Institutional relations and Multidimensionality in the semiarid region of Alagoas: : a coexistence between teaching, research and extension

The objective of the qualitative study is to describe the institutional relationship and themultidimensionality between State and Community in the semiarid region of Alagoas, based on teaching,research and extension. The sensitizing theoretical approach dealt with the themes: institutionalrelationship, to bring - horizontally - the State (three public education organizations) and the Community(family farmers); multidimensionality, by the composition of more than one area of knowledge -Administration, Accounting, Meteorology and Geography; and the teaching, research and extensiontripod, because it involves teachers and students in the action, based on a scientific method, which for the study was the participatory Action-Research (PA). This method assumes that there must be a real social demand - that of family farmers - and that, based on this, scientific knowledge - based on merit - helps to carry out the action, that is, to solve local problems. Data collection, primarily primary, took placethrough informal conversations, intensive interviews and a questionnaire. As considerations, from the PAphases, it was possible to develop actions - built in consensus between teachers, students and farmers -considering the demand of farmers, guided by the notion of coexistence with the semiarid and theexchange of knowledge.

“You can't leave the house, you can't hug anyone…” Quilombola children from the hinterland of Alagoas and what they say about the pandemic

Este texto apresenta as análises realizadas em uma pesquisa com crianças e tem como objetivo examinar, por meio das narrativas das crianças, como a atual conjuntura social tem afetado suas subjetividades, seus territórios e os modos de viver suas infâncias em tempo de pandemia. Situa-se em duas comunidades quilombolas de um dos sertões alagoano. Como problema (s) de pesquisa, buscou-se compreender como as crianças quilombolas estão atravessando e sendo atravessadas pelos discursos e práticas construídas na pandemia? Como a escola, enquanto um espaço de interação entre as crianças, de trocas e construção de cultura e experiências, tornou-se um lugar distante e não habitado por elas? Desse modo, o texto envereda pelo viés dos estudos decoloniais,  contrapondo a lógica adultocêntrica, eurocêntrica e colonizadora sobre as crianças de um modo geral e, especificamente, sobre as crianças quilombolas. Para tal caminho investigativo, utilizamos a pesquisa qualitativa com foco no estudo de caso. Foram realizadas conversações entre as crianças e as pesquisadoras, bem como produções de desenhos criados pelas crianças que ilustram as suas impressões sobre suas cotidianidades, as relações que estabelecem com outras crianças nos espaços de interação como a escola, a rua e a praça antes e durante a pandemia. O referencial teórico parte de Abramowicz; Rodrigues (2014); Quijano (2014); Gallo (2018); Mbembe (2018), entre outros autores. Inferimos que há, entre as falas das crianças, similitudes sobre a saudade que sentem de brincar, de correr na rua, do recreio e dos/as amigos/as que encontravam no espaço escolar e em outros espaços nos quais elas transitavam antes da pandemia.

Prevenção do HPV na atenção primária: uma revisão de literatura

ABSTRACT: Sexually transmitted infections cause major negative changes in women's lives, especially the "human papilloma virus", or "Human Papilloma Virus" (HPV), responsible for about 500 thousand cases of cervical cancer annually worldwide. It is up to primary care teams to promote prevention, the research objective is defined as forms of interventions, characterized in the literature in the years 2014 to 2020, that address HPV prevention in women assisted in Primary Health Care. For the guide of this research, the following guiding question was required: “which processes of implementation in primary care for HPV prevention in women?”. The method used to review the literature in five databases and virtual libraries: LILACS, BDENF, SCIELO, BDTD and CAPES, using the Health Sciences Descriptors (DeCS): Primary Care, Prevention and HPV, along with the Boolean “E” in order to obtain the last six years. The result of this study did not write as answers to the objective and guiding question that addressed the measures exercised by nurses. Thus, the research concluded that primary care interventions are important for the prevention of HPV and cervical cancer, as it promotes visibility to the importance of the multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary health team by emphasizing techniques and methods explored by these professionals, especially the nurse. The challenges of professional nurses in prenatal pregnant adolescents: an integrative review

Adolescence is the stage of life that requires a differentiated attention, because it is in this phase that physiological transformations, personality formation, adaptations and the beginning of adult life take place. The objective of this survey was to know through the current literature what the challenges of the nurse in the prenatal care of pregnant adolescentes are. It is an integrative bibliographic review, made in the LILACS (Scientific and Technical Literature of Latin America and the Caribbean); SciELO (Scientific Electronic Library Online); and Virtual Health Library (VHL); including works in Portuguese, available in the research bases from 2014 to 2020 and the sample totaled 11 articles. It was observed that adolescents, because they are not prepared for motherhood, have difficulties in accepting pregnancy, absence of Family support also interferes in the assistance offered by the nurse, they are more inclined to start late prenatal care and their capture is more difficult for health professionals. Prenatal care has been improved over the years, but there are still several factors that make care more difficult. The role of the nurse is Paramount in prenatal care, since he is the professional who best establishes the bond with pregnant women. Thus we conclude that they must be prepared for situations that demand greater performance from them, especially from this public that rarely attends UBS.

O Programa Centelha AL como fonte de inovação frugal

almost all forms of innovation are developed on the central countries of capitalism system. However, a new approach to developed and analysing innovation processes is suited to emerging markets and peripheral regions, named frugal innovation. This paper aims to analyse frugal innovation noted characteristics in the approved Centelha AL Program projects. The methodological design was based on content analysis, to able making replicable and valid inferences on interpret and coding of textual material converted into quantitative data, using the IRAMUTEQ software. The results presented are preliminary and are within the scope of a larger research with other expected consequences in qualified scientific production. The paper findings that of the 28 approved projects, about 25% have thematic of social technology, probably showing some kind of entrepreneurs concern about social impact of yours solutions, even in situations like this where the entrepreneurs don´t know about of frugal innovation concepts and uses, others initials evidences was that identified some kind of concerns about the costs adequacy and the social impact of their projects, two central characteristics of frugal innovation.

Populações de insetos-praga: diversidade e similaridade em cultura agrícola

The anthropic actions expressed by conventional-modern agriculture greatly alter the environment, interfering with the balance of natural processes and making its recovery mechanisms precarious. Thus, the interest in the use of microorganisms in agricultural practices has increased significantly in recent years, both in promoting plant growth and in the biological control of plant pests and diseases. The objective of the present work was to identify the insect pest population in the cucumber crop after foliar application of effective microorganisms (EM). The experiment was carried out in a rural family farm located in the city of São Sebastião-AL. Yellow (4) and blue (4) adhesive plates were used in a usable area of ​​128.8 m2. EM was diluted at a concentration of 4.7% and the applied dose was 50 mL/plant. Six collections were carried out, from December 2020 to February 2021. The individuals sampled were screened and identified at the level of class, order, family and when identified as a pest, at the level of gender. A total of 1301 invertebrate individuals of the Insecta and Arachnida classes were collected. Of these, 55.11% were identified as pest insects and 44.8% as visiting arthropods. The taxon that presented the highest relative frequency was the order Diptera (30.6%) followed by the orders Hemiptera (25.4%), Hymenoptera (24%), Coleoptera (13%), Lepidoptera (5.7%), Araneae (0.8%) and Odonata (0.5%). The pests were representatives of the genera Diabrotica spp, Anastrepha spp, Myzus spp, Bemisia spp, Atta spp and Diaphania spp. 24.7% of the visiting arthropods were predators. The arthropod population increase occurred from the 40th day after planting, with growth peak at the 57th day.

Bacillus subtilis as a vegetable growth promoter inoculant in soybean

The use of Bacillus subtilis as an inoculant can promote plant growth through several mechanisms. Thus, the objective of this work was to evaluate the efficiency of Bacillus subtilis as a soybean plant growth promoter inoculant. Seven isolates of B. subtilis (Bs01; Bs02; Bs03; Bs04; Bs05; Bs06 and Bs10) were evaluated for their ability to solubilize phosphate and synthesis of indole acetic acid, in vitro, and in the production of biomass of soybean plants in vegetation House. All isolates were able to solubilize phosphate and produce indole acetic acid (IAA). For the evaluated characteristic of shoot and root biomass, the treatment with inoculation of the Bs10 strain was superior (p<0.05) to the others, in the first evaluation at 30 days after sowing (DAS) and at 52 DAS the treatments with the inoculations with strains Bs05, Bs06 and Bs10 were significantly higher (p<0.05). The B. subtilis strains showed efficiency in the variables analyzed in relation to the control without inoculation. The efficiency of the use of B. subtilis in plant growth is related to the biological characteristics of this microorganism, which expresses facilities for maintaining its viability in bioformulates and, therefore, its potential to promote plant growth.

Tratamento térmico e biológico de sementes de alface no controle de fungos fitopatogênicos

A qualidade sanitária de sementes de alface (Lactuca sativa L.) é um atributo fundamental para garantir o estabelecimento da cultura e na redução dos custos da lavoura. Por isso, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar a qualidade sanitária e o efeito do tratamento térmico e biológico no controle de fungos fitopatogênicos associados a sementes de alface cultivar ‘Simpson’. A avaliação sanitária foi realizada por meio do método Blotter Test. Durante o térmico, as sementes foram submetidas a diferentes combinações de temperatura (45, 48 e 50º C) e tempo (25 e 30 min.) em banho-maria. Já, na realização do tratamento biológico, as sementes foram microbiolizadas com isolados de Bacillus methylotrophicus (MGSS B271, MGSS B272 e MGSS B273), B. amyloliquefaciens (MGSS B274) e B. thuringiensis (MGSS B275). Após os tratamentos, foi avaliada a incidência, o percentual de controle dos patógenos e a porcentagem de germinação das sementes. No teste de sanidade das sementes de alface, Aspergillus fumigatus foi a espécie com maior incidência. O tratamento térmico a 48º C/ 25 min e 51 ºC/ 30 min, e o biológico com os isolados MGSS B271, MGSS B273 e MGSS B275 foram os mais eficientes no controle de fungos fitopatogênicos associados às sementes de alface.

As crianças e a Cultura Popular – um estudo das brincadeiras populares na Educação Infantil

Esse artigo apresenta um estudo sobre três práticas performativas vivenciadas por crianças da Educação Infantil e tem como objetivo refletir sobre as experiências das crianças alagoanas com a cultura popular expressas nas brincadeiras populares Cambindas, Negas da Costa e Guerreiro Alagoano. A investigação consistiu numa pesquisa de campo, qualitativa e participante com inspiração etnográfica, por meio da proposição das práticas das brincadeiras populares com brincantes da cultura popular, professoras e crianças da educação infantil de três cidades alagoanas. Resultou na vivência das práticas dessas brincadeiras populares pelas crianças que ao conviverem com os brincantes e os mestres da cultura popular dos lugares, aprenderam, empoderam-se e transformaram suas salas de aulas em espaços de interações e brincadeiras interculturais e desfolclorizantes.

Análise arqueológica do discurso de ódio que é uma forma de negar os direitos humanos

This article has succintly demonstrated how hate speech poses a serious threat to today´s society, as it denies humanity´s achievements arising from the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UM, 1948) that laid the foundations for a new society that it had to emerge from the rubble of the destruction of World War II (1939-1045). Then I discuss the importance that the school has in promoting these achievements, since its space is focused on both dialogicity (FREIRE, 1966) and dialectics (MARX; ENGELS, 2001). Thus, through a daily formative relationship, all groups that are parto f the school enjoy this humanization process that is built through a series of relationships with an emphasis on the effective basic principles of the UDHR (UN, 1948) that theoretical-methodological approach used to analyze the finding of this research was the Archaeological Disciurse Analysis (AAD), by Michel Foucault (2015). And, it was through the assumptions of this approach that I investigated hate speech in Brazilian society . In which, based on the operative assumption, I could find seven enunciative series that are then communicated through their descriptive-analysis, which in this way help society to see and better understand how the modus operandi of this type of discourse takes place.

Principais parasitoses intestinais em crianças escolares: revisão integrativa

RESUMO: As parasitoses são um problema de saúde pública muito frequente e acometem principalmente crianças em idade escolar devido a baixa imunidade e pouco entendimento relacionado a higiene e cuidados sanitários. Visando melhor compreensão das parasitoses que mais acometem escolares, este trabalho objetiva redigir sobre as doenças parasitárias mais frequentes em estudantes infantis encontradas em literatura atualizada nos últimos 5 anos – 2016 a 2021, tendo como pergunta norteadora: “quais parasitoses mais presentes em infantis de idade escolar referidas por pesquisas em bases de dados com publicação de 2016 a 2021?”. Trata-se de um estudo exploratório, do tipo revisão bibliográfica, sendo determinante a utilização de oito etapas para desenvolvimento da pesquisa: escolha do tema; delimitação do tema; plano de trabalho; coleta de dados; localização nas informações; documentação dos dados; seleção do material e redação do trabalho e utilizando o booleano “AND” às palavras-chaves: “crianças”, “parasitoses”, “escolar”. Assim, foram escolhidos vinte e três trabalhos que colaboravam e respondiam a questão norteadora, além de adequação ao tema proposto. Baseando-se na leitura dos artigos, foram considerados para a redação do trabalho as parasitoses abordadas em no mínimo 20% do material selecionado, sendo elas: giardíase, amebíase, ascaridíase, tricuríase e oxiuríase. O trabalho traz informações pertinentes as principais parasitoses encontradas em escolares nas principais base de dados entre 2016 a 2021 e oferece ao público leigo e demais pesquisadores conteúdos acerca das doenças elencadas.

Potencial germinativo de sementes de feijão caupi, cv. BRS Potengi, após condicionamento fisiológico

Physiological conditioning consists of a technique that aims to stimulate the metabolism of seeds in the face of adverse situations, being applied to several cultures of economic expression, with the cowpea bean standing out for its relevance, mainly in the North and Northeast regions of Brazil. Thus, this study aimed to evaluate the effect of physiological conditioning and subsequent drying on the germination potential of cowpea seeds, cv. BRS Potengi. The first experiment consisted of comparing whether the use of the same seeds for all periods of imbibition (experiment I) or the use of new seeds at each period could interfere in the construction of the imbibition curve (30'; 1; 3; 6; 9; 12; 18 and 24 hours). Previously, the period of imbibition necessary for the seeds to reach phase II of the three-phase imbibition process, without starting phase III, was evaluated. In the second experiment, using imbibition methodology II, the seeds after each soaking period were divided into two fractions, one being kept moist (wet fraction) until sowing and the other submitted to the drying process (dry fraction). A completely randomized design was used, adopting for the second experiment a 2×7 factorial scheme + control (seeds without imbibition), that is, presence and absence of drying after physiological conditioning × periods of imbibition. It was evaluated: water content; germination (primary root protrusion); velocity index, velocity coefficient and mean primary root protrusion time and electrical conductivity. The imbibition curve can be efficiently conducted using the same seeds during all evaluation periods or using new seeds at each period. Aiming at using fewer seeds and better optimizing the time for preparing and conducting the soaking experiment, the methodology that uses the same seeds for all soaking periods is indicated. The physiological conditioning of seeds for 18 and 24 hours, without further drying, provides a faster emission of the primary root of the seeds of cowpea, cv. BRS Potengi. The seed drying process does not interfere with the beneficial effect of physiological conditioning.

Transtornos mentais, impulsividade e agressividade de pessoas em situação de rua

RESUMO: este artigo buscou identificar as desordens mentais, os níveis de impulsividade e agressividade dos usuários de substâncias psicoativas da população em situação de rua. Trata-se de um estudo descritivo, observacional e transversal. Os dados foram coletados em comunidades acolhedoras e Centro Especializado para a População em Situação de Rua. Foram estudados 52 sujeitos, em que a maioria foi masculina, solteira e baixo nível educacional. Quanto às desordens mentais encontradas mais prevalentes foram episódio depressivo maior atual, risco de suicídio, dependência/abuso do álcool. A média de escore total da impulsividade foi de 71,6 (DP±10,7) e quanto a subcategorização com maior escore destacou-se a impulsividade por não planejamento (média: 26,2; DP± 5,2). Quanto aos níveis de agressividade foi obtido um escore total (média: 84,7; DP±21,9) com maior escore para agressividade (média:19; DP± 21,9). Pode-se concluir que o uso de drogas apresentou uma alta frequência de desordens mentais e níveis elevados de impulsividade e agressividade.

Relationship between impulsivity and aggressiveness with mental disorders and suicide risk in cocaine/crack users

the purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between impulsivity/aggressivity traits and mental disorders in cocaine/crack users. A non-probabilistic sample of the 106 subjects from an out-patient center for homeless people and three therapeutics communities in Northeast Brazil was investigated. The version of the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview 5.0 was used to assess lifetime psychiatric disorder. Impulsivity and aggressiveness were used in the Barratt Impulsivity Scale (BIS-11) and Buss–Perry Aggression Questionnaire (BPAQ), respectively. Individuals in cocaine/crack use report heightened levels impulsive and aggressive behavior. Linear regression results showed a positive correlation between total impulsivity and abuse of alcohol in our population. Considering impulsivity subscores, low levels of motor impulsivity, suicide risk, generalized anxiety disorder and antisocial personality disorder were negatively correlated. Past hypomanic episode was correlated positively with high non-planning impulsivity scores. These findings highlight the need for a continual investigation of mental disorder and its link with aggressive and impulsive personality traits in the cocaine/crack patients and these data can contribute to stratification for continuity treatment for these patients. Aggressiveness was correlated inversely with suicide risk, psychotic, mood and anxiety disorders. EDUCATIONAL ACTION FOR AWARENESS OF HIGH SCHOOL SCHOOLS ABOUT SELF-MEDICATION

This article addresses the consumption of over-the-counter medications and the risks associated with the consumption of medications without medical authorization by 3rd grade high school students at a public school in São Sebastião – AL. The research aimed to identify the practice of self-medication in high school students, show the risks associated with it and promote visibility about the rational use of medication. The work was developed in a State High School, located in São Sebastião, Alagoas, from April to May 2021. For data collection, it was used: the application of an online questionnaire, lectures, availability of infographic relating the theme to the contents of the school curriculum and production of explanatory pamphlets about the theme. The information obtained was analyzed and grouped into graphs, tables and figures, for a better visualization of the results. After performing the four steps, it can be seen the practice of self-medication by these students, with a prevalence of consumption among female participants, with the drugs most used without prescription being Paracetamol, Dipyrone and Dorflex. It was also possible to observe the influence of family and friends for the implementation of this practice and the need for greater awareness of these. As an intervention, pamphlets were produced and posted by the students in digital media.

Activity, concentration and viability of conidia of Beauveria sp. in palm oil waste

A palma de óleo (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) é uma cultura industrial amplamente utilizada no mundo todo, contudo, é afetada pelo ataque de insetos praga que representam um fator limitante para a sua produção em grande escala, neste sentido, os fungos entomopatogênicos são importantes agentes de controle biológico de pragas, pois podem infectar o inseto em diversos estágios de desenvolvimento. Por isso, alternativas ambientalmente viáveis e de baixo custo são importantes para a produção destes fungos. Deste modo, o presente trabalho tem por objetivo avaliar o desenvolvimento do fungo Beauveria sp. (BP05) em resíduos da palma de óleo, bem como, determinar a maior produção do fungo, por meio das análises da atividade, concentração e viabilidade dos conídios desenvolvidos. Para avaliar o desenvolvimento do fungo utilizou-se, Arroz parboilizado-AP; Torta de dendê molhada-TDM; Torta de dendê lavada-TDL; Torta de palmiste lavada-TPL e torta de palmiste molhada-TPM, onde avaliou - se a atividade, concentração e viabilidade dos conídios do fungo. Sendo os tratamentos T3 (TDM 30% + TPM 30% + AP 40%) e T5 (TDM 25% + TPM 25% + AP 50%) mais produtivos para o desenvolvimento do fungo. Esses resultados podem contribuir para uma maior produção de estruturas reprodutivas de Beauveria sp. (BP05) e o reaproveitamento dos resíduos da palma de óleo, reduzindo os seus impactos ambientais, e os custos de produção em grande escala de fungos entomopatogênicos.

Estado nutricional, consumo alimentar e prática de atividade física em adultos no Nordeste Brasileiro

Food and nutrition are healthy for human health. Nutritional deviations base for the treatment of diseases that serve the population The objective of the study was to investigate the nutritional status and lifestyle habits of the adult population. The study is descriptive, cross-sectional, with secondary data collection in the database of the Surveillance System of Risk and Protection Factors for Chronic Diseases by Telephone Survey (Vigitel), from the year 2019. The investigated population were adults over 18 years of age residents in the capitals of northeastern Brazil. as obesity, were overweight, consumption of fruits and vegetables and physical activity. Of the 18.557% men, 65.1% were women and 34.9% were men. Obesity present in all occurrences of weight in older women. The most prevalent overweight in Recife and Salvador and obesity in Recife, Maceió and João Pessoa. The intake of fruits and vegetables was more common in women from Recife and Aracaju, as was the practice of physical activity in the capitals of Salvador and Maceió. In general, women increased the risks, better consumption of food and adherence to physical exercise. Regardless of gender, specific actions to promote the health of each population group are more defined, considering the specificities of each population group.

Sequência Didática Sobre a Importância da Água

Este trabalho é um relato de experiência sobre o desenvolvimento de uma sequência didática com a temática a importância da água para o ensino básico. Foi elaborada pela supervisora e os bolsistas do Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) do Núcleo Palmeira dos Índios/AL. O desenvolvimento da SD ocorreu no mês de agosto de 2021 e teve como base principal uma pesquisa qualitativa realizada em uma Escola Estadual na zona urbana, localizada em Palmeira dos Índios/AL. A metodologia é qualitativa do tipo relato de experiência. A sequência didática foi estruturada em 3(três) etapas: elaboração, avaliação e retrabalho no decorrer de 5 aulas com 50 minutos. O resultado aplicação da Sequência Didática satisfatória, principalmente, na organização da aprendizagem dos estudantes. Por fim, a SD demonstrou-se uma importante estratégia de auxílio para a ação de o professor desenvolver aulas mais atrativas com conteúdo mais dinâmicos, onde facilita a aprendizagem dos alunos através de uma diversidade de conteúdos trabalhados em sequência.

Proposta de Ensino de Biologia por Investigação

O programa Institucional de Bolsa de Iniciação à Docência (PIBID) tem uma importância significativa na educação brasileira, pois, contribui com a formação inicial e continuada dos professores ampliando o elo entre universidades e escolas públicas. o principal objetivo deste artigo é relatar a elaboração e aplicação de uma proposta didática sobre o ensino de biologia por investigação desenvolvida em uma escola núcleo do PIBID. O Ensino por Investigação é uma alternativa para superar o modelo tradicional de ensino que simplifica e limita as potencialidades dos estudantes, mas, continua sendo bastante adotado ainda nas escolas. A formatação pedagógica que caracterizam a abordagem dos Três Momentos Pedagógicos em três etapas: Problematização inicial, Organização do conhecimento e Aplicação do conhecimento e foi desenvolvida em quatro aulas do componente curricular de biologia. Por fim, ministrar aula de ciências por investigação propiciou um maior aprofundamento nos conteúdos relativos às Ciências, além de uma abordagem participativa e reflexiva e autônoma por parte dos bolsistas e supervisora da escola núcleo.

Plataformas Digitais para o Ensino e a Formação de Professores: uma experiência do PIBID

Digital technologies are increasingly present in society and education. Thus, the present work deals with the Institutional Program of Teaching Initiation Scholarships (PIBID) as a space for the exploration of Digital Information and Communication Technologies (TDICs) in teaching through a workshop held by participants of the program for teachers of a school of the Biology subproject. In this sense, the objective is to report the development of a workshop on digital platforms for teaching, which were: teacher portal, YouTube, Canva, PhET and CmapCloud to assist teachers in the teaching and learning processes, both in the preparation of materials and resources for classes.  The results showed the proposition of the workshop with teachers provided for in the program's action plan; the collective planning with the Beginners to teaching, a supervisory teacher, school management and area coordinator; and, the application of the workshop on digital platforms for teaching. Finally, notes were made about the contributions of pibid to teacher education and the use of technologies in teaching and learning.
