Jaraguá: alguns recortes históricos, culturais, econômicos, turísticos e uma análise dos problemas críticos do bairro

ABSTRACT: The Jaraguá neighborhood in Maceió has undergone several transformations over time. From an economic center and a noble area of the capital of Alagoas from the end of the 19th century, there was an intense process of depopulation in the middle of the 20th century and loss of economic importance with the emergence of new noble neighborhoods, especially on the seafront, as well as new centralities in the upper part of the city. The main objective of this article is to be a synthesis of the current perception about the Jaraguá neighborhood, which was based on the studies developed during the discipline of Temporality and Intervention in Historical Centers of the Graduate Program in Architecture and Urbanism at the Federal University of Alagoas. In this one, we tried to capture some historical, cultural, economic and tourist clippings to understand the place. The study is justified by the relevance of the neighborhood as material and immaterial heritage, both municipal and for the state of Alagoas itself. The methodology had a qualitative character, based on bibliographic collection and through observation and verification method in loco. We sought to understand possible potentialities and risks for the heritage and to citizens who frequent the neighborhood. For this purpose, the swot / cute table methodology (strengths, opportunities, weaknesses and threats) was also used for data analysis. As results achieved, there was a series of criticisms and risks. However, potentialities and perspectives were also outlined in relation to accessibility equipment, security, identification, mobility, health, historical and cultural heritage. It was concluded that there is a need for public policy intervention for the neighborhood, however, allied to that, there must be a change in the awareness of society as a whole, regarding the importance of preserving and maintaining history, culture and environment present in Jaraguá and in the city of Maceió. Estudo do processo de biorremediação em solos impactados por derramamento de petróleo

ABSTRACT: Due to the oil spill at sea, which has been taking place in different world scenarios, research has turned to remediation processes aimed at the degradation of this highly toxic and environmentally harmful waste. Hydrocarbons, the main contaminants, have specific characteristics and need adequate treatment to be discarded. The bioremediation process consists of the use of microorganisms to decompose contaminants of interest. The referred work carried out a bibliographic review, from the survey of publications on the subject and evaluated the different methods of remediation. The final considerations after the analysis carried out, pointed out bioremediation as the best process because it is a method that does not generate negative impacts on the environment after its application and, because it is a viable, low-cost treatment option that can be implemented in the field or in closed systems. Estudo de liberação do Rincoforol adsorvido em carvão ativado do endocarpo do coco de dendê

ABSTRACT: Among the methods of controlling the spread of red ring disease, the use of pheromones associated with food traps has been shown to be very efficient in capturing the pest insect. The pheromone used is called Rincoforol and is available in microtubes. Studies are under development to apply the capture agent to solid matrices. In this context, the present work was carried out in order to evaluate the adsorptive capacity of the activated carbon of the palm oil endocarp in the incorporation of Rincoforol for controlled release of pheromone in the field. For this, a complete experimental planning (23) was carried out in order to evaluate the influence of the use of stabilizer with the pheromone, the granulometry of activated carbon and the number of holes in the sachet in the release process, obtaining in response to mass loss. It was found that the condition that favors the controlled release of the pheromone, when compared to the release made in eppendorf, was the use of formulated Rincoforol (with stabilizer) adsorbed on charcoal with smaller particle size (35 <ᴓ <28 mesh) and sachet with 5 holes, a condition found in experiment number 3, which showed less loss of mass. Infâncias, Crianças e as tramas montadas para pensar sobre elas: dialogando com os estudos da infância

ABSTRACT: This text rehearses a brief and punctual reflection on childhoods, children and the developments evidenced with the inauguration of childhood studies. In it we will consider the historical and sociological perspectives, as a way of understanding the origin of the concept of childhood, the ways of life of children in different periods and modernity as a ballast in the structuring of contemporary thought. Nowadays, research has increasingly shown that children and their childhoods weave meanings from their daily practices, interfere in social dynamics and are producers of children's cultures. The aim of the text will be to establish a debate on the concepts historically instituted in the multidisciplinary field of childhood studies and the relationship with early childhood education, thinking about how they reverberate in the daily lives of children and teachers. At this point in the research that you find in the initial phase, we are approaching the field and producing elements that bring us closer to this state of the art. We will dialogue with research by Arroyo (1994), Cohn (2005), Qvortrup (2014), Sarmento (2004, 2007), Sarmento and Marchi (2017), Oliveira (2008) among others. The discussions point to a fruitful field of research and creative methodologies, aimed at understanding childhoods and narrated from the eyes of children, denoting complexities, particularities and singularities in the power of their voices. This field of knowledge is still recent, and has led to gains around social rights and children's agency. However, we still have a long way to go in search of a citizen childhood. That has the presence of children's bodies in the social history of their territories.  KEYWORDS: Child education; Specificities; Plurality.

Análise da atividade antioxidante e perfil fitoquímico da folha, caule e inflorescência de Senna splendida

ABSTRACT: The objective of the present research was to evaluate the phytochemical profile and the antioxidant potential of the leaves, flowers and stem of the species Senna splendida. For that purpose, the preparation of methanolic extracts was made and, consequently, the analysis of antioxidant activity was carried out, using the DPPH method, and the study of the phytochemical profile through phytochemical screening and quantification of the content of total phenols and flavonoids. Through this, it was possible to verify that the flower extract presented a higher class of secondary metabolites. Through the DPPH radical capture test, it was observed that the flower also had a better DPPH reduction capacity with an average percentage of 70.48 ± 0.92%. However, for the quantification tests of total phenol and flavonoid content, the leaf extract showed better results, with 1036.13 ±131,34 mgEAG / g extract and 96.25±1,87 mgEQ / g extract. Therefore, it is notable that the study on the medicinal properties for the different partitions of S. splendida is of great relevance and highlighting the ability of the different extracts analyzed to act as inhibitors of radical species and consequently be used in the treatment or fight against pathologies. A imagem visual no livro didático de história do ensino médio da rede estadual da Paraíba investigada na perspectiva da Análise Arqueológica do Discurso

ABSTRACT: The 21st century has as its indelible mark the ubiquity of the visual image in its various genres, so it is necessary to develop approaches tht allow to approach it in its field of existence. The school as a cultural space has as its purpose the training of social subjects and in this way, it plays a very important role. For, it performs the mediating function throug the educational practices of accumulated historical knowledge that are present in the textbooks used in it. It is from this place that this research offers itself to investigate the order of discourse in the high school history textbooks of the state network of Paraíba established by the enunciative series that position the visual images along them. The theoretical-methodological approach chosen to carry out the analysis of the findings was the Archeological Theory of Discourse (TAD), by Michel Foucault (2015) wich has an operating horizon based on three stages, namely: map, excavate and analyze descriptively (ALCANTARA; CARLOS, 2013) wich operates as follows: in the firt stage – the horizontalization phase of the research, represents the moment in which we collected the data, the information, where the first evidence is found; in the second stage – the phase in which the research will be verticalized, marks the instant when we look at what was selected and thus constitute the archeological terrain of the investigation, the place where the excavation will take place by choosing the most appropriate tools; in the third and last stage – occasion when the findings of the research will be communicated. Estudo metanalítico da qualidade de águas residuárias da suinocultura

ABSTRACT: Pig farming is considered one of the activities of animal production with great potential for polluting the environment. And possible negative impacts directly related to soil and water, when waste management occurs inappropriately. Wastewater from animal husbandry can be used to increase the production of fodder, reducing the use of drinking water and production costs. The quality of swine wastewater is variable, however, there are still few studies in Brazil that portray the fertilizing potential of these waters. It is essential to know the positive and negative factors of the use of water from swine activities and, above all, the physical-chemical composition of these waters. Thus, the objective was to characterize the quality of wastewater from pig farming through a metanalytical study. KEYWORDS: animal production, environment, metanalytic.

Educação de Jovens Adultos e Idosos - sujeitos de direitos de uma educação político-pedagógica

ABSTRACT: This text is the result of preliminary studies on the education of young adults, in a context that perceives the existence and strong discourse in defense of the Common Base of National Curriculum - BNCC, for the various levels of basic education, prepared with a view to to the new educational demands. But it is worth questioning why Youth Education, Adults - EJA, is not being considered in this new curricular implementation and how is the situation of its issues? As a State public policy, we seek to strengthen the learning rights of Brazilian students, However, we do not see the rights of the EJA subjects contemplated according to their specificities, including the discussion on the presence of the elderly in the context of this teaching modality. The Education of Young Adults and Elders - EJAI is a guarantee of the right of access to public and quality education for those who could not study at the appropriate age, provided for in the Federal Constitution of 1988 and in the LDB (9394/96) and other public policies. ANPED GT 18 documents were also taken as a starting point for critical reflection, as well as the research already carried out with this type of criticality. In the reflection on the relationship of the EJA and Popular Education as its own policy, with its curriculum and its own philosophical and political references, as well as its foundations and pedagogical didactic strategies, which are based on the perspective of La Freiriana. Therefore, the descriptive qualitative type was investigated. As conclusive aspects, it presents proposals to broaden the debate on popular education in defense of the education for all proposal, highlighting the importance of considering and respecting EJA issues as rights issues as opposed to the processes of denial and exclusion that permeate this mode of basic education. Mortality rate of newly hatched larvae of Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) submitted to different photoperiods

ABSTRACT: Fish farming is a growing area in the aquaculture industry. Brazil is among the five largest tilapia producers in the world, with a production of 283 thousand tons in 2017. Tilapia has been intensively cultivated and improved through more efficient cultivation techniques. In this sense, the objective was to evaluate the mortality rate of newly hatched larvae of Nile tilapia reared three photoperiods (12Light:12Dark, 18L:06D, and 24L:0D) during 9 days of cultivation. For this purpose, a recirculation system with 9 water tanks was set up, with 3 boxes per group containing 930L of freshwater. After the embryos hatched, the larvae were transferred to nurseries (2 trays per tank, n = 64 larvae/tray), with 384 larvae per photoperiod. Water quality parameters were monitored and remained in the ideal ranges between treatments. However, temperature (p=0.004) and pH values (p= 0.009) for the 18L:06D photoperiod were lower than those observed for the 24L:0D photoperiod. A high mortality rate was observed in the first days of culture, specifically on the second day, for all photoperiods. However, there was a decrease in mortality throughout the experiment, with little variation in the mortality rate for the remainder of the experiment. In this context, it appears that the influence of the photoperiod on the survival of the fish seems to be related to the age of the animal.   KEYWORDS: Tilapia farming, Survival, Light stimulation.
