Prematurity: professional reception in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
Prematurity is characterized as a risk condition for the maintenance of the newborn's life, as the structure and functionality of the organs, depending on the gestational age at which extrauterine life begins, may not be compatible with it. In this sense, the lower the gestational age, the greater the risks and the need for intensive care. This study was designed to strengthen the dissemination of professional care for mothers of premature infants admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The method adopted was an experience report of health professionals on professional care for mothers of premature newborns assisted in the NICU from September 2019 to October 2020. The information was captured from listening and dialoguing with five mothers. The results found express the fear of loss and insecurity regarding the development of newborns and highlight nursing as a source of security, hope and support for mothers, based on welcoming. The nursing team stood out in the welcoming actions, as it was present and active at different levels and units of care with a focus on the humanization of care. He communicated and excelled in the execution of health care procedures and control and prevention of the coronavirus.

Interest and legitimacy under the analysis of effectiveness in a new procedural order
The paper intends to delimit the lines that circumscribe the requirements interest and legitimacy, while institutes of a new procedural legal system, that originated the 2015 Code of Civil Procedure, which expressly contemplated them as requirements to apply for a legal action. From the analysis of the theoretical construction that instituted these elements as a procedural category, it is recorded that, in essence, they are indissociable from the basic procedural structure of action, and constitute the bond through which the correspondence of the situation affirmed in judgment to that of life. It’s emphasized that the adoption of these requirements as conditions of action by the legislator of the 1973 Code of Civil Procedure derives from the great influence that Liebman exerted on Brazilian proceduralists in the last century. In moving forward, it is based on a teleological right of action model, of a complex nature, which, through an instrumentalized process, ensures to the claimants the access to a proper judicial protection to the guarantee of substantial rights. In developing, it sets out the theoretical formulations that have developed among the patrician jurists around the new clothing assigned by the legislator to the requirements interest and legitimacy. From the comparison of these constructions, it is verified that the dissonance among jurists perpasses by the nature of the exercise of cognition exercised by the magistrate in examining the requirements, but this in itself is a reflection of the true unicity between the theorists, the grouping of the procedural institutes, with the aim of establishing the process as an authentic way to provide adequate judicial protection.

Pulmonary tomographic changes in COVID-19: integrative literature review
Aim: The general objective of this study was to analyze scientific publications on findings from images related to COVID-19 in multidetector computed tomography scans. Methodology: This is an integrative literature review searching on databases of the Bliblioteca Virtual da Saúde, PubMed and Google Scholar, using as descriptors “Coronavirus Infections”, “Pneumonia” and “Multidetector Computed Tomography”. The following inclusion criteria were used: those that addressed the theme COVID and CT; articles available in Portuguese, English or Spanish. Gray literature material was excluded. Results and discussion: nine articles matched with the selected criteria, being separated into three main variables, namely: typical and atypical radiological findings; evolution of tomographic findings and severity and; incidental diagnosis of COVID-19 on CT. Tomographic findings showed the presence of ground-glass opacity, paving, mosaic consolidation, reticular pattern, the inverted halo sign and, in children, pleural thickening and patterns such as bronchial pneumonia and asthmatic bronchitis. CT makes it possible to describe the evolution of COVID-19, as each finding is fundamentally predominant in a certain phase of disease progression. It may also be used as an assessment and definition of the severity of the condition. Conclusion: In spite of multidetector CT is not the first choice for assessment patients with COVID-19, it provides information about the disease with a high degree of sensitivity, allowing the identification of typical and atypical findings that can be decisive in the diagnostic process, in addition to be a strategy for monitoring the evolution and severity of cases of COVID-19.

Standardization of medicines and their impact on hospital pharmaceutical care and drug costs
Introduction: The Hospital Pharmacy (FH) is a clinical, administrative and economic unit, run by a pharmacist, hierarchically linked to the direction of the hospital or health service and functionally integrated with the other administrative and patient care units. Thus, the hospital pharmacy must develop clinical and management-related activities. Methodology: This is a descriptive and exploratory field research with a qualitative approach that was carried out in the hospital pharmacy of the regional hospital of Conceição do Araguaia (HRCA) in which there was an interview directed to the technical responsible pharmacist using a questionnaire with questions that aim to achieve the objectives of this work. Results and discussion: The answers given by the pharmacist in the interview were compared with data found in the available literature on the subject, for this, data from articles published in the last 5 years, that is, from 2017 to 2021, were used. Final considerations: A FH is a sector that demands self-budgetary amounts, making people responsible for the institution adopt methods that ensure greater control over the hospital's bills. The CFT is a multi-professional board responsible for selection, standardization and other issues related to drugs and is important in the drug standardization process. Although the HRCA does not have a CFT to carry out the standardization of medicines, it is still possible to carry out this activity without the need for a commission.

Biometry and Germinative Potential in Seeds of Peltophorum dubium (Sprengel) Taubert – Fabaceae
The growing search for high quality seeds for reforestation has increased the interest in knowledge related to seed biology such as biometric characteristics, in order to make the production of seedlings of some species more viable. Thus, the aim of this study was to analyze the biometry of seeds from different matrices of Peltophorum dubium (Spreng) Taubert, and relate it to germination potential and dormancy intensity in different seed sizes. Seeds were collected in 12 matrices and evaluated for length, width, thickness and mass. The data obtained were subjected to tests to compare the matrices, verify the relationship between the variables and to define seed categories based on mass classes (small, medium and large). The germination potential of each matrix and of the three seed categories was evaluated comparing intact seeds and seeds submitted to dormancy breaking in sulfuric acid. Germination data were used to calculate percentage, relative frequency, speed index and mean time. The matrices and categories were compared statistically by analysis of variance. The correlation of biometric data of the seeds was positively significant for all comparisons, with stronger associations for associations with mass, a variable used to define size categories. The scarified seeds obtained, on average, 90% germination while the control 4%. Medium and large seeds showed better germination performance, without influence of the light regime (continuous light and 12-hour photoperiod). We conclude in this study that Peltophorum dubium seeds biometrically resemble lots from geographically closer regions and that there is variability between matrices, which is an important factor for population maintenance. Furthermore, we also observed that the mass variable is an adequate parameter for the selection of seeds with greater germination potential.

Language practices of the digital multi-semiotic genre meme by 3rd grade students in elementary school I
This article aims to discuss digital literacy in elementary school 1, considering the proposal of the Common National Curricular Base, particularly the linguistic/semiotic analysis. Specifically, to examine the generative path of meaning in the fundamental, narrative and discursive levels of the production of multisemiotic text, the meme, of 3rd grade students. Therefore, the question was asked whether 3rd grade students are being encouraged by the school to develop meaningful skills in the language practices of multisemiotic texts such as the digital genre meme. In response it is assumed that 3rd grade students, who can already be considered digital natives, comment on the content and even produce memes, because they are already being trained by the school to develop critical and reflective sense regarding the language practices of multisemiotic texts such as the meme. We adopted the axis of linguistic/semiotic analysis of the Common Curricular Base (2018), in the processes of reading and production of texts (oral, written, and multisemiotic), with Fiorin (2017), Soares (1998), and Ribeiro (2018) as theoretical support.

The influence of social isolation resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic on the mental health of pregnant women: literature review
Pregnant women may represent a vulnerable group to infection by COVID-19, due to immunological imbalance at the maternal-fetal interface. For this reason, this study carried out an integrative literature review in order to identify how recently published scientific papers have addressed the relationship between social isolation - caused by COVID-19 - and the mental health of pregnant women. This is an integrative literature review, in which articles published from 2020 to 2021 were analyzed, selected based on their relevance and updated information. The study of literature published in Portuguese was prioritized, as Brazil is one of the countries most impacted by the coronavirus. It was identified that social isolation due to COVID-19 caused psychological problems such as anxiety and depression in most pregnant women. There was a need for an early treatment for pregnant women, associating the use of drugs with psychotherapy. It was evident that educational campaigns on social networks and support services for this vulnerable group, via virtual means and via telephone, contributed to minimizing the impacts of the pandemic on the mental health of these women. As it is a recent theme and still under study by the scientific community, there is a need for a more detailed investigation by researchers on the impacts of social isolation on the mental health of pregnant women. However, it is clear that this public has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and that emergency measures need to be taken to reverse this situation.

Using the New Index of Learning Styles (ILS) to determine the Learning Styles of High School students and teachers
Learning Styles (EA) reflect the preferences of individuals and knowledge of these profiles allow the teacher to intervene and use different methodological strategies favoring the teaching and learning processes. This study aimed to determine the different learning styles of students, in order to categorize and verify the main characteristics of the sample in order to propose possible strategies to be used by teachers. Using the N-ILS instrument, whose theoretical proposal defines 16 different behavioral profiles, a mapping of the learning styles of 226 students and 8 high school teachers (1st to 3rd year) in May 2021 was carried out. verify that there are students with different EA and also different levels of preference within the poles. In addition, it was observed that most high school students have the following learning style: sensory (79.65%), visual (56.19%), reflective (57.08%) and sequential (71.24 %). Teachers are mostly: sensory, visual or verbal, active and sequential. It is considered that learning geared to the student's preferences favors their understanding of the content, but the teacher must know how to balance their teaching methodologies when necessary, so that they can acquire different skills. Knowing the profile of students brings benefits to themselves, teachers, school and future companies, which will receive professionals who have developed their learning capabilities.

Conservation units, the influence of economic power on the territory
The development model based on the deliberate extraction of natural resources resulted in the degradation of the environment, with that, measures were taken, such as the creation of Conservation Units - UC in order to protect nature for current and future generations. However, there are two types of UCs, Sustainable Use and Integral Protection, which allow the extraction of natural resources and the other only allows the use of indirect resources, respectively. This work aims to demonstrate how economic power has influenced these UCs, since, close to the main driving forces of the State, there are more UCs that allow the direct use of resources, that is, direct appropriation of natural resources for income generation. For the approach given through the map, it was shown that the territory is organized according to the economic power in relation to the Conservation Units in the State of Pará.

Socioenvironmental influences of the sustainable management of Cascavel river watershed
The city of Cascavel-PR has shown, over the years, an accelerated population growth in the urban area, thus increasing environmental problems and exposing the deficiencies in public policies for basic sanitation and the environment. In order to minimize the environmental impacts of these areas, a correct management of the watershed is necessary. The objective of this study was the analysis of how population growth in the watershed region has impacted its disposition as an integral part of the environment and the society within its limits. Through that, establishing quantitative and qualitative parameters of the different aspects of the watershed and its impacts within the city. In order to verify these characteristics, two different analyses were used, relating the morphometric characteristics of the Cascavel river’s watershed, with the data of the Secretaria de Planejamento e Urbanismo - SEPLAN. The city population, according to the last Census, was around 286.172 inhabitants. The sewage service attends about 83% of the population and the pavement with asphalt in the roads reaches close to 93%. However, although public policies have improved the quality of life of the population, there was a lack of maintenance and a significant amount of siltation near the municipal lake. This region is critical for the watershed because it is its source and the presence of impacts of this order may not only affect the watershed, but also damage the sustainable development of society and the environment during the next years.

Properties, efficacy and safety of hyaluronic acid use in orofacial harmonization
Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is becoming increasingly popular in minimally invasive aesthetic procedures on the face. Although the human body itself has endogenous hyaluronic acid, it becomes scarce over the years with the natural aging of the skin, resulting in loss of volume and decay throughout the face. Given this, hyaluronic acid dermal fillers appeared, which have the capacity of volumizing soft tissues and promoting harmony and aesthetics to the face. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the knowledge of the use of hyaluronic acid in facial filling interventions taking into consideration its properties, the level of effectiveness and possible complications. This study consisted of a basic, qualitative, descriptive integrative review based on the PubMed and Virtual Health Library search platforms, exploring the terms hyaluronic acid, hyaluronan, dermal fillers, and aesthetics. Articles were included in the time range from 2016 to 2021 in the English language and the search yielded 16 articles. The selected articles showed that the use of hyaluronic acid brings great levels of effectiveness and satisfaction to patients, but evidenced the need for retreatment sessions months later for maintenance, it is safe, because the most common complications cease mostly within two weeks and without the need for intervention, besides being a substance with excellent properties and rheological characteristics. It can be concluded that the use of hyaluronic acid is effective, safe and has ideal properties in dermal facial filling.

Bacterial lipases: impacts on dairy product quality and biotechnological potential
Lipases are enzymes that catalyze the hydrolysis of triacylglycerols, releasing fatty acids that can be associated with the spoilage of many foods. On the other hand, lipases of microbial origin present desirable characteristics to be used in several biotechnological applications and are considered versatile biocatalysts, acting in a variety of chemical reactions. The objective of this work was to evaluate, through a literature review, the impact of bacterial lipases on the quality of dairy products and the biotechnological potential of these enzymes. Psychrotrophic bacteria isolated from refrigerated raw milk commonly secrete heat resistant lipases, a problem for the dairy industry, as they resist heat treatments used and remain in the finished dairy product. Fatty acids released during lipolysis contribute to the strong, rancid, soapy taste of dairy products, making them unacceptable to the consumer. However, when this activity is controlled, lipases act in the development of desirable sensory attributes. For example, in some cheeses that mature for a long time, lipolytic activity is essential for the development of characteristic flavors. In addition, lipases have great potential for biotechnological application, including in the degradation of polyurethanes, representing an advantage for the industry. Therefore, lipases can cause defects in dairy products, but they are also of great industrial interest when their activity is explored.

Comparative study between Valeriana Officinalis L. and diazepam: a literature review
The purpose of this study was to carry out a bibliographic review to compare the efficacy of Valeriana officinalis L. and the benzodiazepine diazepam, in order to control anxiety during the dental treatments, analyzing existing studies in the literature. It was carried out through a literature search using the electronic databases PUBMED, SCIELO, LILACS, COCHRANE BRASIL and EBSCOhost. The descriptors used for selection, both in English and in Portuguese, were conscious sedation, diazepam, Valeriana officinalis L., anxiolytics, benzodiazepines and Dentistry. As a Boolean operator, “and” was used. The articles reached through these search strategies were evaluated and defined as compatible or not, according to their relevance, type of drug application, giving priority to oral use, and also the clarity of ideas in the articles. It was concluded that the use of herbal medicines, such as Vallerina officinalis, by dentists is still little known and explored. Probably for this reason, there is a greater use of benzodiazepines, such as diazepam, as its mechanism of action is well known, as well as its indications and contraindications. Thus, clinical, controlled and double-blind studies are important to give more support to the indications and effectiveness of herbal medicines in relation to dental procedures.

Occupational risks of/on the reel driver and its impacts on health and safety management
The paper intends to reveal the work activity of truck drivers in order to understand how the organization of work impacts on the possibility of regularization of workers. The theoretical contribution of Ergonomics and Ergology was used in a cross-sectional descriptive study, developed in three stages: application of questionnaire, declared semi-structured and a cross self-confrontation, by remote way. The results show that there is an absence/deficiency in the management of health and safety at work, which is complex because it involves several companies for which drivers provide services. It is necessary to work on this management in all sectors, create a field of regulation for the driver, who works under the pressure of production, with excessive working hours, difficult for loading and unloading, and it is necessary to offer adequate support and better working conditions, with efficient logistics and adequate service, in order to avoid the risk of illness.

Regenerative endodontic treatment performed with platelet-rich plasma presents better periapical healing than only induced blot clot: a systematic review
This study comprehensively reviewed two different treatments for regenerative endodontic: platelet-rich plasma and induced blot clot, in regarding to periapical healing. Two investigators performed a systematic review. MEDLINE/PubMed, Cochrane Library and Scopus supplied relevant data from studies published until December 2020 to answer the PICO question. Primary outcome was periapical healing. Eight randomized clinical trials fulfilled eligibility criteria. Primary outcome indicated that platelet-rich plasma results in similar or better periapical healing compared to blot clot group. The reported failures were related to blot clot group due to incomplete radiographic parameters, pain and reinfection; however, few cases of unsuccess were reported to platelet-rich plasma group. Only two studies observed better results to blot clot group in relation to increase of radiographic area and partial pulp canal obliteration. This review showed that procedures using platelet-rich plasma were successful in treating permanent teeth with root development.

Polymorphisms in the Leptin and SCD genes in Buffaloes of the Amazon
The objective this work was to evaluate genetically the buffaloes populations using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) in the leptin and stearoyl-CoA desaturase (SCD) genes, and associate the genotypes with milk production. Sixty-nine samples of Bubalus bubalis - 38 Murrah breed, 18 Mediterranean and 13 mixed-breed of the Murrah with Mediterranean - were evaluated. Allele and genotype frequencies, the heterozygosity observed and expected, the inbreeding coefficients (FIS), the probabilities of the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, the F statistic for population differentiation and Shannon index were calculated using GENEPOP and GenALEx programs. The associations of the different genotypes with a role in milk production were tested by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) and t-test. We reported the leptin and SCD allele contribution to genetic variability in buffaloes herds in the Brazilian Amazonian region. The A allele was more representative in leptin and SCD genes for all breed groups. No significant effects between genotypes and milk production were found in the present study, but there is an indicative that AA genotype in leptin gene affects milk production in Murrah breed.
