tipificação do feminicídio. Para tanto, optou-se por utilizar método dedutivo, iniciando-se o trabalho com a conceituação de termos como “gênero”, “divisão sexual do trabalho” e “virilidade”, a fim de elucidar o contexto em que ocorrem os feminicídios, buscando o entendimento de que se trata da consequência última da violência de gênero. A partir de tais conceitos passa a ser feita uma análise mais profunda da figura do feminicídio, primeiramente com o exame da construção do termo, das diferentes categorias e modalidades do delito e do caso emblemático de Ciudad Juárez, no México. Em um segundo momento, observamos como ocorreu a inserção do feminicídio no Código Penal brasileiro, trazendo um histórico da condição da mulher na legislação penal e demonstrando a importância da Comissão Parlamentar Mista de Inquérito da Violência contra Mulher. O trabalho é finalizado com o exame das críticas positivas e negativas à tipificação do feminicídio, ressaltando-se como importante decorrência da tipificação a criação de políticas criminais para prevenção do delito, e a possibilidade de haver uma maior coleta de dados que paute o desenvolvimento de políticas públicas de prevenção da violência contra mulher. No que diz respeito às críticas negativas, destacamos o argumento do direito penal mínimo que condena a criação de um tipo penal, vez que a base da violência de gênero é cultural, devendo-se buscar alternativas à tipificação.

Esta monografia tem como objetivo aproximar alguns elementos da Matemática ao universo da Astronomia, através de amostras simples, interessantes e de fácil entendimento aos alunos do Ensino Médio. Será mostrado, por exemplo, como o homem conseguiu, na antiguidade, calcular o diâmetro do planeta Terra, para posteriormente medir sua distância ao nosso satélite natural, a Lua e também à nossa estrela, o Sol. Com o passar do tempo, esses procedimentos foram aperfeiçoados e notou-se que as unidades do Sistema Internacional (SI) eram ineficientes para a medição das grandes distâncias estelares, ou seja, centímetros, metros ou até mesmo quilômetros não eram adequados para calcular, por exemplo, a longitude entre dois planetas, estrelas e para descrever a órbita de astros e de outros corpos celestes. Surgiram então a Unidade Astronômica (UA), os Anos-luz (AL) e os Parsecs, unidades de distância mais apropriadas para intervalos tão imensos em nosso universo. E para trabalhar com números infinitamente grandes ou infinitamente pequenos, o uso da notação científica faz-se necessária e imprescindível. Geralmente, os astrônomos obtêm informações sobre os astros sem a possibilidade de tocá-los e muito menos de colher amostras; diante desta dificuldade, métodos como, por exemplo, a paralaxe e posteriormente, a deflexão de ondas de rádio foram desenvolvidos para que estes dados fossem obtidos com melhor precisão. E o homem conseguiu chegar, através de avanços tecnológicos, a estudos que datam dos primórdios do universo.

The development of assessment tools for literacy involves multidisciplinary teams and is an important research field in Psychology. Technological advances have permitted devising new Internet-mediated psychological assessment tools for the school context. Controlled procedures are necessary to evaluate the efficacy and quality of such instruments. The aim of this study is to validate five tests of BALE On-Line for children in the Elementary School. The study assessed 964 students (463 girls) with mean age of 9,8 years old (SD=1,77), from 1st to 4th grades in the Elementary level. The students were from three private and two public schools in São Paulo Metropolitan area. The test was administered through the Internet with automatic result recording. Results showed that scores increased significantly over successive school levels as well as the execution time decreased significantly, except from 3rd to 4th grade in both measures. Cluster analyses identified five profiles for the students in the 1st and 2nd grades, and three profiles in the 3rd and 4th grades. The patterns revealed more difficulties in reading and writing among students from public schools. Correlation analyses showed positive correlations between all the five tests. The BALE On-line is recommended to be used in long distance assessment of literacy skills (reading and writing) in Brazilian students from Elementary School.

O livro-reportagem Nas correntezas do Rio Jequitinhonha foi elaborado com o intuito de mostrar a influência do Rio Jequitinhonha na vida da população do Baixo e Médio Jequitinhonha desde antes do “descobrimento” do Brasil até os dias de hoje. O passado e o presente do Vale do Jequitinhonha são retratados por meio do transporte; músicas e artistas locais; economia; religião; cultura indígena e costumes antigos que deixaram de ser uma profissão, mas ainda não foram extintos, como canoeiros e lavadeiras. Todos ligados pelo Rio Jequitinhonha. Dados técnicos como IDH, IBGE e PIB foram levados em conta na hora da análise. O livro procura retratar ao máximo a influência do Rio Jequitinhonha na vida dos habitantes e das cidades que o cercam.

Nos últimos anos notou-se a necessidade de reavaliar a importância de jejum de 8-12 horas para exame de perfil lipídico. O presente trabalho realizou uma revisão da literatura para verificar a necessidade de jejum para análise do perfil lipídico, bem como, o impacto desta flexibilização aos indivíduos. Verificou-se que a não realização do jejum já vem sendo praticada em diversos países incluindo o Brasil. Porém, para que essa alteração seja realizada foram necessárias modificações nos métodos de quantificação do LDL, sendo necessária a utilização da fórmula de Martin, ao invés da equação de Friedewald usada apenas quando se realiza o jejum. Vale ressaltar que, quando os níveis de triglicérides forem superiores a 440 mg/dL e em casos específicos pré-determinados pelo médico, pode ser solicitada uma nova coleta ou a realização do exame em jejum. Em relação aos laudos houve simplificação dos intervalos de referência para colesterol total, HDL-C e TG, já que agora apresentam apenas a faixa “desejável”. Uma substancial mudança encontra-se nos intervalos de referência para as frações LDL-C e colesterol não-HDL, uma vez que, essas frações não vão mais exibir valores de referência para a população saudável. Seus valores representam alvo terapêutico a ser atingido com o tratamento hipolipemiante, levando em consideração a estimativa do risco cardiovascular calculado para cada paciente. Além dessas mudanças pode-se considerar que o estado pós-prandial indica de forma mais precisa as condições fisiológicas pelas quais o indivíduo está exposto no dia a dia ao contrário do jejum. Além disso, há comodidade em realizar o exame após uma consulta médica além de diminuir a chance de ocorrer hipoglicemia em pacientes diabéticos. Os estudos envolvendo testes clínicos demonstraram que o perfil lipídico em pacientes no estado pós-prandial mostrou valores mais precisos para a predição de riscos cardíacos. Desta forma deve ser realizada uma avaliação individual pelo médico e só assim em casos específicos realizar o exame com jejum.

Can deconstruction show any evidence of the beliefs and transformations that teachers/coordinators have built throughout their story? How are they present in their educational actions? The following research goes through different paths in order to understand if teachers and coordinators have lived deconstruction moments that might have affected their beliefs about education and if they have caused any impact on their practises. For the research's development, the choice of using A/r/tography as methodology was essential to interlace with art, to understand its contribution in the process of teachers' formation with the purpose of provoking transformative experiences. Testimonials collected by e-mail were used as well as face-to-face interviews and the studies of theorists as Antônio Nóvoa, Ana Angélica Albano, Madalena Freire, Fernando Hernández, Denise Vaillant, Vea Vecchi, Peter Moss, Isabel Alarcão, Jerome Bruner e Mirian Celeste Martins. Deconstruction movements were revealed in: the relation of learning and teaching in lived experiences; Continuing Education and life on learning communities; change of management or function; creation processes in teaching. It was also confirmed the potency of art understood as a way of thinking the world, not just as a specific language, but offered as a space/studio for the expressive work that provokes deconstructions and resignifications of the pedagogical actions.

This text has as an objective to problematize the main changes in the Brazilian gospel scenario from the “Assembleia de Deus” church. What were the main changes that occurred in the 90’s that transformed the gospel music? To treat this question, we’ll take as an empirical example the career of the pastor and singer Cassiane, arguing that her musical style – the “Pop pentecostal” – was responsible for considerable changes in the Pentecostal music scenario and beyond it.

The main objective is to provide small and medium-sized Brazilian enterprises (SMEs) a package of feasible tools that are also mitigating business risks and to collaborate with the development and prosperity of this business niche. The study presents the tools that have the best insight in the degree of importance and that would be easier deployment. We cannot forget that these companies suffer numerous resource constraints, in many different ways. Therefore, it is made an analysis of the current scenario of the acts regulating anti-corruption and compliance practices in key countries, and in Brazil by Law No. 12,846. Then takes place the development and implementation of a research questionnaire aiming to capture the necessary information for mapping and definition of the applicable proposal. With the possession of 161 valid responses for quantitative analysis, it uses the IBM tool, SPSS, for the factor analysis and data average test. At the end, we present a package of tools, distributed by level of importance and ease of deployment in enterprises. Such tools have a satisfactory level of an ease deployment, which can be used in a practical and applied way, in the professional environment of small and medium enterprises. Related to the degree of importance the study concludes and presents the most important tools are the creation of a compliance committee, the inclusion of compliance clauses with the representatives and business partners and external audit. From the perspective of ease of deployment, the study concludes and presents that would be the preparation of a developer conduct Manual and the definition of a Code of Ethics.

Analyzing and understanding the behavior of players in virtual environments has been a key activity for companies that develops and produce digital games. Players not only play, but they are also consumers of in-game products, buy possible sequences or expansions of games, and spread them to friends. In the case of Massive Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game (MMORPG), players have different gameplay patterns, and by classifying them, it is possible for developers to make changes that satisfy more types of players in a specific way, resulting in spending more time in the virtual environment. This study aims to show that it is possible to classify players through gameplay analysis in well-established theories such as Bartle's archetypes. It is presented an analysis of the main types of players studied in Academy as follows: behavioral analysis, questionnaires and game telemetry data analysis. There is also a section describing the Game Analytics processes and a section with the results.

The use of PET in cosmetics packaging is growing and the use of post-consumer recycled material is an alternative with the development of recycling process and also with all the discussions about the increase of environmental impact. The objective of this project is to evaluate the influence of post-consumer recycled PET in the mechanical properties and the aesthetics appearance in cosmetics packaging. The materials used was virgin PET with nominal value of intrinsic viscosity (IV) of 0,80 dL/g and two grades of post-consumer recycled PET with nominal value of IV of 0,68dL/g and 0,80dL/g. The main parameter used in the PET industry is the IV because it is directly related to the molar mass of the polymer and also to the quality of the material. The packages were manufactured by injection stretch blow molding process with different percentages of virgin PET and post-consumer recycled PET. The characterization was realized by visual analysis, spectroscopy to evaluate the variation of color and mechanical tests. The results were satisfactory for the mechanical tests, showing no major differences in results when compared to virgin PET. In aesthetics appearance, the color variation is noticeable, due to the thermal degradation of the material, but less noticeable in the packages with the post-consumer recycled PET with lower IV.

The public civil action stands out as an essential and important way to the transindividual law defense, not only for proposing the defense of this particular class of rights, but also for bringing innovation to the traditional lawsuit thought. Among the innovations, two are showed as essential: the enlargement of the judged thing boundaries and, mainly, the change in the legitimacy systematic to act. This last one was very relevant to the access to the transindividual conflict justice, which started having the possibility of being hold by civil associations. Besides both of them, the Ministério Público (kind of district attorney) and the Public Administration (direct and indirect) are legitimated to the proposal of the public civil action, however the associations, for presenting themselves as a longa manus of the society, would be very important for the citizen participation in the power, through the jurisdictional activity.

Launched at the beginning of the twentieth century, the book The Protestant Ethic and the Spirit of Capitalism became a classic work of Sociology of Religion, when it developed a social analysis method feeling the influence of religion in the society structure. With tests from Calvinists Groups of seventeen and eighteen centuries, the sociologist Max Weber extract elements from Puritan Calvinist Doctrina which ones gave a behavior to Christians in the economic society, generating a new type of capitalism the modern Ocident capitalism. John Calvin was one of the main leaders of the Protestant Reformation of sixteen century and at this time, he transmitted to the Christian Church and to the world, an acknowledged work about Protestant Systematic Theology that became the base of Reformed Churches Doctrina. In this dissertation, we tried to appreciate the analysis of Max Weber about Protestan Ethics, which dominated the spirit of capitalism, like to learn from original writes of Calvin at sixteen century, the proposal of behaviour and elements of Doctrina tha identified an original Protestant Etchic to the reformer thoughts. The purpose is to know and to recover the Calvin thoughts and then the trues and values that formed his different Christian Ethic, to advise the Christian behaviour in society.

The town of Mairiporã counts on one of the larger environmental historic heritage of the metropolitan region of São Paulo. The whole territory of the municipality is include as Environmental Preservation Area of the Cantareira Range Mountains (State Law nº 10,111 of December 4th , 1998, not yet regulated ) and 80.1% are environmental protected by the State (State Laws Nº 898 of December 18th , 1975 and 1,172 of November 17th, 1976) what is related to its better water quality and quantity that supply the region and with the forest remnants preservation. This work presents the recent urbanization of the Municipality of Mairiporã being part of a historic process of land use changes that involve the whole metropolitan context and its inter-relationship with the critical water supply regional situation.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso visa analisar os motivos que justificaram o legislador a positivar um novo tipo penal no ordenamento jurídico. Como deve ser compreendida e apli-cada a circunstância qualificadora nos casos concretos, em especial nas situações que envolvam grupos em situação de maior vulnerabilidade do que a mulher, como no caso dos homossexuais e transexuais. Se é possível a aplicação da circunstância qualificadora para estes grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade e quais os critérios que devem ser adotados para garantir a segu-rança jurídica, de modo os operadores do direito possam ter certeza quando é cabível sua apli-cação ou não. Para tanto, analisa como a violência de gênero vem sendo praticada no Brasil e como atingem esses grupos em situação de vulnerabilidade na atualidade. Outrossim, como deve ser feita a análise jurídica quando a qualificadora do feminicídio for aplicada nas relações homoafetivas e nos casos de pessoas transexuais.
