A presente monografia busca analisar os aspectos da sociedade contemporânea - especificamente aqueles relacionados ao consumo e à exposição -, bem como seus impactos nas relações de consumo abordadas pela legislação pátria. Para tanto, serão analisadas, de maneira pormenorizada, a atividade publicitária, seus veículos de propagação, sua adaptação à era digital e sua regulamentação. Superadas essas questões primordiais, analisaremos a veiculação da atividade publicitária através dos influenciadores digitais e o impacto desses agentes sobre o consumidor. A pesquisa aqui realizada adotou o método não experimental e, principalmente, os métodos qualitativos e bibliográficos. Por fim, analisaremos a abordagem da legislação atual acerca das questões atuais envolvendo a atividade publicitária e o influenciador digital.

The possibility of increase use of aluminum in place of ferrous materials and wood in automotive industry, mainly in manufacturing of bus and truck structure, corrosion resistance, high ratio resistance and weight due low density and cost are the main reasons for this study. The alloy 6005A without any heat treatment appears disadvantageous compared to other alloys of aluminum and ferrous materials, however, with appropriate heat treatment, the mechanical properties are improved considerably, which is the case of this study. After comparisons in 36 different conditions of temperature of solubilization and temperature and time of artificial aging, the temperatures of 545ºC (30 minutes followed by water cooling) and 185°C (4 hours) solubilizing and artificial aging, respectively, showed the best growth of hardness alloy 63HRF to 85HRF. The metallography alloy after quenching was performed by optical microscopy showed in the microstructure equiaxed grains with homogeneous distribution. When compared the microstructures with different oven time and temperature, it was not showed the difference that relates the difference in hardness. It was realized the tensile test and the tensile strength limit values (σt) 279,21MPa and yield strength (σe) 257,33 MPa are among the average values for the alloy 6005A T6. The study of fatigue alloy was realized in a rotating bending testing machine (R=-1) at ambient temperature and the data was analyzed in a S-N curve. When applied stress less than 117,42 MPa, the specimen supported more than 1,0x107 cycles before breaking down. The fracture surfaces of the specimens with many tensile were analyzed by optical microscopy and by SEM and indicated the presence of ratchet marks, stretch marks, and integranular and transgranular cracks.

This thesis discusses the rela ons between form and norm in the materializa on of the ci es and the pragma c contemporary urbanism, in its most commonly discussed mode: the urban project. The urban project is here understood as the media ng elements of urban transforma on, which today lack theoriza on and instrumentali es in the Brazilian context. Through the dialec c rela on between theore cal discourse and empirical observa on, the materializa on of the contemporary city is discussed, by means of the conceptual fi gures Defi ni on, Induc on, and Improvisa on, which relate to processes triggered by regula ons. The fl oodplain of Tietê, between Lapa and Barra Funda, located in the west region of the city, between the river and the rail, is used as an empiric object, a site which generated the theore cal refl ec ons and was evaluated as in its historic materializa on as in its contemporary redevelopment. The work off ers a spa al historiography of the site´s materializa on, by means of the elabora on of conceptual formal fi gures, which guided the historic materializa on process, and evaluates the contemporary materializa on, guided by the urbanis c instrument Urban Opera on, conceived to promote urban projects in the city. Depar ng from the thesis that there is no urbanis c instrument that places the project and urban design as the media ng and ar cula ng element in the Brazilian public policy on urban development today, yet some level of design, or defi ni ons that design involves, is necessary, avoiding predatory processes in the city´s materializa on. Contemporary urban projects have to incorporate urban design strategies in its concep on in order to materialize according to socially agreed goals. Thus, the present research discusses the contemporary role of the urban project and urban design in the materializa on of São Paulo.

This work analyses the real estate development on São Paulo from 1967 to 1979, specially the production with resources of the BNH for the middle class s housing market. Trough the study of the chosen company HINDI Cia. Brasileira de Habitações the issue of the quality of the object é approached. This study was accomplished with interviews and in loco observation. Economic politics, housing politics and urban politics were analyzed, along with the construction industry logical e it s consequences on the quality of architecture and it s role of city builder.

Executive functions are complex cognitive abilities and are related to the ability to manage and regulate thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The basic components include cognitive flexibility, inhibitory control and working memory, whose interaction arise complex functions, such as reasoning, planning, and problem solving. Executive functions are important for self-regulated and autonomous behavior, and are demanded, for example, in the entrance of second phase of Elementary School. This study aimed to develop and test an intervention based on Goal Management Training (GMT), in 8 to 10-years-old students. The participants were 35 children, students from a public school in São Paulo, 20 males and 15 females, with the indication of the teachers in terms of executive deficits. Pre and post-intervention assessments used: WASI (subtests), WISC-IV (Subtests digits and sequence of numbers and letters), Tower of London, Shopping task, Go/No-go, Five digit test (FDT) and, for teachers and parents, the Inventory of Difficulties in Executive Functions, Regulation (IFERA-I), and the Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ). Participants were divided into two groups: experimental group, with intervention in GMT, and control-active group, who participated in playful activities with subjects related to citizenship, both with 16 sessions each. Student's Test t and Effect Size Analysis revealed that the experimental group had gains FDT and Go/No-go measures, as well as in some domains of the scales answered by parents and teachers, suggesting gains in inhibition and flexibility, mainly. The control group had gains in terms of relationship, as reported by parents. Thus, the program promoted gains in some abilities, especially inhibition and flexibility, however there are limitations and future studies are necessary.

This study aimed to analyze the contributions of Digital Technologies of Information and Communication (TDIC) for higher education teaching. To support the research, we had access to many authors cited in bilbiográficas references that address issues relevant to our work. Among them, we highlight for axes, which are Axis Education and Training: Maria da Graça Nicoletti Mizukami, Lee Schulman and Cristóbal Cobo Romani; Axis Training and Technology Education: Marcos Masetto, William John Thomas Mitchell and Lucia Santaella; and the last Axis Culture and Journalism: Henry Jenkins, Marshall McLuhan and Manuel Castells.O work also included the collaboration of four teachers of a private institution of higher education in the State of São Paulo (IPESESP), through interviews with semi-structured script , teachers those who work in the communications field, especially using the TDIC. research axes have been defined to better understand the results, among which we mention: The use of TDIC as a tool and strategy, reason for doing so, the institution's incentive for the use of technology and how to use TDIC for teaching in Journalism course. The choice of qualitative research took place in the character role of research and the established objectives. The big challenge we found was the lack of preparation even teachers to monitor their students, while noting that the use of technology is beneficial for students and teachers, provided that the parties were prepared to use. Through literature review found a need for teacher trainers, for the skilful and effective exercise of teaching, including using technological tools, the need is greater in the journalism course. The results observed through our interviews showed a general need for better preparation, and the professors of the University IPESESP are qualified for their roles, particularly regarding the use of the technological tools that use to use in teaching and learning. Their experiences are positive in the use of TDIC, and there is improvement in the quality of education, where technological tools are used appropriately.

Por muitos anos, a educação inclusiva no Brasil foi tratada de forma assistencial, mas a partir da década de 1980 essa perspectiva começou a mudar. O objetivo desse trabalho é estudar as políticas públicas do direito à educação inclusiva sob a perspectiva do ensino superior, como forma de compreender a evolução desse direito fundamental. Os princípios constitucionais apresentados, bem como a legislação internacional e nacional trazidas ao texto foram as principais fontes da pesquisa. Como forma de enriquecer o estudo serão expostos pontos de vista de quem vive a realidade do movimento inclusivo no ensino superior, tanto de uma visão profissional quanto de uma visão dos próprios estudantes, com a questão da quebra de barreiras para o acesso e permanência desse alunado. Outra questão pertinente à discussão, trabalhada no fechamento do estudo, é a transição ao mercado de trabalho das pessoas com necessidades educacionais especiais, a legislação internacional e nacional, em especial a lei de cotas.

Localizada no centro de São Paulo, a região da Santa Ifigênia tem, por trás de seus graves problemas sociais e urbanos, potencialidades de uma área de grande importância histórica para a cidade. Bem servida das infraestruturas de mobilidade urbana e equipamentos culturais, tem recebido diversas propostas para revitalização do espaço público, todas sem sucesso. A implantação de um complexo de uso misto e habitação de interesse social busca acelerar o processo de revitalização da área a partir da dinamização de usos e ativação do tecido urbano.

Este trabalho analisa a aplicabilidade dos planos de outorga de opção de compra de ações – stock options – com foco nos principais empecilhos e riscos que as empresas que desejam implementar o instituto encontram à luz da legislação trabalhista brasileira. Para isso, analisa-se brevemente a estrutura legal dos planos, quais são seus objetivos e as características da natureza jurídica salarial brasileira, como evitar que a outorga de opção de compra de ações se confunda com salário, além de discussão sobre soluções que possibilitem a implementação dos stocks options plans sem questionamentos e possíveis penalidades às empresas pela justiça trabalhista do Brasil.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso tem como objeto de estudo o livro “Dom Casmurro”, de Machado de Assis. Devido à intrinsecidade entre autor, obra e contexto histórico, será feita uma análise acerca da influência do cenário político-social da época, bem como dos elementos jurídicos utilizados propositalmente pelo autor para dar aos escritos conotações mais aprofundadas do que as percebidas à primeira vista. A partir deste enfoque, será delineada a importância de um estudo conjunto entre direito e literatura para uma melhor compreensão de obras literárias como a apresentada e para a expansão do potencial das ciências jurídicas, evidenciado através dos discursos de persuasão e convencimento utilizados pelo protagonista da obra.

This thesis has the objective to characterize the specifics contents of the Organizational Learning field, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization in terms of their inter-relationships and its boundaries, as well as identifying research fronts that have the potential to excel in these fields. Therefore, was developed a exploratory and longitudinal methodological method which were based on social networks analysis and more specifically, the semantic networks. 10.480 articles from the Web of Science data base were used for the analysis. The results show possible contributions in two main areas. The first one refers to the methodology, once the semantic networks analysis allow the comprehension of the structures and contents of scientific articles, having as main attribute the scalability, extension and potential to achieve temporal inference. The second contribution is theoretical, since the assessment of the data signalizes research fronts that potentially can stand out in the Organizational Learning, Knowledge Management and Learning Organization areas. The research outcome orientates to the development of dynamic theories which, in opposition of the static models, traditionally established, enable explain the inter-relationships between areas without obliterate the temporal dimension.

The 2002 Master Plan in São Paulo establishes guidelines for the fair and effective use and occupation of land, applying instruments that allow new urban intervention. It grants additional rights to the legislation of municipal zoning with issuance of onerous concession or the auction of Certificates of Special Urban Zoning, traded at Stock Exchange. This generates off taxes revenues with the participation of private initiative, motivated by an dynamic real estate market. These off taxes revenues are important to supplement the budgetary resources that have been insufficient to meet the population needs, which have no financial capacity to accept any increase in compulsory taxation. This thesis introduces strategies to consolidate and overcome the actual constraints, enhancing this process in urban benefit that comprises: infrastructure, environmental preservation and quality of life, as it was achieved in other important city, such Vancouver, Canada.

Information is an asset of great value in the capital market, as so it must be regulated for the purpose of promoting the market s credibility and guaranteeing the investor s trust. Therefore, this research was conceived with the objective of studying the juridical regimen of the information in the stock market, being the subject analyzed from a double perspective: the right of the shareholder s to the information and, especially, the right of the market to the information. Related to this latter aspect, the adoption of the full and fair disclosure principle, that consists in the wide and honest revelation of information, as the market regulation philosophy, in the United States and in the whole world, must me examined. Moreover, regarding to the theme, it is necessary to consider the repression to the insider trading and the manipulation of the market as a consequence of the disclosure system. At last, it is important to detach the new instruments of information control, mainly those related to corporate governance and the new rules imposed by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.
