O trabalho do supervisor regional do curso normal superior fora de sede da Uniararas: limites e possibildades
A presente pesquisa desenvolveu-se no contexto do Curso Normal Superior Fora de Sede de uma instituição do interior do estado de São Paulo. Trata-se de um curso a distância, na modalidade presencial, utilizando diferentes mídias interativas e com a mediação de um Tutor. A necessidade pela investigação decorreu do interesse em pesquisar o potencial inclusivo dessa modalidade de curso, com o enfoque na função de Supervisor Regional do Curso Normal Superior Fora de Sede, objetivando pesquisar a percepção que ele tem do trabalho que desempenha. Trata-se de uma função instituída para prestar o apoio local necessário aos alunos e tutores do CNSFS, a fim de garantir o funcionamento do curso. Para proceder à investigação do estudo em questão, utilizou-se, como principal fonte de informação, os próprios supervisores regionais, por meio da técnica da entrevista semi-estruturada e análise de conteúdo das falas obtidas. Os dados apontam a visão de um trabalho complexo, em construção e permeado dos desafios próprios aos novos modelos de educação exigidos na sociedade do conhecimento.
Adesão pelas cooperativas de crédito do Estado de São Paulo à circular CMN 3.467/2009
Since its creation in the beginning of the nineteenth century, the credit union has played an essential role in the global economy. Due to actions based on the less favoured class in the past, the cooperatives have always embraced the idea of solidarity and unity, something that is deeply rooted in its principles. Throughout its history, there was the need for improvement, maturity and evolution in its way of managing and directing, mainly due to the big growth of the segment which occurred after the mid-1990. By having the financial intermediation as their main focus, the credit unions keep playing a fundamental role in the sustainable development of Brazil, particularly because of their ability to fund consumption and production. Some issues such as the huge dependence on the spread in order to cover operational costs, and also its vulnerabilities, contribute to make the cooperatives become less competitive if compared to the other institutions. Some particularities involving its structure and culture end up creating some conflicting interests, mainly among cooperative members (owners) and managers. In order to describe the legal structure that rules the credit unions in Brazil regarding the decision on the internal controls model, Resolution CMN 2.554/98 and Government Circular CMN 3.467/09 has been drawn up. Both are considered as clear and formal in the acceptance of conceptual structure COSO as internal controls framework. It is clear that the action of Central Bank of Brazil in following up the international trends that involve standardization through international recommendations imply in their compliance and observance. This study is aimed at investigating the acceptance by the credit unions of Sao Paolo state to the government Circular CMN 3.467/09. The answers to the matter have been searched: Are the cooperatives of Sao Paulo state checking the relevant aspects contained in the Government Circular CMN 3.467/09? By using qualitative and quantitative approaches, interviews and data colleting have been conducted through an electronic form on the internet. Using the qualitative approach, agents and people in charge of internal control were interviewed in 8 of a 159 credit unions affiliated to Sicoob Central Cecresp, since they have been considered as large ones if using the criteria established by this Central. By using the quantitative approach, the 151 cooperatives have received an electronic form. Based on the effected analysis, we conclude that the researched credit unions adopt the relevant and intrinsic aspects of Circular CMN 3.467/09. Through the quantitative analysis, it was possible to evidence the adherence of the control components. Finally, in the qualitative aspects, we perceive the need for a more involvement of the management particularly concerning question of control culture and formalizing policies and procedures.

O papel amalgamador do poeta na Guiné-Bissau atual
The literature of Guinea-Bissau reflects deeply the problems and challenges of this country located in the Northwest of Africa that is searching its economical stability and the reaffirmation of its identity after the recent process of Independence from Portugal, in 1974, and is currently facing a scenario full of serious social and political instabilities and a growing diapora. Having as a departure point its historical past and the Portuguese language in common with the Brazilian history and language and from the perspective of the studies of Stuart Hall and of lusophony, in the present research we intend to demonstrate the relevance of the social role of the poet in Guinea-Bissau today and how the literature of the African nations where Portuguese is also spoken can contribute to the process of valorization and affirmation of the African culture in literary studies in classrooms, according to the Brazilian Federal Law 10.639/03. The corpus of this research, the poem “Guinendade”, by the Author from Guinea-Bissau, Rui Jorge Semedo, meets the needs of the indispensable study of the approaching of peoples that share the Portuguese language and the historical traits of the colonization. Thus, this research suggests applications of interdisciplinary activities in classrooms of the Elementary Education, aiming the rereading and valorization of the African culture and literature in the curriculum of Brazilian schools.

Benzedeiras no sistema oficial de saúde do Ceará: relações entre religosidade e medicina popular
This work aims to study the practice of popular medicine in rural center, which means, a nonurbanized study at Sobral city in the state of Ceara. We can tell that the city has a mix of rural and urban zone, because they have health care centers and part of the city is asphalted. As a source of research, we have visited two neighborhoods: Terrenos Novos and Sumaré, which we noticed a strong presence of women who uses religious and traditional concepts in treatment of malnutrition, leprosy and tuberculosis - pathologies which are very common in communities of poor sanitation and low levels of schooling. This religious and traditional concept is transmitted by women who are blessed by the divine grace and pass through prays. The bless can be in children or adults. These are the sanctifiers. By the religiosity, the women engaged in the popular medicine were included into the PSFFHP (FHP - Family Health Program) as ANFS (NFHA Non-Formal Health Agents). The council created the self-stimulation of the local culture as disease prevention.
Afetividade nas interações mãe-bebê prematuro no primeiro contato físico
The aim of this study is to describe how premature babies behave intersubjectively in the relationship with their mothers during the first weeks of their lives. In order to understand the dyadic interaction between mother and baby, a qualitative and descriptive approach to research has been adopted. Four dyads comprised of primigravida women and their newly-born premature babies took part in the study. The babies had been born prematurely after 28 to 35 weeks of gestation and admitted to the neonatal intensive-care unit of a public hospital in the greater São Paulo. Two were female and two male. The data was collected from the filming of the first dyadic interaction in the mother s arms, lasting between 15 to 30 minutes. After that first registry, the dyadic behaviors between mother and baby were described and categorized following the intersubjective categories suggested by Fiamenghi (1999) and Fiamenghi et al. (2010). The results from the descriptions of the dyadic interactions showed that the prematurely-born babies establish an intersubjective relationship with their mother. There are positive emotions expressed through smiles, signs of coziness, synchrony, timing and empathy of feelings, falling into the category of (negotiating) interaction, invitation and imitation and (emotional) curiosity and friendliness; low frequency of negative feelings; and no aggressive behavior on the part of the mother. The outcome of this research may reinforce the need to adopt a humanizing approach to the prematurely-born babies; the need of inclusion of the family; and training and awareness of the whole multidisciplinary team. We suggest continuing this study by research using group.

Os efeitos do artigo 136-A da Lei das S.A. sobre a questão da cláusula compromissória estatutária e o direito de recesso
A pauta da arbitragem societária é uma questão muito discutida nos dias atuais, por ser um assunto recente, e principalmente pelas suas vantagens ou desvantagens. A falta de regulamentação sobre o assunto não trazia a adequada segurança jurídica para as sociedades optarem por dirimir seus conflitos no juízo arbitral. Esta realidade mudou a partir da edição da Lei 10.303/2001 que garantiu a possibilidade de inserção da cláusula compromissória no estatuto social, porém trouxe também uma grande divergência doutrinária acerca da extensão da cláusula a todos os acionistas. Divergência esta, porque muitos entendem que o princípio majoritário adotado no direito societário vai contra o princípio da autonomia da vontade, fundamental na arbitragem. Em 2015, houve a reforma da Lei da Arbitragem, com a Lei 13.129/15, que incluiu na Lei das Sociedades Anônimas (Lei 6.404/76) o art. 136-A. Este dispositivo tomou conta de vincular todos os acionistas à cláusula compromissória estatutária, determinando, no entanto, um quórum qualificado para que essa deliberação societária ocorresse, bem como oferece aos acionistas dissidentes a possibilidade de retirar-se da sociedade, com o reembolso do valor de suas ações - direito de recesso. Desta maneira, o presente trabalho tem o foco de mostrar as vantagens da arbitragem societária, bem como discutir sobre o novo dispositivo na nossa lei acionária, e quais são as consequentes mudanças advindas desta nova disposição legal, e as principais críticas que surgiram.

Escola pública: um espaço a ser apropriado por alunos com deficiência
The present research, of qualitative nature, is a study of case, carried through in a public school 5ª until 8ª grades of the Secretary the Education of São Paulo. It has as objective to identify and to analyze the practical pedagogical the existing ones in regular classrooms of education (common classroom), as well as, to understand the way as they are developed the pertaining to school resume in relation to the pupils with deficiencies. The special education takes as base; the educational legislation; the resume; the curricular adaptation and the formation of the professor. It adopted as metodologycs procedure the comment in classroom and the verification of pertaining to school documents, followed of description and analysis of the collected datas. It can be evidenced that the professors in its practical majority do not use practical different or modify its, in classroom, function to make possible to the pupil with deficiency the development of its learning and the access to the resume. It also evidenced the developed resume is the same for all the pupils and that does not have, most of the time, flexibility of its different elements, to take care of the especificies of the pupils with deficiency. It consider that school looks ways to structuralize and to take care of the pupils with deficiency although the presented difficulties. And the process would be faster if the legislations was, effectively, fulfilled; they had constant pedagogical orientations and enough financial resources.
Valorização do patrimônio cultural de Mogi das Cruzes
This study aims to investigate the cultural heritage of downtown Mogi das Cruzes city, discussing the concepts of cultural heritage, regarding its origins, practices and policies. The first part of this study analyses the formation, evolution and legislation of the city and its existing conservation policies; the second part presents a case study about heritage programs in similar cities in the state of Sao Paulo, such as São Carlos and Sorocaba; and the third part regards the major components of downtown Mogi das Cruzes's cultural and architectural heritage. At the end, it suggests alternatives to complement the current preservation policies of Mogi das Cruzes.
