The use of the Tik Tok social network: an interactive strategy to awaken reading
TICs have been well accepted by elementary school students, but the teacher is not always prepared to encourage and build this type of work. Faced with the difficulty of living with the new language, questions are raised about the theoretical basis and strength of the video tool to encourage text production. Today we are experiencing an opportune moment since the reference document, the Common National Curriculum Base - BNCC - guides and recommends an interactionist teaching and the use of TDICs, in addition to another reinforcement, the pandemic, which incited the teaching staff of basic education to relearn digital technologies and the media in the area of Languages and their Technologies. The objective, therefore, is to suggest to teachers one more option / tool for teaching Portuguese Language in which they can work with high school classes focusing on the dissemination of indications of books made by the students themselves, videos that they produce in a way dynamic that brings interest and awakens the reading through the recommendations made. The research is based on the qualitative methodology, of bibliographic nature, with theoretical support in BNCC (2018), Rojo (2009;2012;2016;2019), Antunes (2003,2007), Ana Elisa Ribeiro (2007;2013), among others that discuss the theme. The dialogues produced between teachers should contribute to better and productive days in the classroom at the elementary school.

Effect of the association of acupuncture with herbal medicine on pain management and quality of life of fibromyalgia patients: literature review
Fibromyalgia is a chronic pain syndrome, non-inflammatory, of unknown etiology, manifested in the musculoskeletal system, and may present symptoms in other systems. With a controversial definition, mainly due to the absence of anatomical substrate in its pathophysiology and symptoms easily confused with depression and chronic fatigue syndrome, the diagnosis is difficult. Thus, the aim of the present study was to carry out a literature review to determine the effect of the association of acupuncture with herbal medicines as a technique to be used to relieve pain and improve the quality of life in individuals with fibromyalgia. For this purpose, a literature review on the subject was carried out in the academic Google and PubMed databases between the years 1956 to 2021. Alternative and complementary medicine has been much sought after in recent years, especially by fibromyalgia patients, in which isolated conventional therapy has shown limited benefits and requires a multidisciplinary treatment. Among the alternative techniques, acupuncture, which is an ancient technique based on the stimulation of specific points of the body aiming at a therapeutic or homeostatic effect, through a reflex therapy in which the nociceptive stimulus given to the point triggers responses in other areas of the body, acting in the reduction effectively of pain, which allows to improve the quality of life of fibromyalgia patients. Herbal medicines, on the other hand, which are industrialized products obtained from medicinal plants, have great therapeutic potential in the treatment of pain and with this perspective, several studies have been conducted in the search for new treatment alternatives for patients with these pathologies.

Surgical management of natal and neonatal teeth in patients with cleft lip and palate – Case Report
Background: Natal teeth are defined as teeth present at birth, while neonatal dental elements are those that hatch within 30 days after this event, and these changes from normality are more frequent in babies with cleft lip and palate. Conservative treatment consists of follow-up in cases where there is no harm to the mother and child. However, the presence of these elements can cause discomfort during suction, laceration of the mother's breasts and aspiration of teeth, requiring surgical removal. Objective and case report: the aim of this work is to present two cases of natal and neonatal teeth in babies with cleft lip and palate. The first case is intended to report a neonatal tooth in the anterior region of the mandible. The second, in sequence, reports the presence of a natal tooth in the maxillary region, both of which are deciduous dentition. The treatment of choice for the two cases mentioned above involved the removal of the elements and subsequent follow-up, a therapy chosen due to suction difficulties, mobility that can predispose to accidental aspiration of the element by the baby, injuries to the breast during breastfeeding and damage to molding in cases where there is a need to make intraoral plates to help with feeding. Conclusion: Although conservative treatment is a viable option in some cases of natal and neonatal teeth in patients with cleft lip and palate, surgical removal is an effective therapy in cases where the dental element causes significant damage to the mother and baby.

Leaves of Olea europaea L. as a source of oleuropein: characteristics and biological aspects
Olive fruits, leaves and derived virgin oils are known to be good sources of polyphenols and other antioxidants that have recently received increasing interest. In addition, its derivatives are responsible for the bitter and spicy taste of green olive fruits and virgin olive oils. In the physiology of the olive plant, the enzymatic biotransformation of oleuropein is related to fruit ripening and the tissue-specific defense mechanism. The oleuropein is one of the main phenolic compounds identified in fruits and olive leaves. It has several pharmacological properties, including antioxidant, cardioprotective, anti-heterogeneous, neuropathic, anti-cancer and other effects. Oleuropein is slightly absorbed after oral administration and reaches a maximum plasma concentration, being widely distributed in various organs and tissues, including the heart, liver and brain. In view of recent studies on the use oleuropein obtained from olive leaves in the treatment and prevention of diseases, this work was carried out with the aim of compiling the main information available in the literature through this review.

Object of learning in the teaching of simple harmonic motion: a case study using active methodology (ISLE type)
In classroom, the Simple Harmonic Movement (SHM) is a content generally seen only in the form of expository classes and, for this reason, considered difficult to understand. In order to solve this problem, the following research question was asked: does the Learning Object (LO) contribute to the understanding of SHM, based on the ISLE Methodology approach? For that, simulations of SMH graphics were created with the aid of digital tools. This research was carried out at IFCE Campus Fortaleza and its main objective was to analyze the use of a LO in the discipline of Physics, aiming to assist the student in the simulation of graphs of the Simple Harmonic Movement (SHM), supported by the Active Methodology of the ISLE type, which proposes a Science Investigative Learning Environment. The students performed a pre-test in which they were to analyze and interpret the data of an SHM from its graph. Then, using the LO, the students explored the variables present in a periodic movement, being able to interact with it and visualizing the changes in the movement and in the graphs related to it. Finally, the students performed a post-test that consisted of, again, interpreting an SHM phenomenon based on its graph and producing new graphs representing other of its variables. The results point to an improvement in the understanding of the learners regarding the studied subject, indicating that the use of digital tools and active methodologies can contribute to a meaningful learning of Physics concepts, more specifically, of the SHM.

COVID-19: an observational study on the challenges faced by pharmacists in assisting and combating infection in times of pandemic
COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). With the arrival of the new coranavirus pandemic, healthcare professionals became directly involved in the frontlines of the care, diagnosis and treatment of patients with COVID-19. The aim of this study was to analyze the challenges faced by pharmacists in assisting and combating SARS-CoV-2 infection in times of pandemic. An Integrative Literature Review was carried out, observational, descriptive in nature, with a qualitative approach, allowing the association of clinical evidence to the practice of professionals working in the health area, in relation to research and health care. Searches were carried out in the Virtual Health Library, Google Scholar, SciELO, Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences databases in the period 2020 – 2021, in Portuguese and English on the subject. The search identified a total of 32 articles, of which 14 met the selection criteria. The results showed that pharmaceutical assistance is responsible for providing medication to the population, considering the principles of safety and efficacy, and always having rational use as the objective of its activities. However, a significant increase in the demand for self-medication drugs is evident, which ends up putting the population's health at risk, thus, there is a need to improve strategies aimed at patient safety. Research is still ongoing and new results will emerge, so future studies are recommended for further research on this topic.

Comparative analysis of cantilever bridge slab thickness based on the finite element method
The construction process of reinforced concrete highway bridges requires study and analysis of the action of permanent and variable loads, in addition to other factors such as the dynamic actions arising from the movement and traffic of vehicles on the deck. The spread of capitalism, associated with the phenomenon of globalization causes the exponential growth of vehicle flow, consequently greater structural demands, these factors have great relevance in planning and development in the design of superstructure construction, because they are inherent to the emergence of transverse moments aroused in the longitudinal direction of the cantilever bridge slabs. The search for the correct analysis and consideration of these aspects for the structural evaluation of a bridge motivated the development of this study, for a better understanding of the efforts aroused in the structural element, as well as the efficient solution for it. The analysis of the variation in the thickness of cantilever bridge slabs is a preponderant factor in the foundation of this research. The study approached the semi-analytical mathematical model developed by Bakht and Jaeger (1985) and compared with the results obtained by Robalo (2013) by means of software based on the finite element method, a comparison and analysis of bending moments aroused in the cantilever slab was performed, correlating the factors related to the emergence of these efforts. The research used the Microsoft Excel program and the results obtained by Robalo (2013) with the SAP2000 software. It is concluded in this work the proportionality of the variation of slab thickness with the intensity of peak moments and the appearance of cracks in the structural part.

Epidemiological profile of stomach cancer mortality in the State of Piauí
The aim of this study was to characterize the epidemiological profile of mortality from gastric cancer in the state of Piauí from 2008 to 2018. This is an observational, descriptive and cross-sectional epidemiological study developed through the Mortality Information System. Data analysis was performed using simple descriptive statistics based on data provided by SIM. The occurrence of 1,491 deaths due to the studied neoplasm was verified. The capital Teresina also had the highest number of deaths (n=436). Of the individuals affected by gastric cancer and who died, it was observed that 62.24% were male. Information related to race/color suggested an extensive predominance of brown color with 63.98%. Regarding education, 32.46% of individuals had no education level. There was a high number of deaths from gastric cancer in individuals over 60 years old (70.42%). Regarding the place of occurrence of deaths, 57.20% of people died in hospitals. It is concluded that the profile of mortality from cancer studied in the state of Piauí follows, in many variables, a national trend. The findings of this research converge with the data present in the literature on the subject: gastric cancer remains a challenging pathology with fast progression, affecting mostly males and people aged 60 years or more. It is relevant to develop strategies to improve care and access to health services, with reduced waiting time for procedures, specialized exams and offering the best treatment for the stage of cancer and the patient's clinical conditions.

Agronomic variability between commercial and experimental carrot genotypes with emphasis on multivariate analysis
Carrots are among the five most cultivated vegetables in Brazil, which is why the search for commercial cultivars is a great challenge in breeding programs, because, in addition to being productive, these tuberous roots must present characteristics of fundamental interest for the producer to achieve acceptance of the product in the consumer market. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the level of similarity between summer carrot genotypes, and to establish the relationships between the variables, through agronomic and morphological characters of the plant and tuberous roots, in order to diagnose possible groupings in relation to the analyzed variables, using the techniques of multivariate and univariate analysis. The trial was conducted in a randomized block design with three replications, evaluating 11 summer carrot genotypes, with seven commercial genotypes available on the market (SV1099DT, Nativa, EX 4098, AGR-123, AGR-125, Juliana and Brazlândia) and four experimental hybrids. Fifteen agronomic characteristics of plants and tuberous roots were evaluated. Given the results, the multiple factor analysis technique was able to establish the similarities between the genotypes studied, showing high similarity between commercial genotypes present in the market and experimental hybrids. Exploratory factor analysis established the correlations of the variables and was able to project a separation between commercial and experimental genotypes. The specificities presented by the experimental genotypes were explained in the Scott-Knott mean test.

Seed production of spice species: current situation and perspectives
Spices are of global importance due to their most diverse forms of usability, whether as food, aromatic or medicinal. Furthermore, they move relevant amounts in the economic market and the production of spice seeds is an activity that has the capacity to boost the development of an entire region, and still has a strong economic and social appeal, generating employment and income in agriculture thanks to the high demand for labor. This review will deal with the seed production of the following spice plants: onion, coriander, parsley, black pepper and aim to define the scenario, production and future prospects for the production of the evaluations. Depending on the current situation of the species mentioned above, it is observed that, despite the wide range of spice species, these are little explored in Brazil, a factor that is written by the law of supply and demand. But the perspectives are that their production is becoming more and more representative in the market, due to the growing demand for these species.

Welding rod impacted in middle third of gesig: diagnosis and treatment
The work accident occurs through the exercise of work at the service of the company, or by the exercise of the work of the special insured, causing bodily injury or functional disturbance, of a temporary or permanent nature. These accidents represent 1.8% of the cause of facial trauma. The objective of this work is to report a case of injury by welding rod impacted on the middle third of the face after work accident, as well as the conduct employed. At the imaging examination, it was possible to observe an image compatible with a weld rod, transfixed and impacted in the middle third of the face. The protocol performed was asepsis of the face, infiltration of local anesthetic containing vasoconstrictor, removal of the impacted object with needle port, control of nasal hemorrhage with the installed anterior nasal cap and prescription of antibiotic therapy. Even though it is not the most common type of injury, maxillofacial trauma can occur in work accidents, bringing emotional consequences, the possibility of irreversible deformity and the economic impact it brings to the health system. In the case of transfixing lesions, its treatment should prioritize the stabilization of the patient, in case of successive removal of the object. Work accidents are predictable episodes that can be avoided, making it necessary for a better approach, knowing their extent and severity.
