Information for autonomy in business, innovation and technology
Differently named contexts such as business ecosystems, innovation, entrepreneurship and startups foster the high volume and diversity of data, information and knowledge required for decision-making in these environments. It is understood that the identification of information needs in environments called ecosystems brings new information demands to be addressed by information professionals, both at the practical level and theoretical for sustainability. It is considers the studies on information needs and demands that give a centrality to the users, the people and organizations, that interact in an environment through information. Through qualitative and descriptive research, informational demands were identified, such as: mapping relevant sources of information; identification of tools and mechanisms to integrate the various types of information; search and/or design of interactive information systems; identification of key moments in existing processes; representation and description of information and knowledge; characterization of personal and informational behavior. It is concluded that the informational demands derived from information pertinent to business, innovation, entrepreneurship and startups eco-systems require the information professional to make critical reflection about the availability and preparation for the use of tools and mechanisms to promote access and use of information, order to promote the autonomous action of the actors that are part of these environments.

Classifying the LOD cloud: Digging into the knowledge graph
Massive amounts of data from different contexts and producers are collected and connected relying often solely on statistical techniques. Problems to the acclaimed value of data lie in the precise definition of data and associated contexts as well as the problem that data are not always published in meaningful and open ways. The Linked Data paradigm offers a solution to the limitations of simple keywords by having unique, resolvable and shared identifiers instead of strings This paper reports on a three-year research project “Digging Into the Knowledge Graph,” funded as part of the 2016 Round Four Digging Into Data Challenge (https://diggingintodata.org/awards/2016/project/digging-knowledge-graph). Our project involves comparing terminology employed within the LOD cloud with terminology employed within two general but different KOSs – Universal Decimal Classification and Basic Concepts Classification. We are exploring whether these classifications can encourage greater consistency in LOD terminology and linking the largely distinct scholarly literatures that address LOD and KOSs. Our project is an attempt to connect the Linked Open Data community, which has tended to be centered in computer science, and the KO community, with members from linguistics, metaphysics, library and information science. We focus on the shared challenges related to Big Data between both communities.

State of the art about domain analysis in the Brazilian Information Science Field
This article presents the state of the art on the production of knowledge related to Domain analysis in Information Science delimited within the scope of Brazilian research. 46 documents were analyzed (excluding the duplication of the records found in the databases), classified in articles of periodicals, doctoral theses, master dissertations, oral communications of ENANCIB and publications of another nature with publication date between 2013 and 2018. The search of the publications was carried out by means of the identification of the descriptors in Portuguese "Análise de domínio" and "Ciência da Informação" and in English "Domain analysis" and "Information Science" in the summary, title, keywords. For the analysis of the documents, the eleven approaches or analysis tools established by Hjørland (2002) were used in the definition of a domain to classify the works and to facilitate the understanding of the use of the theoretical-methodological foundations of the Domain Analysis of the recovered documents. It concludes that the researches found showed a strong tendency for bibliometric studies of domain analysis (with citation analysis, co-citation, co-occurrence and network analysis) and for the techniques of organization and representation of knowledge. It is recommended to use the domain analysis method in the construction of Knowledge Organization Systems, especially in the elaboration of special classifications in Information Science domains.

Digital subjectivities: info-communicational micropolitics and a programmatic introduction
This theoretical article developed through a bibliographic method aims to present part of a research agenda that places digital artifacts from their constitution as dispositive of experience capable of embracing political, ethical, philosophical, economic, cultural aspects. For this, the theoretical discussion involves the concepts of experience, dispositive and subjectivity, through authors like Michel Foucault, Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guatarri, among others, making possible confrontation with the digital question. As a perspective, in arguing about the discursiveness of the of experience from their capacity to act, to circulate and produce meanings of communication in their own spaces and times, raises the need for discussion about the micropolitics that experience provide in the construction of subjects.

The interlacement of memory and information in the scope of the reference process
The purpose of this paper is to reflect on the reference process, in which it is understood that the particularities of memory and information are present throughout the process, as points that intertwine and influence before, during or even after service. be finalized. It is understood that it is through the process of reference that one has the unique moment of interpersonal communication between the user and the librarian. Based on this relationship between the actors, the methodology to be applied is the analysis of the steps in the reference process in the light of Denis Grogan, combined with the reflection on the conceptual implications of memory and information. In addition, it is basilar the relationship of the concept of communicative action and dialogic process to reflect on the qualification of interpersonal communication among the actors, besides promoting a state of informational consciousness. The proposed reflections are promising regarding the revision of the reference service, the innovation of the concept of interpersonal communication itself and the integration of the actors involved in the reference process with the library.

Design Science: research in a theorical field
The present research maps the advances in the theoretical field of Design Science from a set of Brazilian works. The objective is to demonstrate from the study of one of the works a way of organizing the theoretical field in the context of Information Science, using the representation in a bibliometric map on the subject. A qualitative study is developed through a descriptive research that starts from a general premise about Design Science and adds intermediate or particular premises to the term. The data used to construct the research are composed by the universe of Brazilian theses that approached the subject or had the term Design Science present in the title of their works, and in addition a set of relevant Brazilian works on the theme that were available in the database of CAPES on the date of the consultation. The data collected from the literature review served as a reference for the analysis of a bibliometric map of a thesis on the subject, specially created with the function of representing the knowledge about the theme available in Brazilian theses, facilitating the consultative studies and the future research in the field of Design Science. Specifically, it is expected that the results with the research offer: a) description of the behavior of the term of Design Science, based on the works consulted, in view of its representativeness in several areas of knowledge; b) presentation of the term Design Science in a transdisciplinary perspective; c) representation of the knowledge about the thematic as a form of organization of the field.

The use of evidence by Brazilian nurses: quantitative cross -sectional study
In the context of health, the term "evidence" is used to describe findings from scientific studies published in peer-reviewed academic journals. We sought to verify how Brazilian nurses have used evidence, as well as what are the main difficulties and facilitators for the use of scientific evidence by these professionals. For that, a cross-sectional survey was carried out. A total of 100 nurses participated, of which 7 were men and 93 were women, with an average age of 37.3 years; 81 had only undergraduate degrees, 14 had master's degrees and 5 had doctor’s degrees. Nurses in this study opt mainly for consulting their co-workers when they have some doubt. Main difficulties for the use of evidence by the participating nurses are related to low remuneration and conditions of the work place. They understand as facilitators for the use of evidence: multiple forms of access to evidence; access to evidence that is valid for local context; education during graduation and continuing education. This study results bring contributions in the direction to think about initiatives so that health evidences are more widely used by Brazilian nurses.

The Gender and sexuality subjects: thematic representation in the systems SophiA/National Library and Pergamum/UFPE
This paper presents a comparative analysis on the thematic representation of the subjects Gender and Sexuality between the SophiA system, from the National Library – BN, and the Pergamum system, from the Federal University of Pernambuco – UFPE. The objective of the research was to analyze comparatively how the subjects Gender and Sexuality are being represented in the BN and UFPE systems. The justification is based on the proposal of an adequate representation of the subjects Gender and Sexuality, so that the search and recovery are more precise in both SophiA/BN and Pergamum/UFPE, by the users of that domain. The research was characterized as descriptive, with comparative, qualitative and inductive characteristics; it is a case study that was meant to understand and interpret if the terms that were attributed to certain titles of the theme fit efficiently to the subjects that are actually treated by them. The investigative corpora were collected in two stages: a) from the search for the subjects "Gender Identity", "Sexuality" and "Gender and Sexuality" in SophiA/BN, a list was created of the titles found in relation to the subject in scope national level, from 2010 to 2014; b) the titles retrieved in SophiA/BN were searched in the Pergamum/UFPE, generating a second list – of the titles that were found; thus, the works resulting from these two filtrations, that is, those found in both collections, had their terms analyzed comparatively in conjunction with the terms that were extracted from the titles themselves and respective copies. After analyzing and discussing the results, it was concluded that the subjects Gender and Sexuality are not being adequately explored, either by the SophiA/BN system or by the Pergamum/UFPE system, raising questions about the importance of the indexing specificity of those subjects and the professional ethics needed in this process to promote access to information.

Copyright, plagiarism and co-authorship: academic and ethical
Copyright, plagiarism and co-authorship are themes that arouse controversy in the academic world, especially under ethical and legal parameters. The general objective of this research is to understand, from the perspective of copyright, non-plagiarism and co-authorship, how the use of information and its belonging to others can be made without having an unethical or anti-legal attitude, as well as demystifying self plagiarism. To that end, the research question was: “From the perspective of copyright, non-plagiarism and co-authorship, how can the use of information of his or her own and of others be used without having an unethical or anti-legal attitude?” The methodology used was bibliographic and reflection research, using qualitative arguments. As result, there is an important debate involving two problematic sides of the “same coin”. On one side, are those who produce more works, with their researches and writings, the publishers, periodicals, courses and regulatory agencies; And on the other side are those who are asked (required) to produce in quantity and quality and do not fit well to this requirement, for not having that profile, and that often resort to “sellers of academic works”, by copying parts or the work of others or repeating their work already done as something new. It is known that to meet the academic demands of production, many people use unethical subterfuges to achieve their goals, and others take advantage, creating a lucrative business. The regulatory and supervisory bodies attempt to act and inhibit such practice, such as the creation of the Copyright Law, plagiarism detection software and others. However, this practice is far from being completely eliminated. This article will discuss the unfolding of issues of copyright, plagiarism and co-authorship, instigating the academy itself to reflect not only on the students’ attitudes, but also on teachers and researchers. We conclude that not everything that seems to be a crime is so and it is necessary to review practices and requirements that try to make the researcher a producer in series of publications without relativizing the condemnation of the unethical practice of false authorship

Trends in cultured meat: a bibliometric and sociometric analysis of publication
The cellular agriculture is been considered as a mechanism to minimize future negative impacts from the estimated world population growth for the coming decades. Among the alternatives of this technology, the development of meat grown in the laboratory stands out. Numerous researchers have been making efforts to develop this scientific field today. However, few studies have tried to map the intellectual panorama and emerging themes in the scientific literature of this scientific field. Thus, this research aims to analyze from the perspective of the bibliometric and sociometric analysis the scientific publications on meat cultivated within the perspective of cellular agriculture, indexed in the Web of Science database. We analyzed 91 publications on cultured meat, combining mapping data, patterns of co-citation and collaboration from scientific journals and authorship. We also analyze emerging issues in the research on meat cultivated. We noted that, given the participation of authors and co-authors from different areas of knowledge, there is not a pattern in the composition of collaboration networks. Also stands out the multidisciplinary nature of the studies on cultured meat, transposing different disciplines and analytical approaches. Those aspects concerning the environmental, cultural impact, technical viability of its productive process and impacts on traditional livestock production appear as latent constructs in this new food biotechnology.

Information institutionalized and materialized as document: conceptual articulations and paths
This research poses questions regarding paths and how to make it possible to build concepts on information materiality and institutionality as phenomena concerning transforming object into document. It aims to: a) build fundaments, b) synthetize paths to investigate phenomena; and c) build a framework of conceptual articulations on information materialized and institutionalized as document. This was achieved by means of review of literature; establishing interdisciplinary; and epistemological and political links concerning documentation and information sciences. The research employed, in addition, Imre Lakatos’ theoretical-methodological elements as subsidies for the proposition of an investigation program, structuring the planning and articulation of theoretical-methodological choices. Counting on contributions from works by Habermas, Foucault, Weber, and Bourdieu, such choices pass through fundaments of “claims to validation, discursive practices, and political horizons;” of “sociocultural, symbolic-bureaucratic and political materiality of information;” of “object-support and materiality of informational actions and practices;” and of “epistemological and political contexts — materiality/institutionality/representation.” Conceptual articulations and paths culminated in the core of the program, from which one can observe document as informational value attributed to the object, i.e. a product of signification or of the function attributed to a thing in a given institutionality. Thus, documental materiality transcends physicality of information on a support, as every document: (a) represents something and can be represented; and (b) is a symbolic expression of power/knowledge. Finally, the document is a product of social practices and actions, defined by institutionalities of information with access and conditions to act conditioned by perspectives of materiality.

Knowledge construction in software companies: systemic approach
Starting from the use of the systemic approach, a discussion was held on the issue of management with people, with a view to building knowledge in organizational environments. For that, in a first moment, elements of the systemic approach are detailed; in the sequence, management issues are approached with people who could lead to the construction of knowledge in organizational environments, with emphasis on information behavior. This research focuses on the scope of Information Technology companies that are dedicated to the development of software, emphasizing their characterization as complex sociotechnical systems. It is also emphasized the complexity involved in software projects and the interrelations between programmers in their teams, clients and stakeholders, organizational structure and aspects of Software Engineering. Both formal and informal information flows are considered as the aggregating element of the different components of the sociotechnical system, which allows the effectiveness of the work. Therefore, a multiple case study was carried out in two software development organizations to verify the consistency of the information flows, regarding the information sharing and its formalization, specifically. The quantitative approach was applied using questionnaires with Likert scale for the employees of the companies, which were analyzed using descriptive statistics. This has resulted in the need to balance information flows, mainly by improving the registration or documentation of information. Finally, the final considerations are made, in order to seek to interrelate the elements addressed in the study.

Indigenous culture under perspective of Information Science
This article aims to bring up preliminary observations on indigenous culture under the auspices of Information Science, in order to question the causes and consequences of the scarce presence of the theme in literature. Due to the essentially theoretical and almost essayistic substance of the article, the applied methodology consisted of a bibliographical survey (mainly in databases dedicated to Information Science, such as BRAPCI), reading and articulation of concepts. The results contemplate hypotheses that try to explain the absence of the indigenous culture, from the scope of Information Science. In addition, it seeks to offer initial perspectives so that the treatment of indigenous information is carried out in an efficient and historically reverent way.

Protocol data management in biology laboratories: proposal for developing a system
Organizing information objective is to disseminate the information objects effectively to the users. It is a complex but important task that uses elements such as the form and informational content of documents. Organized information is a prerequisite for an efficient organization. The goal of this study is to discuss the proposal of developing a system to organize protocol information from biological laboratories capable of managing protocol data. Research laboratories are examples of organizations that have a diverse and complex set of data that must be well organized. Their flow of information needs to be mapped identifying people, information sources, technology used as well as products and services. In this paper we describe the development of the FluxP system to organize information on protocols from a Biology Research Laboratory — The Animal Venoms and Toxins Laboratory (LVTA) from Federal University of Minas Gerais – Brazil. The following methodological procedures were adopted: technical visits, construction of a tool to manage the protocols (FluxP forms), categorization of the protocols used in the LVTA and experimental tests with 3 LVTA researchers. As a result, we highlight some features like: FluxP is able to manage protocol data making it simple to store and retrieve protocols to aid in the experimental work, increasing the reliability of experiments and helping reduce experimental errors. By establishing a central repository for protocols FluxP prevents protocols from being misplaced or lost and by categorizing them it makes simple to retrieve protocols based on keywords. The system is currently being used by LVTA to manage a collection of 50 protocols, and can be easily adapted for other laboratories.

Methodological contribution of the metric studies of information for the analysis of interdisciplinarity in environmental sciences
Through a bibliographical survey, the article presents a reflection on the conceptual and theoretical aspects of interdisciplinarity and metric studies of information and its interrelation with the development of environmental sciences. It presents the emergence of environmental sciences, which was a response to the complexity of environmental problems, due to the indissociability between anthropic and natural systems, which are related to economic and social problems mediated by science and technology. These aspects brought to the area intrinsic interdisciplinary characteristics, which were portrayed in specific orientations to observe interdisciplinarity in graduate programs, but without the specification of how we could check these factors. This study presented that the metric studies of information could be indicative for the development of interdisciplinary indicators, thus the contribution of this article resided in presenting a methodological protocol and validation, aiming to generate indicators of analysis to understand interdisciplinarity in the postgraduate programs in the area of environmental sciences, based on the metric studies of information.
