The present work looked to value the impact of the FDI at the economic growth of twenty countries with bigger inflows of FDI in the year of 2016. The approach considers the variables of the theory of economic growth. For so much, an inquiry of empirical character happened, wrapping search of data of the inflow of FDI for the base of data of the Organisation Economic Co-operation and Development (OCDE) and analysis of the growth and investment economic theories. The study happened from the interaction of the inflow of FDI, distance of the worldwide FDI regarding the inflow of FDI in the country, degree of trade openness, economic freedom, population size and the dummies of language adopted by the countries of the approach, regarding the variations of the GDP for each country. From the analyzed data and the presented economic theory, it analyses if it has coherent information and the results are near the economic theory of economic growth. The inquiry tried to value differential of performance of the economic growth and his modifications for country, in a comparative ranking with the Position International of Investment (PII) of the countries. The results, in spite of the empirical approach of the estimator of the economic growth from the model gravitational with used of panel data methods and the software STATA, suggest an relative impact of the significant inflows FDI and degree of trade openness in the economic growth of the countries between 2005-2016.

The present study has as objective to introduce the comprehension about of the Program of Formation of Alphabetizer Teachers PROFA through of alphabetizing teachers of the São Paulo s State System of Teaching and the translation of this comprehension to the classroom. In this investigation I seek to show (and also to know) the way of appropriation of theoretical/practical knowledges passed by the alphabetizer teachers since the participation in the courses of formation of the PROFA until the possible implementation of these knowledges in the quotidian alphabetizing, with the intention of analysing how occurs the implementation of this proposal in the initial years of the escolarization. Being the PROFA an educational public political of teaching formation becomes imperative the approach of these themes in the context in that insert itself the labour. The theoretical referential includes, with relation to the public political, among Dror, and with relation to the formation and action of teachers, different author. The informations were built through of written narratives of the participant alphabetizing teachers, gathered in questionnaire with open and close questions. The analysis of the informations was ruled in categories that connected the PROFA public political of continuous formation of alphabetizing teachers with the practice of the alphabetizing teachers. With relation to the results detach themselves the analysis of the PROFA, while public political of formation and annotations about the use of the PROFA in the school daily.

Esta pesquisa procura mostrar a relação do jornalismo contemporâneo com a política  brasileira. A partir de três grandes eixos: panorama da política brasileira; a relação entre o  jornalismo e a política; e o jornalismo político no Impeachment. Escolha feita com base na  relevância tanto do cenário político atual, que vivenciou recentemente o Impeachment da  primeira mulher democraticamente eleita, quanto pela relação da prática jornalística com a  política, principalmente com o avanço da era cibernética. Estudo escrito em caráter  monográfico, composto de materiais bibliográficos e uma análise das matérias sobre o  processo da Dilma em três grandes portais virtuais ( Folha de S. Paulo , El País e The New  York Times).

This paper analyzes the use of nominal referential expressions in the speech of Bento Santiago, a character from the book ―Dom Casmurro‖, by Machado de Assis, used to characterize characters and situations of the romance. Within the referential context (cf. MONDADA; DUBOIS, 1995, 2003), it is intended to show how the referential expressions may contribute to the subjective orientation of a speech, full of ambiguities and intentions. This analysis is within the Textual Linguistics, which considers the text, above all, a social interaction activity. It is specifically based on referential studies understood as speech objects building. The body of the research is comprised of excerpts from referred work. The conclusive results point to the fact that the choices of the referential expressions made by the narrator Bento Santiago significantly contribute to the full achievement of a speech project that aims at persuading the reader concerning the facts and characters that are part of his life.

This research aim to a basic matter: how planed furniture commercial consultants learn individually and collectively work processes required to the practice of their professional tasks? General objective is to comprehend the manner that individuals (planned furniture commercial consultants) have learned and learn the practice of their professional tasks, inside organizations that manufacture, sell and give assistance in the home furniture sector. To achieve this objective it was established three specified objectives: (a) indentify, describe and comprehend individual processes that this group of people uses to learn their professional tasks; (b) describe and analyze social interactions role inside organizational environment, as well context influence in learning development; (c) describe and analyze personal route from this group of people in this organization type. Research base theories and concepts are: learning which occurs in work sites in collective level; and significant learning in individual level. It was used narrative analysis of life history as a research method under descriptive and interpretative focus. Data were collected through interviews performed with five consultants. Results reveal the relation between formal and informal learning, in collective level, as well the need of a significant learning in order to new knowledge be retained in individual level. Narratives analysis revealed seven main types of informal learning, as following: a) in diary activities; b) in social interactions; c) by means of leadership; d) self-directed; e) reflection; f) observation and g) through errors. It was also identified occurrence of conditions in a manner to acquired learning that was significant to study participants. It is considered that work presented a contribution in the academic sphere to promote a theoretical complementarity between two sectors of knowledge, business management and education.

Content Management Systems (CMS) are essential tools for the development and maintenance of corporate and educational portals, and their choices are essential to the success and update of those real sources of information. This choice becomes extremely complex and expensive due to a variety of products available that offer features and attributes that while delivery facilities requires more and more services to its permanent update. In the choice process it is necessary to consider all the desired and offered functional requirements in each product so that this choice will consider the best possible technical and professional conditions of each Portal to be developed. This research shows the to development of a methodology and a system for decision support in this assessment and choice, considering many options as subjective, technical and usability criteria. A case study is presented for the construction and maintenance of a university portal.

The judicialization of the right to health allows the citizen to seek in the Judiciary an option to obtain medicines or treatment in the Unified Health System, thus admitting that through a lawsuit, obliges the State to supply medicines that are not Offered by the Unified Health System. The Unified Health System is responsible for formulating health policies aimed at promoting, in the economic and social fields, the inclusion of people and society in the activities of providing health services. Thus, the actions of the Judiciary Branch should only become effective in the public policies already formulated within the scope of the Unified Health System, thus not compromising the public budget previously allocated to health. The question of the judicialization of medicines has been widely discussed in the Federal Supreme Court, which currently examines Extraordinary Resources (REs) 566.471 and 657.718, which deal with the supply of high-cost drugs not available in the list of the Unified Health System and non- Registered in the National Sanitary Surveillance Agency. However, the Federal Supreme Court has not yet pacified the issue and to this day, it still prevails in the High Courts to the jurisprudential orientation according to which the "right to life" is a superior right, which cannot be minimized by minor issues such as finances and The public budget. Through the descriptive bibliographical research and the quantitative qualitative method, the study concluded that the judicialization of the drug supply generates impact on the public policies of the health field, because it does not observe the principle of prior costing. The State in implementing public health policies must have the financial and economic means to support them, and the Judiciary must analyze whether the State has the necessary resources to comply with judicial decisions without jeopardizing the Unified Health System, since Lack of budgetary forecast for the supply of medicines through lawsuits, may have an impact on the effectiveness of other public policies in the health field.

This paper seeks to understand and summarize the design methodology of restoration of the Chapel of St. Michael in São Paulo, in order to understand the attitudes of intervention that allowed her to reintegrate the community and know the procedures crucial in this new qualification. Since the goal we intend to investigate this situation that gave it importance, and list the shares of the pioneering phase of IPHAN with the current intervention. At this stage it must be demonstrated that preliminary steps and executive ended up happening simultaneously, with the working methods of empiricism, visible in the unfinished documentary research, the fragile oral records, in the absence of technicians and laboratories and also by the lack of previous experience. From the effects of history on the identity of the Monument, with interest in the outcome - in light of existing documents - we aim to understand the connections of greater importance that collaborated to develop the theme of heritage. Confronted the contents of the letters to property, attempted to understand how, in the reality of implementation, the spatial, historical and aesthetic stand out in the intervention process. Also on opposing sides of the theories of restoration, important in relation to pipelines and showing that the title of heritage makes us aware of the facts and aware of the attitudes and their consequences

The existence and numerical superiority of small businesses are the embodiment of a country marked by deep historical and social inequalities. This is the segment that represents the resistance of the lower classes to the economic power of large organizations, forming significant supporting pillar of the economy, both the number of establishments, as for its ability to create jobs - proven historical facts and statistically. For this reason, they become deserving of state protection in order to ensure their coexistence in the market, especially when contracting with larger enterprises, at which such relationships can prove to be asymmetric. Based on this finding, the study limitation includes understanding the asymmetry lining the contractual relations of small businesses, combined with the need to create a business protection system, incident situations that need.

In 1990 was established the children's choir at the Presbyterian College Mackenzie - São Paulo. The Children's Choir started the choirs of basic education graduates of the institution extrapolating program in a few years, the college and its boundaries extending to the University. The group followed its trajectory to become an independent music group called Vox Mix in 1999. Throughout a decade of experience in the construction art was based on non-traditional pedagogical assumptions, but progressives. The present work proposes to undertake an analysis of the experience of art in order to generate a discussion about the importance of the presence of music and its teaching in school, either as a curricular component or as an extracurricular activity. We also discussed how this analysis can contribute to consideration of public educational policies, specifically music education in contemporary times after the promulgation of the Law 7.689/08 which made compulsory the teaching of music content in Brazilian schools.

Este trabalho tem como ponto de partida minha afinidade pessoal com a região central da cidade de São Paulo. Devido a esta formação na faculdade de arquitetura que concluo através deste trabalho, e a localização da Faculdade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, morei e trabalhei por alguns anos no centro. Pude assim, criar laços com essa região tão rica e conflituosa de nossa cidade. Dentro de uma rotina onde usava como forma de deslocamento basicamente meus pés, e para maiores deslocamentos, o transporte público, consegui obter uma opinião mais sincera e próxima das questões que a centralidade paulistana traz. O esvaziamento populacional, a falta de políticas de revitalização urbana, a moradia popular são alguns aspectos que serão abordados no decorrer desta monografia. As tentativas de ocupação, apropriações culturais e a retomada de interesse pelo centro, também. Muitas vezes caracterizada como uma região abandonada e perigosa, a região central traz diversas potencialidades consigo, como é re dundante citar. Seu valor histórico, arquitetônico e cultural vem se reinventando de acordo com o possível. Além de ser uma área de acesso bastante democrático, articulando as principais linhas de metrô da cidade, como a vermelha, a azul, e a mais recente das três, a amarela, além de linhas de trem da CPTM, sem esquecer também das linhas de ônibus e das ciclofaixas. Segundo a autora Glória Alves em sua tese “O uso do centro da cidade de São Paulo e sua possibilidade de apropriação” (1999) o centro possui formas e atividades que compõem a representação de cidade, abrigando usos tão múltiplos e diversos, sem deixar de ter espaços de referência, de duração, que permitem a criação de uma identidade para com a cidade. O centro se constitui como uma área de inúmeras possibilidades para a vida urbana, e assim, coloca-se como área de estudos para esse ensaio.

O Objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar a madeira como uma opção viável de sistema construtivo pré-fabricado para qualquer edificação, igualmente aos comumente utilizados como concreto e aço. Cada um desses materiais possui suas características e singularidades, consequentemente, apresenta diferentes vantagens e desvantagens no seu emprego.

This master thesis constitutes an analysis of three key- concepts to be considered in the architectural design of hospitals, built by private healthcare companies in Brazil: 1. Patient care - contemplating the social and therapeutic dimensions of healing; 2. Compliance with legislation covering the design, construction and intervention in hospitals - focusing on strategies for the prevention of contagion and infection; 3. Viability of the contemporary hospital business - related to economic aspects, involving cost-benefit relations in the implementation and maintenance of the healthcare facility. Considerations on these three key-concepts are completed over a panorama where we can identify three main architectural elements for the design of hospital buildings, either public or private: sectorization, barriers and flows. The focus of this discussion is on retrofit projects, though the elements of analysis can be conveyed to the investigation or design of new buildings in private or public networks. As theoretical framework, the author refers mainly to the Brazilian updated academic literature on hospital architecture, as well as to the related legislation. The bibliographic review and the proposed discussions were based on a background provided by the researcher’s eight-year experience in executive positions in a healthcare company.

Introduction: National guidelines on inclusive education are well established in the official documents dealing with the subject in Brazil. This situation leads municipalities to develop local strategies to meet this demand. Objective: to evaluate the proposal of attendance educational specialized (AEE), in the city of Mauá, SP, among preschool children. Method: transversal descriptive documental study. The records of 40 students, chosen at random, among the 159 students enrolled in the multifunctional resource room (SRM) in the year 2015 were reviewed. For each student, the information was transposed from 11 documents that show the transit from the request of the registration by the teacher of the regular room until the SRM's departure. Results and Conclusion: the proposal of the attendance educational specialized (AEE) in preschool education in the municipality of Mauá in São Paulo is based on the guidelines of the Ministry of Education and the current legislation. The assisted population is based on the use of SRM. Specific results showed that: the schools of the municipal network that offer SRM are adequate for the number of students registered with some deficiency; there is significant underreporting in the prevalence of students with a disability. Underreporting can be well evidenced in Intellectual Disability and Autism Spectrum Disorder. The documentation of the students enrolled allows to know the condition of the disability but does not establish a link between the planning of the teaching and the particularities of the disabled student. The general routine of care must undergo some adjustments such as greater number of weekly hours in intervention; greater interaction between the teachers of the appeal room and the regular classroom as well as greater participation of the family and evaluation of intervention methods. In addition, teachers need to be empowered to use standardized procedures that better define students' cognitive and behavioral profile as well as the functionality and skills they possess. It is recommended that a computerized system Special Educat with friendly access ll´ be installed, hosted on the homepage of the Secretariat of Education of Mauá .

This work has the objective of presenting e proposing a dialectic reflection of the social Cosmo - vision from the Baptist people of São Paulo as a social entity. In other words, what is the social praxis adopted for the group as an active social unit in search for a conciliation of the Baptist conceptual thinking in Brazil, essentially in Sao Paulo, being the study object of this academic research in its developing applicative. This research has also the objective to promote a deep analysis of the theme presenting a real projection through Field research developed and promoted exclusively for this purpose, where the author tries to investigate how the relation between comprehension and action specially the models of social intervention adopted. However this analysis is in need of a reading spot , a horizon, a path for the research. As a theoretical reference the author adopted the Italian thinker and philosopher Antonio Gramsci, through which the analytical perspective develops in a particular manner the process of dialectic interpretation of the work. To understand the cosmo vision of a religious group as conduct line of a social intervention process (in a logical sense) results in the central objective of this work even when associated to an exterior analysis perspective (Gramsci), where this analysis demonstrates the possibility of unifying intentions and needs.

Esta dissertação propõe um estudo compositivo de quinze edifícios de escritórios do arquiteto Carlos Bratke, a partir de análise gráfica e modelagem paramétrica. O objetivo é identificar características e traços marcantes que constituem a linguagem do arquiteto no conjunto de edifícios desenvolvidos nos arredores da Avenida Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini, localizada na Zona Sul do Município de São Paulo. Baseando-se em parte de uma produção que se estende para mais de cinquenta projetos somente nessa região, a justificativa para a pesquisa se dá pela intensão em preencher lacunas existentes na produção acadêmica sobre a relevância que a obra arquitetônica de Bratke possui para a cidade. Desse modo, são aspectos metodológicos relevantes para a pesquisa a coleta de material gráfico original referente aos projetos, o redesenho, a modelagem geométrica e paramétrica bem como a identificação do processo de projeto do arquiteto. Tais processos são analisados através da feitura de diagramas e modelos produzidos nos softwares Rhinoceros e Grasshopper, bem como a produção de maquetes físicas com o recurso da chamada fabricação digital. Assim, uma compreensão aprofundada sobre o contexto, as estratégias e os elementos compositivos dos projetos elaborados por Bratke é alcançada através das etapas de metodologia de pesquisa, divididas e trabalhadas entre os quatro capítulos, a saber: Breve incursão na obra do arquiteto Carlos Bratke; Construção dos procedimentos metodológicos para análise dos estudos de caso; Análise gráfica e compositiva dos estudos de caso; Análise comparativa entre os estudos de caso e discussão dos resultados. Em suma, pretende-se realizar uma contribuição original frente as possibilidades que as novas tecnologias digitais podem oferecer para o estudo e análise de projeto, as quais, atreladas à identificação do tipo arquitetônico e a linguagem própria do arquiteto, estabelecem novos meios de se estudar arquitetura.
