Both freedom of expression and the press are in evidence in the world today. Freedom of the press has a key role in monitoring and complaints of crimes and / or conduct detrimental to society, especially with regard to acts of public power. Exercising widely freedom of communication, guard means, in modern society, the formation of public opinion and free solidification of democratic rule of law. Given this important role taken by the freedom of communication, some argue a full and unlimited freedom, ruling out any form of regulation, oversight or limitation of such activity by the state. However, as with other constitutional freedoms, freedoms of speech and press are limits to its exercise. This work aims to address the freedom of speech and press forward to their limits.

This paper analyses the use of nominal referential expressions in two texts written by journalist Roberto Pompeu de Toledo, Dona Gildair and O Mercosul e a Taça Libertadores, published in Veja magazine of which he is Especial Editor on April 4th and July 11th 2012, respectively. The dissertation pertains to the Textual Linguistic area of studies, whose definition and development were summarized in the beginning of the work in order to clarify such relation. The general purpose of this paper is to study the key role of referentiation in the process of textual constitution, particularly the argumentative role the nominal referential expressions play as they perform their cognitive-discursive functions. The specific purpose of this dissertation is to analyse the nominal referential expressions built in the texts of the adopted corpus, by underlying the way they serve the author's purpose of saying and his argumentation in the attempt to convince and persuade his readers. As its theoretical framework the paper relies on the conception of text and textuality according to contemporary authors, as well as their conception of referentiation particularly of nominal referential expressions and its role in the constitution of discourse objects and in the argumentation. It is our conclusion that the author successfully uses the resources of argumentation, though he argues that claiming the truth of a given proposition is an unacceptable practice today.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objetivo desenvolver um projeto de arquitetura escolar direcionado ao atendimento da Educação Infantil e do Ensino Fundamental. A finalidade do estudo é o de proporcionar à edificação espaços funcionais, flexíveis, inclusivos e agregadores, que promovam uma melhoria no relacionamento social, no processo de desenvolvimento dos alunos e no aumento da qualidade de vida. O objetivo é criar áreas que possibilitem a ampliação das articulações dos conhecimentos, fazendo relações na forma como o ser humano percebe o seu entorno, como interage e exerce sua autonomia. A busca pela constituição de um ambiente educacional que promova a ampliação das relações humanas como um todo, envolvendo o corpo, a mente, emoções, espiritualidade e inteligências múltiplas.

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar, a partir dos principais limites e requisitos do direito penal, como se deve responsabilizar particulares no exercício de suas funções na pessoa jurídica pela prática de crimes contra a ordem tributária. Para isso, preambularmente, analisaremos como é a responsabilidade no direito penal, apresentando suas diferenças em relação as demais áreas do direito. Ato contínuo, passaremos a analisar quais os principais critérios, penais e processuais penais, que devem ser apurados e preenchidos para que seja possível a responsabilização penal. Por fim, por meio de julgados pontualmente pesquisados, apresentaremos qual a visão dos tribunais a respeito dos preenchimentos desses critérios em casos concretos, especificamente, nos crimes praticados contra a ordem tributária.

Atualmente, a elevada incidência de doenças como a Hepatite A, Febre Amarela, Doença de Chagas e as Leishmanioses que atingem a população de baixa renda do país, vem representando um crescente problema de saúde pública. Isso ocorre, pois, estas doenças não possuem investimento suficiente para a pesquisa e desenvolvimento de medidas de prevenção eficazes, diagnósticos precoces e tratamentos específicos. O presente trabalho realizou uma revisão da literatura científica e teve como objetivo analisar o panorama atual que demonstra a reemergência destas doenças e identificar as justificativas para a falta de investimento por parte do setor público e privado, além de comprovar a importância do profissional farmacêutico na prevenção e cuidado destes pacientes. Conclui-se que embora estas doenças necessitem de maior investimento, o farmacêutico como profissional da saúde pode contribuir para a melhoria do estado de saúde e qualidade de vida das pessoas que estão vulneráveis ou que possuem estas doenças. Este deve reforçar a importância da prevenção primária, secundária e terciária e, além disso, orientar o paciente quanto ao uso correto e racional dos medicamentos, possíveis efeitos colaterais e, principalmente, sobre a importância da adesão ao tratamento medicamentoso.

The topic of error in criminal law has been addressed for many years by law scholars, and has been the subject of numerous researches and scholarly works. On the other hand, an area of law that has gained much prominence in recent years, and which has been exhaustively studied, is the one related to tax crimes. In this way, the present dissertation aims to unite the two themes, conducting a research on the study of criminal-legal error in the context of tax criminal law. The work will deal with the species of error according to the traditional dogmatic (causalist theory), from the study of the dichotomy error of fact-error of law (error facti-error ius), going through the transition to dogmatics proposed by the finalists, especially Hans Welzel, where will be studied the dichotomy error in type-error in prohibition. Subsequently, a more detailed investigation will be made on the error in type and the error in prohibition in the scope of tax criminal law, where a jurisprudential research will also be carried out on the subject. Thus, the dissertation seeks to approach the institute of error under the prism of tax criminal law, investigating its peculiarities and unfoldings.

The paper discusses the relations between design and culture, understanding the field of place marks as fertile ground for this discussion, given the evolution and new contours of design and the brand in the contemporaneity. The case study of the Rio 2016 Olympic brand aims to provide the necessary support for this dialogue. In addition to bibliographical and documentary research, interviews were conducted with key executives of the agency Tátil Design de Ideias, winner of the public competition and responsible for creating the brand. A look at creativity contributes, along with the perspective of the design methodology employed by the agency, to understand the steps, processes and decisions that guided the creation of the brand. Given the novelty of the theme in Brazil (creation of an Olympic brand), the analysis of the marks of the Munich Olympics 1972 and Barcelona 1992 is complemented. The results obtained reinforce the interdisciplinary perspective of design, in its relations with culture and creativity, point out singularities and ruptures with other Olympic brands, both in the creative process and in the visual result obtained. In addition, it qualifies the Rio 2016 brand as a legacy for Brazilian design.

The so-called low-temperature physics had its development from studies of the dutch physicist Karmelingh Onnes, in the early twentieth century (1908), when he first got the liquefaction of helium. Studying thereafter the behavior of chemicals at low temperatures, three years after he found that resistance to the passage of electric current of mercury fell to zero for temperature equal to 4,2 K or -269ºC. This phenomenon came to be called superconductivity. In the following years many metallic superconductors were found, all, however, with a very low critical temperature. Intending to raising this temperature, doping in composite superconductors, such as BSCCO BiSrCaCuO have been made. In this research, physical and chemical properties of BSCCO composite were studied and discussed. This was done after different sintering routes. The precursor solutions were prepared by M. Pechini method, obtaining a material in powder form that was milled, calcinated, pressed, sintered, and then the characterization of samples was carried out using X-ray diffraction (XRD), electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The crystal structure of the material was refined by Rietveld method, by factors of disagreement Rwp = 5,43% e RBragg = 2,54%, checking 91,3% of phase 2234 BSCCO composite, which it is highly superconducting and rarely obtained together with 8,7% of other phases.

This investigation on the clinical support to three children with Attention Deficit Disorder / Hiperactivity (ADDH) and complain of learning disabilities has aimed at identifying the resources in psychologist/client relation which the children had as facilitating their comprehension of themselves, and which provided to them conditions to deal with their difficulties. Theoretical basis was divided into two topics: one of them related to the clinical support and interventions, emphasizing the intervening diagnosis proposed by Ancona-Lopez (1987), Ancona-Lopez et al. (1995), and Trinca (1984). The other topic was related to ADDH, based on specialists such as Barkley (2002), and Marcelli (1998). Qualitative analysis was carried out in three phases: Categorization, Categories Grouping, and Reflections on data. The analysis evidenced that intervening diagnosis (1) facilitated the clinical support to children with ADDH and learning disabilities, and (2) pointed out the psychologist's effective intervention in punctual moments, as well as the comprehension of resources that can be used for identifying how the client feels in relation to her/his difficulties, perceiving the moments when she/he shows her/his abilities, making possible to her/him deal with and overcome difficulties.

O transporte ferroviário da Região Metropolitana de São Paulo, mesmo com suas falhas, mostra-se mais rápido e eficiente que o transporte individual, transportando 7,8 milhões de pessoas por dia entre a capital paulista e cidades vizinhas. Entretanto, uma das informações pouco fornecidas pelas companhias ferroviárias é o tempo de viagem entre suas estações e qual o caminho que requer menos transferências entre linhas. Neste artigo é apresentada uma arquitetura e um protótipo de aplicativo mobile que calcula o caminho mais rápido entre as estações de origem e destino do sistema ferroviário de São Paulo.

Introduction: This text describes the study carried out by Vitalife Indústria de Cosméticos to expand the commercialization of its line of sunscreens to the northeast of Brazil through the pharmaceutical retail (pharmacies and drugstores). Methodology Used: Followed the method of solving problems and taking advantage of opportunities proposed by Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017). Investigated Context: The sunscreen market has grown at expressive rates in the last two decades in Brazil, whether due to the population's greater purchasing power or changes in consumer behavior. Particularly in the Northeast of Brazil, given its climatic and cultural characteristics and the population size, in addition to the absence of large local manufacturers, there are signs of potential sales of sunscreens and business opportunities for Vitalife. Diagnosis of the Situation: It started from the analysis of scenarios and trends in the competitive environment, such as the current and potential size of the Northeast market for sunscreens, as well as the performance strategy and positioning of the main competitors. Next, it sought to understand the modus operandi of representatives and distributors operating in the region, as well as their expectations and requirements, with the aim of formulating strategies to overcome barriers to entry and place products at points of sale. Proposed Intervention: The diagnosis made led to the design of a business model to create value for the various stakeholders, such as representatives, distributors, pharmacies and the final customer. The model evolved due to the more precise definition of the operation with the retail channels, integration of the production and logistics structure and analysis of financial viability and risks. Results Obtained: Business is growing at an accelerated pace, even in a time of pandemic, with partnerships already established with four distributors and the hiring of five local sales representatives. In addition, the first batches of sales to distributors and retailers have already occurred, including the replacement of merchandise in both cases, and the results signal in order to meet the company's expectations. Technological, Economic and Social Impact: This project has proven to be sustainable and in line with strategic objectives, and can provide a significant increase in the company's global revenue in the medium term. It can also enhance partnerships with investors, a strategy under analysis for the company's accelerated expansion. This increases the potential impact and relevance of the project in the economic dimension, but also technological (investment of capital for Research and Development) and even social (generation of jobs in the region).

This work investigated the possibility to education based on the principles of ethic alterity – opening a space in the educational experience that enables the proximity with the other and the respect to the different, before any preoccupation with the transmission of curricular subjects, all based on technical dimensions. In its theoretical referential, this study is based on the thoughts of the following authors: Levinas (1906-1995) specially, whose concepts of education have their roots on the integration with the other through an ethic of acceptance and respect towards alterity; Freire (1921-1997), whose thinking is marked by the search of a school with active and interacting students through dialog; Bahktin (1895-1975) for his preoccupation with the self and the others, in the search of an ethic that could favor the implementation of an education raised from the principles of consideration to the alterity. The guidelines were based on the verification of teachers of a private large-sized college, considering the following: 1. to be possible, and in what way, to educate under the perspective of consideration of the ethic alterity; 2. whether those professors noticed interactivities between students and their professors and if they comprehended that interactivity as a necessity to the self and the exacerbation of the same self, that one can observe in human relations; 3. if they considered that interactivity as a resource that enables the consideration to the otherness in the educational process. The research method used to achieve the objectives of this investigation was the qualitative approach, the most appropriate to the interaction perspective. The data collection of this investigation occurred among five professors, the subjects of this research, as regards to the educational relation between the self and the other through guideline questions based on the reflection about educational experiences of the hereby researcher together with the assumptions of the thinkers upon whom the theoretical roots of this paper are based. The analysis showed that all the interviewees comprehended the interaction as a resource that enables the consideration to the alterity on the educational process. They signalized that the role of the institution, either collaborative or not, should be considered with all respect to the diversity, as well as the ethical and moral roots, together with the acting of the self. This possibility was conditional upon the preparation of the professor, their provided experience on students‟ sensitization and their role as a model to their students. The data recorded and analyzed have brought new queries. They suggest new researches and the challenge to broad this subject of study, giving it a continuity, nevertheless looking forward to the possibility of professors and institutions to teaching under the ethic of consideration to the alterity.
