This article is about a research report that aimed to investigate possibilities of articulation between the Psychology Clinic of the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) and the networking of the Centers for Psychosocial Attention in Mental Health (CAPS) in Fortaleza, for understanding of networking and the functioning of health services, especially in secondary care. and, finally, to verify if Clínica Escola can be integrated into the health network. The former coordinator of the UFC School Clinic, the current coordinator of the UFC School Clinic and an advisor to the Mental Health Care Cell were interviewed. We find important points of reflection, among them the relevance of seeking understanding about the functioning of the Clinical School of Psychology of the UFC and networking as a key to strengthen interactions and foster a greater engagement of health devices, as well as, of a more qualified and assertive service to society. However, there is still a long way to go that goes through joint actions and public policies, as well as the effort and interest of members of both institutions (city hall and SEP / clinics-schools) to include them in the health network

Considering all that has happened in the 50 years that have passed between 1968 and 2018, the aim of this essay is threefold: first, to make a brief recovery and characterization of what happened in the late 1960s; second, to identify, to understand and to estimate what has been lost since then, and how and why it has happened; third, to use this mapping to problematize the relationship between psychology and politics. On the one hand, I will approach a strand of psychology, institutionalism, associated and affected by the iconoclastic and contestatory spirit of those rebellious years. On the other hand, another tradition present in the history of psychology will be dealt with. This tradition has not served as an intercessor or as a promoter of social transformations, instead it has served to guarantee or reinforce an adaptation and/or adjustment of individuals to the established social order, reproducing the establishment. Throughout the essay, metaphorically speaking, I argue that, from 1968 to 2018, the atmosphere has changed from one where the air available to young people was abundant and of the best quality to one in which the air has become increasingly thin, compromising and rendering unfeasible its insurgent movements in our contemporaneity.

From the "Cartesian moment" the ancient ethos - which, in the Greek philosophy sphere, was organically personified as an askesis in the lives of philosophers and was never dissociated from any theory of knowledge - starts to take almost exclusively the speculative form. The rational action (or practical reason) domain becomes reduced to the terms of general theories about moral philosophy, politics or law (that is to ground and organize the action in universalist terms). Contrary to these facts, this paper aims to rediscover some ethical aspects in the Cartesian method. In Descartes' writings one can note elements of practical philosophy in two different senses, more or less independent of each other: on the one hand, we find reflections on morality and ethics (which Descartes interacts with his epistemological cogitatio); on the other, it is possible to demonstrate how the methodic procedure itself is nothing other than a reorientation of the action that precedes the acquisition of knowledge and how it is a precondition to finding the truth. This in a way that the adoption of a method implied for Descartes in a conversion of the self. We conclude that the history of philosophy, as it is mainly told among us, ends up covering up some askésis aspect implied in the Cartesian method. This article intends to present a few passages from the late work of Descartes that might help us to see aspects of practical philosophy that are usually perceived as the fundamental source of all modern theoretical rationalism.

The purpose of this article is to discuss the epistemological particularities of Edmund Husserl, Alfred Schütz and Jürgen Habermas for the World of Life (Lebenswelt), as an instance of the signification of life. Thereunto, besides the work of the authors mentioned above, we also present and discuss productions of Philosophy, Sociology and Psychology that epistemologically problematize the World of Life. The present discussion has its relevance insofar in the means that it presents the theoretical delimitations of the construct of the World of Life, through the criticism of these authors. In general, this article is structured and proposes the following reflections: we introduce the concept of the World of Life as an instance of signification and the importance of delimitating their different perspectives; we present the inauguration of the reflections of the World of Life in the thought of Edmund Husserl; the unfoldings of the everyday World of Life within the analyzes of Alfred Schütz's Comprehensive Sociology; and, finally, the appropriation of Jürgen Habermas for the construction of his Critical Theory of Society.

The theme of the Epistemology of Psychology has been relegated to the background or even forgotten in the context of academic formation and research in the area, being historically confused with the History of Psychological Systems and not assuming its role of reflection on the foundations of the sciences. In this sense, the present work proposes to write some notes on the process of construction of Psychology as a discipline, seeking to reflect on the "place" and the "condition" of Psychology as an independent discipline; and on his status as a profession and as a science in the Brazilian contemporary context, pointing out some epistemic impasses in his reflections and repercussions on the pragmatics of the professional field. For this, we will present a brief contextualization about what epistemology is, going through its forgetfulness in the context of Brazilian Psychology, and later, to point out some weaknesses and challenges to be faced; and concluding on the need to resume the discussion of the subject, as a way of giving solidity to the discipline.

Iniciada por Abdelhafid Hammouche (Professor de Sociologia da Universidade Lille, pesquisador do CLERSE-CNRS) por ocasião de seu acolhimento em delegação do CNRS em Fortaleza, no ano de 2015, a pesquisa [Gentrification et recomposition des rapports d’altérité à Iracema-Centro (Fortaleza/Brésil) et à Wazemmes (Lille/France)] sobre a qual se funda esse artigo foi nutrida por uma pesquisa realizada, junta ou separadamente, pelos três autores. Ela foi efetivada em grande parte entre setembro de 2015 e fim de janeiro de 2016, em torno dos usuários da Praça do Ferreira, seja por José Olinda Braga (Professor de Psicologia, UFC, Fortaleza) e Abdelhafid Hammouche, seja com Julien Zeppetella (Antropólogo, Fortaleza). Entre as observações, tratava-se de recolher informações a partir de entrevistas semi-diretas questionando sobre a socialização dos espaços urbanos, sobre o percurso residencial e sobre a prática contemporânea do Centro. Constitui-se de uma primeira análise compartilhada sob o prisma da pluridisciplinaridade. Essa operação foi evidentemente marcada por dificuldades inerentes a uma dupla contextualização da pesquisa, entre maneiras de dizer a diferença de socialização na pesquisa de participantes formados em diversos contextos nacionais e sob a égide dessa pesquisa internacional. Os olhares contemplativos sobre essa relidade partiram de lugares como a Psicologia, Sociologia e Filosofia, na busca de desvelar elementos para uma profícua reflexão sobre os modos de articulação da intersubjetividade e das produções de alteridade. Essa versão é obviamente marcada pelas dificuldades inerentes a uma dupla contextualização da pesquisa, outra forma de dizer a diferença da socialização em busca de participantes treinados em diversos contextos nacionais e pelo princípio dessa pesquisa internacional.

The objective of this work is to present an arqueo-genealogical perspective on the constitution of the national psychological clinical space, on the preludes of its crisis. Taking the discourses that compose a mosaic of narratives about the emergence of the psychological clinic in Brazil in the early 1960s, to the statements of its crisis from the late 1970s to the present day, we follow the increasing attacks on the constitution of clinical practices in psychology. Curiously, along with such discourses, one can see the strengthening of the social as an expanded space of practices and growth of performance in psychology, converging to new discursive formations that affirm the necessity of the expansion and transformation of contemporary psychology, allied to social dispositives. As a new challenge for the contemporary psychologist, the discourse on the crisis of the psychological clinic seems to become a tangle of new contours for the science and profession of Brazilian psychologists, under the horizon of epistemological, ethical, technical and methodological debates which in our ears whisper and effect, with exquisite discretion, the strengthening of clinical power, enlarged under all horizons of psychological action.

RESUMO Este estudo objetiva compreender as Representações sociais de Psicólogos sobre o desenvolvimento de crianças educadas em famílias homoparentais. Ao nível metodológico, um questionário de perguntas abertas foi proposto a 17 psicólogos voluntários. As respostas foram organizadas em categorias temáticas relacionadas a representações de crianças de famílias homoparentais, de seus desenvolvimentos e do papel do psicólogo neste contexto. Entre os resultados encontrados percebemos representações do desenvolvimento como um processo ao longo da vida, perpassado por fatores físicos, sociais e emocionais. Sobre os aspectos necessários para o desenvolvimento encontramos a afetividade como elemento central. A família foi representada como primordial ao desenvolvimento da criança sendo responsável pelo cuidado e por ensinamentos sociais e morais. As implicações para o desenvolvimento da criança foram associadas ao possível preconceito que a mesma irá sofrer por ser educada num modelo de família não tradicional. Contudo, sendo preservadas as condições necessárias para educar uma criança, o fato de ser um casal homoparental para a maioria dos psicólogos questionados não interfere no desenvolvimento. O psicólogo aparece como o profissional que deve atuar para acolher, orientar e intervir socialmente nas famílias frente a este tipo de preconceito.

Reflections on racism in Campos dos Goytacazes: An existentialist view on decolonization. The article discusses racist manifestations in the city of Campos dos Goytacazes from an existentialist reading. A bibliographical research was carried out by authors who historicize the relation of slavery with contemporary racism and the importance of this relation in the constitution of racism. Jean-Paul Sartre and Frantz Fanon are the main authors that support this writing, from their reflections on racism and colonialism. Freedom as a proposal of experience and the differentiation of this concept from neoliberal presuppositions also interest of this work.

This article is based on a doctoral research (Silva, 2017) and aims to discuss the classificatory act of the so-called mental disorders, from the approach of theorists situated in the social-structuralist perspective, Anthropology and Health Sociology, in the sense of understanding how the current nosological manuals are used as forms of clinical configuration of psychic diseases. The problem composes the following guiding questions: How to explain the act of classifying? Where does this human practice come from? Is it common to all cultures? Is it part of an a priori logic of the human mind or is it a skill based on empirical and social reality? What does it reveal about the mechanisms of distinction and distribution of power in a group? In order to answer these questions, a qualitative research was carried out using documentary research, systematic observation and narratives of teachers of basic education in the State of Amapá, who have experienced suffering and psychic illness, and who attended in a unit of psychosocial care, locus of our research. Thus, 822 medical charts were consulted, 40 teachers were interviewed, 10 multidisciplinary team technicians and 10 school managers were interviewed. Based on theoretical discussions and constructed data, we understand that the classification tendency in mental health may be useful as a technical-scientific instrument to facilitate the treatment process, since it is performed with great care and parsimony, otherwise it may provide bases for the social stigmatization of people.

The unsustainability of theoretical contributions of positivist foundations has manifested itself in an increasingly intense way in our times. The mismatch between theory and practice, enunciated by the insolvency of the linear and deterministic relationship between the two, is announced with unequivocal recurrence in the incipient ability of explanatory models to encompass the contemporary real fluid. This essay aims at pointing to the indissoluble relationship between the phenomenological notion of care (Sorge), emanating from the unity of the ontological structures of being-there (Dasein), thought by the German philosopher Martin Heidegger, and the educational phenomenon, emphasizing a philosophical reflection on the act of educating formally conceived from pedagogical practices, deepening some of its questions and operating a dialogue with the hermeneutic phenomenology proposed by the philosopher of the Black Forest.

The search for men by sex workers is still a significant fact in many social, economic and cultural contexts. Therefore, understanding that prostitution has its place in the history of human relations, this research aimed to analyze the psychological experiences of men in the search of sex workers. For the research the phenomenological-empirical method of A. Giorgi and D. Souza (2010) was chosen, with changes proposed by Goto and Feijoo (2016), which consisted in a first moment, to find the essential meanings lived in the then recognize and distinguish the psychological experiences that underlie these meanings. Seven men over the age of 18 and clients of these professionals participated. The interviews were based on a guiding question. In the analysis of the experiences was found as essential meaning the sexual satisfaction, as well as other meanings but of particular order. After the delimitation of meanings was analyzed step-by-step how these meanings are psychologically lived from their structures and psychic conditions, resorting to the psychological-phenomenological descriptions of Husserl, Stein and von Hildebrand. It was concluded that the psychological experience of men is essentially a bodily-affective experience, which arises impulsively in a natural and spontaneous way, and that seeks to maintain the predominance of an affective state of pleasure, enjoyment and satisfaction but having as an end an intersubjective nexus.

O trabalhar segue sendo atividade central na vida das pessoas na contemporaneidade e o Estado cumpre importante papel na regulação e estruturação do mundo do trabalho como promotor de segurança e proteção social. O governo brasileiro aprovou uma reforma trabalhista buscando flexibilizar para aumentar produtividade, competitividade e formalização do trabalho. Críticos à reforma apontam que a flexibilização irá aumentar a precarização do trabalho. Através do método de análise documental do texto da Reforma Trabalhista, o presente artigo visou discutir possibilidades, problemas e contradições desta reforma a partir de uma análise psicossocial, e fornecer subsídios teóricos para discutir se esta reforma resultaria em flexibilização ou precarização do trabalho. As principais conclusões indicaram que a Reforma Trabalhista, ao ser pautada na individualização, flexibilização e livre negociação no trabalho, traz uma dupla consequência. De um lado, irá beneficiar empresários/as e trabalhadores/as de alta renda e qualificação, sendo a flexibilização benéfica para as relações de trabalho. E, por outro lado, irá dificultar o suporte social demandado pela maioria de trabalhadores/as ao enfraquecer os sindicatos e relativizar os suportes e proteções sociais via Estado com a possível consequência de maior vulnerabilidade de grande parte dos/as trabalhadores/as, sendo uma flexibilização do trabalho geradora de precarização.

The experience of thinking necessarily passes through a certain set of words. It is in this game that the game of Johann Gottfried Herder is brought into play. Each time Herder’s play on words is put into play, his thinking is put into play as an original experience of thinking. Language is nothing but man himself. It reveals man’s and man’s own way of being. Language is what it is since and how man understands himself in his world, from and as he experiences the limit of his sphere as the dynamic of his own constitution. Language is man’s way of being as a man. In the essay on the origin of language, Herder seeks to understand and philosophically substantiate the mode of the essentialization of language, that is, proper to man and to man himself. The main opponent with whom Herder confronts is Johann Peter Süssmilch. We are here to follow and understand the thinking of this thinker.

Este artigo foi construído na modalidade de relatos de experiências, vivenciadas a partir do Estágio de Clínica da Graduação em Psicologia na Universidade Regional Integrada do Alto Uruguai e das Missões, situada na cidade de Santiago, interior do Rio Grande do Sul. Busca-se por meio deste, cartografar experiências que perpassam a trajetória de formação de um psicoterapeuta, ampliando as possibilidades do fazer clínico e situando a própria figura do terapêuta enquanto um sujeito que afeta e é afetado na medida que a clínica se movimenta nas intervenções que se dão pela relação transferencial e pelas aberturas de uma clínica contemporânea. Para possibilitar a compreensão da experiência, é feito inicialmente um percurso teórico sobre clínica psicanalítica e alguns conceitos fundamentais nesta prática e então, serão apresentados dois casos clínicos no formato de vinheta clínica, possibilitando uma cartografia que irá delinear os trajetos da formação em Psicologia e da prática da Psicoterapia.

In this work, we intend to relate different scopes of existence, which are rarely connected: dream analysis, in a daseinsanalysis approach, and the mystic experience. For that purpose, we resorted to a dream of one of my patients and Simone Weil’s reports, a mystic Jew who lived in the XX century.In these terms, my patient brought an iconic dream,revealing that the spiritual sphere of his existence was lacking the necessary attention. We can affirm that dreams play the role of showing the Dasein the existential scopes thatare being neglected. The mystic experience, understood as the personal relationship with God, is one of these areas and, when neglected, can limit the existential freedom of dasein. The technical world seems to disqualify any experiences that are not apprehensible by logical reason, but the existence can sustain its essential freedom and remain open, multiple andinured to the variety of possibilities that the Dasein, ultimately, represents. Thedaseinsanalysis is a psychotherapeutic practice sustained by Heidegger’s hermeneutics phenomenology and points to welcoming the everlasting diversity of existential possibilities that integrate the Dasein.

Este estudo objetiva compreender experiências formativas de docentes com funções administrativas relacionadas ao curso de Psicologia de uma instituição de ensino superior situada no interior do estado da Bahia. A pesquisa se orientou qualitativamente pelo Método Fenomenológico Empírico com quatro gestores, cada qual com diferentes funções. As experiências apontam para os seguintes sentidos: motivações para assumir o cargo; implicações e ampliações formativas no trabalho administrativo; desafios e potencialidades da gestão pública em uma universidade interiorizada; crescimento do curso e perspectivas para futuras gestões. Entende-se que não há uma formação prévia para assumir tal cargo e que muitos problemas apontados remetem a um cenário nacional maior, fruto das políticas expansionistas educacionais do ensino superior, que afetam as universidades interiorizadas no trabalho docente e na formação discente. A despeito disso, existem potencialidades relacionadas à formação do psicólogo e a instauração de serviços para comunidade. Conclui-se com a sugestão de uma pesquisa de contraste entre a capital e o interior.

Freud no texto “o mal estar na civilização” discute a afirmativa de Hobbes “O homem é o lobo do homem”. Para o autor essa afirmativa põe em cena põe em cena a agressividade com a qual lidamos com o outro. Beck em “sociedade de risco” propõe que viveriamos hoje numa sociedade onde a produção de riscos supera o acúmulo de poder tecnológico-econômico. Interrogamos, neste cenário, o surgimento de uma figura perigosa, considerada o lobo da sociedade, um risco vivente: o bandido. Para tanto, nos valemos da noção de vida nua com Agamben, para pensar no estatuto próprio dessa figura, o de uma vida matável, sem valor. Se cada sociedade elege seus homo sacer, o bandido se apresenta como homo sacer para a sociedade de risco. Num esforço de calcular e medir o impossível, a sociedade de risco termina por produzir um efeito indesejado: põe em evidência o caráter de vida nua inerente a cada um dos viventes. O bandido é eleito como figura perigosa, portadora da agressividade do lobo, e seu lugar seria aquele de um vivente já habitado pela morte.

A morte e a saúde são presentes na humanidade em todo tempo e espaço, contudo os modos de experiência diferem de acordo com cada cultura. Este trabalho, ancorado teoricamente na fenomenologia heideggeriana, buscou analisar a vivência do luto da equipe de saúde no contexto da oncologia pediátrica. Foi realizada uma revisão narrativa de periódicos em Psicologia e Saúde, os quais integraram o material qualitativo analisado e utilizado na construção das categorias temáticas “A equipe de saúde em seus processos de trabalho” e “O câncer infantil em seus processos de cuidado”. A literatura indica o sofrimento dos profissionais de saúde em sua atuação e propõe estratégias de apoio para uma maior preparação desses sujeitos ao lidarem com os desafios e sentimentos despertados na prática. As dimensões éticas e emocionais da oncologia pediátrica são especialmente complexas; o extenso período de tratamento favorece maior envolvimento afetivo com o paciente, mobilizando intensamente os profissionais. Identificamos nos princípios norteadores dos cuidados paliativos possíveis contribuições para a capacitação e o cuidado da equipe de saúde referente à terminalidade, especialmente quanto à comunicação na relação terapêutica. O aprofundamento da temática pode favorecer o embasamento de práticas de apoio aos profissionais e uma assistência em saúde mais humanizada.

Pretende-se identificar as representações sociais de violência emergentes a partir dos acontecimentos decorrentes da Crise de Segurança Pública no Espírito Santo em fevereiro de 2017.  Realizou-se um estudo documental de caráter exploratório e descritivo sobre o conteúdo do jornal impresso local “A Tribuna”, publicado entre 4 e 28 de fevereiro do referido ano.  O material foi submetido a análises lexicográficas com o auxílio do software IRAMUTEQ. A Classificação Hierárquica Descendente realizada dividiu o corpus em dois sub-corpus: “Ações Criminosas” e “Ocorrências e sociedade”. O primeiro originou as classes “Vítima X Bandido”, “Pós crime” e “Cenas do crime”, enquanto o segundo originou as classes “Segurança e vida social”, “Registros e relatos de ocorrências” e “Delegacias e atendimento de ocorrências”. Os resultados da análise das classes apontaram para uma descrição detalhada sobre as cenas dos crimes, suas consequências, assim como uma representação da violência que se organiza em torno da dicotomia entre “pessoas de bem” e “criminosos”. Também se observaram notícias relativas aos desdobramentos administrativos dos crimes, restabelecimento da ordem social e medidas de segurança. As notícias desfavorecem a compreensão da violência como um fenômeno social mais amplo, fortalecendo estereótipos e contribuindo aos fenômenos de exclusão.
