Efeitos do método multigestos® na intervenção dos transtornos dos sons da fala
This research sought to verify and compare the effects of intervention with the support of the MultiGestos® Method (AZEVEDO; SILVA, 2016; SILVA, AZEVEDO and GUBIANI, 2021) in phonologically-based Speech Sound Disorders (SST). From a previous survey, 5 subjects were selected, aged between 4:7 and 7:6 years. The subjects made up a group that underwent a phonological therapeutic approach with the support of the MultiGestos® Method. The subjects were evaluated in two moments, pre-therapy and post-therapy with the following instruments: Orofacial Myofunctional Assessment with Scores (AMIOFE; FELÍCIO; FERREIRO, 2008), Auditory Vocabulary Test (TVAud-A33o – CAPOVILLA et al., 2011), INFONO (CERON, 2015), Children's Naming Test (TIN) short version (SEABRA et al., 2012), Articulatory Awareness Assessment (CONFIART - SANTOS et al., 2009), Word and Pseudoword Repetition Test (TRPP – Seabra, 2012) and - Phonological Awareness Test by Oral Production (PCFPO - SEABRA; CAPOVILLA, 1998). The instruments for Assessment of orofacial praxis skills – The Orofacial Praxis Test (BEARZOTTI et al, 2007), Dynamic assessment of speech motor skills (GUBIANI, 2016) were applied only in the pre-therapy period. The subjects received speech therapy with the support of the MultiGestos® Method, according to the changes presented in their phonological system and phonetic inventory. After the intervention period, the data were analyzed and there was an improvement in the phonological system, phonetic inventory and in the severity classification of the phonologically-based TSF for S1. The other subjects of this research showed a numerical evolution regarding the severity of the TSF.
Implantação de gestão de documentos arquivísticos digitais na rede federal de educação profissional, científica e tecnológica sob o prisma da norma ISO 15489:2016
The objective of this research is to analyze and propose requirements, guidelines, norms and standards of management of digital documents for the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education. The justification comes from the fact that Federal Network institutions produce and manage digital archival documents to record and prove their activities. In this sense, a theoretical reference was raised to support the objectives of the study when addressing the cultural and documentary heritage, the digital archival document and the records continuum model. The contextualization of the research situates the Federal Network institutions in the scenario of the national policy of archives, presenting the National File System, the National Archives Council and the File System Management System of the Federal Public Administration. It is a research of an applied, qualitative \ quantitative and exploratory nature, using a theoretical reference survey and a cut in the research data of the Observatory of Digital Documents held in the year 2017 to analyze the management of digital archival documents in the Network's institutions. This study concluded that there are a number of international requirements, guidelines, norms and standards, centered and related to ISO 15489, which deal with document management, system requirements, metadata and digital preservation and that these, for the most part, were addressed in Brazilian archival legislation. As an exception, we have the fact that the management of digital archival documents in business systems is not contemplated; all institutions of the Federal Network produce and manage digital archival documents in business systems. However, they do not have the structure or mechanisms to plan, implement and evaluate document management activities. Based on the conclusions of the research, a guide was applied to implement the methodology for the management of digital archival documents in the Federal Network of Professional, Scientific and Technological Education, where principles, requirements and guidelines are included for the institutions that are implementing or will implement the management of digital archival documents.

Educomunicação socioambiental nas rádios comunitárias da província de Gaza-Moçambique
In this thesis, we aim to “Understand how the socio-environmental educommunication process takes place in community radios in the Province of Gaza-Mozambique”. With this aim, we are interested in studying how scientific knowledge and local knowledge are articulated in the communicational processes of environmental education, in the part of the country. To this end, our theoretical framework is diversified in a holistic way, but articulating itself from Freirean pedagogy and Kaplun's educational communication, from which the principles of: problematizing, dialogicity, criticality, participation and creativity with experimental aesthetics, in the communicational work of community radios. In this theoretical articulation, the Epistemologies of the South and Environmental Epistemology are included, through theorists such as Sousa Santos, Odera Oruka, Enrique Leff and Leonardo Boff. In the communicational field, community communication and educommunication are articulated, as counter-hegemonic alternatives of communicational processes, based mainly on Paiva, Peruzzo, Tomás Jane, and Soares. We take Socio-Environmental Educommunication as one of the areas of Educommunication, making a dialogue with the concept of Ecopedagogy, whose key authors are Gadotti, Ruskeinsky and Mazzarino. To conduct the empirical part, in the Province of Gaza, eight community radio stations were selected from that Province, which, through semi-structured interviews, analysis of programming schedules and radio programs on environmental education, reached the results of the study. The conclusions point to the existence of socio-environmental educommunicative practices in the studied radios, with greater focus on the principles of participation, problematizing, dialogicity, collaboration and creativity. However, deficiencies were found in the shared management model of the RCs, motivated by the low adherence of those in this management component. Finally, we conclude that the concepts of planetary citizenship and communicative citizenship are present and reciprocally in the studied radios, given that the collaborators, being mostly members of these communities, prioritize the interaction with other subjects who share the same community spaces, in the approach to environmental problems.

Abordagem inteligente para alocação de tarefas em projetos de software
The team's technical knowledge and personality influence software projects, and can reduce or increase the quality of the generated products and the speed of development. For successful task allocation, it is needed to consider the preferences and profile of each developer, thus maximizing their productivity. In projects with many developers, task allocation can be a challenging task and can be aided by recommendation tools. In this work, we propose an intelligent approach for allocating software development tasks appropriate to the developer's profile. Based on the literature, profiles of developers needed in a software team were defined, considering skills and technical profiles. Aiming to evaluate the profile of the developer and associate appropriate tasks with it, this work uses a questionnaire with questions that aim to identify the profile of the developer. From the answers, a recommender system allocates tasks to developers, employing text processing techniques, MultinomialNB, and Random Forest. Developers evaluate allocations, and the system uses them to improve the recommender system. The allocation of tasks, according to the profile of each developer, seeks to improve the performance of the project and the quality of the products developed, as well as to reduce the development effort. The validations showed that the developed approach makes consistent and coherent task recommendations to developers, according to their profile.

Abordagem para priorização de áreas críticas para incidência de interrupções de longa duração em sistema de distribuição de energia elétrica
The reliability improvement of the electricity distribution system is a recurring topic when it comes to the investments of an electric utility. Directly related to the response of the operations center, the maintenance and correction of occurrences of interruptions in the distribution system plays a fundamental role in improving reliability and user satisfaction indicators of the network. The approach proposed in this study presents the results of possible scenarios, which may help in the construction of maps of importance of the areas that stochastically present a higher probability of emergency occurrences and, therefore, generate contingency situations and impact on reliability indicators. Measured through the ratio of consumers reached, the duration of the faults and the frequency of each long outage, the impact caused by the outages can be prioritized, as the list of affected areas has different claims. This research tends to contribute to the decision-making process for dispatching occurrences to maintenance teams, as it analyzes the impact of past interruption scenarios, relating space x time and projecting possible future events. The scoring of locations that are more prone to events that generate interruptions in the distribution companies’ operating map tends to facilitate the orientation of operation centers and the prioritization of locations and orders. The application of this approach aims to ensure greater assertiveness by recognizing possible scenarios and locations predisposed to interruption of power supply, contributing both to the operator’s cognitive bias and the scenario and impact of their actions, as well as the possibilities to solve problems faster everyday.

Racismo online no Brasil: uma análise a partir da perspectiva de decisões judiciais
Safernet data from the past few years has shown an increase in the number of reports of racism on the internet. In a country marked by structural racism, it is clear that the virtual environment becomes a new space for the propagation of racist hate speech. Victims of this type of conduct are left to resort to the Judiciary to ensure that the possible perpetrators are held responsible. As a result, and considering that the use of the internet as a means of spreading racism can pose a challenge to both current legislation and judges, the question arises: what are the main points discussed in judicial decisions about online racism in Brazil? To answer this problem, the predominantly inductive method was choosed, using first-person narrative, as recommended by the Racial Critical Theory, like the legal storytelling. As procedural methods, quantitative-qualitative research of judicial decisions of the Federal Regional Court of the 4th Region was used, having as time frame from 2010 to 2020. As quantitative research, jurimetry was used to understand the meaning of the numbers involving the decisions found using the defined criteria. In addition, Grounded Theory was chosen for the qualitative research, in order to understand which are the main categories of argument that could be verified in the judgments. The research techniques, in turn, were the documentary and bibliographic, with extensive research in judicial decisions and legislation, as well as in articles and books about the subject, respectively. In the end, it was possible to verify a reduced number of decisions involving online racism against black people, while a greater number of judgments involving this type of discourse against Northeastern and indigenous people. In addition, five main categories were identified within the decisions, namely: a) delimitation of racism only in the form of direct discrimination; b) materiality and authorship of the offense most easily demonstrated through the evidence collected on the internet; c) the need to demonstrate the accused's deceit; d) debate between the right to freedom of expression versus the spread of racism and hate speech; e) the harmfulness of the internet as a means of spreading online racism. Such conclusions allow to think which are the biggest points to consider for a reform in the current anti-racist criminal legislation.

O processo de desterritorialização das escolas no campo em Restinga Sêca - RS
To deterritorialize is to undo, to destroy, to remove what was placed. The closing of schools in Restinga Sêca-RS’ countryside deconstructed a territorialization, schools that were built, people who inhabited the countryside, to then direct them to other territories, almost always urban. However, schools were not reterritorialized in the cities in a satisfactory way. Agribusiness sticks to the concentration of land, carrying out monoculture, then undoing the place, space, schools. That said, we emphasize that this research has, as a general objective, to understand the process of deterritorialization driven by the agribusiness of rural schools in the municipality of Restinga Sêca-RS and it’s interface with the deterritorialization of rural communities; and as specific objectives: To identify the territorialized schools in the municipality of Restinga Sêca since before it’s emancipation and, after this, the municipal administrative acts in which the process of deconstitution of schools begin; To prove that modern agriculture, expanded by agribusiness, has been deterritorializing communities, and in particular, countryside schools, and that resistance is constantly present; Recognize the importance of active schools in the Restinga Sêca countryside and the interfaces in the resistance to the non-closing of schools; e Present the deterritorialization of countryside schools in Restinga Sêca-RS and it’s consequences for schools and communities in the countryside and in the city. For this, we used the Dialectical Historical Materialism method. A field research in which we used instruments such as documentation and archive of the city hall of Restinga Sêca-RS; library collection; maps; Internet; depositions; study trips; and non-directive interviews with the participation of the Municipal Education Department of Restinga Sêca, communities surrounding the deactivated schools, teachers and graduates of these schools. As a result, we highlight that, of the 63 municipal schools established in the Restinga Sêca-RS’ countryside, 56 schools were deterritorialized and, with them, the communities followed the same process. We emphasize that the deterritorialization of schools in the countryside still comes from the 1960s, years in which the rural exodus began to take place, and the closing of schools took place in greater numbers in the 90s. despite being rural schools, rural education was built, the Restinga Sêca’ countryside was populated, but, through the so-called modern agriculture, it got rid of people and schools.

Modulação cultural do cuidado familial à criança dependente de tecnologia em saúde
Objective: to interpret the cultural modulation of family care for children dependent on health technology in the different contexts in which they are inserted. Method: ethnographic study with a qualitative approach. The informants of the study were the technology-dependent children, their families and people around them, completing ten general informants and 5 keys. The selection of families occurred intentionally from the database of the researcher's master's dissertation. Data production completed 300 hours, in a period of 10 months, from June 2019 to April 2020 in Santa Maria. It started at the families' homes and the researcher was able to accompany them in their places of conviviality (school, health spaces and community). Participant observation and ethnographic interviews with field diary records were used, and the genogram and ecomap were used as collection instruments. For the interpretation of data, the following phases proposed by ethnonursing were followed: (1) collection, description and documentation of raw data; (2) identification and characterization of descriptors and components; (3) patterns and contextual analysis and (4) main themes, research findings, theoretical formulations and recommendations. Ethical precepts were respected in accordance with Resolution 466/12 and Resolution 510/16. The study has been approved by the Research Ethics Committee of the institution with opinion number 3,319,351. Results: they were divided into two chapters, one dealing with the organization and family configuration, for the care of the child dependent on health technology, as well as the available support network. Families need the support of people beyond the family nucleus to guarantee care and consider the school and health services as part of this network. The second talks about the limits and possibilities found in the course of care, where socioeconomic difficulties arise, the lack of coverage on the part of public policies, mothers as main caregivers, fathers providers of sustenance, the social space being the space of care , the prejudice that still exists, the school inclusion of children, the lack of listening. Conclusion: families of children dependent on health technologies need to carry out cultural modulations to face the limits they encounter during the course of care and reinvent themselves within the family configuration and support network to transform these limits into possibilities to guarantee the quality of care. these children's lives.
