A unificação do processo administrativo das relações de consumo
The object of this work is to define the first academic lines about the necessity to unify the administrative process that evaluates infractions of the consumerism rules. This theme meets a well-known need of the current organizations for consumer protection nationwide and their agents-national militants in administrative consumer protection. Keeping focus on the accomplishment of the petrified fundamental commandment in consumer protection promotion, we have tried to give more effectiveness to the use of the material law in consumerism. Unifying procedures and strengthening the Agencies of the National System for the Consumer Protection means, first of all, to expose the social aspect of this governmental work on consumer protection, since most of the citizens who appeals to these public institutions come from the poor. Our basic premise about this theme is the absence of a national unification of the administrative processes and its implications. We will briefly examine the material face of the administrative consumerism penalties, such as the fine and its dosage (the most common penalty), as well as the other eleven penalties. At this point, we could not forget the importance of the presence of juridical assistance in public consumer protection agencies. The administrative solution to conflicts is an essential topic to come to a conclusion. We will talk about the need to unify the administrative process and we will present the competences of the public agencies in the National System for the Consumer Protection; we will try to relate the process unification to the conception of a system and its strengthening; we will make an effort to cut the Gordian knot of the matter, which is the unification of the administrative process with no harm for the legal autonomy of each federative entity in this matter. Our conclusion is a proposal of regulation, and its main points will be explained in full details. We will discuss the need of the appropriate process, the distinction between claims and penalties; furthermore, we will initiate the debate about a national record of well-grounded claims, a topic that nowadays indispensably includes the Information System for the Consumer (SINDEC); a tool conceived to achieve this aim. The administrative extinguishment involving conflicts or infractions is another theme we decided to approach, due to its practical relevance. Another huge obstacle we will face (without making pretensions to presenting a final solution) is the hard discussion about competence conflicts among administrative institutions. We have no doubt that the theme demands the attention of all the agents involved with the application of penalties. As a way to solve administrative conflicts, we dare propose a parallel method to the present one, which is, in this case, the arbitration. At this point, our inquietude will try to answer questions about the possibility of applying this extra judicial method to the administrative institutions for the consumer protection. We will demonstrate the possibility of applying alternative means of solving consumer s conflicts, making sure that the consumers will get administrative and technical protection, besides having their rights easily defended, always focusing on the search for a better market. At the end, based on discussions that occurred during the development of this work, we will propose a regulation project to the administrative process in consuming relations. As we recognize the lack (and the need) of rules and regulations to structure a National System for the Consumer Protection, we invite all of you to inquietude, since this is the key to achieve changes. So, looking ahead to the future and based on our reality, we intend to pave the way for the examination of this vast legislation.

Inertização de tinta offset em cerâmica
The purpose of the present study was to intercept the waste ink from offset in ceramic material, as some residues of compensated graphite inks are as hazardous by NBR10004, other toxic materials in its composition, such as lead and antimony. Using factorial planning it was observed that a residue addition did not cause large eyes on the actual porosity and apparent porosity of the sintered ceramics. By means of the results obtained it was observed that at both 1100 ° C and 1200 ° C the test bodies inerted the heavy metals because the metals of the test were not leached according to a standard by the ABNT NBR 10005: 2004 standard. The incorporation of waste into the ceramic mass is economically feasible and socioambiemalmente favorable, because it reduces the cost of the waste of ink to be discarded as well as it avoids its disposal in the environment.

Análise dos limites do puffery de acordo com a doutrina e em comparação com o CONAR e os Tribunais de Justiça Estaduais
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a técnica publicitária do exagero publicitário, o denominado puffery. Para apresentar um panorama completo sobre o tema sob a ótica nacional, o presente trabalho aborda o conceito doutrinário vislumbrado para referida técnica publicitária, bem como os limites impostos pelo Direito do Consumidor e pela publicidade comparativa, esta sob os parâmetros concorrencial e ético. Posteriormente, serão analisados e comparados as principais jurisprudências sob o tema à luz dos Tribunais de Justiça Estaduais, bem como as principais recomendações do Conselho Nacional de Auto-regulamentação Publicitária (CONAR). Ao final, faz-se uma conclusão acerca das razões pelas quais prevalece a insegurança jurídica e os riscos para a aplicação da técnica do puffery, já aceita e vislumbrada nas grandes economias mundiais, como a norte americana e a da comunidade europeia.

The present work begins with the collection of information about the current scenario of the national financial industry, as well as the historical effects in its construction, its challenges and context in which Banco do Brasil is inserted. The sectoral panorama shows the increase in the complexity and competition of the sector, in addition to the traditional banks, the fintechs and technology giant(bigtechs)are also present in the new context, acting in sectors neglected by the big retail banks. The behavior of the consumer is also a relevant factor in the analysis, since the way this deals with a financial institution has been transformed over the years. From the observation of the self-reinforcing relationship presented by the service-profit chain, the influencethat employees and customersatisfaction have in the generation of results for the company is ratified. When looking at the internal environment of Banco do Brasil, it is noted that the Customer Satisfaction Survey presents a lower score than the competition, just as the Engagement, Climate and Satisfaction Surveys also reveal opportunities for improvement. Another aspect presented is the impact that the organizational dragcan have on employee productivity, which is also related to job satisfaction and consequently results earned. The proposed improvement and action plan are designed to implement actions to stimulate and enhance the engagement of employeesinto company ́s purpose –to take care of what mattersto people -with an impact on their satisfaction, productivity and on raising customer satisfaction rates and the results obtained by Banco do Brasil. The complexity of its elaboration is due to the company's gigantism and specificities, which require from a macro understanding of the marketin which the bank is inserted until a deep dive in the local microrrealities, besides its applicability proves feasible by means of various stakeholders involved in the operational, tactical and strategic layers of the bank, in a proposal that will initially have experimental character (test), for further expansion.

A arteterapia é o uso terapêutico da atividade artística no contexto de uma relação profissional, por pessoas que possuem doenças, traumas, aflições ou dificuldades na vida, podendo ser praticada em todas as fases. Com ênfase nesse aspecto, esse trabalho procura destacar sua importância perante essa preocupação na sociedade, e apresentar como a arquitetura pode ser um facilitador desse caminho, a qual abriga as diversas manifestações artísticas, propondo espaços estruturados e específicos conforme a necessidade de cada mecanismo de tratamento, tendo assim como resultado, um projeto arquitetônico voltado ao tratamento terapêutico através da arte.

Power is a social and human value, related to social status, prestige, control and dominance over people and resources. It is a basic human value, which communicates the needs of power and is present in workplace relationships and in the private lives of managers. Power is inherent to the management role. In order to obtain results and to harmonize the organization, managers need to control, make decisions, organize, structure, communicate, motivate, persuade, lead, make connections, optimize, direct the resources and act. Therefore, power comes from work. Work occupies a growing and disproportional significance in the lives of individuals and the symbols of power that arise from work represent a relevant aspect in the social relationships in the different life areas. The objective of this paper was to comprehend how managers satisfy their need of power, by means of the social values related to power that arise from work and how these values are evident in different life areas and reflect the work centrality on managers’ lives. We conducted qualitative interviews with 38 male managers in the city of São Paulo, from different industries, ages, positions and hierarchal levels. The results were obtained through interpretative contextual analysis. They demonstrated the role and the meaning of work for managers, revealed the symbols of power for them, lead us to recognize the social values related to power and to apprehend how they become manifested in different life areas and reflect work centrality. In the social interaction between individuals, the symbols of power are established, ingress the life areas, and impact the way individuals make choices, behave, act and live. Power, as a basic value that communicates the needs, is related to social values linked to power, which are connected to the life areas.

The competitive scenario in which contemporary organizations are inserted, takes the need for constant development of professional accounting, so that they can follow and provides changes required by the context. As a result of this need, several authors have been studying and modeling to enable the Professional and organizational skills. This study sought to identify limitations and capabilities that can impact the performance of the counters to the challenges and requirements of the accountings profession. In order to investigate the associations between required skills and competence developed professional accounting, applied a questionnaire to a sample of 70 professionals working in an organization, the activities considered in the context of accounting. The results also show that there is little concern with the skills considered managerial or management. The results of the analysis of the professional skills required, compared to self-assessment of the professional will serve as an inducer for discussions and reflections and trainings.
