O fenômeno da migração é um dos tópicos mais sensíveis na atualidade. Dentre os migrantes, há a categoria de refugiados, que são pessoas que saem dos seus países de origem em decorrência de um fundado temor de perseguição. O objetivo deste estudo é analisar a zona cinzenta regulatória dos imigrantes norte coreanos que fogem de seu país de origem em direção à China, na busca de alimentos e de uma melhor qualidade de vida. Contudo, em decorrência de tratados com a Coreia do Norte, a China não reconhece essas pessoas como refugiados, mas sim como migrantes econômicos. Essa discussão é importante pois a não concessão de refúgio a essas pessoas as coloca em uma zona jurídica indeterminada e, organizações internacionais de direitos humanos e outros Estados não conseguem ter acesso a esses refugiados. Assim, a partir de fontes primárias e secundárias este trabalho analisará a situação jurídica e a situação sociológica, com base na ideia de homo sacer, desenvolvida por Giorgio Agamben.

Este relatório, produzido como parte do Trabalho de Conclusão do Curso de Jornalismo da Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, embasa a produção do livro reportagem literário “Nunca é Tarde”, que traz histórias de famílias formadas graças à adoção tardia, como é popularmente chamada a adoção de crianças mais velhas e de jovens. A obra também oferece entrevistas com um juiz da Vara da Infância e da Juventude e uma psicóloga que atende crianças disponíveis para adoção e seus pretendentes. O TCC busca gerar empatia no leitor, mostrando os sentimentos, as expectativas e a rotina pela qual passam tanto as crianças e jovens que estão à espera de adoção, em diferentes entidades acolhedoras, como aqueles que desejam se tornar pais e precisam lidar com uma série de desafios, dentre os quais a burocracia que envolve a adoção. O relatório procura discutir o assunto, a partir da pesquisa bibliográfica e documental, usando como referências livros e documentos que tratam desse tipo de adoção.

O projeto “Pra frente Brasil, salve a bola: O futebol nos anos de chumbo” tem como tema central a ditadura militar no Brasil e a sua relação com o futebol. O governo militar instaurado no século XX utilizou o principal esporte brasileiro como importante instrumento para favorecer a imagem dos militares. Com isso, a seleção brasileira e a criação de um campeonato nacional de clubes foram determinantes para a questão. Em contrapartida, a Democracia Corinthiana e os torcedores foram o principal movimento de oposição à ditadura militar. Além disso, os militares perseguiram atletas que tinham ideologia política diferente, como por exemplo, os ex-jogadores de futebol Afonsinho, Nando e Reinaldo, e o técnico João Saldanha, que não abaixaram a cabeça e continuaram praticando as suas profissões

The product presented by architects for the vertical residential real estate market in the XXI century in the city of São Paulo is the main target of this research which envisages the discussion of the transformation of architecture into an object of consumption by means of the strong marketing influence and the conversion of the role of the architect in the production process and definition of the real estate product, whose factors are related to less creative and more technical matters such as the rationalization of buildings, space optimization, the best use of the potential and the search for constructive financial results. This production is a major part of the architecture practice and the construction of cities, which is an important field of scope of the architect s action, often underexplored in the academic milieu. It also explores the architectural designs that were based on this market and converted the project in the product, which on the other hand, converted the lot on which the building is inserted in a real estate development, hence creating the rift between the external appearance (façade) with the body or the shape of the building, and introduced the formal-aesthetic element in the shaping of the real estate product in order to reproduce the lifestyle as a differentiated consumption and distinct social environment. All is directed towards the professionalization of the architect in a market that seeks architectural processes not only with aesthetic and functional solutions, but also involves solutions, results and both technological and financial viability. The vertical integration also stands out as a remarkable phenomenon in the city from the beginning of the XXI century which is responsible for drastic changes in the profile of the city.

In dynamic and complex environments, where changes of technological pattern are intense and the necessary knowledge to guarantee competitive advantage can be distributed in several points of the chain, makes difficult the internal production of knowledge by firms. Under these conditions, it seems that the establishment of a pattern of knowledge generation from cooperative strategic partnerships is fundamental for the firms survival. So, it s studied the question on how the strategic decisive process for the development of partnerships of the firms inserted in such environments is. In order to answer this question, it was opted to study the decisive process for the establishment of strategic partnership in the pharmaceutical industry, where technology is in constant transformation and the environment is very complex. To make this study, it was utilized the methodology of studies of multiple case, compound by four national pharmaceutical laboratories which research and develop new medicines. We conclude that the decisive process of acquisition of knowledge in this environment of rapid cycle is characterized by the rationality of process due to high risk involved in the implementation phase. Another point of prominence is the alignment of the decision with the strategic plan, and possibly to be considered as a competitive advantage source in a national industry that needs to generate innovation. The experience of participating in collaborative learning communities can be associated with rapid decisions of acquisition of external knowledge through partnerships. We stand out the utilization of political tactics of cohesion to strengthen the developed project to support the decision. The research prominence is attached to the comprehension of the strategic decisive process in dynamic and complex environment and of technological discontinuity, seeking to build up knowledge which can support the manager to take rapid decisions with less risks in the implementation.

This work has as goal the analysis of the so-called Pre-Salt regulation with the purpose of constitutional right of sustainable economic development. It s taken as paradigm Celso Furtado s thought. Its specific objective is the comparison of exploratory regimes of Concession and Sharing. It s demonstrated that occurs a violation to the free initiative principle with the compulsory participation of PETROBRAS as operator and necessary member of all joint ventures working in Sharing production regime. Furtado, analyzing the petroleum industry growth in Venezuela, concludes that the utilization of petroleum resources must be oriented to increase competitivity and promotes technological innovation. The Brazilian petroleum industry, in order to achieve the sustainable and competitive development, must be regulated to increase the refine sector, which aggregates value to the final product and, simultaneously, invest the exceeding resources in order to finance the new technologies development, including the energetic ones. The Pre-Salt regulation must be changed reducing PETROBRAS participation as necessary operator of all joint ventures. This reduction would increase Pre-Salt petroleum competitiveness.

Actually in Brazil 95% from Companies are not able to fullfill the taxes payments and reports with necessary accuracy to Brazilian Government (main and ancillary), driven by tax environment complexity. Taxes penalties represents 3% from total Brazil´s GDP (R$ 5.5 Trillion in 2014). The objective of this study is to present on Applied Management Model for Tax Compliance where the main purpose is to mitigate taxes risks to the searched Company, specifically on main and ancillary obligations (Indirect and Direct Taxes), inspired on Lean Thinking framework. This case study presents a technological approach and was applied on a multinational company with operations in Brazil, and this partnership with University was driven by the challenges the company was facing in managing Tax Compliance area. The contribution for the area of professional practice is based on the innovation in adapting Lean Thinking framework on Tax Compliance area, and this methodology was applied with focus on reducing penalties and interests on obligations delivery, as a result of failures in filling out the templates as well as reducing rework through complete process review, creating the concept of “efficient tax production line”. It is also helpful to the scientific community driven by the fact that critical topics are addressed on this study regarding tax management in Brazil, based on expert´s interviews. As a result, one Applied Management Model for Tax Compliance is presented, focused on covering main activities and professional´s profile study and despite the fact it was developed and tested for one specific company, it was also developed one adaptable model, based on the similarities of Tax obligations in Brazil (main and ancillary one), that follows a standard model established by Tax Authorities, through SPED platform (Digital bookkeeping reports and payment processes).

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso teve como objetivo criar um plano de comunicação interna para a Organização Não Governamental Cotic. Contemplando ações para dar visibilidade à organização, buscando novas maneiras de atingir diferentes públicos e aumentar o número de doações, por meios digitais e de uma revista que irá circular entre os voluntários e colaboradores da instituição.

Sustainability is a theme often addressed, either in academy or in organization. Its reflections, researches and practices are of interest to organizations, society, community, suppliers and customers. Addressing the issue in the organization involves considering values and strategies, human development and the practices adopted. This research is directed to the segment of tourism, more specifically the hospitality, whose actions towards sustainability have been developing in recent years, with a focus to the environmental, social and economic issues (PEREZ; WOODS, 2015). The theme of this work is the development of sustainability-oriented skills in the hospitality industry, through its practices. For the development of this research, Sandberg (2000, 2005) contributions and theoretical reflections; Dall´Alba and Sandberg (2006); Sandberg and Dall´Alba (2009); Sandberg and Pinnington (2009) and Sandberg and Tosukas (2011) were adopted, with regards to the development of skills by the interpretivist approach and the “life world” and the human being in the world. Gherardi (2000, 2001, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2014), to provide for the practice and their relationships. About hotel management, were considered for reflection: Baum (1990); Kirk (1995); Bader (2005); Houdré (2008); Hsieh (2010, 2012); Grosbois (2012); Font et al. (2012), among others. The goal of this research is to identify and analyze the meaning of sustainability and the practices developed by hoteliers, with the purpose of discussing the associated skills. The research was qualitative, with screenplay by interview with open-ended questions and vignettes, both answered digitally. The hoteliers who took part in the survey work in networks and independent hotels, and occupy managerial or operating technician positions. As results, it can be considered that sustainability in the hospitality is directed with more emphasis to environmental and economic dimensions, with the social dimension little remembered, developing thus circumscribed powers sustainability oriented practices emphasizing such dimensions. Points moreover to the need for investment and opening up spaces for reflection and resignification of the work. As contributions, it includes the mapping and detailing of the practices adopted under the perception of the hoteliers, establishing relationship with elements of the lived world (SANDBERG; DALL ´ ALBA, 2009), the alert about the need to look at the territorial and cultural dimensions, as the hotel sector impacts on these dimensions are significant, and also the reflections developed in the analysis may serve as a route when one thinks of sustainability and its entanglement with the hospitality, the representative entities, the formation of the hotelier and the others involved. Gaps have been identified targeting future research.

This thesis attempts to study the Gonzo Journalism in Brazil. The purpose is to analyse the reportage published by Trip magazine, which is an example of this journalistic genre, as well as to explore linguistic and speech procedures. Firstly, the work tries to review shortly, based on specialised bibliography, the linguistics development until the Speech Analysis School. The aim is to offer a brief but necessary base of theory to the reader. The essay presents the concepts and a historic trajectory of the three following speech genre of journalism: Literary Journalism, New Journalism and Gonzo Journalism. The corpus will be analised from the perspectives of genre and textual elements that are typical of Gonzo Journalism. It means to observe thematic and structural components. Hence, the chosen theories are the speech analysis of French School and the genre study proposed by the Russian critic Mikhail Bakhtin (1895-1975). The study's main concern is to study the genre concept in order to categorize the journalistic corpus. The research is focused on Gonzo Journalism, since it analyses two selected news reporting published in 2005 and 2006. However, it was necessary to present the other journalistic genres with the aim of verify their fluid character, contributions and influences. Besides, the work deals with the types of support and the development of the adopted magazine, regarding the international context. Created in 1986, Trip is recognized, in Brazil, due to the space dedicated to Gonzo reportage. It is considered alternative, contemporary and it became an editorial phenomenon between young and influent people. The magazine has today 187 thousand readers. Despite the vast critic works produced in the last years about speech analysis, this thesis supports that this reportage style is undervalued by the academia. Therefore, the major bulk is to contribute to Gonzo Journalism studies, as soon as to reveal its importance, originality and specificity.
