This study presents the development and application of strategic planning for exploration of an opportunity brought by the Brazilian Authorized Economic Operator (AEOE), managed by the Brazilian Federal Revenue, which allows the reduction of operational costs for companies operating in the Brazilian foreign trade through the adaptation of its internal processes to the international standards of compliance in customs operations. In order to qualify themselves for the program, many companies operating in foreign trade will need specialized consultancy, considering the cost of getting involved in this process. This represents an opportunity for consultancies to offer support services to companies that benefit from this program. For this purpose, Portorium Consulting prepared itself to take advantage of this opportunity, whose process and actions are presented in this report, which starts from the characterization of the opportunity and the context in terms of markets, then presents the diagnosis and, finally, the final proposal of its use. The study contributes as a structured and implemented roadmap in the new product’s application in the area of foreign trade consultancy area. The innovation comes from the uniqueness of an international program (adopted by Brazil) of customs/tax compliance and of security in the international logistics chain.

Devido à grande ascensão dos produtos tradicionais fitoterápicos, houve um aumento no número de lojas que as comercializam nas grandes cidades, com o correspondente aumento no número de consumidores finais. Este trabalho teve como objetivo a análise microbiológica de algumas plantas de uso popular da medicina tradicional no Brasil, e que são comercializadas livremente na cidade de São Paulo. As espécies estudadas, foram: boldo (Peumus boldus), camomila (Matricaria chamomilla) e espinheira santa (Maytenus ilicifolia). Foram feitas análises de contagem de bactérias totais, fungos totais e a identificação de patógenos. Os resultados constataram a presença de Escherichia coli em todas as amostras e Staphylococcus aureus apenas nas amostras de espinheira santa. A Salmonella sp não se fez presente em nenhumas das amostras ensaiadas. A contagem total de bactérias se apresentou dentro dos limites especificados pela Farmacopeia Brasileira, entretanto a contagem de fungos totais ultrapassou os limites previstos, o que aliado à presença de Escherichia coli em todas as amostras, não permitiu a aprovação destas amostras dentro dos parâmetros dos ensaios de controle de qualidade.

The small business is one of the main pillars of the economy, both the number of establishments and geographical desconcentration, as its ability to generate jobs statistically proven facts. For this reason, they become deserving of public policies to support and encourage the growth, profitability and business sustainability. From this evidence, the limitation of the study includes understanding the importance of this segment to the country, combined with the effectiveness of public policies intended for, in the context of differential treatment guaranteed by the fundamental rule.

A arquitetura modular, quando tratada de forma que seus elementos sejam mais versáteis e customizáveis, pode ser explorada deforma que conceitos como otimização de espaço, velocidade de construção, customização e barateamento de unidades de moradia sejam pontos bem mais tangíveis quando comparados à arquitetura convencional. Ernst May, entre 1925-30 foi arquiteto municipal e planejador urbano da cidade de Frankfurt, nos anos quais ele serviu como visionário do futuro, tanto da cidade como seus futuros satélites, nos quais sua ideia de habitação serviria de modelo. Suas ideias de desenvolvimento de habitações pequenas, chamadas Siedlungen, carregavam seus ideais dos quais posteriormente seriam chamados de estilo internacional, caracterizada como uma arquitetura austera, cúbica e privada de referência histórica. O uso de concreto reforçadoe janelas em fita contrastavam bastante com a tradicional construção civil presente na cidade de Frankfurt na época. A própria ideia de uma arquitetura montada em forma de módulos também foi prevista em 1964, imaginada por Peter Cook em Archigram, que baseado em conceitos da Bauhaus de habitação mínima cria a PluginCity como resposta, uma cidade onde a habitação é otimizada, mínima e versátil, embora impraticável e apenas conceitual.

This study aimed to ascertain the perception of a group of teachers of Physical Education on the characteristics of children with Attention-Deficit of Trouble / Hyperactivity (ADHD). It was proposed also to identify the relationship between this group of teachers with students diagnosed with ADHD and seek grants for assistance in teaching-learning process for discipline of Physical Education in front of this issue. For this was done in a search field, taking as an instrument questionnaire, directed to the desired goals. This instrument, tested in a pilot research was composed of open and closed issues that allowed the analysis of data from the point of view quantitatively and qualitatively. The survey participants were teachers of Physical Education of private schools teaching the city of Sao Paulo. The information collected allowed describe how this group of teachers characterized the behavior of children with ADHD, allowing, from difficulties, the expression of favorecedoras suggestions of better utilization of classrooms and even speeches for the development. Needs of practical activities targeted to specific discipline of Physical Education were revealed, featuring issues still open, offering new research.

Objective: This applied research aims to validate the adherence of management controls proposed by the Framework Management Control Systems (MCS) as a package in the light of the study by Malmi and Brown (2008), in Multisport Clubs. Methodology: The technical procedure used in scientific investigation was the single case study method, applied in a Multisport Club, which has peculiar characteristics, of national and international relevance, to explain the contemporary phenomenon within its real context. Research with a qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive, through data collection through the analysis of documents, observations and semi-structured interviews with open questions to key management people. Results: Through the protocol presented for the case study, tables were elaborated for each component of the MCS as a package with the linking of evidence and triangulation tests that illustrate that the Club's management controls enable managers to act so that employees perform activities according to the objectives of the organization and the results show that there is connectivity between them as compared to the empirical findings mapped with Theory, concluding that the management controls in Multisport Clubs can work according to the MCS as a package. Cultural control addresses the institutional guidelines through the Club's vision, mission and principles, and it is recognized by managers as a broad driver for the preparation of the Club's planning; Planning control is biased by the organizational structure of the Club, which is designed for the performance of volunteer leaders, with a change of mandate every two years, and therefore more emphasis is placed on short-term planning with immediate actions; Cybernetic control is the most comprehensive in the context of the Club, with emphasis on the use of budget control and financial, non-financial and hybrid indicators; due to the sporting nature of the Club, it appears that the Remuneration and Reward control is applied to athletes who reach the established goals, and it is concluded that it is a control seen with optimism for implementation with the employees of the administrative area; Administrative control is the one that presents the most evolution due to the recent implementation of governance processes and is recognized as the basis for the realization of the other four components of the MCS as a package, but the organizational structure is criticized in the sense of not facilitating the strategic direction addressed by the MCS due to the centralization of tasks in statutory positions, and it is necessary to adapt the organizational structure with adjustments for a more flexible structure that allows the bias of innovation and creativity of managers and employees. Finally, the study points to internal reflections in order to establish internal integration policies among managers for a broader understanding of the MCS acting as a package to facilitate the visualization of the controls of the tasks performed by employees to support the organization's objectives and direct organizational performance. Practical implications: Enable the board and managers to ensure that the employees' behavior is consistent with the Club's objectives and strategy, and improve the management model and subsidies for the areas by revisiting the organizational culture in the companies and directing actions for the strategic and functional body, in order to disseminate the importance of MCS to the different groups of employees. Originality and contributions: The questions explored in this work help to highlight the MCS in the environment of a Multisport Club, and contribute to the literature by responding to the call of Malmi and Brown (2008) by validating the adherence of the MCS design as a package in new environments, and provides historical and empirical record as a content source for future studies to improve management tools and improve market practices adapted to the club management context.

Through this work, and according to the approach of Marcondes, Miguel, Franklin and Perez (2017), a problem solution was presented for a dubbing and subtitling company. The company sought greater efficiency in its production process and for that, it was necessary to reduce its rework and consequently to reduce operational and financial losses. The market in which it operates has undergone changes due to the growth of content in entertainment platforms. Due to market needs and the complexity of execution of the projects among the different types of products delivered to customers. To better understand the problems, interviewing and brainstorming techniques were applied, as well as SWOT analysis and process design to identify the main problems to be addressed. After checking the issues that impacted the organization's objectives, the focus on addressing the problems was focused on processes, people and technology. The proposals elaborated as solution were: the redesign of the process, the automation of systems and meritocracy by the performance of people. In this sense, proposals for solutions and their respective action plans were presented to the organization, with technological innovation within its segment and considering the redesign of the process and the automation of activities with applicability in its implementation. The front of people tried to implement a pilot program of performance evaluation and awards. The applications are present in the intervention performed in the company have brought relevant results in the process performance and a breakthrough with the technology applied. There was a reduction in the delivery times of products to customers and a decrease in the costs inherent in the production process. The amount of rework was better monitored and reduced significantly. The presentation of the result of the intervention of this work can be shared and replicated, serving as the basis for decisions of other companies of different segments.
