Entre curtidas e comentários: uma netnografia sobre a sociabilidade travesti no Facebook
The aim of this study was to develop a netnography through ethnography to understand how some transvestites give meaning to their bodies through performance in and out of Facebook. Thus, understanding the symbolic elements that they use their bodies to form and assist in building their virtual identities. The data presented in this work are the results of a survey conducted through personal interviews and also through the Facebook Messenger during the period January 2015 to April 2016. Although each transvestite can understand how your own body, picture to them can be considered as a tool which facilitates the construction of the female intended to represent. In this context, the gender of transvestite identity is not simply a performance in the sense of theatrical action they choose to act out, what transvestites represent is one or even several "female" that they build using their photographs as self-representation of their identities.

Torégira: performance ritual em um quilombo-indígena
The focus of the dissertation is the ritual context called torégira, carried out by the "quilombo-indígena" people known as Tiririca dos Crioulos, located in the municipality of Carnaubeira da Penha, state of Pernambuco. The objective was to understand the dynamics of care between different materials (Ingold, 2012) and the process of ethnic assertion that resonate from this ritual. The torégira at times approaches and at other times separates from aspects of the Afroindigenous Catholic universe, depending on the relationships drawn by the leaders, as well as enabling potential experiences and behaviors between people, plants and entities. Historically it has been adapted to the social situations and the material flows of this locality, generating well-being and ability to confront some problems in life. The torégira expresses the establishment of the ethnic identity of these people, who have in their history experiences of stigma associated with negative attributes, which now are given new meaning through the articulation of their identities, involvement in public policies linked to territorial demarcation and safeguarding of cultural heritage. This ethnography also reveals the transformation of research methods and who performs them, expressing art and anthropology through interethnic relations using artistic interactions and the organization of data through the use of images produced by the interlocutors themselves and other investigators. Artistic interactions that amplify ethnographic narratives, the possibilities of relations with the field and the expressions of identities.

Um olhar sobre o Museu Indígena Jenipapo-Kanindé: território, etnicidade e patrimônio
Over the last decades, a new element has arisen or been adopted by various ethnic or minority groups in Brazil, the community management museum. The museum would have been "discovered by the Indians" (FREIRE, 2003) as a potential tool for the reconstruction of memory, contributing to the process of reelaboration and strengthening of ethnic identity, political and educational mobilization. The proposal of the present anthropological research has as its field the indigenous museological experience lived by the Jenipapo-Kanindé, indigenous group located in the municipality of Aquiraz, Metropolitan Region of Fortaleza. Thus, the Jenipapo-Kanindé Indigenous Museum is a museological experience idealized and managed by the members of the community, with the support of expert and indigenist partners. Initially, it is assumed that this element is adopted by the group as a mechanism of defense and reinforcement of the affirmation of the ethnicity of this indigenous group. In search of a better understanding of this recent sociocultural and political phenomenon in the indigenous scenario of Ceará, we will make use of anthropological theoretical bases and brief museological approaches that will help to reflect on the theme proposed in this research. For this, concepts such as group and ethnic identity, memory, historical museums and ecomuseums will be essential for the accomplishment of the objective of this work. Regarding the methodology adopted, this consists of participant observation, referring to participation in events organized by this indigenous group and the other events that these were invited to participate and that have relation and relevance to the theme. In addition to a series of visits to the community with the purpose of observing the daily life of this group with the museum, with the purpose of obtaining information through conversations, semi-structured interviews and observations. Research was also conducted through videos, audios, photographs and news articles.

"É de verdade ou é de plástico?": formas e sentidos das críticas ao forró eletrônico
This dissertation discusses the criticisms made to the electronic forró involving musicians, culture secretaries, professors, event producers and lovers of electronic forró. From the postulates of such authorities, the dissertation aims to understand forms and meanings of criticism to electronic forró, understanding their senses and meanings. More than pointing distinctions, we aims to understand in what pillars such critics are grounded to. For this, we use the three most frequent criticism observed: the origin, the objectification of women and commodification. From these questions, we will see how the taste issue constitutes an important prerogative for such positions are realized. Thus, we attempt to understand how and why these criticisms are often used to delegitimize the electronic forró and its cultural significance. From this script, we noted how these spaces and critical phenomenon of observation (origin, women's objectification and commodification) converge to produce a speech from agents and specific sectors of society on electronic forró in a context of struggle for meaning and representation.

"Evangelizando todas as tribos até a última ser alcançada": reflexões sobre a missão novas tribos do Brasil e a Antropologia aplicada às ações missionárias
This dissertation is the result of a research that intends to approach how the missionary actuation of Missão Novas Tribos do Brasil (MNTB) proceeds nowadays. It is understood that the missionary activity constitutes a complex scenario that involves the indigenous peoples in a long time and that therefore their reflection is important, in the construction of a clearer understanding of the processes that involve the reality of such populations in the Brazilian context . For this, my ethnographic focus was the MNTB, but on the other hand, when I realized the relevance that anthropology had for this mission, I started from the perception that anthropological knowledge has spread beyond the academic space, being today part of other sphere of action. It is driven to know that, among other expertise, it would have the tools to deal with diversity and provide the capacity to understand different human groups. From this framework, the objective is to describe how missionaries, more specifically MNTB affiliates, have used anthropological knowledge in their work with indigenous peoples, first reflecting on the history of the missions in general and more Specifically MNTB so that we can build a more procedural knowledge of this action. There has also been an emphasis on issues of political order and the power relations that are involved in this universe, since missionary activity is part of an indigenist field of activity. In this way, we seek to map and reflect on how and where anthropology is used in missionary work and thus to visualize the potentialities and limits of this anthropological work, which, as the missionaries put it, is thought of as "an applied anthropology" or a "practical anthropology" ". In these terms, the point of view of my interlocutors is privileged here.

"Leões" da sportmania: um estudo sobre a formação e a sociabilidade de uma torcida organizada do Sport Club do Recife
This thesis aims at the ethnographic study on the formation and sociability of organized supporters of Sport Club do Recife. The object of this study is SPORTMANIA soccer fan club, which arose in the 1980s, was extinguished in the 1990s, and resurfaced in the late 2000s. The research was conducted with participants of the first and second fans formations, with a total of ten interlocutors (nine men and one woman) through participant observation and complementary semi-structured interviews. The ethnographic field basically comprised the Adelmar Costa Carvalho stadium in Ilha do Retiro, other dependencies of the club and some supporters’ residences. Also, as a field of interaction with the interlocutors, digital pathways such as e-mails and mobile messaging applications can be cited. In these spaces, we observed socialization, interaction, conflicts and hierarchies that permeate the relations of the team supporters. The reflections are based on a theoretical contribution that includes Simmel (1950) to think conflict and sociability, Magnani (2002) to think circuit and sociability and Lévi-Strauss (1986) to problematize totemism, among other authors. In this context, the characteristics of belonging to SPORTMANIA are highlighted in both fans formations, as well as the significance and importance that supporters attribute to having a "lion" as the team's mascot, considering the context of Pernambuco and Brazil. The importance of this ethnographic research lies in the study of the resurgence phenomenon, attesting that the fan club formation is based on the desire to cheer for the team, meet friends and socialize.

O arco e flecha como construtores do mundo: a prática tradicional do kyudo e do Potiguara na Paraíba
This dissertation in the field of technical studies, and performance management through analysis of the processes of construction of the bow and the arrow potiguara and Kyudo, the traditional Japanese arqueria. In this perspective, the present research is structured from a central question: How the bows and arrows Potiguara and kyudo crossed times and continue their practices today? Anthropological consideration underlying the study is the relationship between continuities and changes, ressignification tradition. In this sense, the general objective outlined was to understand how the arches are constructed, and how the interaction between the arches and craftsmen; the arches and the archers; from an ethnographic approach with the two groups: the artisans of the villages of indigenous lands Potiguara and his archers, as well as between the practitioners of Kyudo. The methodology used consisted of a set of procedures, such as: l. bibliographical and historical about the samurai and Japanese Immigration to the North East of Brazil and of the potiguara warriors; craftsmen and archers involved with the practice of bow and arrows; 2. Mapping bibliographical study on the State of the art in the field of technical studies, and performance management; 3. ethnographic field research between 2016 and 2017 involving several observations, descriptions and dialogue collected among the artisans and practitioners who made dialogue between theorists in the field of technical, management and performance as the reflection axis. The work was divided into three topics: the first for a general approach on the issue of the bow and arrows; the second though of knowledge, nature and the poetics of construction of concrete arches; And in the third, and last, examine the relationship between body and bow and arrows based studies produced support in the field of visual anthropology. In this case, analyze the Potiguaras indigenous games and the festivals of Japan, in João Pessoa the year 2016 and 2017, respectively. In addition to this dissertation ethnographic approaches held together both groups increased the production of a video and a photo collection about the form of construction and handling of the arches. The study signaled the ressignification of the contemporary bow and arrow as a sportif process. Before being a conclusive work, the study of the bow and arrows between these two groups, sought to be more reflective and, above all, provocative and open new paths to be set for a greater understanding of the technical connection, handling and performance.

"Povo de ilha" dinâmica territorial, identidade e tradição de conhecimento no Porto do Capim- PB
This work investigates the processes of constitution of the Porto do Capim community and the relations that its inhabitants develop with varied elements in the existing environments, considering the social and ecological context and territorial dynamics involved in the construction of this place. In this way, it seeks to understand the processes involved in the constitution of a tradition of knowledge, in the terms proposed by Fredrik Barth, that composes the universe of material and moral references of the Porto do Capim community. The community of Porto do Capim is located on the right bank of the river Sanhauá, one of the tributaries of the Paraíba do Norte river, birthplace of the city of João Pessoa, and arises from the occupation of that area, around the 1950s, especially by families of fishermen and shellfish collectors who lived in nearby neighborhoods or on the surrounding river islands, as well as Port workers on the site. Since the end of the 1990s these inhabitants have been living with the threat of being removed from the place, for the construction of works and projects aimed at tourism. The question then arises that more than the practices and forms of use of the local territory, it is possible to comprehend more broadly an identity and a tradition of knowledge that comes from the experiences in the estuary of the Paraíba do Norte river, as revealed in this research. And that, in this case, it is linked to the various contexts that involve the use, occupation and significance of these spaces. Based on the present research, it could be observed that the identity frameworks, the ways of interpreting the world and being in it, together with a moral compound that accompanies them, that is, the cultural baggage of an individual is constructed in a procedural way, from the interpretations and experiences lived and their interactions in the environments.

A buscativa na rua e da rua: uma análise antropológica da rede de atendimento às crianças e adolescentes em situação de rua no município de Campina Grande/ PB
The dissertation "The Buscativa Rua and Rua: an anthropological analysis of programs of care to children and adolescents living on the streets in the city of Campina Grande / PB 'tries to examine the daily lives of educators who work in government organizations with children and adolescents "homeless" and analyze their conceptions and representations of this juvenile population. The purpose is to understand the look of these social actors, more specifically, the causes they attribute to the existence of this "social problem" and, thereafter, to reflect on the role of the service network in this specific context. To learn how to operate these programs that are part of the service network, was ethnographic study of everyday life in the street these educators and their relationships with the children and adolescents they serve. Considering the set of representations and conceptions presented, we identified the following figurative model of this social reality: "Children and adolescents living on the streets are victims and / or offenders"; "are a result of socio-economic policy of social exclusion", "are the children of poor parents and" dysfunctional family ". With the intention to achieve the proposed goal, through participant observation, social educators street were closely monitored, and, through them, sought to understand, in a way, the universe of children "street" and "on the street".

Rituais da dor (uma análise do grupo mães na dor de João Pessoa – PB)
Western societies have experienced a significant increase in urban violence. In Brazilian society, this has been one of the most recurrent topics in the media, the academy, and also as an object of social mobilization. In response to this violence, civil society elaborates mechanisms, the most varied, the resoluteness of their damages and harms, such as training of NGOs, therapeutic groups, and pressure groups, whose goal is to direct government institutions, especially legal the full accomplishment of its objectives. In the city of João Pessoa, Paraíba, there is a group called "Mothers in Pain", formed by mothers, bereaved, who have lost their children because of the violence. They transform their pain, their grief, their longing, fighting for justice and an end to urban violence. What initially draws attention in the study group, is that the pain of those mothers who lost their children is the catalyst for transforming the sense of loss in strength to come out to the streets in demonstrations, calling for Justice and Peace Demonstrations are prepared and articulated in different ways, therefore, talk with the authorities, go to the forum criminal, the Court, to talk about the harsh reality that hit all of them: violence. In their speeches they tell how their lives were marked by violence that befell their children, killing them. This dissertation deals with the relationship between grief, justice, shame, humiliation within the group "Mothers in Pain." It is an ethnographic research that makes use greatly in the field diary and semi-structured interviews. Analyze, among others, the concept of violence and understanding. Violence triggers the loss process. But are the resulting emotions, grief, shame, humiliation, feelings of injustice, which are the lenses through which the existence and practice of group "Mothers in Pain" are read. So, I present here the result of my excursions as a research participant in this group. In this sense, the field of emotions is relevant to point out how important the creation of social ties and networks of solidarity between mothers who share the same pain and have also affected me while, researcher, mother and actress social.

"A capoeira é tudo o que a boca come," representações sociais no batizado e troca de cordões no grupo Gangara
Capoeira nowadays has established itself as a form of systematised knowledge of relative cohesion, which has around itself traditions and elements of Brazilian social life. This paper aims to understand how, through capoeira, bodily practices become formative elements of identity, and also understand how these practices reveal elements in the society, which are inscribed in the spirit of capoeira. Furthermore, others objectives are: map memory and ancestry in capoeira; investigate how corporeality through capoeira is established as tradition and organised knowledge, especially in the particularity of the group Gangara in Bahia, and finally analyse the baptism and exchange of strands as social situation. To access the ethnographic elements, it was used the literature, semi-structured interviews and participant observation as methodological tools. After the analysis, it was found that the body functions as the main catalyst of disputes and structuring of social values. The rituality establishes itself as marker and identifier of knowledge and ways of update social reminiscences, setting traditions through the agency of collective memory, which is mobilized through corporeality developed by capoeiristas.

“Tá certo, professora Helena!”: reflexões sobre socialização em uma pré-escola em João Pessoa
In February 2013 I went to school Sonho Code to do a field research with their students. Thus, the pre-school receives students who are aged between 3 and 6 years. The school is located in João Pessoa largest neighborhood and stands out for its differentiated services to the region, such as judo school, ballet, English and religion. At first I was only with the intention to understand the socialization process that occurred between them, but I can say that already had left preconceived ideas, unfortunately not followed what Malinoswki had said in his work. However, continue the survey the children began to show me that your world was not just what I felt or thought. That is, something simple and that was limited only to play. I will start from the assumption that the child is a being active, and has the role to recreate, share and reinvent everything that is around you, in terms of Corsaro (2011) it will always make an interpretative reproduction of all that is your return. I was pleased to hear their opinions on various subjects, such as dating, friendship and even about death. Anyway, I try to show here the dialogue between anthropology and education, with an emphasis on some issues such as: how "Aunt Bia" was seen by the students, the role of school Dream Sweet in the lives of children, like to be a researcher in pre -school, and especially, what I did for the children did not feel that I was more of an adult who is there to control it. Even because, during the 6 months I spent there always questioned what I was doing adult at school playing and talking with them. In short, I want to discuss about some of the pitfalls that have arisen in continue the research in the aforementioned school.

Estudo da minimização da massa de treliças tridimensionais
Trusses are structures formed by bar connected at the ends. The minimization of the total mass of a truss is generally employed in engineering projects where light and resistant structures are sought. In this work the problem of minimization of the mass of tridimensional trusses with stress constraints is considered. To define this problem, we introduce the mathematical model of optimization and truss structures. We describe the finite element model for trusses and the nonlinear programming model for the optimization problem. To solve the proposed optimization problem, the Feasible Arc Interior Point Algorithm (FAIPA) is used. Numerical results obtained with FAIPA are presented for different types of three-dimensional structures. The optimal structures calculated with this technique show the usefulness of the problem solved in this work: the optimal structures use less material (they are cheaper) and are feasible since every bar verify the required stress constraint.

“Os pobres possuirão a terra” (sl 37,11) : um olhar histórico-social sobre a formação da comissão pastoral da terra na Paraíba
The questions about conflicts which cover rural workers, possession of land and agrarian issues on Paraíba, and all the country alike, have been the subject of many academic studies from recent years, from the most varied theoretical perspectives, immersed on different areas of Humanities. On this work it should be observed the formation process of Paraíba Pastoral Land Commission - CPT-PB, that, for its part, is involved in agrarian conflicts which moves the fundiarian reorganization at the state and will consolidate as one of the largest entities involved directly in the fight for land possession. The analysis of the process of its formation and operation brings up pertinent questions to the studies of religious phenomena in Brazil, in view of its complexity as an Catholic entity linked to the Liberation Christianism, thus expressing the heterogeneity of Catholic Church and its countless places of speech. Amid the social-historical look, we probe the theological discourse in favour of the poor that is linked to the pastoral operation on the countryside, basis in which had presuppose the installation of thousands of landless families, objectivating the agrarian reform. On this historical process, it could be observed the experiences of class, as defined by Thompson (1987). Thereby from the perspective of Sciences of Religions as a disciplinary field endowed with transdisciplinary, possessing as theoretical and methodological basis, the historical materialism, we set up here a debate about our object, highlighting its social role inserted on the process of democratization of the land, which bring with it a religious meaning.

Lilith negra : Símbolos culturais em um debate intersemiótico
The purpose of this dissertation is to show an analytical and introductory study about the character Lilith, through the evolution of the meaning that has attributed her history present in the religion traditions, and how occurred the apropriation and exploration of this symbol in the literary work called Xenogenesis of the afro-american's writer Octavia Estelle Butler, as an Inter-Semiotic object of the cultural, social and religious relations that cover our society. For this, we will glimpse through an eschatological myth of how the apocalypse happened on Earth, as those who survived had the oportunity to see a cosmogonic rebirth of the new Genesis, of the chaos until the cosmos. And that genesis is always linked to the assumptions that involve the sexuality, way by which it will be present or evidenced in the mythological narratives that involve the Lilith's name, and consequently will be reaffirmed in the Octavia's literary work. The Lilith and the sexuality will be explained while compairing through an intersemiotic dialogue, the constructive, deconstructive and reconstructive elements linked to the character present in the religious, mythological and literary universe, object of this dissertation.

Modelo de percolação bidimensional com dependência local
In our work we will present a brief historical summary of the emergence of the abstract mathematical object called graph. In addition to concepts, definitions and their theories with day-to-day applications and models used either intuitively or not. We will know the definition of planar graphs. We can highlight the case of solving an electrical system using graphs or social networks. Deepening our studies, we will enter into the subject of percolation. The original percolation model involves the points Z2 where each point can have an open or closed edge connected to each of its neighbors with probability p independently of each other. Our study will also take place in the two - dimensional plane or in the Z2. We say that there is percolation when there is a positive probability that a random path will occur in the process from the origin with an infinite number of edges. Our probabilistic model consists of two types of fluids (blue and red colors). Different from the initial model, we traverse the vertices of Z2 in a deterministic manner (spiral counterclockwise). At each vertex we draw a direction that has not yet been occupied, chosen uniformly, then we draw the size of the link that will be constructed, Suchalinkcanberepresentedbyanedgeofsize 0.1 and 2, respectively, to the link (size 0), or a red edge of size 1 or size 2 blue. The size of each link is given by a random binomial variable of parameters n = 2 and p. It is worth mentioning that in our model there is a high dependence between neighboring links. Our intuition is that there are two critical values for the model, we call them pv and pa, where for every value of p < pv there is no percolation, for pv < p < pa there is percolation for both red and blue fluid, and in the case of p > pa there is only percolation to the blue fluid. In order to better visualize the physical process, we simulate the model at different scales and for different values of p and using a graphical construct.

Maracatu à paraibana : uma análise das reinvenções e conexões político-sociais-religiosas a partir do Pé de Elefante
This work has the general objective of analyzing the Maracatu Pé de Elefante, as the only maracatu nation of Paraíba in the present day, and to understand its relation with the terreiro Ilê Axé Xangô Ogodô and Tenda do Caboclo Sete Flechas, problematizing and analyzing the question of the categories of Maracatus de Baque-turned, ie, "maracatus nation" and "batuques or maracatus laicos," and the line separating these categories, given the controversies they generate in the context of Afro-Brazilian religions, besides observing the political-socialreligious connections of the Elephant Foot and its constant reinvention and resignification in the set of maracatus in Paraíba. As specific objectives, we seek to consider, in a first moment, the origins of Maracatu as a religious manifestation coming from the terreiros from the African diaspora and its propagation as a cultural manifestation and as musical language that spills out of the terreiros. Later, we took as an object of analysis the Maracatu Elephant Foot, which in 2018 completed its ten years of existence and which is located in the field of the marquee of threshing and seated in the terreiro Ilê Axé Xangô Ogodô and Tenda do Caboclo Sete Flechas. For that, it became necessary to understand the history and the place of the said terreiro, as well as the trajectory of his religious leadership, Father Beto de Xangô. From this trajectory, we analyze, at the end, the reinvention and the re-signification of the tradition from the Foot of Elephant, drawing a parallel with the other turned bumps present in the state of Paraíba, with the perspective of dimensioning the border zone between them in what concerns the religious question and the community activities within a context where cultural hybridization anchors and restructures structures, cultural and social practices, thus situating the Elephant Foot in the category of Maracatu Nation, given its insertion in what concerns the ethos and the religious ethos. The theoretical-methodological perspective that guides the work is ethnographic, comprising ethnography not only as a method of investigation, but also as a theoretical perspective. In this way, this research is placed in the field of the Sciences of Religions in the field of "empirical studies of religion", particularly in dialogue with the Anthropology of Religions. We use specialized anthropological literature for this purpose, as well as recovering folklorists who treated the subject in a pioneering way. We also emphasize that the research presents a strong contribution to the area of Religious Sciences, which still has few studies on this subject, as well as for the field of Afro-Brazilian studies, in which the dimension of musicality still shows itself as an aspect research. It is also relevant from the point of view of regional history, since unlike Pernambuco, a neighboring state where maracatus are the object of several studies, in Paraíba the subject has not yet been properly explored.

Reiki: uma abordagem do ponto de vista das emoções
Reiki has as integral therapeutic approach, taking into account the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions, as important components that contribute to the disease and health condition of the individual, as part of the Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health (PICS). His systematizer, Mikao Usui believed that when the soul was at peace - and by soul one understands emotions and thoughts, whose term is kokoro in Japanese - the body healed itself. Since emotions are an important factor in the process of illness and health of the individual, Reiki was investigated from this point of view. This dissertation aimed at analyzing the perceptions of users treated with Reiki therapy, within their emotional contexts, under the perspective of phenomenology: what do they experience during and after the consultations? How did they experience it? Understanding Reiki within the context of the subjectivity of these people, describe their sensations. Therefore this dissertation had a qualitative bias, involving bibliographical review and field research. Within the bibliographic review, Reiki was investigated within its historical contexts (Eastern and Western), as well as a therapeutic practice inserted in the PICS and its relationship with emotions: how emotional can contribute to the state of illness and health of the individual and how Reiki can act in this condition. In the field research, through interviews, the perceptions of people attended with Reiki, with their emotional demands, were collected, which sought the Center for Integrative and Complementary Practices in Health - Equilibrium of Being, establishing a dialogue between literature and of the participants. After the interviews were collected during the field research, a phenomenological investigation was carried out, seeking to identify what was in common among the reported perceptions. It was concluded that the people involved reported feelings of well-being, physical perceptions, visualizations and extracorporeal perceptions and the reflection of their own state of illness within the emotional context. The categories found in field research were found in the literature. However, it has been noticed that there is almost no room for the expressions of people who experience Reiki, which shows the specificity of this research in letting users, within their contexts of life express themselves, without worrying about making any judgment about the truth of these experiences, since the methodological resource allows: phenomenology.

Atacando e defendendo redes definidas por software
Software Defined Networks (SDN) facilitate network management by decoupling the data plane which forwards packets using efficient switches from the control plane by leaving the decisions on how packets should be forwarded to a (centralized) controller. However, due to limitations on the number of forwarding rules a switch can store in its Ternary Content-Addressable Memory (TCAM), SDN networks have been subject to saturation and TCAM exhaustion attacks where the attacker is able to deny service by forcing a target switch to install a great number of rules. An underlying assumption is that these attacks are carried out by sending a high rate of unique packets. This work shows that this assumption is not necessarily true and that SDNs are vulnerable to a novel attack, called Slow TCAM exhaustion attacks (Slow-TCAM) in which existing defenses for saturarion and TCAM exhaustion attacks are not able to mitigate it due to its relatively low traffic rate and similarity to legitimate clients. In this work is also proposed a novel defense called SIFT based on selective strategies demonstrating its effectivenes against the SlowTCAM attack in different scenarios, obtaining levels of availability above 92% (worst case scenario)when the network is under attack while having low memory and CPU consumption.

Controle preditivo não linear baseado em modelo aplicado a formações de robôs móveis terrestres com seleção dinâmica de líder
This research presents a distributed control architecture for robot formation control, using a modified version of the Non-linear Model Predictive Control algorithm with a generic cost function, which allows for the combination of the behavior layer into the controller while keeping or improving upon the precision algorithm. A dynamic leader-selection structure iso also prpoposed. The theoretical concepts which served as a basis for the text and the reference works which constitute the state of the art are briefly presented. The proposed Non-linear Model Predictive Control modifications, which employs a virtual leader to improve closed loop performance, and the tree based selection structure, used as a state machine, are explained. The results obtained fora a three robot formation dealing with the trajectory tracking problem are shown, for both simulated and experimental environments.
