Nosso projeto tem como finalidade ajudar por meio da música as pessoas a aprenderem novas línguas. Utilizando Inteligência Artificial e Aprendizado de máquina (Machine Learning), faremos um estudo sobre um possível aplicativo que “lê” a letra da música que o usuário está ouvindo e cria um questionário sobre a mesma. Foi-se estudado que grande parte das pessoas tem interesse em aprender novos idiomas, mas apresentam uma maior dificuldade de aprendê-los por métodos ortodoxos. Com a ideia do nosso aplicativo o usuário irá responder questões sobre assuntos que o interessam, pois o que todas as pessoas no mundo têm em comum é o prazer em escutar uma música que à faz sentir-se bem, então com isso iremos proporcionar um aprendizado divertido e interessante para o usuário.

Este trabalho analisará o contexto atual da separação dos poderes no Brasil, bem como o processo de criação e implantação de políticas públicas, especialmente as voltadas à saúde, buscando esclarecer as possíveis consequências da intervenção direta do Poder Judiciário nesta seara.

A pesquisa propõe a reflexão e analise na crença católica popular sobre possível sacralização de um terreno municipal, o benefício agregado ao morto pelo enterramento no terreno do cemitério da Consolação e a inimizade social pelo uso indevido deste terreno sagrado.

The purpose of this work is the development of a transmission platform with a graphical interface and software, using a TV channel of Brazilian Digital Television Standard (SBTVD) to transmit encapsulated data, audio and video. Initially is presented the SBTVD, with major highlight for multiplexing, given its importance in identifying and decoding the received signal. Within the transmitted bitstream there are certain tables that are responsible for identifying the information type present in the channel, being the most important detailed in this work. To make easy this configuration is presented the graphical interface to configure a channel in two situations: encapsulated data in ethernet format and audio/video content. Beside this, are compared the efficiencies of utilizing the packing control of multiprotocol encapsulation, that is used to transmit data in ethernet format. Also is presented an exploratory study of efficiency of bit rate related with the addition of the necessary headers to transmit correctly the signal in ethernet format inside the SBTVD transport protocol.

El trabajo estudia la narrativa Crónica del desamor (1979), escrito por la periodista española Rosa Montero, visando la análise da forma de representación literária de la situación de las mujeres en la sociedad española en la década de 70, después de la dictadura franquista. Se presenta un panorama del contexto histórico español, a fin de percibir las formas de poder que imperaban en el régimen de Franco así como sus consecuencias en la vida de las mujeres. La construcción ficcional de Rosa Montero dialoga, de forma explícita, con el referido momento histórico, creando un efecto de realidad a partir de la elaboración de personajes femeninas que viven un cotidiano marcado por los cuestionamentos políticos, morales y también por los desencantos amorosos. Las diferentes formulaciones discursivas utilizadas para explorar determinados temas tabus, así como las estructuras de las oraciones y la expresión de pensamientos y opiniones de la protagonista consiguen crear una representación verosímil de este conturbado periodo histórico. La narrativa establece un estrecho vínculo con aspectos de la crónica, reiterando los diálogos con el flujo de la historia, sin embargo, construye una verdad poética, provocadora de una mirada crítica a respeto de la situación femenina en España y cuestionadora de los límites significativos de los textos literários.

This work was the result of a national and worldwide juridic research in many branches of juridic knowledge, as Law s History, Law s General Theory, Constitutional Law and Civil Process Law. Based in the generalized crisis diagnose which affects the Brazilian Judiciary Institution, we intend demonstrate that the constitutional principles as large defense, due process of law do not guarantee justice access. Offering solutions in the direction of process efectiveness and juridical protection is modern doctrine purpose, in order to reach celerity, without compromise juridical-insurance. The polemics is torned between Civil Process Law formalism followers and those who wants it more flexible. This task is directed not only to Law Society but also to the Brazilian Civil Society as a whole, once it demands both institutional, legislative and ethical behaviors changes, concerning to legal proceedings because it is an important citizenship instrument.

The present work investigates the possible changes that occur in the mechanical properties and microstructure of welded joints through the process of submerged arc in steel plates High Strength Low Alloy (HSLA) type API 5L X70, used in pipelines. These are usually constructed starting from calendered plates and welded through submerged arc process, forming 600 mm diameter pipes, with 12 m long. To reproduce faithfully the pipes manufacturing processes, for further characterization of test bodies were produced, welding plate supplied by USIMINAS, through the submerged arc welding, and withdrawing samples to perform the characterization of the regions of the weld metal (WM), the heat affected zone (HAZ) and the base metal (BM). Conventional tensile and Charpy V-Notch were performed to determine mechanical and impact properties of the tested materials, as well as macrograph tests and Optical microscopy (OM) and weld metal (WM), the heat affected zone (HAZ) and the base metal (BM). The metallographic examination showed banded microstructure consisting of polygonal ferrite, pearlite and bainite with small grain size. The results showed increased strength and hardness influenced by the presence of acicular ferrite. The fractography analysis after impact tests revealed ductile-brittle behavior. Impact tests were performed at temperatures of 0°C and -20°C, which exhibited significant toughness decrease, that is 260J to 202J for the BM, 106J to 81J for HAZ and 25J to 19J to the WM, while the Vickers hardness testing (HV10) was increased from the fusion zone to the base metal (194HV for WM, 202 HV for HAZ and 218 HV for BM).

Este artigo pretende verificar a alimentação como um elemento de identidade cultural e como o Estado atua nesse sentido. Entretanto, a alimentação não pode ser unicamente visualizada por essa dimensão, de modo que foram analisadas outras perspectivas, notadamente a questão de saúde pública, que é o maior entrave para se considerar o alimento como um bem cultural. Por fim, busca analisar a relação estatal na preservação dessa identidade e propor uma eventual autorregulação do setor.

The Consolação Street is an artery of São Paulo metropolitan area that plays an important role in structuring the city's urban grid. It is part of the connection between the old Downtown - in the historical hills - to the districts of the Southwest region of São Paulo. In the beginning it was the old path of Pinheiros or Sorocaba, and also the access road of the flag missions. Departing from the downtown area a slope that in ancient times was known as the Consolação ramp, and was the way to the distant eponymous cemetery because, when it was built, in the mid-nineteenth century, it was far from the urban core. Consolação was once one of the paths traveled by the Indians were already on American land before the Portuguese. It was one of the excerpts from the pre-Cabral´s trail, Peabiru, which the Guarani indian tribe traveled from their villages on the Paraguayan territory to the Brazilian coast, in search of the abundance of food. One of Peabiru's endings was in São Vicente - on the coast of São Paulo - and a fragment of that route is on the Consolação Street. As the city of São Paulo was developing Consolação was consolidating. The study investigated the Consolação Street in the stretch between Paulista Avenue and the downtown region until the 1970s, when the street went through the last major changes in its physical structure.

The quest for competitiveness of enterprises shows its stakeholders (customers, suppliers, managers and employees, shareholders, investors, lenders and communities) interacting in the search of resources necessary for their survival. Underlying interactions between stakeholders aiming to obtain resources in a competitive environment are values related to the organizational competition (VROC) (DOMENICO, 2007). The objective of this research was to understand how VROC are constructed in the interactions between managers and other employees of the businesses and residents of the communities where they operate. The research was based on qualitative research method, under the interpretive paradigm, using as research strategy the case study in an organization of the mining segment, which mines and processes ore at a metallurgical plant located 45 kilometers from a town in the Goiás State countryside. This research was performed with the use of 23 individual semi-structured interviews, two focus groups, non-participant observation (at the community forum and visits to social entities), naturally occurring talks and documents. The analysis of the discursive material collected during the survey showed that VROC were constructed as employees and residents were jointly developing a new vocabulary in the interactions between them throughout more than 40 years of relationship. Practices developed during this period had the following underlying VROC: fulfilling commitments, respect, appreciation of local labor, opening to understanding, formality, transparency and commitment to results. As in Domenico (2007) and Leitão (2010) it was noted that the VROC seized in this research seem to result from the dynamic balance between the worldview of the founder (the world as it should be) combined with the worldview expressed through the corporate policies (the world as it is) and the need to adapt to reality, while demonstrating the reproduction of the cultural aspects of the society of which the stakeholders take part.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between ethics and contract, leaving the two hegemonic paradigms of legal knowledge, the natural law and legal positivism, concluding with a critical analysis of the possible existence of a contractual justice in the context of a positivised legal system, albeit with new paradigms supporters. Whereas the concept of law and morality varies according to the historical moment, the economic and social context, the approach regarding the contractual justice will be done taking into consideration the moral and legal thought prevailing in each period, taking as march time the dominant thought in modernity, especially from the eighteenth century.
