DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.13071/regec.2317-5087.2013.2.2.6136.207-216The objective of this work is to initiate a reflection on the impact of the current crisis in the transformation process of the organization of work and industrial relations underway in the Brazilian industry. The theme of the crisis is usually approached from its more immediate effects: inflation and unemployment. But we would like to start addressing it from an earlier period: the period of economic growth known as the "Brazilian miracle" (1969-1973). And yet, treat it from the point of view of employment. We intend from the evolution of industrial employment and characteristics of technical and social division of labor and its organization within the Brazilian industry from the early '70s. The 70 in Brazil is characterized as a period of great industrial expansion and , although the symptoms of the crisis and the economic recession are being felt from 1974 , they will only manifest more clearly the level of industrial employment from 1981.

This policy led to the creation of major research institutions and various higher education institutions in the State of São Paulo. The cornerstone of this paper is to identify and characterize the economic, social and cultural conditions that allowed the genesis and evolution of this policy shall, evaluating its main effects in the medium and long term.

Este artigo analisa a questão de gênero dentro da igreja de Corinto e como o cognominado "Apóstolo dos gentios", Paulo de Tarso, elaborou um discurso para debater estas questões. Concomitante a isso, far-se-á uma discussão sobre comportamentos e posturas dentro do Império Romano referentes à indefinição entre as categorias de masculino e feminino

Este artigo tem por propósito analisar a retórica antijudaica em textos cristãos dos séculos I e II d. C. suscitada não por ataques de judeus à fé cristã, mas, diferentemente, pela repetida presença de cristãos judaizantes (que adotam regras da lei de Moisés não mais seguidas pela maioria dos cristãos). Tal retórica auxilia na construção de fronteiras entre cristãos e judeus e, nesse sentido, na elaboração de uma identidade cristã que deve ser distanciada do universo de costumes e práticas judaicos.

Os concílios eclesiásticos de Elvira (306) e Arles (314) editaram um conjunto de normas que disciplinavam a conduta dos cristãos. Uma parte dessa legislação concerne às relações entre os cristãos e os não cristãos nas comunidades representadas nessas duas assembleias. Politeístas, denominados nessas normas gentios, judeus e hereges, são categorias que emergem de uma leitura a contrapelo desta documentação. As relações estabelecidas entre os que são e os que não são cristãos ajudam-nos a entender esse período de consolidação da religião cristã e a crescente capacidade de legislar sobre a vida privada dos indivíduos, uma inovação cristã.

A historiografia acerca das relações judaico‑cristãs no contexto da Antiguidade Tardia tem sido, recentemente, um lugar de importantes e vitais reflexões, apresentando uma mudança de perspectiva que questiona antigas concepções. No presente artigo, buscamos refletir sobre os debates oferecidos por essa nova tendência historiográfica, de modo que possamos compreender uma história particular das relações entre judeus e cristãos no espaço da cidade de Antioquia‑de‑Orontes, no contexto do século IV d. C. Para isso, recorreremos a uma abordagem específica, dando destaque ao âmbito da História Política e Cultural. Além disso, tratamos de algumas das fontes disponíveis para o estudo dessa temática.

Durante muito tempo, a historiografia analisou os documentos de Gregório de Nissa (335/340-394 d. C.) como apêndice para os escritos dos outros dois Padres Capadócios: Basílio de Cesareia e Gregório de Nazianzo. Este artigo tem o objetivo de compreender o período de produção e circulação do discurso Contra Eunômio de Gregório de Nissa a partir de eventos vivenciados pelo próprio autor. Dessa maneira, intentamos relacionar os períodos de exilium e relegatio de Gregório com a produção e circulação de seu discurso Contra Eunômio.

In this article, we will explore the political thought of Demosthenes (384-322 BC) as to the defense of the autonomy of the polis and the action against the Macedonia. We will focus on the three Philippics analysis with the intent to capture in these speeches the sense of Greek identity connected to the polis, a single political system seen by Demosthenes as worthy for the Hellenes and the only one capable of preserving the freedom of Hellas. In return, we will examine how, at the same time, Demosthenes, when speaking of being Greek, the nature of the polis, builds an entire rhetoric according to which Philip II, king of Macedonia, is symbolized as a barbaric enemy of Hellas.

In questo articolo pretendiamo analizzare una delle principali prostitute del teatro di Plauto, Adelphasium, personaggio della commedia Poenulus. Osserveremo come questo personaggio è construito dall’autore attraverso le battute della prostituta e anche degli altri personaggi che si riferiscono a lei.

Apart from Rome, no city in the early Roman Empire was more characterized and criticized by outsiders than Alexandria. These images produced in Roman times created representations of the city that the contemporary historiography perpetuates: an enormous, beautiful and turbulent city, second only to Rome. The aim of this article is to discuss how these images associated to Alexandria’s greatness and prosperity illustrate a perception of the city as a mirror to Rome and a threat to its hegemony. My objective is to demonstrate that the selection of themes was not innocent, as was not also the duality within the narratives, that focus on Alexandria’s qualities and achievements on the one hand, and on its problems and tendency to polemics, on the other.

Esse artigo pretende analisar os limites das principais contribuições historiográficas sobre o ano dos quatro imperadores. Partiremos, primeiramente, de uma visão global dos conflitos originados após o governo de Nero, ressaltando a complexidade de estudarmos o período em questão. Em seguida, pretendemos destacar as versões que a historiografia sobre o tema nos traz para explicar a queda desse polêmico imperador, além de apresentarmos quais os enfoques que os pesquisadores dão aos conflitos do ano de 69 e seus respectivos limites. Feito esse exercício, iremos propor uma nova maneira que permite pensarmos o período em questão para além dos limites metodológicos apontados por este trabalho.

A análise histórico-religiosa das representações figurativas de diferentes ambientes religiosos – judeus e cristãos – permite aprofundar as reflexões sobre o uso da arte como linguagem convencional, simbólica e de fácil compreensão. Porém, estabelece as diferenças de modo sutil, não se distanciando do proselitismo religioso ao usar o patrimônio iconográfico próprio da Antiguidade Tardia, como pretendemos demonstrar nesse artigo.
