Study of the Inelastic Collisions through Analysis Video
At the various educational levels is taught in the schools the phenomenon of the collision. Generally, are privileged two types of collision: perfectly elastic (restitution coefficient CR = 1) and perfectly inelastic (restitution coefficient CR = 0). However, large part of the phenomena physic at which occurs collision are type inelastic, and that is why we are asking: how calculate the restitution coefficient taking on values 0 < CR < 1 for inelastic collision? This paper, using an experiment at which we dropping a ball to the floor, we shoot the movement of the ball bouncing through analysis video find e for an inelastic collision. Furthermore, we use the damped harmonic oscillator model to build an analogy with movement of the ball and to find value of CR depending of the dampening constant.

The performative character of judicial language
The study that follows, inserted in the field of research related to theories of judicial decision, seeks to reflect, based on a brief bibliographic review, on the performative power of judicial language from the narratives produced in the jurisdiction. Therefore, precepts of sophist philosophy such as persuasion and rhetoric are recovered and associated to the narrative aspects of the judicial decision. The objective of the research is to demonstrate, through interdisciplinarity, the fragility of theories of judicial decision that support the hypothesis that it is possible to find normatively correct answers in judicial decisions.

Precarious Workers in the Superior Labor Court: Wages, contract and working hours (Brazil, 1946-1953)
This article analyzes the Superior Labor Court's discussions and proceedings regarding the guarantee of rights for precarious and informal workers at the moment of consolidation of the Brazilian Labor Judiciary, i.e., when its structure was exclusively centered on the so-called “formal workers". On this path, this paper covers the period from 1946 to 1953, considering important changes in the jurisprudence established by the highest appellate court of the Brazilian Labor Judiciary. By using the records of magistrates' debates as the main sources of this research, the so-called shorthand notes (notas taquigráficas), this article seeks to understand the role of the Labor Justice, especially the Superior Labor Court, with regard to the protection and guarantee of rights for the large group of precarious workers in Brazil.

Gender and race in the free domestic service in Salvador in the end of nineteenth century: the emergence of a fatally segmented class
On 1887, a rule to discipline domestic labor in Salvador was published by the City Council. This rule provided that all the servants were to be enrolled in the Police Department, which resulted in 897 registrations, with extremely rich data, containing various personal information about the workers, accompanied by a thorough physical description. This allowed the analysis of possible gender, class and racial cleavages within the category of servants, whose results are presented in this article. The most common profession, also the one present in most of the houses or establishments, were the cooks, harboring in this profession a great number of black women. Despite of some professions were occupied by men and women there were a strong sexual differentiation in most of the labor categories. These results also reflect what is observed today in the general characterization of domestic labor in Brazil: black women confined to the kitchen work, while mainly white men gave rise to their independent labor categories, nowadays detached from the concept of domestic work.

From “A Foot in the Kitchen” to “A Foot in the Door”: the PEC das Domésticas in Brazil and its Opportunities and Challenges
This work evaluates the PEC das Domésticas of 2013 and the history leading up to its passage. The paper examines the political discourse surrounding the constitutional amendment (PEC), both within Brasilia and in the national dialogue. The passage of the PEC is contextualized using a review of relevant academic literature on the topic of domestic work, its history, and its socioeconomic importance in Brazil, combined with a cursory political history of Brazil. It identifies key actors (namely Benedita da Silva) and institutional supporters (the International Labor Organization) in the advocacy and discourse surrounding the PEC, which illustrates the PEC’s importance as symbolic politics that characterized a critical juncture in Brazil’s economy and national imaginary. Lastly, the work evaluates the passage of the PEC in terms of its actual enforcement in the current economic context and of its relation to prior milestones and ambitions of the domestic worker’s movement.

Slave labor and free labor: freedman employed in domestic services in the nineteenth century Recife
This study highlights the social and labor relations between the liners engaged in domestic services, their former owners and the other workers of the nineteenth century Recife families. These relations were influenced by the different conjunctures arising from the emancipationist politics of the imperial state and from the crisis of slavery in the second half of the nineteenth century. Grounded in paternalism, they produced dependent freedoms and continued exploitation and control, traditionally linked to slave labor, over them. On the other hand, thesesocial relations were not only dictated by paternalism and domesticity. Maids and nurses, especially lining (forro) and free, were able to enjoy more and less autonomy and were part of the contractual logic of work, including demanding in court the payment of unpaid wages.

Rhythmic gymnastics: experience based on unified sports on Special Olympics
The Special Olympics Unified Sport program enables sports practices for people with and without intellectual disabilities to work together to promote social inclusion. Based on this program, an action research was carried out to analyze the relationship between athletes with and without intellectual disabilities in rhythmic gymnastics classes based on the Unified Sport. To that end, 18 girls, 12 with intellectual disabilities and 6 without this condition, performed rhythmic gymnastics classes together for 12 weeks, with 2 weekly sessions of 2 hours each, in a sports court in Guaratinguetá, São Paulo, Brazil. At the end of the program, a semi-structured interview with non-disabled girls was used, assessing the data by content analysis. The results showed that the interaction between athletes with and without disabilities promoted improvements in the performance of athletes and enabled the construction of knowledge about the diversities, reaching attitudes of acceptance and respect for differences.

Catalan independence, identity and globalization at the Fútbol Club Barcelona
Catalonia faces a historic political and economic crisis, marked in recent years. Local football touched on these developments that affected the structural dynamics and identity of the clubs in the region, especially FC Barcelona. With a focus on historical, political and dualism between the global and the local, this study aimed to analyze the impact of Catalan identity, Catalan independence and globalization in FC Barcelona. For that, bibliographic references, historical documentary sources and reports were used. It was concluded that the identity of the Club is continually rebuilt, according to the actions and positions of its different governing groups in relation to the local political and economic situation. However, sporting and financial issues are the guiding principle in the club's decision-making today, to the detriment of its social representation in the region.

On Berkeley’s solution to the Barrovian case
At the beginning of the 18th century, Berkeley believed an anomaly pointed outby Isaac Barrow could be regarded as important evidence against the optical theories thathad been established and standardized thanks to the works of Kepler and Newton. In thisarticle, we want to show that Berkeley’s treatment of the Barrovian Case does not falsifythese theories. We will contend that the strategy used by Berkeley to resolve the anomaly byalluding to a change of convention is a strategy that the classical theorist could use as well.In other words, the classical theorist could also appeal to a change of convention to deal withthe problem.

To teach Pierre Bourdieu at 9-3: what to speak means to say
This article addresses the confrontation between Bourdieu’s high social theory and a public disarmed to appropriate his views about symbolic domination and social inequality: the lower- class, immigrant pupils of high schools located in the declining urban periphery of the Greater Paris. Through an intensive sociological field work, I propose an empirical observation of the social reception of Bourdieu’s work. It questions the risk of meaningless behavior for both pupils and teachers as Bourdieu’s theory is going against the necessary meritocratic grain in the classroom and it explores the subjective meaning of the domination theory for dominated individuals, in between acceptance and denial. This study shows that in the French banlieues, it creates an individual and precarious feeling of self-empowerment.

Why is translation theory useful to translators?
This article raises the question of the usefulness of translation theory for the practical activity of translators. The usefulness of the theory is certainly a controversial topic that has led to intense debate among experts. Although there are schools and colleges where translation and interpretation studies have been taught for over thirty years, the theory still causes distrust not only among translators who have not studied translation, but also among students and even teachers. This fact is not surprising if we think that the theory, broadly understood, is an essential part of higher studies and underpins our discipline. From some readings and my experience as a professor of Translutology at the University of Granada, I intend to answer the title question and related questions such as: which theory does the translator need?, What are the relations between theory and practice of translation? And what is translation theory for?
