A presença feminina nas práticas sociais desenvolvidas por grupos religiosos no Bairro de Higienópolis
Based on considerations concerning the representativity of the role played by women in social practices, particularly as members of religious groups, this study was developed with the purpose to identify, in the district of Higienópolis, São Paulo, the action of such groups, aiming at understanding the meaning attributed by women participating in them. Sociological theoretical fundamentals were used and historical facts related to women's participation in society and their resistance movements were described. Religious groups in the district of Higienópolis, which had been introduced at different times and each with its own historical and religious characteristics, were identified Catholics, Jews and Protestants. The meaning that women associated with these groups and comprising almost the total number of their members attributed to the social practices that they developed showed an assistentialist perception with little commitment to changing reality. This study was concluded by indicating the need to install educational measures aiming a greater involvement of society with more consequent and transforming social activities.

Direito civil e a reificação do ser humano: um estudo crítico do caráter capitalista do dano moral brasileiro a partir da doutrina marxista
This study analyses the influence of the capitalist economic order in determining the moral damage (non-economic damage) in Brazilian law, under the doctrine of Karl Marx, to demonstrate that its application is not consistent with the principle of human dignity, thus performing a kind justice that follows a patrimonial logic inherent in capitalism, which is to quantify people, therefore incompatible with the concept of human dignity of Immanuel Kant, who advocates the inability of man to be quantified, as a thing to be used by others. This is because, under capitalism, human beings can be reduced to an economic expression (reified) because their attributes are part of the economic process.

Afinal, o que é contabilidade comportamental ? um estudo bibliométrico mapeando a produção científica na área
Objetivo do Trabalho: analisar as publicações sobre Behavioral Accounting (BA) de 1950 a 2020, nas diversas áreas de conhecimento da Contabilidade e as relacionar aos seus diversos aspectos de forma a entender o que se discute sobre BA no Brasil e no mundo, propondo-se uma definição operacional para a área, delimitando-se assim o seu campo de estudo, e um produto tecnológico – guia didático para pesquisas bibliométricas. Metodologia: é um estudo quantitativo com abordagem bibliométrica, aplicando-se a revisão sistemática da literatura, complementado pela aplicação de estudo qualitativo, com a utilização de análise de conteúdo sobre os trabalhos publicados e disponíveis nas plataformas científicas de bases de dados da CAPES, Web of Science, EBSCO e SCOPUS. Resultados: o estudo identificou crescente interesse sobre o tema, principalmente na última década, e tendência à utilização de instrumentos online neste campo de pesquisa. A produção analisada apresentou característica anglo-saxônica e pouca expansão para outros países. O Brasil mostra um esforço de geração de conhecimento na área, embora não se identifique um centro produtor de conhecimento em Contabilidade Comportamental neste país, vislumbra-se um campo de pesquisa a ser explorado. Há indicação de dinamicidade e importância do tema na contemporaneidade devido ao aumento no número de citações das publicações analisadas na última década. A produção apareceu esparsa, distribuída por diferentes instituições, porém a Auburn University, no Estado do Alabama, EUA, aparece como um possível centro produtor do conhecimento, podendo vir a constituir-se numa oportunidade de pesquisa conjunta para pesquisadores brasileiros. Notou-se que os estudos têm, em sua maioria, ênfase na abordagem positiva superando a normativa, enfoque comportamental, área temática ensino e pesquisa e foco em indivíduos e condições ambientais. A análise de conteúdo temática, através da categorização de seus conceitos, permitiu identificar as diversas características que compõem o corpus de documentos e o desenho de uma definição operacional para o tema, apresentada nos resultados deste estudo. Tanto na análise bibliométrica, quanto na análise de conteúdo, observou-se a orientação da produção em BA para a educação e pesquisa, indicando uma tendência do tema se tornar uma disciplina essencial na formação de profissionais da área contábil, especialmente em programas profissionais que aproximam a teoria à prática. Implicações práticas: para os programas de ensino, para os pesquisadores e demais interessados na produção científica das diversas áreas de atuação da contabilidade, permitindo aplicação deste conhecimento em seus estudos, além dos desdobramentos na atuação desses profissionais enquanto se especializam em programas profissionais, aproximando a teoria que aprendem às práticas nas organizações em que atuam. Originalidade e contribuições: as questões exploradas e compiladas neste trabalho poderão ajudar outros pesquisadores, facilitando seus trabalhos de pesquisa, pois traz, além do entendimento e identificação operacional sobre o que é BA, a compilação da metodologia utilizada nesta pesquisa através de uma guia didático, que será disponibilizado e poderá ser consultado por aqueles que pretenderem aplicar a mesma metodologia em suas pesquisas.

A avaliação da aprendizagem no atendimento de alunos com necessidades educacionais especiais na classe comum
This research pretend contributing as a reflection over some dilemmas currently present in the learning evaluation system, regarding basically to the students with special necessities and how they has been evaluated at the regular school. To understand the current situation, we go back to the history of special education and the related evaluation system, emphasizing the legislation which drives the teaching and the evaluation method of learning, as used by the teachers of the São Paulo State Public Schools. The research, as a qualitative kind and explorer nature, has been made using questionnaires filled by teachers of the 5th grade of the Fundamental Course of a public school. The results put in relief contradictory aspects, particularly in the way they are connected to the identification of educational necessities of the pupils, as well as related to the knowledge of these who are specific in the process of their evaluation. To sum up, this is the requirements of the learning process with students dealing with special education necessities in regular classroom, as though the adaptation during the evaluation according to its importance.

The management of a Higher Education Institution is not limited to its students alone. To provide a service in order to serve its customers, it is necessary to seek for improvements in the way it manages its activities. Through the management control it is possible to improve the activities of the organization, optimize time and resources to ensure its continuity. One of the tools of management control is the Quality Management. This type of management aims to ensure that a product or service meets the expectations of both internal customers and external customers. The main objective of this work is to propose Quality Management models that meet the needs of internal clients of a Higher Education Institution, where the author of this work is a professional and has identified the possibility of introducing improvements in these processes. The data for the execution of this model were collected locally by the author and complemented by means of interviews group focus by group of internal clients to know their needs and the results were displayed by categories. As a final result, the Plan, Do, Check, Act model was proposed to organize the processess, the Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Custumers matrix for ordering the information received, its processing and delivery, the What, When, where, who, why, How questionnaire model to identify the clients and obtain their needs, it was draw up the flowchart of the processes and to pointed out, in an initial way, the risks of the activities, finalized in the production of an internal standard developed in the institution in question.

O atendimento educacional especializado nas escolas municipais de educação infantil em São Paulo
In October 2016, the municipality of São Paulo instituted the Policy on Special Education in the Perspective of Inclusive Education to ensure access, permanence, full participation and learning of students under specialized educational services in educational units. This research aimed to analyze the specialized educational service in municipal schools for children's education, using a cross-sectional method of research with a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach. The data was collected through: (a) a semi-structured interview with two coordinators of a Training and Monitoring Center of Inclusion, as well as a teacher of specialized educational services responsible for the multifunctional resource room installed in a municipal education school child; (b) online survey with teachers who work with children in specialized educational services in municipal schools for children's education; and (c) demand identification of special education target public students from the municipal schools of child education of a Regional Board of Education. The data analysis indicated that although the new special education policy provides three different categories of specialized educational services (before/after school, collaborative and itinerant), the most practiced modality in municipal schools of children's education is itinerant, in which the regent teacher of the class is responsible for the specialized educational services. It was also found through the semi-structured interviews a great difficulty for the professional responsible for itinerant attendance in schools to work collaboratively with the regular classroom teacher, helping him to develop pedagogical strategies and resources.

Inclusão digital de jovens e adultos: a alfabetização digital de alunos do curso de Informática do Centro Municipal de Capacitação e Treinamento
The present work analyzes which the characteristics of the pupils, young and adults, who look the course of computer science of the Municipal Capacity and Training Center (Centro Municipal de Capacitação e Treinamento CMCT), a primary professional municipal training school in São Paulo, and as they perceive the importance of the same for its professional and personal life. Based on the data collected from a questionnaire filled out by a group of 120 students of the 4th (October) and 5th (November) groups of 2005, we tried to identify the characteristics of the people attending the course: age, sex, schooling, marital status, occupation, monthly earning, reason for taking the course, whether the course has been helping in their jobs and lives, expectations towards learning, whether they are happy with what they are learning, what they expect to learn with this new kind of learning methodology, how the course could be more helpful, if they consider important to keep studying, and their expectations towards the future, personally and professionally. As this first overview outlined a great demand for the course because of professional reason, the second instrument used to collect data was a survey that focused on how can digital literacy change personal and professional life of former students who where, during the research, working and earning a living in a professional activity. The data analysis was based in a theoretical reference that included the following themes: What is the meaning of Digital Inclusion; The access to Information Technologies in Brazil; the Digital Literacy as part of the Inclusion Process; the Production of Knowledge and Social Awareness; The New Technologies and The Working World and Public Politics of Digital Inclusion.

Capacidade e necessidade percebidas pelos formandos em ciências contábeis ás competências inerentes ao desempenho profissional
The present research seeks to carry out a descriptive analysis of the data and identify the dimensions of the instrument applied in order to quantify the perception of the graduates of the accounting science course regarding the capacities and needs inherent to the exercise of the profession, presenting them with the skills identified in studies previous questions and asking if they understand that they achieved mastery at the end of the Accounting course. The dimensions with the best and worst results were identified and each dimension was compared with the respondents' characterization variables. The study has a quantitative approach with the application of a questionnaire where students answered thinking about the skills acquired in their course giving a grade from 1 to 10, where 1 means that the course did not fully meet expectations and grade 10 means that it fully met expectations . The criterion for choosing the target audience was to seek graduating students in the seventh and eighth semester, which was extended to students in the fifth and sixth semester to reach a greater number of respondents. The method was developed from the application of the questionnaire that was accessed through a link on the QuestionPro platform, enabling the formation of a database for multivariate with descriptive and factorial analysis to identify the main competence groups. The results collected pointed out that the respondents tended to say that the course partially met expectations, except for language skills, which presented a very low average of 3.79%, the averages of between 6.5% and 7.5%, showing that there is still a lot of space for expanding actions that can contribute to the professional development of graduating students who will enter the job market. The low score for the intellectual dimension points out that universities need to work on the issue by identifying the variables that lead students to this perception and seek with them ways to improve this issue, in addition to expanding the other dimensions so that they effectively have the domain of competencies who will be able to guarantee your personal and professional development throughout their careers. The research has practical implications because it confirms Cardoso's model (2006) and also shows a tendency of improvement in the students' perception regarding the contribution of university education in the development of their professional skills. There are not many studies on the skills of the accounting professional and the few that exist have not yet managed to define the profile of the professional, tending more to the definition of the job functions, this research contributes to the expansion of the discussion about what the market defines such as the skills needed to practice the profession and how they are perceived by the graduating students.

Punição física em crianças com deficiências de um município de baixa renda: um estudo epidemiológico
Violence can be considered as any action that is injurious to the life and health of an individual. Children and adolescents, due to their greater vulnerability and dependence, are frequently victims of abusive acts. Among the educational practices that parents most commonly use, we find corporal punishment. There have been no epidemiological studies identified in Brazil about domestic violence against handicapped children and adolescents, but it seems reasonable to suppose that the numbers in this vulnerable group are also high. The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine the frequency of physical punishment in physically and sensorially handicapped children and adolescents in a low-income urban community in the metropolitan region of São Paulo; (2) to describe the type of punishment suffered by these children and adolescents in the domestic environment, according to the type of handicap; and (3) to compare the physical punishment of children and adolescents having physical, sensorial and no handicaps. Methods: transversal study with a populational sample in a low-income neighborhood in the city of Embu, São Paulo. The sample included 811 children and adolescents aged from 0 to 17 years. The instruments used were the CORE questionnaire to evaluate domestic violence and the Questionnaire of the Brazilian Association of Research Enterprises (BARE) to determine economic classes. Being that the data in this study are part of the Brazilian Study of Domestic Violence (Estudo Brasileiro de Violência Doméstica (BrazilSAFE), the definitions of severe and non-severe physical punishment are based therein. Results: In this sample, 47 children/adolescents (5,8%) presented some type of physical and/or sensorial handicap according to information given by the mothers. Of the total sample number, high indices of non-severe punishment (67.6%) and severe punishment (19.6%) were identified, as was found in the handicapped sub-sample: (61.7%) of non-severe physical punishment and severe punishment (10.6%) during the last twelve months. In non-severe punishment slapping of the buttocks was prominent, while in severe punishment, slapping the buttocks with objects, such as a pole, a broom, a wooden stick or a belt were more prominent. We also verified that sensorially handicapped children and adolescents have a greater chance of suffering non-severe physical punishment than do those that are physically handicapped (OR: 5,0; IC 1,2-20,4. p 0,03). Conclusion: Due to the high rate of punishments encountered, it would extremely important that systems be implemented to prevent the violence practiced against handicapped children and adolescents. Entities to protect the child and adolescents as well as support services for the family, with special attention to those who are sensorially handicapped, or, if you will, those who are less visible, can contribute to a better assistance prevetting the aggravation of the problems and the sprouting of new cases.

The present thesis aims to verify the contribution rendered by the Judiciary Branch´s highest Courts and also by the Citizenship Court, on the interpretation and application of the Consumer Code, with a view to the constitutionalisation. On the same way, it will also be complemented with the analysis of decisions related to impact issues on the society, capable to give support to the position of both Courts and to demonstrate the evolution of the scientific thinking in this field of Law. On this sense, this research points out the influence of baffling laws on the Consumer Code, as well as the legislative bills, which tend to change, or even to modernize this protective microsystem, without disregarding the role played by the administrative bodies on these goals.
