This article brings into context the modern State in its various historical structures, trying to show the economic and social determinations in the building of Human Rights doctrine. Such dimension constitutes the central discussion in a debate that intensified, in a more preponderant way, in the 90’s by multilateral agencies, as well as sectors of the brazilian society in the matter of mental health field, that demands the citizenship of the mentally ill. It also shows that the mental institution was a necessary institution in the industrial capitalist time, which produced the segregation of the mentally ill and that in times of neoliberalism and globalization, it is possible to accept the idea of rights for this population in the theoretical field, even though not fully accomplished in reality. This article searches to map the contours of the protection services designed to protect children and adolescents who suffer violence in the midst of their family. The tension between public and private sectors is made explicit and the nature of these services is influenced by that, generating various opposite results and as a consequence the protection is not assured. The increasing number of denunciation, makes the tasks of diagnosing predominant, inhibiting the protective actions. As a consequence, various mechanisms are used in order to filter the denunciation. This research was done with the user of “Programa Sentinela”, in Medianeira – PR, it had as objective, to characterize the users / children and adolescents of this program, it has these analysis categories: Type of suffered vilence; sex; age; schooling, neighborhood that they live; link with the aggressor and origin of the accusation. O cotidiano é permeado por situações que envolvem a questão da violência. Ela se desenvolve de diversas formas e tem muitos fatores que contribuem para o seu estabelecimento, entre elas a falta de condições mínimas para a sobrevivência da família. Entretanto, a violência doméstica não ocorre apenas em famílias carentes; ela está presente em todas as classes sociais e é um fenômeno complexo que envolve diversas dimensões. Porém, o que podemos perceber é que, devido à fragilidade na qual as famílias mais desprovidas de recursos se encontram, as situações de violência acabam sendo mais expostas e identificadas. A violência doméstica, na infância, ainda pode ser considerada um tabu, pois desvela a intimidade da família, assim como aquela que maltrata, desperta nos outros o desejo de vingança e de atribuição de culpa, esperando a sua condenação. A questão social manifestada na violência doméstica, é freqüentemente julgada pelo viés da culpabilização de pais e/ou responsáveis para com crianças e adolescentes que são encaminhados para abrigos. O olhar do senso comum é reducionista, limitando a compreensão desta complexa situação de violência, às paredes da habitação. A intervenção profissional calcada na teoria dialética (nos conceitos de totalidade e contradição entre outros) busca na consciência crítica argumentos que ampliem o olhar. É fundamental, portanto, que se compreenda outros fatores que envolvem a violência doméstica e que vão além da morada da família. Esses fatores podem se estender às administrações governamentais em Brasília, por exemplo, tanto no que tange às políticas públicas de atenção à família, e/ou na política educacional. A família em situação de vulnerabilidade social também pode ser vítima da violência cometida pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. Através deste artigo pretendemos salientar que a família não é única responsável pela vulnerabilidade em que vive e que seus filhos estão expostos. Palavras-chave - Violência doméstica. Família. The present work is based on a synopsis of an experience lived through stage four, conducted in the Social Service course. The experience felt resulted in a Course Conclusion Work when the advisory was described and analyzed as one of the Social Service work possibilities in connection with the social issue expressions. In this work there will be a report of one of the advisory activities performed during the stage addressed to a city hall of the region that develops the Child Work Eradication Program – PETI. Currently, the advisory may be used as another form of introducing the Social Service into the job market. This practical-theoretical experience gives grounds to reflect the insertion of the Social Assistant onto the advisory process. Key words: Advisory. Social issue. Qualification. PETI.

The present article is the result of a research carried out in ten schools of the public system education network that were participants of an interdisciplinary and interinstitucional project which involved the State and Municipal Secretary of Education, the Municipal Secretary of Health, through NASCA, the Foundation of Social Welfare and Citizenship, through PEMSE and PUCRS, through the Faculty of Social Work. The research has a qualitative and participatory nature and has as its objective to evaluate the results of a training for teachers on peace education and how this training has contributed for the development of actions directed to prevention of violence. The methodological procedures were comprised of semi-structured interviews with school principals, teachers and support personnel, visits to schools, focus groups with students and reports from the meetings with the participants. The data was recorded and transcribed, and submitted to content analysis. The results indicate that peace education is a process that has to be strengthen since it has demonstrated positive results in the improvement of school’s sense of belonging and social inclusion. Este artigo apresenta a problemática das pessoas em situação de rua, tendo como pano de fundo a sociedade contemporânea, centrada no consumo e não na produção, que produz diariamente pessoas subjugadas pessoal e socialmente, com difícil perspectiva de mudança social, ao mesmo tempo em que o estado desloca sua função de bem-estar social para campos repressivos. Busca-se contextualizar a realidade de exclusão social que vive essa parcela da população, avançando na definição dos principais problemas enfrentados, na perspectiva da violação de direitos e das estratégias de sobrevivência desenvolvidas. Resúmen El artículo presenta la problemática de las personas que viven en las calles, en el contexto de la sociedad contemporânea, que no se centra en la produción, sino en el consumo, esa misma sociedad produle en el cotidiano personas individual y socialmente subyugadas, con escasas perspectivas de mudança social. Mientras tanto, el estado despleza su función de bienestar social, hacia campos más bien repressivos. El artículo intenta contextualizar la realidad de exclusión social vivida por esos grupos, asimesmo, intenta avanzar hacia la definición de los principales problemas por afrontar, desde uma perspectiva de violación de derechos y de las estratégias de supervivencia desarolladas. This work has for having intended to present and to comment on data on a research accomplished with women heads of the family single mothers in situation of extreme poverty in the municipal district of Londrina in the period from 2003 to 2005. Starting from the main objective of the research, which is to identify, to know and to analyze the socioeconomic profile of the families single mothers led by women in situation of extreme poverty defined as universe of the research the women reached by the Program Municipal Bag-school. The data compiled starting from the cadastration showed that 38% of the benefitted families are monoparentais, tends the woman (except for a family) as responsible for the home. In this text we intended to comment on the relative results to the partnerdemographic profile and the meaning of the feminine family leadership for the interviewed women. Este artigo contém elementos que possibilitam a discussão sobre como os profissionais da saúde podem reorganizar sua prática a partir de uma visão que considera o trânsito do doente excluído ao sujeito empoderado. Partindo do pressuposto de que a doença implica, inevitavelmente, uma crise para o doente, sobretudo acerca do seu papel social, um processo de cura não pode ser somente um retorno linear a um estado anterior, mas sim um restabelecimento de uma nova harmonia, que compreende as cicatrizes do estar, ou do ter estado doente. Salienta-se, um pensamento no qual a doença pode ser benéfica, uma vez que o paciente empreende forças para superar limitações. E, ao superá-las, deixa de lado a exclusão social que uma doença acarretaria, abrindo espaço para o empoderamento do sujeito. Palavras-chave – Profissionais da saúde. Processo de cura. O presente trabalho é fruto da dissertação de Mestrado, tem como intuito mostrar aos leitores quais são os fatores sociais que possuem interferência na sexualidade das pessoas de terceira idade. Os sujeitos foram idosos do município de Palmas (PR), pertencentes ao grupo de Convivência. A pesquisa foi de cunho qualitativo, tendo num primeiro momento como instrumento de coleta de dados um formulário e, posteriormente, a aplicação de grupo focal. Para análise dos dados, baseou-se em Moraes (1999), aplicando análise de conteúdo. Observou-se que a família é influente na sexualidade das pessoas idosas de forma negativa e ao grupo de conivência e a religião são importantes porque estimulam o direito de relacionar-se com outrem. Apesar de a literatura nacional e internacional passarem a demonstrar um maior interesse pelo estudo e pelo aprofundamento do fenômeno da exclusão social a partir dos anos 80 do século XX, ele não deve ser considerado como contemporâneo, pois sua existência remonta a diferentes tempos da história. Em realidade, a exclusão social abrange diversas expressões e define-se a partir da situação e do momento político, econômico e social de cada local ou região onde ocorra. Em paralelo a sua existência, têm-se os movimentos da atividade produtiva, que, para evoluir, necessitam de um conjunto de ajustes e de mudanças científicas e tecnológicas, as quais muitas vezes, são responsáveis pelo aumento do contingente dos excluídos socialmente. O presente texto tem por objetivo, primeiro, pontuar aspectos teóricos para a compreensão do significado de exclusão social; e segundo, desenvolver, ainda que preliminarmente, uma proposta de integração de políticas sociais que atenda à realidade da exclusão no Brasil. The objective of the paper is to analyze the financing of the social assistance in relation to the tax adjustments made in Brazil during the period of 1990-2003. Thus, is introduce, the mark political-legal of Social Assistence is defined. This article about the indiscriminate use of the shelter and protection measure for adolescents, who are in a situation of social vulnerability in the city of Santa Maria. This shows the difficulties in the transition from the old guidelines in the policy of assistance to the child and the adolescent to the one designated by the ECA– Statute of the Child and the Adolescent. It suggests a wide debate and an urgent review with all the ones involved in the process of guiding and acceptance of these adolescents in the city shelters. At the end of the twentieth century and at the begining of the twenty-first, Sharp process of transformation is occurring, related to the labor’s world. The changes in the productive processes, characterized by the automation, robotic and eletronic, is generating a substitution of the workers – less qualified, by the capital. Update reality is demanding the creation of alternatives of generation of works and income as source of subsistence, for subjects excluded or who are by the margin of the labor market. The Soliday Popular Economy arrises in Brazil in the last decades of the twentieth century as an a alternative of unemployment. Cooperatives or labor’s associations are a good alternative for the updated world. The members of this collective processes are able to set their own rules of the labor and productive worls. The role of the public power is very important in this processes. In this sence the inclusion of workers in associative and cooperative experiences take the subjects to an increase of their familiar incomes as well as a possible overaction of a social stage of marginalization. This article seeks to establish a group of interfaces among the development conceptions, the work ideas that accompany them and the ideological forms used to justify inclusion/exclusion processes in the different models of development hegemônicos. It is used as reference, to establish that interface, the historical-space analysis of the different social formations that are configured in the northwest of the state of Rio Grande do Sul. It is understood that the concrete research of concrete situations can aid in the understanding of the social subject as object of study of the Social Service. Key-words – Work. Development. O presente artigo versa sobre a importância do coletivo na resistência dos trabalhadores à realidade do cotidiano de trabalho, a partir da análise de uma experiência de um grupo de bancários portadores de LER/DORT, que vivenciaram a privatização do banco em que trabalhavam. Descreve-se o processo de exclusão a que estes trabalhadores foram submetidos dentro da empresa e discutem-se as formas de enfrentamento utilizadas pelos mesmos enquanto processo de resistência e estratégia de saúde. Analisa-se, ainda, a trajetória destes trabalhadores em direção ao resgate da cidadania e à inclusão social, através do seu engajamento na constituição do Grupo de Ação Solidária dos portadores de LER/DORT em sua entidade sindical. Resumen El presente artículo trata sobre la importancia del colectivo en la resistencia de los trabajadores frente al cotidiano de trabajo, a partir del análisis de una experiencia de un grupo de empleados de la banca portadores de LER (lesiones por esfuerzos repetitivos / transtornos osteomuculares relacionados al trabajo) que han vivido la privatización del banco en el que trabajaban. Se describe el proceso de exclusión a que estos trabajadores fueron sometidos en la empresa y se analisan las formas de enfrentamiento utilizadas por los mismos en cuanto proceso de resistencia y estrategia de salud. Se describe la trayectoria de estos trabajadores en dirección al rescate de la ciudadania y a la inclusión social, a traves de su participación en la constitución del Grupo de Acción Solidaria de los portadores de LER en su entidad sindical. The present article has the objective to present the experience of a training of professionals from the health area who are connected to the Observatory of Accidents and Violence in Rio Grande do Sul from an interinstitucional partnership between the Health State Secretary and the Faculty of Social Work of PUCRS. The observatory is constituted as an epidemiological vigilance system, developed and implemented by the Health State Secretary for the vigilance of the harms resulted from external causes and it is structured through a information network of hospitals of reference in the provision of services for accidents and violence related situations. The methods were comprised of workshops, case studies and experience reports which resulted in the collective construction of mediation and strategies of monitoring, follow-up and evaluation of the professional work practices from 21 hospitals and 64 professionals from different areas. An evaluation with the participants were carried out and it was concluded that the training process has promoted a greater commitment of the participants in the implementation of the epidemiological surveillance system which contributes to an improvement of their professional practices in their multiple dimensions.
