This thesis examines the theology-literature interface; more specifically, it analyzes theologically and literately the novel Entre Todos os Homens (Among All Men) by Frei Betto. The approach focuses particularly on the anthropological bias - the method proposed by Manzatto - since the analysis underlying the theological narrative of the novel as much as the literary analysis of Jesus' character shows a deeply humanizing theology. In truth, the research moves from theology to anthropology, that is, the image of God conveyed by the novel ends in anthropology contained in the Jesus character. It follows, therefore, that Jesus as a character of Entre Todos os Homens carries in himself the fullness of human existence, either by the theological resources or by the literary devices which the author uses. This means that being God-incarnate is precisely the Jesus character's close relationship with God himself who turns out to affirm and further emphasize his humanity in the pages of the novel, making, in this way, that this ancient character acquires again conditions to surprisingly convince the reader throughout the narrative simply on account of his human attributes.

La presente ricerca si riferisce alla cittadinanza e ai limiti legali dell'intelligence statale in Brasile. La dottrina, che è usata in tutto il mondo, mostra le sue peculiarità che la differenziano da altre attività statali, poiché il suo lavoro si sviluppa sotto l'egida della segretezza. La Costituzione Federale del 1988 non ha, a chiare lettere, qualsiasi dispositivo che faccia riferimento all'attività di intelligence. Tuttavia, nella sua interpretazione, sia per i principi costituzionali o basati sulla teoria dei poteri impliciti, è possibile estrarre motivi per l'intelligenza dello Stato nella misura in cui, nella creazione di organi con le rispettive competenze, sono stati anche concessi poteri desumibili con operazioni logiche per svolgere i suoi compiti. La legislazione brasiliana riguardante le prime agenzie di intelligence non conteneva abbastanza dispositivi in grado di supportare tutte le attività, e in particolare le operazioni. La legge 9.883 / 1999, che ha creato il sistema di intelligence brasiliano, sebbene con alcuni progressi rispetto a quelli precedenti, è ancora insufficiente a sostenere questa attività rispetto ad altre legislazioni straniere di paesi democratici, che contengono dispositivi che garantiscono l'esercizio dell'attività e offrono anche protezione ai loro operatori. Con basi legali adeguate è del tutto possibile conciliare l'attività dell'intelligence statale con i principi dello Stato di diritto democratico, nel rispetto dei diritti e delle garanzie fondamentali, oltre a essere uno strumento per un'efficace cittadinanza.

Esta pesquisa é a base para a produção do livro-reportagem intitulado “Você sabe como termina” que apresenta os Cuidados Paliativos e sua filosofia por meio da história de quatro pacientes com doenças incuráveis. Ao colocar em evidência essas histórias, a intenção foi chamar a atenção para a prática dos Cuidados Paliativos no Brasil, seu caráter humanizado e humanizador, além de suscitar a discussão sobre a necessidade do debate sobre o processo de morte. Para tanto, o livro reportagem foi desenvolvido com linguagem literária e elementos gráficos, como ilustrações, que conferem a densidade e a delicadeza necessárias à narrativa. A fim de desenvolver esse produto, foi preciso um estudo bibliográfico sobre a especialidade dos Cuidados Paliativos, sobre a confecção de um livro-reportagem com linguagem do jornalismo literário e sobre o jornalismo humanizado. Os principais autores utilizados para entender esses tópicos foram os pesquisadores da Academia Nacional de Cuidados Paliativos (ANCP), o pesquisador e jornalista Edvaldo Pereira Lima, a jornalista Cremilda Medina, os jornalistas Felipe Pena e Marcelo Magalhães Bulhões e, por fim, o pesquisador Jorge Ijuim. No relatório ainda são descritos a busca pelas fontes, o processo de entrevistas e de escrita do livro-reportagem com base nos conteúdos estudados. Verificou-se que o livro-reportagem cumpriu o propósito de mostrar a relevância e a necessidade dos Cuidados Paliativos no tratamento humanizado de pessoas de todas as classes sociais.

Analyzes and compares the narrative structure and procedures of the original (taken from a version of the Bible translated into Portuguese) of the narrative of one of the miracles of Jesus: the resurrection of Jairus daughter as told in the Gospel of Mark for three versions of the same narrative adapted to children. The analysis was performed under the assumption that biblical stories for children are a subgenre of children's literature, whose specificities and relevance in developing the individual are also discussed. It also presents the hypothesis of the relevance of the Bible as literature, especially under an ideological reading. Concludes that part of what has been termed the central message of the original, especially in regard to how it is described the relationship between Jesus and children, is preserved in the children's versions. It also concludes that, despite this, many important narrative effects of the original were lost in the adaptations for children that, if preserved, would have enriched the children's versions in its identity with the original.

This project presents a proposal of methodology using integrated systems for support in companies for the development and the knowledge management company. The great focus of the research concentrates in the proposal and development of instruments and tools integrated and just the management people, in way to make possible the accompaniment of the development in the educational and professional aspects of the employees and collaborators in the pictures of a company. The adopted premises consider as base the beddings found of the Knowledge Management, evidencing the development of the collaborators lined up to the strategy as great focus of investment in the competitive differential acquisition of the market share, considering the valuation of the people and the intellectual capital (Knowledge and Company Processes) as great source of wealth in the current of the Knowledge Era. In this order, beyond the reorganization of model management the proposal also considers the alignment and the adequacy of the systems related directly in the employees of the act of contract, development, maintenance and retention, with the corporation areas as the Information Technology (IT) and Human Resources (HR) associate technological resources to the techniques management and human relations beings.

This research seeks to elucidate the right to living quarters question that faces the nation; even though being a fundamental social right, the populace is still has not been completely covered. Several efforts have been made over the last decade to get this right formalized at the constitutional level. On the other side of the issue is the legitimate constitutional protection of property rights. However, given the high profitability involved in real estate speculation, the lower income earners remain left out.Over the last decades two new pieces of legislation were created the City Statute and the so-called My Home, My Life law, both of which have been innovative measures available to combat the housing deficit. State intervention begins with the creation of a municipal guidance plan, which should be carried out through public policy. The new legal tools for regularizing land/lots had consequently the formation of multiple projects in several cities. Special mention in this study goes to the city of São Paulo and the work done in the Paraisópolis Complex. Case study using Paraisópolis as a reference in the implantation of the right to living quarters through legal regularization for land areas of social interest was done. This analysis made it possible to uncover the most common effects of this type of project. Among the findings, it is observed that, while it is visible the improvement of housing conditions, the social problem of the impossibility of survival in urbanized areas by the poor population is ratified.

O presente trabalho de conclusão de curso visa analisar a possibilidade de impetração de mandado de segurança como meio alternativo para impugnar decisões interlocutórias de primeira instância, as quais deixaram de ser agraváveis diante da introdução do rol taxativo previsto no artigo 1.015 do Código de Processo Civil de 2015. A escolha do tema pela acadêmica se deu pelo fato deste problema de pesquisa ser de suma importância para o direito processual civil brasileiro, haja vista que as mudanças introduzidas pelo atual Código de Processo Civil dividiram a jurisprudência do Egrégio Tribunal de Justiça do Estado de São Paulo em entendimentos manifestamente contrários no que tange à admissibilidade do mandado de segurança nos referidos casos.

Our work rises from a preoccupation in deepening discussion and reflection about Paulo Freire and Seymour Papert discourse about the uses of digital information and communication Technologies in educational practices and aims to analyze the implications of those discourses to the changes of discourses practices and social practices in which those discourses are included as well as their importance to education. From bibliographic research, it sought to explain some concepts defended by each author, as well as discuss the concepts of ideology, language and curriculum that are fundamental for the comprehension to our research. The methodology used in this sought to relate the concepts above with the discourse analysis of the recorded dialogue entitled The future of School , in which Paulo Freire and Seymour Papert argued about. In practice, we did a discourse analysis based on the theory of Norman Fairclough (2001), which considers the discourse in three dimensions: text, discursive practice and social practice. The analysis discussed and reflected about textual and social aspects insert in the discourse of Paulo Freire and Seymour Papert, which can imply (or not) changes in social and discursive practice of educators and professionals of education. The thesis presented here upheld is that discursive analysis can contribute to extend our comprehension about the influence of Paulo Freire and Seymour Papert discourses to educative practice of education professionals related to the uses of digital information and communication technologies.

The difficulty in developing a statistical model that includes random variables and the need for intensive data processing capacity are the main challenges for the measurement of counterparty credit risk. The need to know the exposure value at the time of default (EAD) on a derivative instrument is a decisive factor for pricing, portfolio management and capital allocation. Recent events such as the creation of innovative products, coming from the new Basel Accord (Basel II) and the credit crisis of 2007/08 reinforce the importance of knowing what the actual credit risk exposure in a particular transaction. The aim of this study was to develop models for measuring credit risk of the counterparty from the estimation of counterparty exposure to bonds, equities and forward contract through the use of Monte Carlo simulation. The results of the sensitivity analysis indicate that certain parameters such as the interest rate, the mean and standard deviation show strong linear correlation with exposure (EAD) and this issue can be an important driver for the decision-making process. In the model of forward contract was found that correlated random variables can potentiate the exposure value.

Este trabalho tem como objetivo o desenvolvimento de uma mochila, um produto escolar universitário para ser utilizado por estudantes dos cursos de Desenho Industrial, Publicidade e Arquitetura. A mochila Bravel é um objeto multiuso que contempla a ação de descanso e repouso, uso de notebook paraexecução de trabalhos em qualquer espaço ou ambiente. Tais funções são acopladas a função de uma mochila tradicional, guardar e transportar. Esta mochila se destaca por configurar uma base de trabalho móvel com espaço para materiais e um acessório para sentar que portará o notebook. Tal acessório pode ser utilizado ou não.

It reports the process of identifying overtime factors and implementing a people management tool through data visualization. In order to define mechanisms that would help to comply with the de-termination of the State of São Paulo Government on measures to reduce personnel expenses, a research was conducted comparing these overtime occurrences with information on personnel pro-file and operational indicators. Identifying the need for innovation on information management, it was developed by the team led by the author of this work, a dynamic dashboard, with was updated on a daily basis (D-1), allowing decision-making before the overtime payment ex-penses. After feasibility tests, the Power BI tool was chosen due to the amount and complexity of obtaining and analyzing Company data. The tool also demonstrated ease of handling and visualization of data. After implementation, it has been verified positive results of its applicability, such as the significant reduction in the amount of overtime, as well as its monthly frequency and duration of each overtime event. Approval by Sa-besp's board of directors for this innovative, easy-to-handle data management tool has been ex-panded to the entire company, and now it currently adopts the tool for analyzing various operating and trading indicators.
