O ato de tatuar-se e sua relação com o eu
This Masters dissertation consists of a theoretical articulation and seeks to elaborate some considerations on the ownership of the body by the subject and on the constitution and maintenance of the ego. Therefore, it follows bordering the tattoo, based on, mainly, Freud and Lacan s conceptualizations about the body, the subject and the ego. The body is discussed in its registres: Real, Symbolic and Imaginary, and the concepts of inscription, trace and letter are introduced, paving the ground to, later, circunscribe the tattoo in this registers. This work starts form the contemporary idea of body to discuss the act of getting oneself tattoed, taking it under a singular form. It is concluded that, this act may refer to a form of language chat points to subjectivity, working under the service of the identitary search and circunscribing itself on the Symbolic registre. It may also presente itself as an attempt to make border to nameless anguishes, circunscribing itself in the Imaginary registre. Nevertheless, it is on the Real that the tattoo is highlighted. Considered an hybrid between trace and letter, the tattoo aproaches to formations of the unconscious and, for chat, borrowing concepts form Allouch, is transcribed in the flesh and is not subjectible of translation, only of transliteration.
Análise de uma história de armadilhas: a psicóloga judicial e o adolescente acolhido institucionalmente até a maioridade
The issue of the institutionalization of children and adolescents until attaining legal adulthood is revealed within a context of scarce academic productions. The main objective of this paper was to investigate the meaning of the experience of attaining legal adulthood by the institutionalized subject who had no chance of being adopted and whose family had the parental rights ousted, and to intertwine this experience with the author‟s trajectory of eighteen years working as a judicial psychologist dealing with similar cases. Semi-structured interviews were directed to a seventeen-year-old female adolescent, on the verge of leaving the shelter, and to two of her colleagues, included in the research by demand of the first one. The psychoanalytic method, by means of interpretation, based the research, and fairy tales were utilized as metaphors in the analysis of this listening to the subject of the unconscious. The institutionalization until legal adulthood is experienced as being imprisoned in a place where the moment lived by the adolescent is denied, and also where the previous history of the subject is erased. The judicial psychologist, caught in the institutional webs and traps, is seen as a tormentor who, upon listening to the teenager, contributes to his/her institutionalization. The institutional sheltering of the adolescent whose family had the parental rights ousted signaled a recrudescence of the subject‟s helplessness and also the lack of a kind of work which created opportunities for the elaboration of losses.

O traumático na Clínica de Família: uma investigação sobre vínculos violentos
This study aims to understand the traumatic situation of domestic violence in order to investigate the elements of its arrangement and bonding settings. Psychoanalysis of Bonding Configurations emphasizes the constitution of the subject from each encounter, repositioning the impossibility of the subject to be without a social place that composes his/her history. In this sense, trauma will produce different effects as a social and bonding register. The methodology used in this study was the construction of a case of a family being assisted by the psychoanalytic method. The Family Clinic facilitated the writing of the clinical case, a story of pain and suffering that portrays human bonding and entanglements with narratives that reveal repetition of violent scenes. In this perspective, I dare to build an analysis path as trauma possibly unfolding this bonding that enables the outburst of violence. Recollections upon the case accentuate the tone of the family organization, pointing to the binding mesh encompassed by violence. In fitting telescoping family, there are no boundaries to organize the links, but there is a setting that denotes the confusion and disruption of family membership. In households where violence and aggression reign, functions are blurred and trauma acquire transgenerational contours. The body, marked by violence, is the traumatic exposure in the family history and is a place that inhabits all excesses and transgenerational breaks. The family-subject of this study experiences time in alternation. The analytic space reveals the time for each \"thing\" to appear and disappear; the critical time of mourning and the subjectivity of its buildings; setting time as an ally to deal with the traumatic. The family telescoping is accessed in chronological time and becomes emblematic of the violent structuring bonds that tack on redoing the senses acquired in fantasy and appointment of traumatic content. The meanings of the losses will be recovered and a new subjectivity can be drawn in the transference field. The traumatic event points to the intransitive existence of a past that can perpetuate the experience; however, there is a direct correspondence between the size of the painful event and its alienating effect. The trauma interrupts the narrative, but also launches a new story from new subscriptions. From the traumatic event, re-accommodations of borders and the meaning of belonging to the set of characters may come about with effects and resonances that affect the group in various configurations. Traumatic thus could even be the element that feeds the emotional fabric of the family. The subject in the family is balanced between the traumatic event that marks its history and the creative possibilities of reinventing the narrative.

A clínica de família no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial III: psicose e configurações vinculares
The objective of the present research was to analyze the links of families crossed by a psychotic crisis and the outcome of such crisis in the institutional care at CAPS (Centers of Psychosocial Attention), having the linkage clinic as focus. The framework proposed is the family clinic, apprehending the family as a founder of the subjectivity of the subject, a mediator between the subject and society, essential in the work with psychosis and consonant with the practices of care in the psychosocial attention in mental health. The methodology used was study of a clinical case based on the psychoanalytic method of investigation. From the analysis of the case presented, the family links and the family care were discussed. We have noticed that the group of family members was an important care asset for the family, from the listening of their suffering. Just as family therapy allows, in a unique way, the event and the intervention on the link configuration typical of the family, we believe that family therapy at CAPS, with the focus on link configurations, is essential to orient the practice of mental health care.

Cinematerapia: uma proposta psicoeducativa segundo a teoria de Jeffrey Young
The objective of this research was to present to the cognitive-behavioral therapists a cinematherapeutic technique, based on the Disney animated films, which can be used for children and adolescents for psychoeducate about the entitlement / grandiosity scheme and insufficient self-control/self-discipline scheme, which make up the impaired limits domains, according to the theory Jeffrey Young. Seven experts professional in the clinical area of cognitive-behavioral approach aged between 26 to 47 years (= 33; DP = 8,01) and average acting time of = 9 anos (DP = 7,1). All participants had evidence of specialization in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), 29% had master\'s degree and 29% had postdoctoral. The instrument used was a test of judges composed of the transcription of verbal and nonverbal content of 19 scenes relative to the movies Cars , Beauty and the Beast , Wreck-It Ralph and Brave . Judges should read and judge which category was being portrayed in the scene at issue: entitlement / grandiosity scheme or insufficient self-control/self-discipline scheme. Data collected by test judges that these were nominal variables were transformed into binomial variables and then analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results indicated which scenes had a prevalence of impaired limits schema domain. Regarding the movie \"Cars\" was found predominance of entitlement / grandiosity scheme in three scenes; in \"Beauty and the Beast\" three scenes were representative of entitlement / grandiosity scheme and two about insufficient self-control/self-discipline scheme; in Wreck-It Ralph four scenes were considered examples of such schemes, three relating to insufficient self-control/self-discipline scheme and one concerning the entitlement / grandiosity scheme; finally, on Brave prevalence of insufficient self-control/self-discipline scheme was found in two scenes. In total was found a predominance of the impaired limits schemes characteristics in 14 scenes, which are represented by speech and nonverbal language of the characters. These scenes can be used to psychoeducate children and adolescents about these schemes. The use of tools able to engage the child and arouse their interest is very important in cognitive play therapy and is known to that the cinematherapy has a high potential for motivating patients. Psychoeducation is an essential practice in CBT because can affect adherence to treatment and enables the achievement of the other aim of therapy. Therefore, applying the cinematherapy in psychoeducation for children and adolescents contributes to increasing the effectiveness of the therapeutic process. This work contributes to expanding the arsenal of cognitive-behavioral techniques, as it suggests scenes that can be used as psychoeducational tools in the cognitive play therapy, based on a systematic categorization.

Distorções cognitivas em pacientes oncológicos: psicoeducação por meio dos coping cards
This research aimed to build an instrument based on psychoeducation of cognitive distortions associated with cancer experience, through the adaptation of J. Beck s coping cards technique for the psychotherapeutic treatment of cancer patients. Starting from the psychoeducation, the instrument assessed cognitive distortions and psychoeducated cancer patients through the neutralizing beliefs that work in the restructuring of distorted thoughts commonly observed in this context. So, sentences containing elements related to cognitive distortions catastrophizing, emotional reasoning, polarization, selective abstraction, mental reading, labeling, disqualification of the positive, customization, hipergeneralization, imperative and questionalization were built. The method used to verify the presence of thought distortions and neutralizing beliefs was a proof of judges divided into two parts, A (analysis of cognitive distortions) and B (analysis of neutralizing beliefs). Twenty psychologists experts in cognitive-behavioral therapy (5 of them working in Health Psychology) took part in this study. Participants were required to answer Part A (22 questions) and Part B (22 questions) and a general data questionnaire, both computerized. The binomial test showed that both Part A and Part B are valid to measure cognitive distortions and neutralizing beliefs, with Cronbach alpha above 0.7. The proportional analysis of the cancer-related cognitive distortions showed that they are susceptible to a wide variety of distortions, which show complementary to each other, especially when judged by health psychologists. New studies should investigate the prevalence of certain cognitive distortions in cancer patients, involving the testing of this instrument, improving the therapeutic work with use of more adaptive strategies in treatment of cancer and the detection of limiting beliefs in this process.

Prática pedagógica e necessidades educacionais especiais: a relação diádica em sala de aula
Considering the school educational process of mental deficient student, the research purpose was comprise the pedagogical practice aspects of their teachers. For it, we analysed the pedagogical practices of two teachers that work for the First Series of Basic Teaching, considering that one of them work at a regular municipal school and the other at a special school. This study entered on a brief theoretical review about the Brazilian Special Education History and the evolution of the school attending sorts offered to the mental deficient people. To comprise the acquired data we used how theoretical review the Social-Historical Theory by Lev Semenovich Vygotsky and the ecological approach of the Human Development by Urie Bronfenbrenner. Inside the social-historical approach we can emphasize the intervention concept in the comprehension of educational act and the importance of social relations to structure the human conscience along the formal educational process. We used the ecological approach by Urie Bronfenbrenner to consider that a school is a social space able to suffer direct and indirect influences from other systems, displaying in the teacher/student duet the interaction impact lived for the both. We delimited the methodological option to a qualitative approach developed in parameters of the ethnographic case study. How strategy to examine and acquire the data was used the Reflexive Interview from the observation register that, in the research environment, provided to participant teachers a reflection space about their pedagogical practice, providing meaningful changes in their way to discern and to explain the events regarding to these practices and, consequently, challenging changes in their pedagogical actions inside the classroom micro system. The acquired data showed that the pedagogical practice of the mental deficient student teachers must be comprise considering some factors that appear permanently acting on it; for example: the teachers doubts face to the complexity of educational act to teach for mental deficient students; the absence of specific qualification for this teachers in the special education area; the conceptions of development and mental deficiency that aid the teaching practice; the predominance of divergent values between family and school.; and, the dichotomy between the studied theory by teacher and its practical actions in the classroom. On that score, we verify that the educational practices established by teachers of mental deficient children were based on activities that little explored the students abstract thinking, emphasizing the unstructured, repetitive and little meaningful tasks considering the specific features of each student whereas creatures historically established, inside an interaction and specific cultural context.

O imaginário coletivo de agentes comunitárias de saúde sobre usuários de saúde mental
Community Health Agents (ACSs abbreviation in Portuguese) provide an essential link between health care teams and the community in the context of primary health care, including mental health care. However, the collective imaginary of ACSs about users mental health may hinder the creation of a therapeutic relational field to the extent that refers to a specific group s ensemble of beliefs and images concerning a particular phenomenon or population which, ultimately, supports its behavior. The present study seeks to understand the collective imaginary of a group of ACSs in relation to users of mental health by means of a qualitative method, specifically, the clinical-qualitative method. The subjects considered eligible for participation in this study were ACSs whom, at the time of the study, had worked for the Unit of Primary Attention to Family Health (UAPSF abbreviation in Portuguese) in the municipality of Uberlândia, Minas Gerais, for at least six months. All the ACSs who met with this criteria were invited and accepted to take part in this study; all participants were female. The locus for data collection was a psychoanalytical discussion group in which the author was the moderator. The ACSs participated in four encounters, each of which lasted approximately an hour and twenty minutes. During these encounters, participants discussed themes related to mental health in general as well as professional practice together with the users and the public policies about this subject. The corpus was consisted by the transcripts of the encounters along with graphic production due to the use of the mediating resources chosen for its development. The corpus was subsequently analyzed via the psychoanalytical interpretation as a methodological procedure with the aim to enable the identification of the latent meanings. The interpretation of the corpus led to the captation of two fields of affective-emotional sense. Based on the participants words, these fields were identified as follows: (1) Between the pity and the fear and (2) To be or not to be... medicated . The first field of affective-emotional sense was organized around the belief that the users of mental health are characterized as presenting a certain degree of instability and danger. The second field of affective-emotional sense revealed that participants recognize some possibilities of caution for this population, but emphasize psychotropics as central to such mental health assistance. Additionally, the obtained results were interpreted by recurring to the notion of identification while psychoanalytical conceptual operator because was identified a common denominator between the participants in accordance with her collective imaginary, and the users of mental health. This last one was delimited essentially by a social marginalization in the context of health. Ultimately, the present study provides elements that allow for the understanding of the collective imaginary from an ACSs group in relation to users of mental health. However, the results obtained can not be generalized indiscriminately to the other ACSs or to the other contexts because they demand, by the reader s side, a cautious attention about the possibilities of extension.

Inventários Beck para crianças e adolescentes: revisão sistemática da literatura
The cognitive theory / therapy (CT) produced profound changes in psychiatry and psychology contributing thus to treat a variety of disorders. In diagnostic terms, the CT use psychometric scales and other instruments. For example, in 1961, Beck developed the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) revised in 1978 (BDI-1A) and in 1996 the BDI-II was published. In 2001, the Beck Youth Inventory (BYI-II) was prepared for children and adolescents aged 7-18 years consisting of an inventory of five scales that assess symptoms of depression, anxiety, anger, disruptive behavior and self-concept. The aim of this work was to construct a systematic review of national and international scientific production of the Beck Depression Inventory for Youth (BDI-Y), the Beck Anxiety Inventory for Youth (BAI-Y) and the Beck Disruptive Behavior Inventory for Youth (BDBI-Y); furthermore, we considered studies that employ these tools in the clinical area and overall health. The review was carried from the use of descriptors: Beck Depression Inventory for Youth , Beck Anxiety Inventory for Youth and Beck Disruptive Behavior Inventory for Youth . The references selection criteria were: presence of the descriptor in the text, articles written in English, Spanish and Portuguese; repeated references in other databases will be selected only in one base; references that were related to the theme, with the guiding criterion focus on using the BAI-Y , the BDI-Y and BDBI-Y. The results were: following criteria for inclusion, 11 articles, with the descriptor \"Beck Depression Inventory for Youth\"; with the descriptor \"Beck Anxiety Inventory for Youth\", 11 studies were selected. Already with the descriptor \"Beck Disruptive Behavior Inventory for Youth\" were selected only three references. Therefore, undertake a review of the scientific production of three inventories Beck Youth Inventory (BYI-II) was essential to verify the scarcity of studies about BDI-Y, BAI-Y and BDBI-Y. Results show no Brazilian studies, most are from the United States and only one reference reported use of Beck Inventories, second edition, adapted and validated for the Chinese reality. These results can contribute to raising awareness about the need to researchers to continue this discussion, considering the great necessity of their inclusion in research and research development with emphasis on studies of the psychometric properties of these instruments and their appropriateness to the Brazilian reality. Finally, with the guarantee of further studies, will be possible to evaluate the competence of this scales and their utility in the academic and clinical community.

A música e o espelho sonoro na clínica do autismo
This work has started with the motivation to understand the sound and psychic condition of the voice In the constitution of the subject, as well as the pathological failure of this structure in autism. We started with the understanding that the subject is the effect of the encounter between the meaningless sense of the real and the meaning of the symbolic/imaginary. The mother figure, by the means of the sound mirror, welcomes what happens in the child s body and assigns corresponding language significants. This mediation is loaded with musical ingredients. The mother seeks to facilitate and promote the invocation by the \"baby talk\". The failure in the circuit of invocation in autistic children was also approached, preventing the constitution of the psychic function of the voice. Thinking the sound-musical context as an operator phenomenon, essencial to subjectivity, made it possible to consider the mediator potencial of music included in treatment. This field research involved to children with constitucional deadlocks, and their motores, in clinical care, whose therapeutic setting made use of sound and musical resources. We intended an approximation of the way the voice, as a lost object, and the word, associate. Furthermore, the possibility of causing a modification of the place of the subject in the circuit of invocation, became a matter from the musical intervention. It is possível to understand that the positioning of the subject is stated in tis musicality: what in it stands says of its way of functioning and of its work of appeasement of the suffering and the trauma of insertion in the field of language. Music nostalgically rescues the origins of the subject in the real and, at the same time, proposes a go further, towards the word. The impact of the loss of juissance, eased through music, shows it as a facilitator of lashing between real and symbolic. The subject modulaton refers to the modulation of the subject in its estruture and in tis position from the intervention with the musical. The modulation of the invocatory drive in the process of structuring of the subject was possible when we took the music as an essential tool of clinical work.

Psicologia escolar e educacional no ensino superior: demandas e desafios na história do serviço de atendimento ao estudante da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia
The aim of this study was to know and understand the demands of student assistance for the psychology service to the student (SEAPS), of the Universidade Federal de Uberlândia, specifically for the work of the educational psychologist in a context of expansion and democratization of universities happen after the implementation of REUNI and the quota law. For that, we investigated the history of the sector opportunities for actuation in that area in order to understand the issues that permeate the inclusion or non inclusion of that psychologist in said service. Through research of historical archives and conducting semistructured and open interviews with professionals who participated in the construction of the history of SEAPS, from 1976 to the present day, we found the existence of opportunities of action of Educational psychologist who could not always be met due to lack of skilled professionals in that area. Currently, the public policies for the democratization of higher education have created new demands for that professional, aiming at promoting social inclusion, citizenship and development of social responsibility of students and the institution, in matters which involve their integral human formation, socialization, respect for diversity, culture and institutional transformation methods, adaptation of curricular and development of projects that promote academic success and expanded training. Regarding the scope of student assistance, is emerging scientific expertise, grounded in environmental research in the university to identify the psychosocial and psycho-educational demands of students, in order to base the intervention reflections and projects that support political and institutional processes and environmental research view to ensuring social justice, equality and quality of life of students at the university.

O psicólogo do CAPS: desafios e impasses na construção de uma identidade
The The CAPS psychologist, challenges and impasses in the construction of an identity theme refers to a theoretical-practical investigation about the psycoanalytic vertex, surrounding the difficulties and challenges faced by psychologists, when attending severe psychotic patients. It is well known that the assistence to madness has been changing in time. It must be considered that the whole process includes advances and also setbacks, being reflection and interlocution with psychoanalisis a useful instrument in building new possibilities of being in this journey. This research is therefore an attempt to raise and map the difficulties, starting from discussion groups, in the light of the psycoanalytic method, building senses to the psychologists experiences when dealing with the primitive areas of mind.

Relações entre configurações de poder, prazer e sofrimento e intenção de rotatividade : estudo de caso numa empresa de tele-atendimento
The objective of this study was to investigate the variables power configurations and pain and pleasure at work as predictors of turnover intention with call center operators. To investigate these relations, a case study in a great contact center company was carried through with 286 participants who answered consistent and validated scales: Scale of Organizational Power; Scale of Pain and pleasure and Scale of Turnover Intention. Descriptive analyses and multiple regressions have been, then, carried through, considering the measure of Turnover Intention as a dependent variable. The results had indicated that the call center operators fell more pleasure than pain at work and the power configuration more significant were closed system, missionary and autocracy. The power configurations are slightly predicted for turnover intention, explaining only 9% of the total variance. However, the power configuration missionary, closed system and autocracy, were strong predictors for the four factors of pleasuresuffering. The three configuration of organizational power explained 26% of the total variance in the prediction of Gratification; 28 % in the prediction of Liberty and 14% in the prediction of Displeased. Pleasure and suffering are strong and significant predictors of turnover intention, explaining 43% of total variance. The results had indicated that the principal hypothesis at this study was validated. The results were discussed and they were comparing them with the ones of other studies.

A clínica psicanalítica junto a pacientes com câncer: transferência e trauma
This research aimed, through case studies, to carry out an analysis of the psychoanalytic clinical practice with the cancer patient. The transferential relationship was valued as a possibility of new forms of subjectivity on this patient, who is under real life threat, announced by the occurrence of the disease and reaffirmed with the medical treatment. For that purpose, clinical care of two cancer patients at different stages of disease treatment was performed, in order to discuss the theory questioned by clinical practice. Such discussion took place from theoretical approaches on the psychic functioning of the illed subject in relation to the concept of trauma. Freud and Ferenczi\'s propositions subsidized theoretical discussions, as well as texts from contemporary authors, which helped elucidate the theme. The patients were able to get in touch with the pain from the situation of illness and with their own life stories, in search of symbolization and of some releif from their suffering, whether adoudes or awakened by the illness. It was found that the cancer, as a traumatic event, brought natural responses from the patients as to its effects on the psyche, having not only the development of a traumatic neurosis as an output. The importance of the clinical listening space offered to patients was noted, in the sense of contributing for the building of meaning of the symptoms presented by the patients and, from there, the building of a new way of life. It is important to highlight that the conduct of this clinical practice has brought challenges that mobilized me in my professional training.

Estresse e suporte social em profissionais do setor de segurança pessoal e patrimonial
Studies about policemen point out that they constitute one of the professional groups with the highest rate of stress. So, this study was developed aiming to evaluate occupational stress factors and to relate stress with social support in a sample of civil policemen of a Public Safety Police Station. The study was developed in two phases, in which different methodologies were adopted. On phase one, forty policemen participated as volunteers and we tried to identify the general stressing factors of the policemen work and to investigate the forms of dealing with stress, using a semi-structured interview. After content analysis, 222 answers on occupational stressors were obtained and they were classified in 18 categories related to work characteristics, relationship with colleagues and superiors, the police negative image by society and media, and lack of legal and governmental support to the police work. The strategies used to deal with stress produced 86 answers, so that the majority uses the symptoms management, as self-control, family support, leisure, exercises practice, religion and a positive attitude. On the phase two 96 subjects participated, corresponding to approximately 50% of the Police Station staff, with the objectives of analyzing the social support, the stress level, and its symptoms as reported. The instrument was self-answered and had questions about demographic and professional data, the Stress Symptoms Inventory for Adults and the Social Support Questionnaire. The answers were typed on SPSS for Windows to proceed the analysis. The results indicated that over 50% of the sample was diagnosed with stress, already on resistance/nearly exhaustion or exhaustion phase. On the variables crossing analysis, it was verified that most of the higher educated group of subjects showed stress and the higher the working hours of the week, the higher the stress level. When the kind of stress symptom was analyzed, it was verified that among the 51 subjects that were stressed, 25 had mostly psychological symptoms and 20 had mostly physical symptoms, according to the correction table of ISSL. The Perceived Social Support Questionnaire (SSQ-N) indicated that the majority perceives two people as supportive and they are between reasonably satisfied and a little satisfied with this support. The ANOVAs showed difference between the averages in social support of the not stressed group, in comparison to those on the resistance/nearly exhaustion phase and the ones on the exhaustion phase. So, the least social support they perceive, the worse the stress phase they are. However, this difference was not significant for the N index, which represents the average number of people perceived as supportive on all the situations of the SSQ-N. Concerning the social support satisfaction (S index), it was verified that the more satisfied with social support, the less stressed. The perceived social support (N index) correlated negatively to the three measurements of stress symptoms from ISSL, indicating that the larger the number of supportive people, the smaller the amount of symptoms the subject points. The satisfaction with the social support (S index) correlated positively with the stress symptoms on the three periods, so the more satisfied the subject was with the social support perceived, also smaller the number of stress symptoms, which confirms the main hypothesis of this study. It was possible to conclude that the methodology used allowed an organizational diagnosis that overcomes the health/stress issue, by the identification of problems on the infrastructure of work, on the tasks organization and on relationship among staff and theirs towards society. Keeping in mind the concept and the levels of analysis of Organizational Behavior, this study confirms that work stress is an individual, group and organizational matter.
