This paper intends to show the engineers vision while diving into the world of art, to try to understand the historical and philosophical aspects that differentiate the classification of work of art of engineering and architecture. The path of enlightenment about the meaning of the final work of engineer and architect came from a study on the concept of work of art in the conception of such writers as T. Adorno, H. Gadamer, W. Benjamin H. Jauss, even belonging to different lines of thought converge on the character interpretative of art. The social division of work was relevant and extremely interest in research on the conceptual distinction between the design of the architect executed in his studio and the construction site, main local of action of the engineer. Such differences led to study of aesthetic and realize the invisibility that seems to involve the engineers work. Going through the history could analyzed the academic background that go through the future professionals interested in careers devoted to engineering and architecture and, therefore, to understand the ideologies that surround the two professions.

Introduction: National guidelines on inclusive education are well established in the official documents dealing with the subject. However, it is necessary for municipalities to develop strategies to meet this demand. The ESA may be offered by public education systems or specialized institutions, with the Multifunctional Resource Room (SRM), as a priority area equipped with equipment, furniture, didactic and pedagogical materials, for the ESA offer. Objective: Documentary analysis of the data related to the schooling of the target public students of Special Education and characterization of multifunctional resource rooms (SRM) of elementary education 1 of the public network in the city of Aracruz / Espirito Santo. Method: The first part of the paper focused on documentary and bibliographical research, based on the analysis of scientific articles, books, researches already done on the subject and collection of statistical data. The second was the field work characterized by a visit to 6 polo schools of the 24 existing in the municipality of Aracruz and analysis of the documentation folders of the 50 students. Sample: We analyzed documents of 50 students, selected from 154 elementary students 1, enrolled in the Multifunctional Resource Rooms (SRM) in the year 2017. Results: the proposal of specialized educational service in elementary education in the municipality of Aracruz no Espirito Santo is based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and current legislation. The documentation of the students enrolled allows to know the condition of the disability, but does not allow the teacher, to establish a link between the planning of teaching and the particularities of the student with a disability. AEE offered in SRM was considered to be relevant to the process of inclusion of students in school, the target audience of special education, although it presented some difficulties regarding its organization and functioning. Final considerations: The result presented in this study made it possible to identify that the inclusion policy in the municipality of Aracruz, through the multifunctional resources rooms, found in the municipal schools visited, is in the process of structuring and in the right direction.

Em algum momento da vida de um indivíduo, este indagará acerca do que irá acontecer com o seu patrimônio posteriormente o seu falecimento, e a resposta encontra-se no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Acerca do tema, o ordenamento jurídico brasileiro expõe algumas possibilidades através do Código Civil, tais como a sucessão testamentária e a sucessão legítima. Todavia, como meio alternativo, tem-se destacado no cenário nacional a possibilidade de constituição das holdings familiares como planejamento sucessório e organização patrimonial. Esse procedimento busca uma participação direta do indivíduo interessado em proteger o seu patrimônio posteriormente o seu falecimento, traçando um planejamento que não só proteja seu patrimônio com uma pessoa jurídica, como também o perpetue e aproveite as aptidões pessoais dos herdeiros envolvidos na operação, potencializando a possibilidade de maiores lucros com esse patrimônio. Tal procedimento é previsto em lei e como já visto, tem ganhado grande destaque no cenário nacional. Contudo, caso esse procedimento esteja sendo realizado de má-fé, estará sujeito à desconsideração da personalidade jurídica, podendo prejudicar a operação.

Alcohol consumption during pregnancy is associated with a wide range of effects on birth, from which fetal alcohol syndrome is considered to lead to the most severe phenotypes. The teratogenic effects of alcohol on the human growth represent a spectrum of features on facial anomalies, growth deficiency at intrauterine into postnatal period, attention deficits and poor academic achievements. The aim of the present investigation was to study cephalometry as a diagnostic tool concerning craniofacial disorders in children and adolescents with confirmed mothers' alcohol intake history during the pre natal period. The specific objective was to analyse McNamara and Björk-Jarabak craniofacial parameters of ten children and adolescents who were exposed to alcohol during their mothers' pregnancy. The age of the subjects ranged from 11 to 18 years old, 5 were female. It was measured linear and angular variables compared to previous standards as descrived by McNamara and Björk-Jarabak. For this purpose, five linear measures and four angular parameters were taken into account in order to better describe craniofacial growth changes: maxilla length, mandibular length, anterior facial height, anterior cranial base, posterior cranial base, saddle angle, articular angle, gonial angle, upper gonial angle. Posterior cranial base, anterior facial height, mandibular size and tegumentary profile parameters were analysed as a whole in order to undertake global craniofacial development. The study showed that ten children and adolescents who were exposed to alcohol during their mothers' pregnancy were associated with linear measurements changes relative to posterior cranial base (p=0.01), mandibular size (p= 0.0009), face height (p= 0.01) and upper gonial angle (p= 0.01).

O ensaio discute o capítulo “A temporalidade”, na obra “Fenomenologia da Percepção” de Maurice Merleau-Ponty, relacionando a noção de temporalidade ao campo da Psicologia, com enfoque nos aspectos subjetivos envolvidos na percepção da temporalidade, para compreender como esses fenômenos se relacionam com o sofrimento humano, tendo em vista sua importância para a existência do sujeito como ser biopsicossocial. Destacam-se, também, as contribuições sobre temporalidade de Sartre, Heidegger e Pascal. São abordadas as dimensões passado, presente e porvir, tratando-se do modo como o sujeito percebe e experiencia a temporalidade, ao considerar os aspectos da historicidade e da liberdade. Ao considerar que o sujeito existe no mundo e a temporalidade, no campo da presença, ambos se relacionam de forma intrínseca, pois, o tempo é construído a partir da fluidez dos acontecimentos vivenciados pelo sujeito: pela subjetividade passado, presente e porvir são percebidos e dotados de sentidos. A memória acessa o passado e a historicidade, que podem apresentar diferentes sentidos de acordo com as novas experiências e gerar novas percepções. O porvir é dotado de antecipação e fantasia, que são mutáveis, dado o correr dos acontecimentos. O porvir pode trazer a sensação de liberdade, pois é um campo de possibilidades, e, por outro lado, é limitado pelo fim da vida. O tempo é uma forma de sentido interna e o sujeito é temporal. Portanto, o sujeito que vive o tempo, sofre em função do tempo, pois sentimentos como culpa, raiva e medo surgem a partir da percepção de acontecimentos ou de possibilidades.

This research aims at studying the intersectionality in Black homosexual individuals, but adding a dimension considered as privileged: male gender. The study took as theoretical reference Nancy Fraser's idea of a three-dimensional justice, which allowed the analysis of how Black homosexual men suffer from a misrepresentation injustice in gay movement. For a precise definition of Black male homosexual identity, interviews with men from this group were used. Finally, the research proposes suggestions for the problem of misrepresentation, by a comparative analysis of Black feminism, so that more effective public policies and legislation for the group studied are fashioned.

The work is engaged in the study of the relationship between taxation and the cost of public education in Brazil, based on the Federal Constitution of 1988. The analysis is developed based on parameters of interpretation derived from the structure of the Brazilian state. The beginning is set with the demarcation of the extent and depth of the right to education as a social right, the scrutiny of impositive rules related to the state's duty to provide it by means of granting specific powers to the federal entities, as well as its relation to ways of obtaining financial resources arising from tax sources. These tax sources should be used to their respective funding, till the check of official data portraying the gap between the situation of public education and educational goals, to demonstrate the need to revew financial resources and its destination for education. Thus, once some distortions in the forms of allocation and distribution of tax revenue for the funding of education are identified, the proposal is presented based on constitutional principles of ability to pay and receptivity; some correction alternatives are also proposed.

The k nearest neighbor (kNN) is a traditional supervised classifier used in data mining tasks. However, when used in real applications, mainly in a dataset with class imbalance or class overlap, kNN suffers with problems in the task of data classification. In this work, we propose three prototype selection methods using self-organizing maps (SOM) and information entropy to increase the effectiveness of the kNN classifier in datasets with these conditions. Artificial datasets that simulate different conditions of data overlap and data imbalance were created and used together with public datasets to test the methods. Data complexity measures were used to identify data overlap and spatial distribution in the bases used in the experiment and a comparison was made with the results of the methods. The methods, named SOMEntropyHighFilter, SOMEntropyLowFilter and SOMEntropyHighLowFIlter, were able to increase the effectiveness of the kNN classifier in the artificial and real datasets used in the experiment, increasing the accuracy performance from datasets with imbalance or overlap problems.

Man and nature are not separate parts, or mutually exclusive, because mankind was created as part of nature and thus created to care for the ecosystem. Whatever we do on earth, whether good or bad, will have an ecological impact, because of the integration between human life and all other earthly lives. The present work seeks to understand that creation in Hebrew literature is linked to a relationship between the Creator and the community of life within the ecosystem of our world. From the proto-historical text of Genesis, in its first chapter, which tells the creation of a living space for the human being, the importance of the care and maintenance of the ecosystem by human beings is analyzed. Our ecosystem is currently facing a global crisis, and political and social concern has been emphatic about environmental problems in response to this dire situation. In this sense, there is an essential need for an environmental management strategy that is not only necessary for the survival of humanity, but which deals with the reconciliation of a relationship with the Creator where human beings understand that care, sustainability and sustainable development are based on the proto-historical narrative of the Hebrew Bible. With the help of the vast theological work of Jürgen Moltmann, a theologian of the Reformed German Church, and his understanding of a theological approach to care for nature, Christianity can and should contribute to the promotion of a Christian environmental ethic to respond the grave ecological crisis in which the world finds itself.

This work’s purpose is to study the public politics that allow the resident foreigner to access the Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) in Foz do Iguaçu, a Paraná western region’s county, located on the border with Ciudad Del Leste (Paraguay) and Puerto Iguazu (Argentina). This three-border environment allows ease circulation between countries, causing many foreigners residing on the other side of the border to seek care before the Brazilian health system, which is free and universal. Consequently, it overload the Foz do Iguaçu health budget. Therefore, the investigate objective is to how the socio-legal construction of the access and the materialization of the right to health in the triple border was processed and strategies to integrate possible legislative and theoretical-methodological asymmetries among these countries. To achieve this, was conducted a broad theoretical review, through which content and new approaches will be developed.

In the current IP video scenario, the lack of mechanisms that record two technical parameters that influence the commercial chain that sustains this ecosystem related to the Internet, are: availability and audience. And the expressive growth of this type of transmission, continually rivals it with TV. Thus, with the objective of measuring this new medium of audiovisual offer, this work has developed methodologies to acquire such information at this consumer's point and to compare the viability of transitioning from traditional TV to IP Stream. And, this was accomplished through a technical-mathematical comparison and by the construction of two softwares each with a purpose, with their respective requirements analysis, as well as the method of how to interpret the results and infer how these parameters are related. One was programmed to verify the availability of any IP connections through an application that can be used on any browser platform. And the other, implemented as an extension to one of the most used browsers, Google Chrome, to capture the audience of Internet videos on the leading supplier of videos exists today, Google's YouTube. In this work, the abstractions of considerations around the Quality of Service (QoS) concept, is proposed to be interpreted as a measure of Quality of Experience (QoE) assimilated from the quantities of times and interactions with a video. This justification is founded on the concept that quality translates into a particular subjectivity for each user and their individual expectations, so a measure of time is shown to be an effective valuation. Such effectiveness is justified by a principle consolidated within TV broadcast for decades, audience measurement. That is, building something analogous to the People's meter, similar to the Television Rating Points, TRP, running to capture information that brings assertiveness to all stakeholders in this new delivery method. In this way, we can measure the reliability of the content for the Customer, the Content Producer, the Advertiser, the Platform holder, the Content Delivery Network owner (CDN) and the Internet Service Provider (ISP)).

This thesis analyzes the neopentecostalism from the thought of frankfurtians Theodor W. Adorno and Max Horkheimer. After the exposure settings of Instrumental Reason and Cultural Industry, it aimed to show the conception of a Neopentecostal Cultural Industry in Brazilian religious. Facing the freedom and religious competition, Neopentecostal Cultural Industry enable itself as a tool intended for to awake in the masses will for acquisition of religious assets. In this way, demonstrated that people, who previously listed as audience, are provoked to live in constantly in function of consumption religious goods offered for Neopentecostal Cultural Industry. Finally, analyzed the manifestation of the Neopentecostal Cultural Industry in the religious space and time, thereby encouraging the supply and the demand for religious goods.
